So excited to get our RTA cabinets!
We just pushed the button on cabinets for our dining room. We didn't want to spend a bundle but wanted the glass doors, etc. Can't wait for our arctic white shaker cabinets to arrive. We will see how easy they are to assemble, lol!

Disappointing
We purchased the shaker style white cabinets. Initially, we were delighted with our cabinets. But, after a few weeks we started to notice that there were small bubbles appearing in various areas. I contacted the company and was informed that their warranty didn't cover areas surrounding the sink due to water. However, I explained to them that they had just been installed. So, they quickly sent out replacement pieces. Great! It's been almost two years since they have been installed and they continue to bubble up and peel. It's very disappointing to see how quickly they have deteriorated. I would not recommend purchasing any cabinets that have been painted. I gave the company two stars instead of one due to them standing behind their products and replacing the damaged areas. But, I am still experiencing similar paint issues. As of Feb. 9 2021. My kitchen cabinets continue to disappoint. The paint continues to peel and large cracks have appeared on the interior back panels. The cabinet wood chips easily and is about as solid as a soft stick of butter. My advice is to invest more in your cabinets, purchase them elsewhere and remember, you get what you pay for. Good luck.

We bought Shaker gray unassembled cabinets 2 times. The instructions were good. The cabinets were sturdy and beautiful. Our experience with RTA Kitchen cabinets has been very good for us.We recommend using them.
Superior Customer Service
As a novice to all of this, I had a lot of questions and made one or two mistakes. Help was a chat away - and even a follow up email in the morning "just checking" if my concerns were resolved. This was my second set of Kitchen...
This was my second set of Kitchen Cabinet Kings so I can now offer a comparison review of the 2 cabinet manufacturers. The first set of cabinets were the Imperial Blue and the second set were Shaker Gray. The imperial Blue cabinet manufacturer were a far superior cabinet. They have nice finished bottoms on the uppers so they have a much more attractive custom look. Both had beautiful color and finishes. I especially love the drawer hardware on both sets of cabinets.
great Cabinets at a great price
Ordered a full Ice white shaker kitchen from KCK. All cabinets were delivered on a freight pallet in approximately 2 weeks. Had 1 small issue that customer service handled by replacing the piece damaged in shipping immediately. website is easy to navigate and offers lots of different styles. RTA cabinets aren't for everyone, but if you don't mind the challenge and can take your time to assemble, you can get a great product at a great price. The cabinets are much better quality than comparable priced big box cabinets and KCK had higher end models than other vendors. My new kitchen completely transformed the look of the house. I placed an order back a few month ago and my order was damanged. and took another month to get the replacement parts. I did not get any type of credit for the inconvenience, i still had to order my parts and pay regular shipping cost. I am not a very happy customer, I do not know if I will promote

Customer Service is Key
After buying from Cabinet Kings a few months ago, we had a revision and had to purchase more. The first delivery arrived quickly and the quality of the cabinets appears to be better than the common cabinets you find at your big box DIY stores. I don't know much about cabinets but $6,000 dollars still seems like a lot for a bunch of fancy boxes. What I really liked about these cabinets was the customer service. Fast responses, and when we had an issue they were even faster to get the problem solved with very little hassle. (Miki) The customer rep - worked with us when we returned to get the best price possible. Most companies see customer service as damage control - with Cabinet Kings it is the the frosting on the cake that doesn't disappoint.

I ordered a shipment of cabinets and some arrived damaged. The company immediately sent out new cabinets in about a week. Very happy with quality of cabinets price can’t be beat so ordering additional to make a kitchen island.
We went to a custom cabinet store and were quoted over $5500 for the cabinets we wanted. I found them online from kitchen cabinet kings for $3000 less. The quality is fabulous, and I couldn’t be happier with the finished cabinet product. Shipping was quick and reliable, and the customer service was very helpful.

We are prepared to purchase cabinets totaling $9000 (from your website) however we are not going to spend that much only seeing a picture online. We are ordering one sample however you may have another one we would like but we can't order 10 samples so it seems to me it would serve you better to have smaller cheaper samples. The way you operate there may be a finish we would end up loving but we will never see it because each possibility costs $30 and that could be the difference between making or losing a sale

Anna was my designer. She is awesome! From the design to the order she was responsive and got us a good discount. She understood the changes I made to the design I sent her and she made a change that made sense with where the stove was. This order is an add on to the first order. She helped pull this together with her office. Will definitely use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again.

I placed an order for cabinets. it took some time and consideration. we made a few changes along the way. drawings were good and we went over final order with drawing as reference. unfortunately a very important piece was left out. i realized piece was missing from order before shippment had arrived. I contacted sales rep and he apologized. .He also told me that though I ordered over $4000 worth of cabinets which came with free shipping that I would have to pay for shipping on seperate cabinet. I would also have to assemble cabinet as well. I have not been able to start job because missing piece is a corner cabinet and needs to be in place before the cabinets next to it. Now the install is held up because I need to install top set of cabinets before I do bottoms, as it is much more difficult trying to install top sets with bottoms in place. either way jury is still out as I now have all the cabinets still packaged up in garage. I could not unpack cabinets to check for damage as they are on a crate and I would not be able to protect them correctly once opened, and I was not about to do that. So far experience is just ok. I really have no idea how good or bad cabinets are or how the measurements work out. I am hoping for the best. I will update experience at a later date.

Worth Buying from Again
We're in the business of flipping houses and need a good place to go for purchasing kitchen cabinets for our projects. Kitchen Cabinet Kings offers solid build quality in a variety of styles and finishes for a good price. Turnaround time is quick, and the finished product looks great when it's installed (being able to save time with pre-assembled cabinets is also a plus). In short, we purchased cabinets from KCK once and were pleased enough to come back for more.

