Cabinets look absolutely beautiful. Although if you get frameless cabinets don't forget to get toe kick (included in other cabinets) because it is not included and don't bother buying crown moulding to go at the top of the cabinets. ( no where to mount it) other than that I was very pleased with the cabinets. Very sturdy, beautiful, and worth the money!! Getting the cabinets off the truck was a pain due to the 6 foot pallet with 1200 pounds worth of cabinets piled on it was lodged at the back of the truck but kck had nothing to do with that. Once cabinets were installed I noticed I had room for 1 more. I contacted by email and was able to order another with a good shipping rate with no issues. I have recommended to friends.
The cabinets were delivered on time and without damages. The quality of the materials is what I expected. I'm very pleased with cabinets overall.
The installation instructions, though, are atrocious. Basic pictures with no parts list and no written directions are insufficient. I had to use youtube to find appropriate installation videos, particularly on the more involved cabinets (lazy susans) and drawers.
Good quality, reasonable price...good customer service
I ordered the Pearl cabinets which were already assembled. They arrived within two weeks of ordering. Two of the cabinets were damaged during shipping, but Kitchen Cabinet King sent me replacement cabinets free of charge. The quality of the product is excellent. My kitchen was transformed from average to outstanding. They look just beautiful installed. Easy to install and a perfect fit. Installed under the cabinet lights with the matching trim. Definitely an eye catcher.

Our mountain home, which is a 1968 trailer needed a complete renovation, including a new kitchen. Since budget was a factor, we bought ready to assemble cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. This was the right decision! They turned out beautifully! We actually gutted the whole kitchen area, cut out the original metal ceiling and raised it then reinforced the side walls and mounted the cabinets. With cork flooring to keep the tootsies warm and a brightly colored glass back splash, the place looks awesome. Thank you so much Kitchen Cabinet Kings. We are starting a guest house and will absolutely get our cabinets from you! Wish I had a finished picture to post but that will come later.
My husband and I were building a laundry room suite by knocking down a wall and create a large space. We ordered cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings because our neighbor used them and had a good experience. We also found the prices to be exemplary compared to the big box store prices. Their policy of offering free shipping, the lower price of the RTA cabinets, and their special 14% discount saved us several hundred dollars on top of their already great prices.
We purchased the Pacifica cabinets (wall and base). They were delivered in a timely manner and well packed. They arrived in perfect condition! We assembled them ourselves and it couldn't have been easier. All the hardware was included, and they went together easily. The one exception was the base corner cabinet with the lazy susan. It took the better part of a day to assemble it, mainly because it came with no instructions. I called the company and they directed me to a Youtube video that showed how to assemble it. This video was not very helpful because the film speed was fast and the model the person was assembling was slightly different. Aside from that frustration, the rest of the cabinets were assembled very easily and quickly.
Their website is easy to navigate and offered lots of information to make it simple to configure our room. Customer service was also extremely friendly and helpful, and we could either talk with someone on the phone or "chat" on their website.
I was overall very impressed with our experience and would definitely order from them again, and would recommend them to my friends.
We bought the Country Oak cabinets because they were the best color for our design. Even though these are not the most expensive in their line we were very pleased with the quality. Plywood with solid face cabinets cost 20% more than particle board in the box stores. The online staff were very responsive and reassuring that I would get exactly what I needed and helped me get discounts based on the size of my order. Free shipping was a very big deal and cut the cost of our order significantly. We designed our kitchen using the saved cart as a cabinet material list and we always knew how much we were spending. The price is probably the best in the industry and I challenge anyone to find cabinets of this quality for less. I would definitely order form Kitchen Cabinet Kings again and recommend it to my friends. The online assembly guides were great and helped hugely when it came time to assemble the cabinets. If you are even a little bit handy then do not hesitate to buy these ready to assemble cabinets. I had 22 cabinets and I could not have stored them all while I built my kitchen, so RTA cabinets actually made my project simpler than using pre-assembled cabinets. Thanks Kitchen Cabinet Kings
Im posting this review for my grandpa Doug A. I helped him install the cabinets and we were both very happy with the quality of the cabinets. You could tell the wood was prepared and maintained very well. The assembly was very easy and was made easier by the instructional videos on Youtube.
