Need a part for a cabinet and they made it happen.
Very high shipping charges
Ordered 2 kitchens with free shipping. Needed one more cabinet (a B21) RTA and the cabinet was $350 and the shipping was $250 from NJ to RI. After complaining they lowered it to $117, still a rip off. I am happy with the cabinets overall good qulaity for the price (if you get free shipping)

Ridiculous Shipping Cost
No matter what you order, or how many times, unless your order is for greater than $3,000, the shipping charge is $185. So, if you order any accessories after your initial order, such as side panels, or trim molding, mostly priced at $25 to $50 per item, you must pay the $185. I just ordered on side panel for a base cabinet that sells for $45. It cost me $185 to ship to my home. What a poor business policy!
Most intuitive website, and great customer service
Was a bit hesitant, but bought some cabinets online to build a bar, and landed on KCK. Had to make a few changes so they worked with me to get it right AND helped me to fix an error in my order that would have missed me a discount. Haven’t received product yet, but so far so good.

I have a blank slate L-Shaped kitchen remodel. I was able to select all of my RTA cabinets online and order exactly what I wanted. I saved more than 50% compared to the Big Box store quote for the same layout.

My daughter bought cabinets 3 years ago through Kitchen Cabinet Kings and I could not believe the beauty and quality of them. I am building a new house and just ordered my own cabinets. These were 1/3 of the price quoted by my local lumber dealer. I can hardly wait for them to arrive!

Your shipping cost for this small item ordered was prohibitive. I need the product . So I agreed but I’ll look elsewhere next time.

Thrilled this all worked out. As a single mom, I have to shop smart & stretch my means if I want to provide nice things. I invested in “Pearl” pantry cabinets that were on sale; during an 18off sale a couple years ago. I was REALLY impressed with them even though they aren’t my first choice for style. I knew if I was ever going to have a laundry “room”, this new 20off sale was the time. I opted for the Pearl line again because I love the quality & high-end feel they give! I had problems with “PayPal Credit” (for an option of making payments) during my attempted checkout. I emailed customer service to figure out the issue but the sale deadline was ending. I was promptly greeted with understanding & a promise to honor the sale for several days further! As it turned out, my total was too much for the PayPal Credit line. I went out on a limb & asked the rep if i could do 2 transactions in order to take add of the PayPal Credit plan, and pay the difference separately/up front. Even after 4pm, She didn’t hesitate to help me, promptly! The 2 totals didn’t get split up exactly how I wanted but I definitely can’t complain!!!

