Ordering was easy with Nicole’s assistance
After deciding on Forevermark Matrix cabinetry, I found lots of retail and wholesale dealer options, though none seemed helpful with design questions until I called this company and reached Nicole Shelley. Thank you!
Purchasing was pretty easy but confirm discounts before ordering
I ordered a kitchen for a customer. I had gotten a quote a few weeks ago which included a 12% discount. When the client finally said yes, the 12% discount had disappeared. I used the chat box but the man who answered said they had no discounts at that time. I wasn’t happy but set ti aside so I could discuss what to do with the customer. Shortly after my chat I saw an email pop up with a 20%. I used that link ti go order it but when I got to the order form it wouldn’t accept the sale code. So I went on the chat.the guy said, well, you can use Military12 so in stead of arguing I used that.
As soon as I ordered I got another 15% email. So I sent a complaint and asked for either a credit or a refund of the difference. That was a week ago, but I’ve heard nothing.
Hopefully the product is a better than the service. I’ll let you know.

My contractor introduced me to Kitchen Cabinet Kings and I’m so happy that he did! They have an extensive choice in cabinetry. I found just what I wanted. Their customer service is superior. kitchen Cabinet Kings is my go to spot for cabinets.

Perfect customer service
My experience was great the cabinets arrived perfectly packed. We had one door that was warped and I received a replacement in a couple days. Both times I have used their cabinets experience was seamless!
I am extremely happy with our RTA cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. This my fourth time ordering from them.
The cabinets look far more luxurious than you would expect, solid construction.
Most important, Customer Service was excellent throughout the process, especially Jessica, and Louisa, who were very helpful and responsive.

We have purchased from Kitchen Cabinet Kings multiple times. We love their products. We have done 3 kitchens and 3 bathrooms. Customer service is easy to get in touch with and is always very helpful. We may have one more bathroom remodel and we will be using them again.

Unexpected Needs
I purchased cabinets from Kitchen cabinet kings more than 3 years ago. I had some unexpected damage to my cabinets. I contacted then and they quickly went to my original order and helped me order the components I needed for the repair. Good quality products and quick delivery. What more can you ask for.

Great service and low prices
I was looking at the same exact product from a different provider (they just changed the name) and decided to look at prices from KCK. I have purchased from KCK in the past and there was no problem. The prices were better than the other site and when I asked a question, it was answered almost immediately. Always friendly and respectful. I will stop shopping around and stay with KCK in the future to save time.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE
We and our family in California and Illinois have remodeled 5 kitchens through Kitchen Cabinet Kings over the past 10 years. I cannot say empathically enough how truly unique and consistent their attention, assistance, promptness, delivery time frame are with how they address their customers. You feel as though you are the most important person to help in their day. I do not know another company we have used over our lifetime that we can count on for the quality, care and appreciation for our business they have shown.

Touch up Kit
the touch up kit received when the new kitchen was install is dried up deemed useless and the wanted 72.00 for a new one. Since The color of Imperial Blue is their own secret formula I had to pay them. I think. its a rip off since it it not my fault because the paint dried up.....
But I do like kitchen.

Second time ordering - all has gone smoothly, pending receipt of second round of cabinets. First order was for our kitchen - went so well, we ordered more cabinets as our bathroom vanities. Waited for the sale for additional savings and we are so happy we did!

My previous experience and this one so far has been great. Bought majority of my kitchen cabinets in 2021. Came up with the need for two more cabinets to create a study area for my daughter and more storage space for my wife. All in all easy to find easy to buy. I hope the install goes well as I haven’t received any cabinets yet.

I have used KCK for many flips and clients. I most recently ordered cabinets for my kitchen in my condo which was flooded and destroyed. I can't wait to see it done. Pleasant and professional to work with and good communication.
I still haven’t bought the kitchen cabinets, but my experience with getting a response wasn’t very fast. I remember writing on a Thursday and not getting a reply until Monday, and it was just a welcome message saying they would contact me the next day — but nothing happened. I had to follow up myself to check, and it wasn’t until Wednesday that I started getting more frequent responses. But they don’t call you; everything is through email. I made two calls to see if they’d call me back, and nothing — totally different from what I expected.
I hope that once I purchase the product, the service will be good.

Was easy to order and got a discount, but was not able to print anything until after it was ordered , it just made it more work and time for me

I have to say Rebecca White has the patience of a saint, we went back and forth with design changes and even cabinet style changes and she professional through out.
When I found an issue with my original order, my fault completely, Rebecca she took on the challenge of working with me again and came through like the champ she is.
I can’t wait to see the outcome when the remodel is eventually finished.