Overall, we would recommend these cabinets to anyone looking to replace there current ones.

There were a few items missing from the order, but resolved timely.
The delivery service was not great. They do not deliver in the home - so, you will have to bring these in yourself. I live in a downtown condo, so there isn't really a place to just leave these on the street. Be clear with the delivery service on whether they will bring the cabinets in.
After A LOT of shopping around and investigative work, I bought my cabinets from KCK and I'm so glad that I did. I knew I wanted dark wood cabinets to go with my white appliances and a granite counter (Bianco Romano) that blended the two colors together. So I bought the pepper shaker cabinets which are perfect and I absolutely LOVE my new kitchen.
They arrived quickly, in perfect condition and at a fraction of the cost that I had shopped around for with other cabinet companies & Home Depot ($13,000+ and I paid less than 1/3 of that). They're solid hickory and very well made, we bought the pre-assembled type which made my husband's life a lot easier and was well worth the small extra cost. I'll recommend them time & time again since I can't imagine my kitchen w/o them.
I worked with Jessica for a couple weeks designing my kitchen. I had to change a lazy susan to a easy reach corner cabinet do to a pipe chase that would ruin the functionality of the lazy susan. I shown the pipe chase from the beginning in the measurements i gave them but had to ask them to be completely sure that we were on the same page. Sure enough she came back and said they can not custom build to fit around the pipe chase and it may ruin functionality but could not give any definite yes or no. They should have addressed this in my original drawing so be sure to mention in words any odd detail such as a pipe chase. So we replace the lazy susan with and easy reach corner cabinet that will have to be fabricated to fit the corner where the pipe chase is. This easy reach cabinet is about $100 cheaper then the lazy susan. Jessica then forwards me my new quote and it is $260 more then the previous one with the more expensive cabinet. So I think they are just making up numbers and tell her how I am offended she would try and pull a move like this after working together for so long. To which she replies that she is offended that I think she would do something like that, and that she forgot to add the tax in the original quote. To which she carries on and says she thinks its best if we do not work together. After weeks of back and fourth. This was incredibly frustrating as it completely messes up my deadline plus all the work has already been done. I then go on to use another sales associate, (not wanting Jessica to get commission from me) I get a detailed quote from the other sales associate (Rebecca), showing tax's and discount applied. (something Jessica never included in her quotes) I proceed to give all my credit card info and shipping like Rebecca requested and then did not hear another word for 5 more days. On my third email asking what was going on she replied she could not fill the order because Jessica requested her not to. Once again incredibly frustrating because this put my project off another 5 days. My main reason for using cabinet kings over cliq cabinets (who custom build with higher quality to fit exact needs) was because of cabinet kings fast 2 week delivery promise.
Outstanding Service and quality. Decided to use KCK for our DIY kitchen remodel after getting some ridiculous bids from contractors. KCK ordering and shipping was a breeze.. you could always find a person to talk to if needed.
Quality of the cabinets was outstanding. Used KCK planning services and the fit was spot on. We liked the experience so well, we used KCK for our bath remodel(s). (which are just about complete)
I shopped around a lot for cabinets looking for the best price my decision was Kitchen Cabinet Kings. So after I made the price decision I made sure to check the reviews from previous customers... My cabinets are now delivered and waiting to be installed and as it turns out my decision to use Kitchen Cabinet Kings was the right one. The Cabinet door style was exactly what I ordered, quality of delivered product was good. Their customer support staff was excellent they were on top of the delivery schedule and let me know in advance when the order would arrive. There is no doubt I would you use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again? I also recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings to my friends?

