Purchasing was pretty easy but confirm discounts before ordering
I ordered a kitchen for a customer. I had gotten a quote a few weeks ago which included a 12% discount. When the client finally said yes, the 12% discount had disappeared. I used the chat box but the man who answered said they had no discounts at that time. I wasn’t happy but set ti aside so I could discuss what to do with the customer. Shortly after my chat I saw an email pop up with a 20%. I used that link ti go order it but when I got to the order form it wouldn’t accept the sale code. So I went on the chat.the guy said, well, you can use Military12 so in stead of arguing I used that.
As soon as I ordered I got another 15% email. So I sent a complaint and asked for either a credit or a refund of the difference. That was a week ago, but I’ve heard nothing.
Hopefully the product is a better than the service. I’ll let you know.
I used four 30 inch base cabinets to build an outstanding custom entertainment center. I am a previous Kitchen Cabinet Kings customer and I really appreciate their quality build and value!

So far we have only ordered our samples but have decided to go with Kitchen Cabinet Kings as we are getting ready to remodel our kitchen.
I ordered RTA shaker arctic cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings a while back. The cabinets are absolutely beautiful, and the customer service is very helpful. The cabinets are made or shipped by BGI. The problem is that the directions that come with these cabinets is that the instructions that come with each cabinet are TERRIBLE. This project has taken me a while to complete due to having two jobs and other personal commitments. Also, they put little guidance holes where the brackets are supposed to be screwed in, but the guidance holes don't always match the holes in the brackets.
A carpenter and a cabinet constructor I'm not. So there have been many frustrations along the way. After recently using the wrong screw to put the hinges on the doors and accidently screwing completely through the door, I contacted customer service, and they and BGI were able to find a replacement door to send to me for about half the cost of the cabinet. I also let customer service know that the directions were terrible, and she informed me they have videos on their website. There is A video. It mentions the need for wood glue, which is not mentioned in the paper instructions (which are also available on the website), and the video does not stop to show you what you are using. It also tells you to construct the cabinet in a different manner than the paper. All this to say that the cabinets are beautiful and KCK has been helpful, but also to be sure to use the paper instructions but use the YouTube Video as well, probably from your TV so you can stop and rewind if necessary, and get this done.

Vague Instructions; Zero Customer Support; Basically a Scam
Instructions on how to build cabinets are very vague and I've only opened 1/3 (the simplest one that I thought would help increase my confidence, it shot it instead). Told I need a stapler, not where to use it. Given 3 different sized screws, not told where to use them. When called for help, was given same vague instructions and, despite their claim on being super DIY friendly, the best advice they had for me when I informed them these were the same vague instructions was, "people without experience usually hire professionals". So I asked if they had companies they usually contracted with who would know their products, they did not. They also provide zero guides on installation. When I asked how I was to know how to install them properly, the comment about hiring professionals was made yet again. Surprise, surprise, most professionals won't build/install RTAs they don't provide especially when they come without instructions and guides. I've now spent over 1.5k on cabinets I have no idea how to properly build or install nor can I get any help in learning how to do this. Pay the extra money and get cabinets you can actually use. This is no better than a scam in my opinion.

The Kitchen Cabinet Kings website is easy to use, selecting the cabinets I wanted was a cinch. When I called and asked questions I got answers from the helpful staff, which is a rare thing these days! My order arrived on time and the product quality is very good. I selected the Versa Shaker unfinished series and painted all the individual pieces before assembling each unit. My wife and I are delighted with the results.

Perfect customer service
My experience was great the cabinets arrived perfectly packed. We had one door that was warped and I received a replacement in a couple days. Both times I have used their cabinets experience was seamless!
I am very pleased with my purchase thru Kitchen Cabinet Kings. I decided on Mid Town Gray from multiple samples that I ordered. I am a DIYer and these cabinets allow me to work at my own pace with assembly, it gave me a peace at mind knowing how the cabinets are being assembled. The time it took me at first was about 20 minutes a cabinet as more were assembled the time got shorter and you really understand how easy it can be. lastly I would say if you looking to save thousands of dollars doing it yourself this is a good option in todays economic environment.