I used Kitchen Cabinet Kings for my kitchen and was completely satisfied. The quality of products and ease of their website are outstanding. My complete order was delivered on time with care taken on how my cabinets were handled. I am using them now for a small basement project and will use them again for all future cabinetry purchases.
Second time Around
We did a remodel in Colorado in 2016 and used these cabinets. We were very impressed with the styles and quality we decided to use them again in our home in Arkansas. I had trouble completing purchase in shopping cart. Payment was not accepted multiple times. I finally checked the Pay-Pal box and it was accepted. I did not see any instructions stating that Pay-Pal was required.

Good prices
First time visiting your website. I shopped around online for base cabinets and wall cabinets for my laundry room and was made aware about you from my Affirm app. I was looking for an RTA option because I am handy with tools and know I can save money going this route. I am looking forward to my delivery and hoping the quality is good as I suspect. I need to upgrade my kitchen soon.

Samples take too long to receive.
Ordered sample three days ago and it still shows 'processing.' Never received an email confirming order. Other competitors have processed, shipped and I have received within three days. Not sure about ordering a lot of cabinets from them, if they can't get a sample processed quicker than this.

My shipping experience did quite go as planned, but it worked out. The cabinets seems to be very good quality.
Currently, I’m very frustrated. I bought A LOT of cabinets. Some came from Thailand, some from Vietnam, and some China… which if fine, except that they are not the same. I have two pantries side by side, from two different locations, with different size doors. Impossible to match up.
I’m pretty disappointed with that.
Cabinets are great!!
Cabinets I bought before are excellent and so I have purchased a larger set now. They look beautiful when fully assembled. The assembly is a little difficult as the instructions are pretty basic and unless you're a skilled carpenter, you're gonna have your work cut out for you.
My only gripe is really the "free shipping" over $3000. My order came to over $3000, but there was a discount applied which put it under and then the shipping cost kicked in and it was more than my discount, so that's kind of ****.
Happy with the product. Hopefully they will arrive on time and undamaged!!!
One more cabinet
I needed to order one more cabinet. I emailed Dana with my request and within an hour. I had a response with an order. I went in. I paid for it and it’s on its way. It couldn’t have been easier.

Excellent Designer Service
I was referred to Kitchen Cabinet Kings by a friend who has used the company several time. Prior to this, I have had zero experience in ordering cabinets of any kind. I was assigned a designer, Nicole Shelley, and she guided me through the entire process offering several design ideas for us to consider. Our project was a total house renovation with a new kitchen and bath layout. Nicole worked with us to get cabinets that would fit in our space and meet our storage needs. She offered ideas I had not thought of and answered what feels like a thousand questions. We were able to take advantage of a special discount and her design services. I have also used their website chat service. The customer service was just as good. I have just placed my order today and anxiously await their arrival. We did order RTA cabinets. I will update my review after installation.

The web site was pretty easy to use. Since I am not making any changes to my kitchen layout, I was able to basically get replacement cabinets for what I had installed when I purchased my house. I am getting wall cabinets that go to the ceiling instead of having wasted space above and stopping short of the ceiling like they are now. I look forward to my shipment arriving and getting started on the installation.

Shipping Disastors!!!
There was shipping damage to every single cabinet and three of the extra glass doors ordered!
Not one pre-assembled cabinet arrived without some damage. The packaging seemed to be flimsy and inadequate. The corners on the cabinets were not protected properly. The back panel on a 33" wide double door cabinet was busted in two places. I am so disappointed that more care was not take to protect these pre-assembled cabinets! I am currently working with KCK Customer Service, they have requested photos of the damaged cabinets.

Company was recommended by friend with experience. Ordered sample to see item quality and color. Was satisfied and made color choices. When returning to site to locate item, discovered name was changed and additional colors indicated on the sample were not available. Chat feature and company representatives very responsive, Explanation for name change was given, but not color options. Currently waiting on order - will hold full review.

Sample is perfect
The sample arrived today, and the workmanship, color, and style are exactly what we are looking for. Shipping was quick and the cabinet door sample was securely and nicely protected. I am very pleased thus far.
Nice cabinets but slow delivery
I’ve purchased 2 sets of cabinets for our rental properties and have been pleased with the quality. However delivery is slow and difficult to track. Two items were not delivered and back ordered for another month so I chose to cancel….i was then told I could not cancel because they were about to ship??? I also don’t appreciate the fact that the cabinets went on an 18% discount the week after I ordered them. I should have been told this when I spoke to customer service. Seems like a bait to buy more! Their cabinets are impossible to return with shipping and 25% restocking fee.
Home Depot or Lowe’s is my new go to for rentals. So much easier for returns and my job isn’t held up for weeks!

No problem in assembling cabinets and they look just as good as cabinets from a big box store for substantially less money.