I was very scared to order cabinets online, but when we were building our house and we ran out of money before we got to the kitchen cabinets, that was about our only option. We were getting quotes of $8,000+ for just a standard kitchen and we were able to afford that. So I started researching online and found KCK. It was very easy to order and everything was laid out nicely. Being able to pay with Paypal was a must and I wasn't going to order through a company unless they had Paypal. Once I had all of my cabinets picked out I ordered them. It took about 2 weeks to receive them which I feel was a little longer than necessary for the small amount of cabinets that I ordered. But I was updated and given a tracking number, which was nice. Working with the 3rd party shipping company wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. The cabinets came in beautiful and none were scratched or broken. Some of the drawers or doors were off but that was easily fixed. They are excellent quality, and we receive compliments every time someone walks in our home. Love the soft close drawers. They are a major plus. Overall I am very impressed and feel the only room for improvement is the time from ordering to the time of shipping. Thank you KCK for my beautiful kitchen. I didn't think it was possible!
We shopped everywhere for a great priced cabinet. The Kitchen Cabinet Kings were hands down the best priced. We love our new kitchen they were easy to assemble and are a great quality.

Kitchen Cabinet Kings was referred to us by a neighbor who has used them on multiple occasions and now I will definitely suggest KCK to others taking on a renovation, as well. After getting several estimates from other cabinet companies, we decided to take on a little bit more of the legwork ourselves (doing our own measuring, ordering, being home when the shipment came, etc.) and it saved us THOUSANDS of dollars. I was a bit nervous doing this myself and emailed Andrew several times before placing my order. He was very helpful and always responded right away. Once the order was placed, it was shipped on schedule and I was able to track the shipment with the 3rd party trucking company. They were very nice, helpful and professional, as well.
The cabinets we received came in on time and in great shape. They were well packed and easy to assemble. I found out after a couple that it's best to loosen each of the brackets and the cabinets will then seat in their slots much better without forcing them.
The web site was easy to use and easy to see what you had in your cart. Since my order was for a full wall of cabinets from one end to the other in a dining room, knowing what I had in my cart was very important including the accessories.
The custom modifications that were done to the Brownstone Cabinets included cutting down the two end pantry cabinets from 24" depth to 15" depth. This was easy to do however it's best to trim from the front side rather than the back side so you don't loose the groove in the back. Just re-position the brackets and you get the custom depth you need. We also had 4 glass cabinets where the 8 panels were routed out to accept the glass from a glass store. I did not throw out the panels that were removed from each door but used these to cover the underside of the cabinets that were exposed for the buffet area. This gave this area a nice matching finished look. Pictures of this were included for others that may want to do the same.
I would definitely order again from Kitchen Cabinet Kings as they were 50% less than the big box stores and even discount cabinet shops sold locally. Plus the added benefit that every cabinet is finished inside and out whereas the others wanted quite a bit more per cabinet to finish the inside. Keep this in mind when comparing.

Kick is the best place that we have found for my business. They have a large variety to choose from on different pricing. All my customers love the finished product. The customer service is great. Anytime you have a question or concern the response is quick. This product is much better then anything you would get from a box store. I have done base kitchens to top of the line kitchens and am very pleased with everything.
KCK was exactly what we needed. Between their great prices and some sweat equity on my part, I saved at least $5,000!

The cabinets were delivered in a timely manner. The 18-wheeler backed up to our driveway, and the driver unload 2 very well packed/wrapped pallets. The packaging was wonderful, as there was zero damage to any item. We splurged on a narrow spice drawer, and we love it. We also got the big corner Lazy Susan. Susan is very solid and works well!

