Worst customer service ever
I left messages to place an order that were never returned. I used the chat function to have questions answered and was told I would be contacted via email within 24-48 hours. 24 hours later the same person I was chatting with emailed me a link, instead of answering any of my questions so that I could design my order. I didn't need design assistance. I had product questions. I haven't received my order yet but I am already concerned due to the extremely poor customer service given to me by Jessica DiSanto.
Good quality slow shipment
Quality of what I received was pretty good, but it took over 90 days to get the 1st order I made in Jan of 2021

Ordered cabinets for a wet bar. They were out of two of the cabinets I needed. I could wait on one of them, but had to have the other base cabinet to keep the floor install on schedule. Dana and Rizzo helped me find an alternative that would work and got them shipped out quickly. I received them today and assembled them this evening. The quality of the cabinets is exactly what I expected. Thanks!

I have been building houses for over 35 years. I just started using KCK about a year ago. Boy am I sorry I waited so long. The quality is just as good if not better than any high end cabinet I have ever purchased. Assembly is a little bit of work but well worth the effort. I used the Pearl Cabinets and added granite counter tops. It took about 4 weeks to receive and the price was at least 30% cheaper than any other place I priced. Great customer support and communication, great product, great service!
Quick and easy
I had a few questions, chatted, got them answered, then ordered. I have not received them yet, but will update when I do. They say 1-3 weeks for delivery for pre-assembled. We shall see.

Excellent service
The product and service was outstanding.
We ordered the Newport cabinets for a renovation of our family room. Two base cabinets, one tall wall cabinet with glass doors, one 12 inch wall cabinet and two wine rack cabinets. The order process was easy, pricing was very good as these are RTA, saving over fully assembled. Delivery was very quick, only about 5-6 days. Two of the base cabinet panels did have some damage, and the company sent replacement pieces very quickly. Assembly was straightforward. Solidly made product. Very pleased with the end result and will be using Kitchen Cabinet Kings again when we tackle the Kitchen renovation. If you have basic DIY skills, this is a great way to refresh any space with new cabinets without breaking the bank.

Building the kitchen ourselves, we had plenty of help and suggestions to complete the project. Now I have a custom kitchen for a fraction of the price!
KCK was great! The website is easy to navigate and they had everything we needed. A couple of items came with little knicks but they replaced them quickly and easily!
Customer service is excellent. We received our order of cabinets in a timely manner however, due to shipping, some were damaged. We were in immediate contact with customer service, who told us how to proceed. After sending pictures of the damaged cabinets, replacements were sent and also received very quickly. I believe Kitchen Cabinet Kings is a reputable company who backs their products. Our cabinets have not been assembled yet but they look very nice!
This review is difficult for me to write. Overall the quality of the cabinets is good. They are sturdy and attractive. I'm not one to nick pick and complain because I want everyone to be successful. The issue we had was if it wasn't for my husband's patience we would have never been able to use these out of the box. Several of the side panels were slightly warped. So, he took them apart reglued them, and used pipe clamps in order to square them up properly. If he had not done this to each panel then the drawers would have never closed. And while he was at it he glued all the dove-tailed bottoms and sides. Without the added wood glue they would never have held any weight. But, after all, is said and done these are nice quality cabinets. Just expect to do some additional labor to make them work for you. The boxes did come damaged in shipping but the damage did not affect the cabinets. It was strictly the cardboard. Would I order these again? Yes, because the end product is good and my husband can fix the issues. Have I recommended these to friends? Yes. They were delivered VERY fast and the website was easy to use. We didn't contact support because we solved our own problems.

I recently purchased a cabinet door sample as we are planning a kitchen remodel. The door appears to be of excellent quality, it was received earlier than expected & was followed up by an email. Have been working with one of their designers who is doing an excellent job of designing & communicating clearly & efficiently.

I originally ordered from kitchen cabinet kings no because it was the only place I could find a certain size cabinet I needed. I am glad that this happened. The cabinets are built very well and look amazing. A representative even called me to check on one of the cabinets I was ordering to make sure it was correct. The cabinets came in the amount of time that was stated. Everything was available. I would highly recommend this company.

I ordered ice white shaker but they were out of stock on couple cabinets so was told i could upgrade to a higher end cabinet at no extra charge. I went with shaker arctic. No complaints here. They arrived couple days later, well palletized and impressed with the packing they do. The customer service I received was excellent. The cost and quality of my cabinets was impressive as was the ordering website. Highly recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings! Would definitely use them again if the need arises.
I have been very happy with the high quality beautiful cabinets with the look of custom at half the price purchased from Kitchen Cabinet Kings on several occassions. They are extremely well made and easy to assemble. The real wood faces and quality plywood boxes coupled with sturdy metal brackcets make for a very strong cabinet. The soft close drawers are very impressive. I found no short cuts quality or hidden surprises. The one time I needed a replacement part it was overnighted without hassle.