Very poor quality, especially for cost
This will be a relatively long, but thorough review. So spoiler alert. DO NOT BUY. Do not buy, I warned you, do not buy. I was a previous customer from 2017 and they had a decent product back then. I had purchased the RTA cabinets. Some minor issues, but since I was assembling them myself, not too bad modifying pieces to fit properly. I recently June of 2023 purchased ASSEMBLED cabinets for our bathroom. 7 pieces total. 3 base drawer units, 2 sink, 2 tall **** cabinets (1 left and 1 right opening). It was slightly difficulty actually trying to talk with someone to verify what I wanted and I hadn't made a mistake. The cabinets came relatively quickly, but that is the last of the good points. All items are documented in the attached photos that I also sent to KCK’s. It was mentioned that they don’t manufacture them….. Ohhh. KCK’s is just a middle man. They don't have control of how things are assembled / Quality Control…
After unpacking I noticed several items. First of all, #1 no glue used. No where, period. No glue in dovetail joints, corner braces, faceplates etc… That is a standard in the industry. All wood items that aren’t coming back apart are glued. #2 The corner braces that hold the side panels square were all either loose, not fitted properly or both. #3 The actual braces themselves were not 90 degrees! #4 There were huge gaps in most of the assembled pieces. Backing panels, braces, joints. Their tolerances were nonexistent. And without any glue most pieces (except the drawers) wobbled. 5. The dovetail drawer joints were not fitted properly. Joints should be flush, see pics. #6 One of the pieces looked and probably was used or it was kicked around the warehouse for a year or so. Marks all over the exterior and interior with the ANSI decal worn and stained. #7 After they hammer the dovetail joints together improperly they counter sunk a screw halfway through the drawer box. The screw should be flush or slightly indented, not halfway through the box. Again….. see pics. 8. Plywood warped. When disassembling the cabinets and fixing them to acceptable standards I found that several pieces were warped. (Not just on the bracing or internal, non-visible parts), but also on the cabinet faceplates, so that when you put the cabinets side by side, you can not make them flush from top to bottom. Aesthetically unacceptable. #8 Lastly from a product standpoint…. I ordered 1 left and 1 right tall cabinet units. I got 2 rights. That meant I had to remove the doors of one unit, turn them upside down and install them on the other side of the faceplate. No biggie, right?? Well, it took me an additional 30 minutes and the face plate is marred up from where it was originally installed. I spent an addition 6-8 hours disassembling the cabinets, gluing and reassembling. Then I had to wait for the glue to dry before installing them. So, I paid additional money for the assembly to save time and ended up spending about the same time fixing them, but costing more. The process actually put me behind 4 days.
Now I did call customer support, but that was pretty useless. When I finally got to someone of authority, Louisa, she initially tried to explain away my issues. Glue was not needed; corner braces are just for shipping…… etc… Really ????? Once I said my pictures and review would speak for me, I was offered a $500 discount. I decided against that discount and thought it more important to shed light on a company that makes inferior / terrible product all the way around. OH WAIT!!! They don't make them.... They only sell them. Do not buy, stay away. Lastly if you want a good laugh (didn't see this until it was too late) Look at one of their RTA assembly video's that show how to assemble drawers. They POUND them together with a hammer. Dovetail joints slide together. They have tapered joints. Again, go somewhere else, buy somewhere else.

after shopping many online companies i decided with this one. the ordering aspect was so easy compared to others. i wish they had a few more specialty options in all the colors. but the constructions sounds good compared to so many others. cant wait to see them

Exceptional Value
I am a contractor and this is my second order from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. I have looked all over and there is no better quality product for the money available, period. Similar construction including plywood boxes, dovetail drawers, high quality hardware, and beautiful finishes cost three times as much from custom cabinet makers.

Very disappointed in the shipping rates I paid. The molding pieces should have been recommended when we originally purchased our cabinetry but they were not so we would up having to pay $75 extra in shipping for three light pieces. When I contacted Kitchen Cabinet Kings (three times!), the best they could do was 15% off. They already had a 10% off promo, so really we just got 5% off of our order. Super disappointing. We've used you for a while kitchen and additional cabinetry throughout our house over the years, but we won't be back, and we won't be recommending you anymore.
Not the best experience
The delivery driver did not knock or ring the doorbell. He did leave the pallet out in the rain forcing me to open it up and move the individual boxes into the garage.
One cabinet had staples sticking out the back and the corner joinery was off. This required a repair. Fortunately we had the tools to fix it.
Decent Cabinets and good value
The cabinets are good quality parts and fun to put together. You do need to see a few videos to get the method at first but then it is a good little project. Ordered cabinets and found that there were shipping charges even though it says free shipping. They acted like I was a dope for not reading all the fine print to find on page six that the shipping is not free if the cabinets are from different companies. There is no way to know what company the cabinets are from. They did help with a broken box item quickly. So probably would use them again but I would certainly check other options as well.

Excellent customer service as we made multiple changes to our order after the original order was placed, and the KCK team helped us add all of the items with ease (and even did it all over email for convenience)! The personal touch of their Director of Operations contacting us directly for the changes made us feel like valued customers. Hopefully delivery is as smooth as the ordering! We also price compared to Home Depot and Lowe's, and KCK product quality is much higher than these retailers for a more affordable price. The larger hardware retailers charged more for lower quality MDF-constructed cabinets versus KCK wood-constructed cabinets.
Decent products but still have flaws
I was shorted on crown molding. I was only sent 4 when it says 5 on my order. On top of this 5 would not even be enough for the cabinets, I'm not sure how you guys figure out how much crown is needed but I'm assuming it's just calculated on the lnr. Ft. of the cabinets without taking into count the outside corner cuts have 6" of over hang. I had 4' alone just in just outside miter cuts and I measured all the scrap cuts and it was barley 2' of waste which cant be avoided. Now I'm spending over 100$ on shipping alone

Nicole’s design rendering turned out to perfection. She was helpful from the beginning right up to installation. Delivery of the cabinets was timely and packaged with care. Double packaging with bubble wrap and styrofoam to protect cabinets. The result turned out exactly like her rendering. I couldn’t be happier.