We love the cabinets!! They exceeded our expectations, we ordered Pearl Cabinets. Only issue was with delivery business, we know this is in our fault, but you have to inspect each cabinet before the business leaves to prove cracks, chips, etc. Because we ordered so many cabinets it took us about 40 minutes to take off double surrounding boxes anf bubbles. This is great btw that they are protected well. But thr delivery business was in a hurdy and after waiting 15 mins we let them leave, of course about 30 minutes later we found 2 cabinet cracks. This again is our fault, but we are kivking ourselves because these cabinets are gorgeous and we should have made the delivery team wait. All in all, we highly recommend this business, they are courteous, helpful and sell high quality products. You will in no way be dissappointed, but please remember to MAKE the delivery team Wait while you nwrap each cabinet or they are yours:)

My new Pepper Shaker cabinets are wonderful! They look gorgeous in my new kitchen! They were a great price in comparison to other RTA sites I looked at, and my contractor (my dad) and I were surprised at what great quality they were… dove tail drawers with soft close feature and very sturdy cabinets. Hello, We had our Kitchen re-done last week. It took a little longer then what we expected. What would have only taken a week at the most took 6 weeks. Our cabinets were supposed to be here in 7-10 days we received them 5 weeks later. It wasn't Cabinet Kings fault. From what the customer service rep Louisa explained to us. She found out the cabinet maker was over loaded with orders and everything was on back order. We had ordered the Savannah cabinets. So we just waited. My new kitchen floor looked fabulous. And my kids lived off the BBQ grill and microwave. But once the cabinets were shipped we received an email. The following day the shipping company contacted us. A delivery time was set, cabinets arrived unbroken and secure. My contractor "forgot" he was supposed to be at my house to help unload. I am a 5"7 135lb woman. I broke down 3 pallets 7 feet high by myself in my driveway. Took me an hour and a half. My husband got home from work and I had opened all the boxes and set each cabinet where they were to go in the kitchen. My contractor had my cabinets up the next day with no issues. My granite people arrived the next day and did the template had no issues putting the top on the cabinets. The cabinets look gorgeous and are high end solid wood quality. The exact same cabinets that are custom ordered through Home Depot we were quoted $15,000. We only paid $4300 for everything. We added cabinets to different areas in our kitchen. we added a side island/desk area. I call it a coffee and wine bar. We added cabinets to another wall making it a kitchen entertainment desk center. My kitchen looks bigger. My granite guys asked me where I got my cabinets they said they were gorgeous and had not seen beautiful cabinets like this. We went from orange formica countertops and orange walled backsplash to a gorgeous kitchen that everyone is asking us where we got it. I highly recommend Cabinet Kings for cabinets. But just be prepared that the cabinets can take a while to arrive. I believe it may vary depending on the popularity of the cabinet style. I have 1 small wall cabinet and 2 corbels on back order that are just now being shipped 3 weeks later. Just be prepared for a delay. I recommend ordering the cabinets 2-3 months before you do the construction because of this issue. So you have all the pieces you need to get your kitchen complete in one shot. Need new kitchen cabinets for my new house and found KCK. Had a easy time with there free design service. After a few emails, we were off and running. Ordered the ready assembled Mocha Shaker cabinets and received them in about a week. They looked great out of the box. I am really impressed with the quality of cabinets. Well built and about $4k less than the big box stores! Took our time installing the cabinets in my kitchen. Came out amazing! Thank you Anthony Saladino for all the help. Great product.
About 18 months ago, we launched a small business buying and renovating small buildings for rentals. After doing 2 kitchens with a local vendor, I found Kitchen Cabinet Kings online. Their pricing is superb (frankly unbeatable), and the quality and service are top notch. We have been using their Newport line of RTA kitchen cabinets, and they feel well built and look great. The website is easy to navigate, and when I have needed expedited delivery, I can always talk to someone who can help me out. We have now used Kitchen Cabinet Kings for six kitchen redos, and I just ordered a new set of cabinets last night. I highly recommend them.
On 4/9/2014 I ordered the New Yorker kitchen cabinets online. The descriptions of the cabinets are very vague and it would be nice to see actual pictures of the product and how many shelves' you get. The shelf is only 12" deep, no much storage space. There were two cabinets back ordered so I didn't get my order until 5/5/2014. It took them 5 days after the back order came in to ship. The face frame, door, shelf and drawer are the best parts of the cabinet. The sides, back, top and bottom are made of cheep plywood from china. I had a lot of problems with the plywood delaminating and warp age that made it hard to put together. I had to use long clamps to put most of the cabinets together. There's little or no instructions on how to put it together. They do have videos you can watch that will help you most of the way. But there are no instructions or video on how to install the drawer slides. There is no hardware to connect 2 cabinets side by side. I had to pre drill holes in the side of the face frame and use 2 ½" flat head screws to connect them. Their pricing is lower than all the other cabinet places. So you will have to give up some quality for pricing. Don't get me wrong the cabinets look great and you can't see the warped plywood when it's all together. You will need to purchase something for the toe kick. I will continue to use Kitchen Cabinet Kings in the future for I still have 2 bathrooms to remodel yet. I did order 2 more cabinets for my laundry room and they came real fast in about 7 days.