After a long search, we thought our experience would be good. However, this has been a nightmare. The boxes arrived with damages and part numbers that did not match our order. They are RTA, but unlike the diagrams, no letters are on the parts to help with assembly. It took contractors a while to figure it out, costing us more time and $$. Moreover, the touch up paint they should have sent for damaged areas did not arrive. The QA for this company is poor. Money is precious today, so every effort should be given to the product as well as the service. The saving grace is that the designer was wonderful and helpful and the manager did try to help us, otherwise this would have been much worse. We will not come this way again.

I purchased cabinets from Kitchen cabinet kings more than 3 years ago. I had some unexpected damage to my cabinets. I contacted then and they quickly went to my original order and helped me order the components I needed for the repair. Good quality products and quick delivery. What more can you ask for.
Generally a good experience
Dana was very helpful in the design process and you have a nice selection.
Prices were extremely competitive for mid grade styles. No particle board all plywood where other companies wanted more for particle board. Sales rep was thorough.
Great service and low prices
I was looking at the same exact product from a different provider (they just changed the name) and decided to look at prices from KCK. I have purchased from KCK in the past and there was no problem. The prices were better than the other site and when I asked a question, it was answered almost immediately. Always friendly and respectful. I will stop shopping around and stay with KCK in the future to save time.
We are extremely pleased with our order from Kitchen Cabinet Kings, the craftsman ship is amazing and the customer service was great. We have not yet finished installing everything, but we know going forward that all cabinets will come from here!
The cabinets themselves are very beautiful. Putting them together was another story. Some of the boxes did not have instructions especially those with sliding drawers or trays.

Have installed five kitchens now sourced through Kitchen Cabinet Kings. We selected them several years ago for their all-plywood construction installing their RTA (ready to assemble) cabinets in several colors. We have never been disappointed with delivery times, condition upon arrival of all the packages or assembly of any cabinets. The fit and alignment of the joints and cams are excellent. We go the quick extra step of using wood glue on all joints as we assemble them making these all-plywood cabinets virtually indestructible. You can't beat the price point for these quality cabinets and assembly is quick and easy. We will continue to purchase these cabinets, and I recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings if you have not tried them.

I installed the Petite Sand Shaker cabinets in my whole home renovation. Overall the quality is excellent. I had a few minor damages in shipping but the customer service was great and I received replacement parts at no extra charge. Initial order took a few weeks but the replacements came very quickly. I was quoted around $16,000 for similar cabinets at my local big box store (admittedly included installation) but ended up spending around $6,000 for these (sale price) and I would say the quality is indistinguishable. The instructions are minimal but they are very easy to assemble and installed with ease. I was going to put something cheaper in our butler pantry, but ended up ordering more of these after finishing the kitchen. They seem to run a few sales a year, which saved me a good bit of money, but they would still be a great value at full price. I would recommend ordering samples as the Petite Sand wasn’t the color I expected to like - definitely darker and warmer in person. There is some variation in color where a few panels have a grayish hue, but most would probably not notice and it tends to disappear when the overhead lights are on. The RTA cabinet websites in general feel pretty empty of photos and details, so I hope this helps. I would 100% recommend these.

the touch up kit received when the new kitchen was install is dried up deemed useless and the wanted 72.00 for a new one. Since The color of Imperial Blue is their own secret formula I had to pay them. I think. its a rip off since it it not my fault because the paint dried up.....

