Instructions on how to build cabinets are very vague and I've only opened 1/3 (the simplest one that I thought would help increase my confidence, it shot it instead). Told I need a stapler, not where to use it. Given 3 different sized screws, not told where to use them. When called for help, was given same vague instructions and, despite their claim on being super DIY friendly, the best advice they had for me when I informed them these were the same vague instructions was, "people without experience usually hire professionals". So I asked if they had companies they usually contracted with who would know their products, they did not. They also provide zero guides on installation. When I asked how I was to know how to install them properly, the comment about hiring professionals was made yet again. Surprise, surprise, most professionals won't build/install RTAs they don't provide especially when they come without instructions and guides. I've now spent over 1.5k on cabinets I have no idea how to properly build or install nor can I get any help in learning how to do this. Pay the extra money and get cabinets you can actually use. This is no better than a scam in my opinion.

Horrible company. Cabinets are crap if you Ever receive them. Been waiting since 1/6/22 it's now 8/9/22 and still don't have a complete set of undamaged cabinets. They don't communicate what's so ever. Worst purchase I ever made. Wolf cabinets are crap. Doors fall off, cabinets crack, horrible finish. And kitchen cabinets kings calls them custom. Just horrible all around. And they don't care one bit if your satisfied. They only offer a $500 credit for the months of BS and aggravation they put you through. I can't say horrible enough. I wish I could speak to the owners on the crap they are selling and the poor service and customer service they deliver. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!! Go elsewhere. Save yourself a ton of aggravation. I hate this company!!!!!! No other way to say it.

This is easily the worst company to order from. After waiting for the shipment to arrive, the order dame completely damaged. The large cabinets that I ordered were put in the middle of the order. They were stacked upon rotted out pallets that simply gave out under the weight of the cabinets. The middle bent causing damage to 2 very expensive cabinets. Every item, and I do mean every item had damage. Either to the frame, door, etc. Yes, they will send you the replacement part, but only if that shows up undamaged as well. Which it didn't. Due to the extensive damage to some of the items i was forced to wait another month and a half for the replacement parts, putting my kitchen remodel that far out. The sad part is I had a great experience the first time I used them. Too bad this was the worst experience in regards to such a large order.

This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced in my lifetime. It has now been a week since I received the order that I ordered 3 months ago. I am still missing 6 cabinets and of the 14 I received 5 are damaged beyond repair. No communication from customer service except after my first review. I paid over $15,000 for these cabinets and it is a complete disaster and worst of all their customer service doesn't care at all. It's everyone else's mistakes and not theirs. I ORDERED FROM KITCHEN CABINET KINGS NOT THEM!!!!! no one answers emails or phone calls. They don't care about you or your kitchen or bath. All they care is they got paid and that's it. I will have no kitchen now for probably 3 months if ever. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY DELIVER WHAT IS EXPECTED AND CARE. THESE PEOPLE DONT!!!!!!

Day 1 after the disaster of a delivery where over half of what I ordered I didn't receive or was damaged. Spoke with a customer service person today and still no answer on when or if the issue will be resolved. Was basically told it wasn't there fault. If I order from a company it it their problem. I don't care about the shipping company or thw manufacturer. YOU sold me the cabinets, YOU accepted my money, therefore it IS YOUR responsibility to deliver what what purchased. All the apologies in the world don't make up for the fact that I don't have a kitchen at this point. I have had to cancel the installers and the counter tops at this point. After speaking with this company I have no idea when I will receive any of the missing cabinets or the damaged cabinets. Could be months. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. understand that they only post reviews of 4-5 on their website. Let's see what tomorrow brings. I will be reviewing daily on what progress I have. So far horrible.

This by far has been the worst experience I have ever had. Been waiting for 3 months for the custom color cabinets. After 3 months received the order, over half of the order is either missing or damaged on delivery. Horrible service since everyone just passed you onto the next person. No response all day as to when and if I will ever get what I actually ordered. Horrible communication. So basically I have a kitchen that I spent $15k on cabinets and can't even install because I have no idea how many more months I have to wait for cabinets. Worst experience ever. Go somewhere else and get cabinets. At least they want your business and take care of the customer. Not here. They could care less.

I will never use or recommend this company again. I purchased $5,200 in cabinets at the beginning of June. It took over a month and a half to get the items delivered even though they said delivery would only be 2 to 3 weeks at the time of purchase. Once the items were delivered the pallet and majority of the boxes were damaged. Some boxes were damaged to the point that broken wood pieces were falling out. I went through the pallet of 17 boxes as best I could and noted the damaged items. 2 days later I went through the pallet completely and noticed that three items were missing. These items were the toe kicks and filler pieces, for a total of $310. They said that they would have to reach out to the shipping company so they could do a dock search. This process took 3 weeks and they came back and said because I didn't note it at the time of delivery they would not be covering it. So I spent $5,200 and the company won't acknowledge their mistake that they never shipped it and I will be forced to pay another $310. It's been 75 days since I placed my purchase and I still don't have all the pieces I need to complete my project. And the customer service during all of this has been atrocious. The lack of communication is unacceptable. I would have to reach out to them for answers. Never again will I use this company or recommend them. All because they didn't want to send me $310 worth of pieces that they lost or never shipped.