My mother needed her kitchen upgraded. Kitchen Cabinet Kings was recommended to us by close friends. The staff at KCK was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process. Anthony was able to answer any of our questions and concerns very quickly. I would recommend KCK to anyone looking to improve their home.
I ordered the RTA Mocha Shaker Cabinets and they were delivered promptly as promised. Easy to assemble and quality was superb. Only one wall cabinet had minor damage but with a little glue was able to fix bracket that was pulled off. Love the solid birch front and soft close drawers.
I ordered Ice White Shaker cabinets for my kitchen remodel. I shopped around on-line and Kitchen Cabinet Kings seemed to have the best value/most reasonable price. The cabinets shipped quickly and were in good condition. There was damage to one cabinet and they were quick to send a new one. I also ordered one cabinet in the wrong size and they gave me a discount on the replacement. Overall, I am very happy with the cabinets. They are not super high end construction, but they are a good value. I would recommend to others.
Just completed two bathroom vanities. Great cabinet quality. Ordered RTA cabinets, very easy to assemble. Again fast delivery. Will definitely use again in the future.
I did a lot of research and decided to go with Kitchen Cabinet Kings and it was worth it. I received my Cabinets within 14 days and the quality was above and beyond what i thought and what i compared to seeing and touching in Big Box stores.
I plan on renovating my bathroom and will use KCK again.

I just finished my kitchen last week and I wanted to say Kitchen Cabinet Kings was great to work with. I am a jack of all trades so a friend and I did the remodel. I submitted my plan to the service dept and they confirmed the cabinets I wanted should work. I ordered the cabinets already put together and saved over 2K from the CA people around here. The only issue I ran into was they couldn't send my cabinet already built so my friend and I had to assemble them. But KCK refunded me over $450, gave me free shipping and made sure I was satisfied. The kits were actually ready to assemble, easy and I was able to add glue to many parts and add more support. So it all worked out and the kitchen looks great!
I ordered the Shaker Ice Cabinets. They all arrived to Tennessee with out harm. The way these cabinets are packaged it is hard to damage them so don't be afraid of the shipping process. These cabinets can be assembled in less than 10 minutes per cabinet after you get the initial idea. I have used RTA in the past and these are some of the easiest I have put together.
Happy with the cabinets. Great value. The owners are pleased. There was minor damage on the original delivery and it took longer to get the replacement parts than the original full order, which affected our schedule. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. I would and have used them again.
I used Kitchen Cabinet Kings to order cabinets for my kitchen redo project. Customer service was fast responding to all my questions via email and the people were very friendly and helpful. The cabinets themselves are great quality and were delivered to my door just a little over a week after ordering them online. I have no complaints and will probably use them again for any future renovation projects because their prices are extremely competitive. My only complaint is that the website could be a little clearer about the differences between the cabinets, so that when you're ordering them, you know for sure you're getting the right one. I accidentally ordered a 27" sink base when I meant to order one with a drawer. It worked out fine because the contractor built a drawer. But the only difference I could see on the website when I went back to see was that one had an S in front of the label, which I now know stands for sink.
Cabinets were all delivered as ordered. Cabinets look beautiful installed in our new kitchen. Cabinet dimensions differ slightly than what are posted on the website so check with them if you have a tight fitting area.