What a great experience! I live clear across the country, yet the sales and design staff helped us set up our kitchen well. The cost for their cabinets was extremely competitive/well priced. Great quality cabinets, built well. We purchased the RTA (Ready to Assemble) version of our cabinets and we saved even more money. Well packed/protected, EASY assembly (while maintaining quality and strength), beautifully crafted. Even when they accidentally sent a couple of wrong cabinets in the order, they quickly rectified it. Also, we misplaced a few shelf pins and they happily (and promptly) sent out replacements for us. I would have gladly purchased them, but this was a generous "extra mile" thing they did for us. HIGHLY Recommend!!! Also, I misremembered my Bathroom countertop, and easily customized what they sent me. I would have been happy to order the correct size if I didn't want to try my hand at a little customizing.

My previous experience and this one so far has been great. Bought majority of my kitchen cabinets in 2021. Came up with the need for two more cabinets to create a study area for my daughter and more storage space for my wife. All in all easy to find easy to buy. I hope the install goes well as I haven’t received any cabinets yet.
We have done three kitchens (working on #4) with Kitchen Cabinet Kings. The cabinet selection is fantastic, they help with the design and come up with ideas that will work in your space. We have been really pleased with the price and service on all four of our kitchens. This is a kitchen in one of the rentals we did.

Easy to use website for good quality cabinets
i have used KCK for two kitchens and a kitchenette in the past couple years. If purchasing pre-built cabinets, I would recommend them. The Forevermark cabinetry they sell is certainly the higher value option when it comes to price vs quality.
I have ordered the Petit Blue Shaker, Ice White Shaker, Homestead Oak Shaker, and Woodland Brown Shaker. I have used them for full kitchen builds for customers. Every customer has been more than satisfied with their products. The quality is actually quite good for the price. The joinery is good where it counts (dovetailed drawers, etc). Where the prebuilt and RTA construction differs from your typical local custom shop will mostly be the joinery on the panels. This is typically screwed with metal clips. From an artisans perspective, this leaves something to be desired, but it makes no difference once the cabinets are installed. Unless I have a customer who is already set on custom cabinets, I use KCK every time.
Lead time is typically about 2-3 weeks which is great. Delivery is usually LTL and they call to schedule delivery times. I have had boxes come in damaged but never the products so far. One thing KCK could work on is using smaller pallets. Getting a 8-10 ft long pallet full of a kitchen set off a lift gate truck with just a pallet jack can get awfully tricky! One note to anyone planning to purchase thru KCK is to be sure to inspect the cabinets and boxes for damage and check correct quantities BEFORE signing for the product. If there are any damages, you must NOT accept the shipment in order to get a replacement. I wish KCK would be more flexible on this policy as the drivers never want to stand around for 15-20 minutes while you check a whole kitchen set.
One of the things that really makes KCK work well for me is their online interface. It makes it super easy to customize a kitchen set and pick and choose the cabinets you want. This is one of the great things about using KCK.
I would say pricewise, KCK cabinets are typically 50-70 percent the cost of full custom so the savings are huge. Sometimes for a client this is the difference between being able to remodel a kitchen, and not.
I would certainly recommend KCK to anyone. The quality is great, especially the full hardwood options, good color consistency, and the customer service is quite good. I once failed to add a vital product to a purchase and the next day the company emailed me back and did exactly as I asked.
I have been using them for about 10 years. I like the cabinets and they ship fast. Highly recommend.

I have used KCK for many flips and clients. I most recently ordered cabinets for my kitchen in my condo which was flooded and destroyed. I can't wait to see it done. Pleasant and professional to work with and good communication.
I still haven’t bought the kitchen cabinets, but my experience with getting a response wasn’t very fast. I remember writing on a Thursday and not getting a reply until Monday, and it was just a welcome message saying they would contact me the next day — but nothing happened. I had to follow up myself to check, and it wasn’t until Wednesday that I started getting more frequent responses. But they don’t call you; everything is through email. I made two calls to see if they’d call me back, and nothing — totally different from what I expected.
I hope that once I purchase the product, the service will be good.