5 Distinctly Different Colors In My Kitchen
I have 5 different colors on my cabinets. Some are darker some are lighter some look greenish gray some are a blue gray . One door frame looks like in was pieced together from 2 totally separate pieces of wood. When I reached out to find a solution, I was told, “that’s just the way it is”. I have provided pictures and still don’t have a solution. I don’t have time to keep switching out doors and drawers till they get it right. It’s as if my time and labor are of no value to this company. Don’t buy anything from this company!

You get what you pay for
We purchased the RTA imperial blue cabinet bottoms. We were happy with the low price but the quality isn't great. Every cabinet had at least one if not three panels that were damaged by the manufacturer (scratches and dents). All the boxes shipped without proper packaging for the panels leading to more damage in transit. This isn't KCK fault but they should have vetted these issues before agreeing to sell these products. (They were shipped directly to us from Korea so KCK seems to just be a distributor). When I sent them the list of damages with lots of photos, KCK customer service wasn't the most helpful and I had to spend multiple hours with them on the phone trying to figure out which pieces were damaged because neither the instructions or the items were numbered so i had to unbox and measure everything manually to figure out what the piece was. It was a lot of extra work. They did send some replacement parts but those were even more damaged than the original pieces so we just had to pick the best of what we had. The last issue is that KCK designed our kitchen layout and didn't leave enough space for our refrigerator so we had to unexpectedly buy a new one at the last min. Not a great experience at all but they were the cheapest we found at a supposed "higher quality" so I should have expected... but still disappointed.

These were very high quality cabinets and at a reasonable price. They were truly easy to assemble and will transform any kitchen. They also seem to run fantastic sales for certain things like Labor Day and offer contractor discounts. We've been building and remodeling homes for 30 years and these were something we would buy again. Customer service was also fantastic.
Pallet was poorly packed causing broken items
The double pallet was packed with the heavy pantry cabinet on top causing the base cabinets below to turn into splintered remains that had to be sent back

The driver carried each cabinet into my living room and uncovered each piece for me so I could check for any damage. There was no damage and I love looking at these beautiful white cabinets. Especially the 36 inch three draw unit.

Briefly, I ordered Pearl sample door- described as off white but it’s more of a dark ivory in my east facing kitchen so I inquired about same door style but in a true bright white - was told I can’t mix and match door cabinets styles and finishes. They come that way from factory. Totally get it and I’ll be buying my kitchen cabinets elsewhere.

I was referred to Kitchen Cabinet King by a friend who knew I was shopping big box stores for a small basic kitchen on a reasonable budget. These cabinets far exceeded my expectations, especially the real plywood boxes. I got the RTA cabinets and assembly was easy using basic homeowner tools. I would absolutely use them again.

Cabinet and panel are as ordered. Both arrived on time. Packing could be much better both cartons were tour up. Cabinate is ok. Panel was damaged on one end. Luckily I only need a portion of the 4 x 8 panel.

Product arrived reasonably quickly and in good shape. However there were no instructions for assembly for the RTA cabinets. And I had to search for video. Not very difficult but I think with the drawer hardware installation there could have been some included paper directions or a video link noted.

I originally ordered the “patton white” cabinets but was told they were back ordered. Dana from customer service suggested the “ice white shaker” . very pleased with them. they arrived in about 2 weeks and in excellent shape. my guys installed them with no problems. my kitchen looks so much brighter. thank you.
Great selection easy online ordering!
Found everything I needed in the Ice White Shaker line and used Saved Carts for different layout pricing. When final layout was decided, just added to cart, applied discount codes and ordered. Used Help Chat twice too and both agents were very helpful.