I bought assembled cabinets from this company, based upon the reviews. This is one of those companies that provides great service up front, but the follow through is lacking. The cabinets I received had some very poor quality issues, (several missing screws and a some parts that were simply not assembled very well at all.) There was some damaged material, as well. Fortunately, my contractor was able to fix most of the bad assembly and damage. I did need to order two replacement doors. So, I contacted the company and made them aware of the quality issues with photos, and asked for replacement doors. I was somewhat surprised to find that the company representative did not seem surprised at the poor quality. They just wanted to give me my two doors and be done with me. I never received any kind of proactive communication regarding the replacement doors. I was the one who had to keep following up with them. When the replacement doors did arrive, one of them was the wrong door. (I wasn't surprised. Since the cabinet manufacturer shipped out such shoddy cabinets to begin with, why would their replacements be any better?) Lastly, in one of my emails to the company, I asked to receive a phone call back to discuss the situation. Did I get a phone call? No, I received another email. I had to ask a second time for a phone call. UPDATE - I am still having to push KCK to send me the proper sized replacement door. They assure me that they are 'working on it.' Meanwhile, I expect that I will have to have the missing door custom made locally because KCK can not maintain their obligation.
I replaced a kitchen in an efficiency apartment using Richmond style cabinets. The cabinets arrived as ordered in a very timely manner. They were easy to plan, procure, assemble and install. Customer service was great! They are a great value compared to cabinets you may find in the big-box stores. There were a few very minor condition issues that I was able to deal with on my own. I definitely recommend using Kitchen Cabinet Kings.
I am very pleased with my kitchen cabinets! I was skeptical about ordering online and not seeing something in front of me, but price and speed was appealing from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. I drew up my layout of cabinets myself, taking careful measurements and getting creative to use upper fridge cabinets as a base for bench seating in my dining. I'd place all measured cabinets in my "cart" and then remeasure. I started playing with different cabinet styles/finishes and ultimately went with the shaker style in Pepper for a modern look. I had different quotes from local cabinetry, but when they came in nearly $5k higher, I knew online was the way to go. I had Jessica draw up a layout for me as well, but I liked what I came up with better and ordered. They were shipped all the way from east coast to west coast in 2 weeks without a scratch, dent or missing piece! We had bubble wrap everywhere. The construction was solid, I was impressed, they are high quality, the dark stain was perfect, as expected from other's pictures. I love them, I could not be happier with the insides, outsides, sturdy expensive feel, but a fraction of the cost and waiting time, I am an impatient person and KCK was perfect! I would highly recommend them. If you are doing it yourself, measure- a lot, take into account blind corner pieces- they do not sit flush against the wall, so if it's a 39" piece, it's 3" out from the wall, making your measurement 42" total! And the inside of the cabinets have a half shelf, so even though they are adjustable, they are 12" wide in a 24" base cabinet, great for tall things, but definitely cuts down on storage when you come from a full shelf, just an fyi. And another great thing was the service- those pop up chat boxes... someone was really there at midnight, pacific time and although she couldn't directly answer my question she said she would have someone contact me in the morning, which Andrew did. I am so happy we chose this company and this style, I would not change a thing!
I ordered the shaker style cabinets from kitchen cabinet kings for both my kitchen and bath remodel. The quality of the cabinets is very high. No particle board. All plywood sides and backs. Very nice even finish on the doors and face. Good selection of accessories to create a custom look install. The website is easy to use and find what you are looking for. Delivery was a standard timeframe for such a large order. No problems and will use again if the opportunity arises.

Thanks to Anthony and his knowledgeable staff I got exactly what I wanted and requested. I have a condo with a small galley kitchen. I sent my measurements into there free design service and within a couple of days I had a great design with a nice open layout.
Fast forward a few weeks and I feel like I live in a different place. With added cabinet space, an island that provides me more counter space to cook, as well as additional seating options, I couldn't be happier.
From start to finish working with Kitchen Cabinet Kings was a positive experience. I received a prompt response to every email. When I called to tell them that my end shelf was damaged upon delivery, I had a new one at my door 2 days later.
Last but not least I'd like to talk about the cabinets. The combination of price and quality is right up there with the best. I purchased my kitchen and bathroom cabinets for my new house from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. I installed the cabinets myself and they look great. As I was building my house there were changes after changes and they worked with me along the way to change the layout. They were patient and timely on their quotes and delivery. I would recommend these cabinets as a high quality product at an affordable price.