Empty Cart, re-build to place order
Manipulating Carts was difficult. Nobody would think that you have to empty a cart and rebuild your cart after you already had 3 saved carts. I only wanted to order the door sample cart at this time. So, I imagine that when I go to order one of my other carts I will have empty the card and add all the items again.

you need to make your website ordering smoother. Everytime you click "continue shopping" it takes you back to the main website. It should return you to the product styles you were looking.

Pleasurable experience
I've been working for weeks on this order for a monastery that I work with. We finally got the design down, after lots of help from the folks on-line, and now placed our order. All has been great, and I really appreciate their professionalism.

Shipping price is crazy for a can of spray stain and a scratch pencil!!!!!
You need to do something about charging $37.00 to ship touch up paint. Give me a break.
Kitchen Cabinet Crap.
After six phone calls and multiple failed delivery attempts, my cabinets finally arrived despite absolutely no help from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. Upon unboxing, I noticed minor damage to virtually every cabinet. Scratches, Knicks, misaligned joints with major gaps, cabinets of different heights, doors that were improperly installed and had damaged each other in packaging as they clashed together... the list goes on. Additionally, three pieces showed major cracks running into the visible portions of the cabinetry. One of these cracked pieces was a piece of lumber which never should have been used for finish cabinetry. It was cracked in multiple places, and clearly never straight or true. The lack of quality control in vetting the materials to be used for their cabinetry is astonishing. Furthermore, I spent hours properly aligning all of the doors I'd paid to have installed and hiding and dressing all the damage done to them by their poor installation. Customer service was even more problematic than the garbage they sent me. Luisa treated me with disrespect and condescension and ultimately hung up on me as I expressed my frustration with my $3k "investment." Eventually, I spoke with Miki whose customer service skills were 1000fold better, though she blamed KCK's shortcomings on COVID. While I understand that COVID has been a struggle for us all, it's no excuse to compel a customer to accept absolute trash in exchange for $3000k. If you can't make a quality product during these trying times, then don't sell anything. Save your money and your sanity. Stay away from this atrocious excuse for a company.
Great Quality
I have purchased cabinets from KCK before. Remolded a duplex - both kitchens and bath. Now I have a new home, and I am doing the same. Great quality. RTA was a great way to go. Easy, love the hardware and top quality wood work.
Overall good experience so far, but I just ordered them an hour ago.
I have some experience with sales and installation of cabinets so the website's basic layout of cabinets and fillers was easy and simple. However the website is lacking information/ pictures of installation and prep info for accessories and hardware (track) for such items as roll-out trays,. There also was a lack of this in-depth knowledge at the chat or design level. They had to contact the manufacturer to get this info which should be readily available to customer service personnel or in the website. This adds to the time it takes to get to checkout while waiting for answers from Manufacturer.

Happy with my cabinets - not so happy with shipping charges
So happy with my cabinets and the quality. Unfortunately, I was one cabinet short and the shipping for that cabinet was more expensive than the cabinet itself! Today I ordered additional crown molding- again, the shipping was more expensive than the molding! It's such a light piece, how do you justify charging $95 dollars for shipping one piece of crown molding????
Some cabinets are better quality than others
I have received shaker greystone and shaker ice white. The ice white are not as good of a quality as the greystone. For the price they are a good Alternative.

over all im satisfied with my cabinets. the price was good the customer service was good. the shipping was faster than i expected and i was very happy with that. my soft close drawers all hang up on the left side and i cant see how to adjust that. my uppers all close fine.

I ordered samples form over 4 online stores. The cabinets were the same as compeditor just differnt names. I saved as much as 24% over the other major RTA online store.
Very dissatisfied
Very dissatisfied. I ordered cabinets and when I placed my order on October 29, it had an expected ship date of Novermber 21. I called on November 17 to check and see is it was too late to add 1 piece only to find out my order was never submitted and had been placed on hold because the style I ordered didn't come with toe kicks. They claim to have called but never spoke to me to let me know the order was held up and email was incorrect. I had tried to work previously with a designer and no one would help me out so I did not know this style did not come with toe kicks. I called in again on November 30 to find out when my cabinets would arrive and the person told me they would ship out on December 14 I asked why so long and was told because of the hold up in initial order. Was never told my order was not already being worked on. I then called in on December 14 to see what was going on and was told my order will not ship until January 14 and that the company found out on November 20 that this style was back ordered and that they thought my order shipped. But also told me that it takes a minimum of 21 days to ship and the order hadn't been submitted until November 18. Customer service is very poor. Communication after sale is lacking and they could care less if the customer gets their stuff

I priced the same cabinets from a local buyer and they were slightly cheaper but did not offer the same variety kitchen king did. Thanks for making one part of the home repair a little bit easier.
Easy enough
I would've liked the option to choose my dimensions rather than search for them through several pages. But the experience was relatively painless. Hopefully the quality when shipment is received is what I hope for.

My Husband and I ordered the Lexington White RTA Cabinets. The cabinets arrived in a very timely fashion. We have now been using the cabinets for 10 Months. They are VERY good cabinets. Assembly was very reasonable, and actually gave my husband and I peace of mind about the build quality. In addition to assembling the cabinets, My husband and I glued the cabinets together with Titebond wood Glue. This made the cabinets even more solid than the cabinets we looked at from other manufacturers. We LOVE these cabinets, and have recommended them to all of our family and friends. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings. We even talked to customer service, which was very helpful, because some of the cabinets we originally ordered had a long shipping time. They helped us change our order, allowing us to get our cabinets faster, by changing a few cabinet sizes to ones that were in stock. A+++ Job Kitchen Cabinet Kings!!!!!