BUYER BEWARE I started the order and purchase process back in February picked out the cabinets that I wanted was told that they were in stock and when it was time to actually order the cabinets half of the cabinets were not in stock and would not be in stock for a month. Picked another color stressed that I wanted RTA in every conversation and communication and I ended up with assembled cabinets. They have made the effort to work with me to get the delivery issues and the quality issues work out. However if you are on a tight schedule this company will not be able to provide the products in a timely manner. So if you have lots of time the price is pretty good quality is reasonably good. The shipping company that they use is horrible XPO. Receive the major part of the order at the end of April here in end of June I have still not received all of the items shipping company has lost some and my project is still on hold.

We purchased the shaker style white cabinets. Initially, we were delighted with our cabinets. But, after a few weeks we started to notice that there were small bubbles appearing in various areas. I contacted the company and was informed that their warranty didn't cover areas surrounding the sink due to water. However, I explained to them that they had just been installed. So, they quickly sent out replacement pieces. Great! It's been almost two years since they have been installed and they continue to bubble up and peel. It's very disappointing to see how quickly they have deteriorated. I would not recommend purchasing any cabinets that have been painted. I gave the company two stars instead of one due to them standing behind their products and replacing the damaged areas. But, I am still experiencing similar paint issues. As of Feb. 9 2021. My kitchen cabinets continue to disappoint. The paint continues to peel and large cracks have appeared on the interior back panels. The cabinet wood chips easily and is about as solid as a soft stick of butter. My advice is to invest more in your cabinets, purchase them elsewhere and remember, you get what you pay for. After six phone calls and multiple failed delivery attempts, my cabinets finally arrived despite absolutely no help from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. Upon unboxing, I noticed minor damage to virtually every cabinet. Scratches, Knicks, misaligned joints with major gaps, cabinets of different heights, doors that were improperly installed and had damaged each other in packaging as they clashed together... the list goes on. Additionally, three pieces showed major cracks running into the visible portions of the cabinetry. One of these cracked pieces was a piece of lumber which never should have been used for finish cabinetry. It was cracked in multiple places, and clearly never straight or true. The lack of quality control in vetting the materials to be used for their cabinetry is astonishing. Furthermore, I spent hours properly aligning all of the doors I'd paid to have installed and hiding and dressing all the damage done to them by their poor installation. Customer service was even more problematic than the garbage they sent me. Luisa treated me with disrespect and condescension and ultimately hung up on me as I expressed my frustration with my $3k "investment." Eventually, I spoke with Miki whose customer service skills were 1000fold better, though she blamed KCK's shortcomings on COVID. While I understand that COVID has been a struggle for us all, it's no excuse to compel a customer to accept absolute trash in exchange for $3000k. If you can't make a quality product during these trying times, then don't sell anything. Save your money and your sanity. Stay away from this atrocious excuse for a company.

Very dissatisfied. I ordered cabinets and when I placed my order on October 29, it had an expected ship date of Novermber 21. I called on November 17 to check and see is it was too late to add 1 piece only to find out my order was never submitted and had been placed on hold because the style I ordered didn't come with toe kicks. They claim to have called but never spoke to me to let me know the order was held up and email was incorrect. I had tried to work previously with a designer and no one would help me out so I did not know this style did not come with toe kicks. I called in again on November 30 to find out when my cabinets would arrive and the person told me they would ship out on December 14 I asked why so long and was told because of the hold up in initial order. Was never told my order was not already being worked on. I then called in on December 14 to see what was going on and was told my order will not ship until January 14 and that the company found out on November 20 that this style was back ordered and that they thought my order shipped. But also told me that it takes a minimum of 21 days to ship and the order hadn't been submitted until November 18. Customer service is very poor. Communication after sale is lacking and they could care less if the customer gets their stuff

I ordered RTA Espresso cabinets and spent over $4,000. The cabinets are beautiful, however some of the pieces are bowed and had a hard time putting them together. Instructions are just pictures. We had a corner cabinet with a lazy susan and had no idea how to build. Went on YouTube for detailed instructions. Once you open them, they are not returnable and you are stuck trying to fit the pieces together. After building, some of the doors are bowed and do not close properly. I am very disappointed and would never buy cabinets again on line.

For the most part, I am happy with our new cabinets. Very happy with the price. We were able to get cabinets and vanities for our newly built home. I purchased the cabinets already assembled. Some arrived with damage. We didn't file a claim, as we were under time restraints and we were able to make repairs so they worked out. The slow and soft close hardware is nice. My bathroom cabinets came with the standard hardware and I don't like them. I will definitely be replacing the slides. The overall quality of the cabinets is pretty good. I'd say they are a good mid-range cabinet. Not as good as custom cabinetry, but definitely a decent cabinet. The customer service was very helpful with my design and layout. They helped me prepare my order and make any changes that came up.

Kitchen cabinets kings was recommended to us from Family. Sadly, I can say that our experience was NOT as positive as my families. Our cabinets were installed in early August and we are still waiting on backordered items. (Supposed to arrive in September but still it's unknown when they'll arrive) I've held off on submitting a review because quite frankly no project ever goes as planned and there's been lots of hiccups. (Damages - 4 wine racks had to be shipped out before we received one not damaged) but my final straw is in just 3 short months every single cabinet door has some sort of cracking on the seams. I'm told by kitchen cabinet kings that it's due to the painted wood and with the tempature changes and that it's in the fine print that it can occur. Ok fine but who in their right mind wants cracks in their cabinets. (Will try and attach photos) Our corner cabinet is a diff model (because that will be replaced with a backordered cabinet that is prepped for glass) that one has no cracks! Well I would have preferred that cabinet then. Since there's no seams that can crack like the ones we have had we known we would have went with that line. We ordered classic white ready to assemble cabinets. Don't do it!