I bought the Tribeca cabinets for my kitchen and laundry. The value of the cabinet set is very high, with all the soft close, adjustable hinges, solid wood, etc. Design services are very flexible and accommodating. Issues with shipping and delivery have been hassle free. I liked them so much I also did an apartment with Tribeca from Kitchen Cabinet Kings a year later. Highly recommended! Great value!
I renovated my entire kitchen, installing Tribeca bamboo RTA kitchen cabinets. I absolutely love these cabinets! The quality and craftsmanship is excellent. I replaced my old base cabinets with the 36 inch drawer banks. I love these! They are so much more functional--I now have easy access to everything. I even used these glasses and dishes. I used 30 inch drawer banks for my island. I really love the pull-out spice cabinent in my island below my cooktop. I replaced my upper cabinets with 36 inch and 42 inch horizontal cabinets. They look modern and provide easy access. I used frosted glass doors on them and added puck lights inside. The cabinets look great lit up and provide enough soft light to serve as night lights. I've received many compliments from friends and family--they can't believe my gorgeous cabinets were assembled by me. My cabinets arrived quickly without any undamage. The customer service was excellent. When I received the wrong frame finish on my glass doors, they promptly sent the replacements. My only complaint is concerning the assembly instructions that came with the cabinets. They consisted of a few basic pictures with no written intructions or parts list detailing which screws go where. Luckily, it wasn't too difficult to figure it out. The hardest part was figuring out the correct way to attach the soft-close drawer guides and pistons for the horizontal upper cabinets. I contacted customer service for help with the pistons. They contacted the manufacturer who emailed more detailed instructions, which solved the problem. When I contacted them to see if I could get a replacement side panel for a cabinet damaged during my renovation, they promptly took care of it for me at no charge, even though the damage was my fault. You can't ask for better customer service than that! I would definitely buy cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings again. I'll post photos as soon as my countertops are installed.
Kitchen Cabinet Kings provided an excellent product and a superb service. The doors were great and they don't make any noise which is great. Materials and workmanship top notch just as they described it on their website. Packaging for shipping was well done and arrived on time. Got exactly what I needed. Zero issues. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
Kichen Cabinet Kings was great! They helped us with getting the right fit for our cabinets in the space we had and made some suggestions which assisted with getting the island we wanted. We were very satisfied with the quality and condition of the cabinets. They were packaged very well when received and had no damage. Would use them again and highly recommend.
I'm very skeptical of the positive reviews here. I've seen user posts on forums, suggesting to use them by random 1 post username accounts. My experience with them was not up to my expectations. They do not support product issues that should be warranty coverage. The only warranty you have is a 7 day window upon delivery. They blame manufacturing flaws/imperfections on shipping damage. Find a problem, report it to Kitchen Cabinet Kings, and they say the manufacturer denied the claim because of shipping damage, and your outside the 7 day replacement window. To get anything replaced, you have to literally assemble all cabinets within the 7 day window. Even if the box looks fine, you have take everything out and assemble within 7 days... or face the shipping damage response. All warranty statements by this company and cabinet manufacturer are a trick to get you to buy. You have a 7 day warranty to blame on shipping and thats it. The manufacturer hides behind the resellers like Kitchen Cabinet Kings. The manufacturer will refuse to talk to residential customers regarding support. Meanwhile if you have a product issue, Kitchen Kings will say " the manufacturer denied claim ... sorry ". The operation between manufacturer and seller is not your typical USA style, based on good customer service. In hindsight, I would have paid more money with a real USA customer service driven company.
My experience with KCK was top notch, from the product to the customer service. I am redoing my kitchen and ordered cabinets from KCK and I couldn't be happier with the quality (under mount full extension dovetail drawers with soft closing feature) and look of the cabinets (pepper shaker style which is dark brown). Ordering process was simple and delivery was quick. Can't think of any negatives in the entire process. Highly recommend KCK!