The cabinets are very high quality and are beautiful. They arrived on time and in good condition. The delivery man and the office staff were both courteous and professional through out the whole process. I had compared price and quality to other manufactures and found these kitchen cabinets to be the best value and look great!. They are made well and have a deep rich cherry color. My husband and I were looking to do a kitchen remodel but realizing the expense of ordering the cabinets already made wasn't in our budget. My husband offered to assembly the cabinets himself if I could find a company that do "ready to assemble - RTA". Found Kitchen Cabinet Kings online and have been very pleased with them since. I had a design in mind and in working with Nicole on the design team, we were able to create the design and execute it within our budget. The cabinets came in at half price and my husband spent almost 2 weeks putting them together. Yes he had some tough cabinet assembly especially on the corner cabinets and the wall oven cabinet but he is an engineer. We had no issues with the freight company and delivery was as expected. 4 of our items were on backorder and we knew this at the beginning of our project but believe me its very overwhelming to have all the cabinets delivered at once and trying to check to make sure everything had arrived. Time wise from design to finish will be almost 1 year, from ordering to finishing 5 months but well worth it. I was very particular and knew what I wanted and Nicole was always willing to work with me. Because I took my time and overthought it multiple times, it paid off in the end. My one complaint was with the upper wall cabinets. I ordered them 36" height and assumed they would come with 3 shelves, they did not. Also, these are not your high end cabinets but surely your the only one that knows that. Make sure you order a sample, they do refund you the price of the sample when you order the cabinets. Would definitely order from them again.

We purchased RTA cabinets from KCK and had a great experience. Their design team discussed issues to think about and I was also able to add extra shelves to the order with no issues. Assembly was easy. The overall look of the cabinets are great. I would definitely purchase from them again.
Cabin-ettes fit for a King for our Log Cabin!
We have just proudly placed our order for American made kitchen cabinets to install in our log home here in Alto New Mexico. We look forward to receiving these quality American made cabinets in the future and adding them to an incredible once in a lifetime Lincoln-Log style log home.
My wife and I spent a ton of time researching cabinets for a lakehouse. We were looking for good quality cabinets, not high-end because of the location and type of house this was. We looked all the big box stores, and a lot of online stores as well. We had settled on a big box store, but were not excited about our choice. Then we found Kitchen Cabinet Kings!!! Their pricing was AWESOME. I mean AWESOME compared to the crap you get other places. We finally settled on the Lexington white RTAs since I am a bit of a handyman if I don't say so myself lol. Anyhow, We put our plan together and worked with David to get our account setup, Dana to help with the design, Luisa who helped with the small damages we had from shipping, Miki who helped with the shipment. Everyone of them were responsive, polite and extremely knowledgeable. They were top notch. We gave Dana an idea of our layout and design we were looking for and within hours (literally only hours) we got our rendered design back. It looked virtually exactly like we wanted. Upon ordering we got email confirmations right away, and hooked up with the shipping company. Within 2 weeks all the product was at our door step. Another 10 days for the few damaged items and we were all set. I assembled a 10 by 12 foot kitchen in 1 day (I glued every joint just to add strength, even though there was no need) and after all the prep for the house, I installed the cabinets in 1 day as well. My wife was ecstatic and so I am happy as well. The Lexington painting was top quality, obviously from robot. The hinges were softclose and lined up great. I had very few tweaks to do on the doors, but when I did, it was simply a matter of turning on of the screws. The drawers were dovetailed and the the sides I believe are full wood. If we ever had to redo another kitchen we would definitely look at the using KitchenCabinetKings again.
We wanted a basement wet bar and shopped around for quite some time before settling on RTA cabinets from KCK. We chose Cherry Glaze and have been very happy with the results. We added in a couple of extra shelves for our design and everything was smooth from ordering to delivery. I put the cabinets together over two nights (wasn't in a rush) and everything went together nicely. I would definitely buy from them again and I would definitely recommend them to friends. Great experience.

Love this company-it came highly recommended by my brother-in-law who is a builder. I had some questions before ordering and Customer service was very helpful. I ordered the ready to assembly cabinets in shaker white- The arrived as agreed to by a 3rd party freight (be sure to spend the extra $ for the truck lift). While I did not put the cabinets together, the handyman who did said that it was pretty straightforward. I highly recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings and will order again when I start renovations on my 2nd home
BEST RTA CABINETS OUT THERE!
Even though my husband builds custom cabinets, we ran out of time building our home so after searching and searching...he found Kitchen Cabinet Kings. When they came in, which was super speedy, he was very impressed! He said they were literally the best RTA (ready to assemble) cabinets he’d ever installed...and I was glad because they are GORGEOUS! Exactly what I wanted! Would recommend any day!!
The ordering process was simple and easy. My order was delivered exactly as I had hoped. One of the cabinet doors was slightly damaged on delivery. I contacted the customer support line and was presently surprised at how easy a replacement was ordered and shipped. The cabinets went together easily and the finished kitchen looks great. I use these beautiful RTA (ready to assemble) cabinets for all of my remodeling jobs. They are extremely well made with actual wood featuring high-end finishes and top of the line hardware. Cabinets are delivered in a fraction of the time and half the price of typical custom made cabinets of same quality. I have never had a client complain, to the contrary they are thrilled to get these quality cabinets at such an affordable price. They quickly replaced a cabinet that had been scratched by shipping company and in another instance where able to get me a replacement drawer hardware kit I needed after dropping original in a sand pile and screwed up roller bearings. Tested first...
I ordered a full cabinet before ordering the remaining 7 I needed to finish my downstairs walkout's kitchen. The initial test order was flawless, so I repeated the experience. I bought RTA and found the assembly to be straightforward and fairly trick-free, at least for an aerospace engineer (but really, probably for anyone with decent home project skills). There was no damage in the flat-packed RTA.
One nag: I always get the impression, given the proliferation of codes and promos, that I could've save more.