I have to say Rebecca White has the patience of a saint, we went back and forth with design changes and even cabinet style changes and she professional through out.
When I found an issue with my original order, my fault completely, Rebecca she took on the challenge of working with me again and came through like the champ she is.

The business listing clearly states "Cabinet STORE in Delray Beach, Florida". This is a gross misrepresentation of your business location and should be removed by Google as a local business listing, and will be reported as such.
Although they technically timeshare a Regus office with other businesses to establish a local footprint, there is nothing to see at this address and no one to talk to (other than the woman on the other side of a locked glass door who won't even get up from her chair to acknowledge you - after driving an hour in Friday afternoon traffic to get there).
BE TRANSPARENT AND UPDATE YOUR BUSINESS LISTING TO BE ACCURATE AND SAVE US THE AGGRAVATION OF WASTING OUR TIME TO GET THERE, ONLY TO FIND A LOCKED DOOR.
First time purchasing cabs on line. Bought 6 cabs total that needed to be assembled. One cabinet was backordered however they shipped the 5 in stock units at my request. Last cabinet arrived one week later. Cabinets came in flat box packs and were very well packed to prevent damage. Quality was better than expected with cabinet grade plywood used for all panels; no cheap 1/4 pressboard for the drawer or cabinet bottoms. First cabinet took about 45 min to assemble using glue and a screw gun. I also used a used a brad nail gun in some areas. Once I had one assembled and got the hang of the assembly the others took about 30 min each. Will buy again without question when I update my laundry room. Great product and great customer service!

I used Kitchen Cabinet Kings for my kitchen and was completely satisfied. The quality of products and ease of their website are outstanding. My complete order was delivered on time with care taken on how my cabinets were handled. I am using them now for a small basement project and will use them again for all future cabinetry purchases.

We did a remodel in Colorado in 2016 and used these cabinets. We were very impressed with the styles and quality we decided to use them again in our home in Arkansas. We were not disappointed, the quality and choices of style and colors are still there. We would highly recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings to anyone looking to update their kitchen or bath.

There was a glitch with the actual purchase, but stuff happens. Overall, a good experience.
I ordered RTA bathroom cabinets from KCK about 4-5 years ago and was very pleased with them. The quality of the cabinets was good, they went together rather easily, and they're still in very good shape.
This time was quite different and not up to expectations at all. While they came very quicky, the cabinets were not nearly as high quality as the ones we got before (they don't sell the old ones any more) First, the dovetail joints were very rough and didn't fit together well. Also, the locations marked for attaching the top drawer slides were higher on one side of the cabinet than the other, making the cabinet fronts interfere with each other. We made it work, but these cabinets were definitely not the same quality we bought in the past.
Touch-up paint we ordered was missing from our order, and I reported it immediately per their instructions. After 6 different phone calls to them to follow up, nobody ever knew the status of the item; all promised to follow up; none of them did. The paint came in the mail one day out of the blue.
I don't feel I could trust to order from them again.

I had trouble completing purchase in shopping cart. Payment was not accepted multiple times. I finally checked the Pay-Pal box and it was accepted. I did not see any instructions stating that Pay-Pal was required.

We ended up having over 6 deliveries because every time there was something damaged. They only offered a $300 refund after all is said and done. They refused to do anything because apparently this is "uncommon". I don't understand how it is uncommon if it happened to us over 6 times. Awful!!!

November 21 2024 I called Kitchen Cabinet Kings to enquire about their website. I need to buy cabinets for a few of my West Palm Beach investment properties. I told the rep that it's nearly impossible to read their website because they have large red discounted promotional material covering the text and images on the page. It follows as you browse, and as intended. I was trying to find a solution to read their website.
At first I was repeatedly interrupted, then told we won't fix this.
Apparently, there is nothing to fix. Customers must preview their webpage with large red discounted logo blocking text and images and a large Q box on the other side. Be forewarned, being 'right' and spamming discounts on a website speaks volumes about any company.