It was reassuring to have a knowledgeable customer service representative that had an answer for all of my questions. I was very happy on how fast their shipping was, and the care they took wrapping the pallets to insure they made it to my house without damage. I was nervous about the quality of the cabinets since I could not see, or put my hands on them before I purchased. We are extremely happy with the quality and the look of their product. It well surpassed our expectations and we got exactly the look and quality we were going for. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new cabinets. I will be using them again when we remodel the bathrooms. They made this part of my remodel flawless.

Would not recommend. Very poor customer service, bad shipping, and damaged product. Plus, these guys are drop shippers have have no control over shipping or delivery. There was a substantial delay in the shipping (to GA) and our cabinets were "lost" according to the shipper. Cabinet Kings was unhelpful in assisting us in find the cabinets in getting them delivered. We ended up having to talk directly to the shippers ourselves to get the product delivered. When they finally showed up the cabinets were damaged (under the packaging). This put us way behind schedule in our remodel. Cabinet Kings would not expedite the replacement and they would not give us a refud. I ended up purchasing a replacement from another company because it was taking soo long to get a replacement cabinet from cabinet king. That showed up two days later...cabinet king still hasn't even shipped my replacement cabinet. They did offer to waive the shipping charges, but what I really wanted was a replacement shipped ASAP. The girl I dealt with was nice but has no real authority, ability, or control over the process. I would have been better off complaining to my cat for all the help I got :)
Although we had some initial problems with the design not being correct (thank you Kitchen Cabinet Kings for noticing that) and one of the appliances we wanted was not being available, our kitchen renewal was an absolute success. Kitchen Cabinet Kings were polite, the service was flawless the products were marvelous, and the price was within our budget. We are delighted with the kitchen and with the overall service, we received. Honestly what more could you ask of them.

I worked with Kitchen Cabinet Kings a while ago and I can honestly say that the cabinets they delivered were of unexpected quality. The whole process took about 2 weeks and the tidiness and care taken when the job was being done was awesome and they were able to incorporate our suggestions, this was in fact the main factor in choosing them. 100% recommended.
Ordered the white cabinets for a kitchen remodel after working with a "designer". They arrived on time as promised. However, along with a panel damaged in transit, many cabinets had dings and lumps (from the manufacture not the transit) and very poorly painted edges, and some did not even match. They were an obvious off white compared to the others. The other problem is their "designer" miscalculated the cabinet layout for function. Measurements given were correct,but in a corner, the cabinet doors would not open and dishwasher door could not open as well. There needed to be an extension piece for a corner. So things had to be redesigned and reconstructed to ensure cabinets and appliance doors could function. Jessica, after requiring photos to demonstrate the many defects (which in itself took a ton of time) ,was very good about ordering replacement doors and panels and touch up kits, only to have the same defects ( edges, dings and mismatched color) with the replacements again and again. When she finally asked me to mail back all the defective cabinets, I just gave up. There was no way I was going to waste even more time and money . My contractor and workers repeatedly told me time and again, "That's what you get when you order cheap cabinets". I ended using some of the dinged cabinets since they were better than the replacements, and I finally just spray painted with touch up paint some of the discolored doors to try and make them match. In the end , any money I may have "saved" by ordering these cabinets online, I lost 3 times over to my contractor with the extra wages I had to pay him to try to make the cabinets function and look ok . I now realize I could've had custom cabinets made to order WITHOUT touched up and spray painted doors for less money. Perhaps it is just the white cabinets, but the quality control is nonexistent as I think they are shipped directly from China. Therefore, I regret my purchase. The cabinets look ok now, but cost way more than they should of with all the labor and time involved, and I certainly did not get the"high quality" cabinets promised. Perhaps their non-painted cabinets are better than my white ones, and I do give credit to Jessica for really trying to help, but I would never consider ordering cabinets from KCK again as the quality is just not there and in the end, they are certainly not the quality promised nor any bargain.
I absolutely love Kitchen Cabinet Kings, not to mention the kitchen cabinets they've provided for us. The quality is good, the cabinets fitted perfectly with our kitchen and the rest of the decor, my kitchen now looks amazing, and the price we paid could not be better. Customer service was polite every time, I'm very happy with what I've got and have no complaints.