I will definitely do business with Kitchen Cabinet Kings again. Their customer support was immediately responsive, answered all my questions, and were friendly. We had a mix up with delivery, incorrect cabinet was delivered. Within 30 min of this, customer support tracked down the correct cabinet, scheduled it for delivery the next day. The quality is great and the shipping packing maintained the integrity of the cabinets.
The cabinets are truly well made and solid. The support staff is extremely knowledgeable re. the products and shipping process. And helpful. My handles were lost in the mail and they were able to work with the shipper to fix the issue promptly. I highly recommend going with this company. I assembled the cabinets myself with which can be done with a clean and square result for a relatively handy person - but obviously does take a substantial amount of time to complete.

I bought a 42" bath cabinet in Shaker light grey and a kitchen set in Pearl. Pros: - Overall quality is pretty good. Had some chipping of paint during installation so buy the touchup paint. -Price. I shopped around a lot and KCK's had some of the best value. - Shipping time was good, even around the Christmas holiday. -Selection was very good. Ordering online was nerve wracking because I couldn't see the cabinets in person. However, the cabinets were just as they are shown online. Cons: -Assembly instructions lack alot of information. You are given a single piece of paper as instructions. You get bags of screws without any additional information on which screws go where. This led to an issue where I used the wrong screw and it went through my cabinet door. Wasn't happy about that and the door cost $155 to replace. - Customer service/ design. My designer took 3 days to respond to any email. I had time frame I wanted to complete the project by and I was not able to meet it because of the back and forth with the designer. Additionally, I had to correct the design several times and then when I received my order the designer did not put the correct cabinets in the order. I had to return these items and was forced to pay a return fee to the manufacturer and pay for return shipping when it wasn't my fault. Additionally my designer gave me a cabinet that didn't fit my kitchen. I had soffitt above some of my cabinets and the design didn't take that into account. Finally, I returned the wrong cabinets in December and I still have yet to receive my refund and it is the end of March. Overall: Good cabinets but crappy experience overall. If you do use this company, pay the extra money to have them preassembled and save some headaches. Triple check your design.
Top notch Customer Service. Every question/concern immediately addressed. Constant follow up. I am currently experiencing some delivery issues but my rep checks in with me frequently to make sure I am informed on progress being made to resolve. Friendly, helpful and professional attention. I can't say enough. Quality of cabinets are worth money spent. I got RA and they were a snap to assemble.
A friend recommended Kitchen Cabinet Kings for our bathroom remodel. After looking over the numerous choices, we decided to order a few samples that arrived in a few days. Once we decided on a style and placed an order, the cabinets arrived quickly and the price was very reasonable. One of our cabinets had a scratch on the drawer, and a new drawer front arrived within a week. Customer service was excellent and very responsive

Product pages lack sufficient detail to know exactly what the product will look like. Line drawings are helpful, but photos of items should also be included. Shipping costs for certain items are too high and deterred me from purchasing more products.
Great cabinets - good quality and fast shipping. My only complaint is how long it took to get the design. It was promised to me a few times and then not delivered. I was running out of time to order so I had to figure it out on my own and inevitably made a few errors.

I've looked at other competitors and I was priced 4 cabinets at $2,000, the same size and style cabinet on this website was barely $1,400.
Horrible customer service. Takes forever to fulfill entire order and when they get delivered, they are left on the curb. Never again.
Seamless Shopping
I sure hope the product is as excellent as the pricing, customer service chat and shopping experience. Except for not being able to find all desired products (no linen tower nor accessory end cabinet deco door) in my cabinet choice, it was pretty easy to select what I needed, with help from David, my chat 'partner' .

I hated that I paid 25 to ship a 42 dollar item - that makes me reluctant to use your service again. While your prices were fine - the shipping is ridiculous - no way it cost $25.0 to ship a 3" x 30" fluted piece of molding.

the website is not easy to navigate and the cabinet descriptions are lacking. Colors vary so much in the pictures. They should be more uniform. The website is not user friendly. You have to go back and forth a million times to find what you need. Each cabinet should have a much better description and measurements.

Lke the site layout, really enjoy the style samples and interactive charts. Wish there were more dimensional data on the cabinets though, some units could use an extra detail or two for curious prospective customer decision making.

Ordered on recommendation from a friend. The order process was straight forward and easy. Somewhat limited by the standard sizes, but was able to make it work for my unique dimensions.
