I ordered RTA shaker arctic cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings a while back. The cabinets are absolutely beautiful, and the customer service is very helpful. The cabinets are made or shipped by BGI. The problem is that the directions that come with these cabinets is that the instructions that come with each cabinet are TERRIBLE. This project has taken me a while to complete due to having two jobs and other personal commitments. Also, they put little guidance holes where the brackets are supposed to be screwed in, but the guidance holes don't always match the holes in the brackets.

A carpenter and a cabinet constructor I'm not. So there have been many frustrations along the way. After recently using the wrong screw to put the hinges on the doors and accidently screwing completely through the door, I contacted customer service, and they and BGI were able to find a replacement door to send to me for about half the cost of the cabinet. I also let customer service know that the directions were terrible, and she informed me they have videos on their website. There is A video. It mentions the need for wood glue, which is not mentioned in the paper instructions (which are also available on the website), and the video does not stop to show you what you are using. It also tells you to construct the cabinet in a different manner than the paper. All this to say that the cabinets are beautiful and KCK has been helpful, but also to be sure to use the paper instructions but use the YouTube Video as well, probably from your TV so you can stop and rewind if necessary, and get this done.

I am very pleased with my purchase thru Kitchen Cabinet Kings. I decided on Mid Town Gray from multiple samples that I ordered. I am a DIYer and these cabinets allow me to work at my own pace with assembly, it gave me a peace at mind knowing how the cabinets are being assembled. The time it took me at first was about 20 minutes a cabinet as more were assembled the time got shorter and you really understand how easy it can be. lastly I would say if you looking to save thousands of dollars doing it yourself this is a good option in todays economic environment.

I installed the Petite Sand Shaker cabinets in my whole home renovation. Overall the quality is excellent. I had a few minor damages in shipping but the customer service was great and I received replacement parts at no extra charge. Initial order took a few weeks but the replacements came very quickly. I was quoted around $16,000 for similar cabinets at my local big box store (admittedly included installation) but ended up spending around $6,000 for these (sale price) and I would say the quality is indistinguishable. The instructions are minimal but they are very easy to assemble and installed with ease. I was going to put something cheaper in our butler pantry, but ended up ordering more of these after finishing the kitchen. They seem to run a few sales a year, which saved me a good bit of money, but they would still be a great value at full price. I would recommend ordering samples as the Petite Sand wasn’t the color I expected to like - definitely darker and warmer in person. There is some variation in color where a few panels have a grayish hue, but most would probably not notice and it tends to disappear when the overhead lights are on. The RTA cabinet websites in general feel pretty empty of photos and details, so I hope this helps. I would 100% recommend these.

What a great experience! I live clear across the country, yet the sales and design staff helped us set up our kitchen well. The cost for their cabinets was extremely competitive/well priced. Great quality cabinets, built well. We purchased the RTA (Ready to Assemble) version of our cabinets and we saved even more money. Well packed/protected, EASY assembly (while maintaining quality and strength), beautifully crafted. Even when they accidentally sent a couple of wrong cabinets in the order, they quickly rectified it. Also, we misplaced a few shelf pins and they happily (and promptly) sent out replacements for us. I would have gladly purchased them, but this was a generous "extra mile" thing they did for us. HIGHLY Recommend!!! Also, I misremembered my Bathroom countertop, and easily customized what they sent me. I would have been happy to order the correct size if I didn't want to try my hand at a little customizing.

i have used KCK for two kitchens and a kitchenette in the past couple years. If purchasing pre-built cabinets, I would recommend them. The Forevermark cabinetry they sell is certainly the higher value option when it comes to price vs quality.

I have ordered the Petit Blue Shaker, Ice White Shaker, Homestead Oak Shaker, and Woodland Brown Shaker. I have used them for full kitchen builds for customers. Every customer has been more than satisfied with their products. The quality is actually quite good for the price. The joinery is good where it counts (dovetailed drawers, etc). Where the prebuilt and RTA construction differs from your typical local custom shop will mostly be the joinery on the panels. This is typically screwed with metal clips. From an artisans perspective, this leaves something to be desired, but it makes no difference once the cabinets are installed. Unless I have a customer who is already set on custom cabinets, I use KCK every time.

Lead time is typically about 2-3 weeks which is great. Delivery is usually LTL and they call to schedule delivery times. I have had boxes come in damaged but never the products so far. One thing KCK could work on is using smaller pallets. Getting a 8-10 ft long pallet full of a kitchen set off a lift gate truck with just a pallet jack can get awfully tricky! One note to anyone planning to purchase thru KCK is to be sure to inspect the cabinets and boxes for damage and check correct quantities BEFORE signing for the product. If there are any damages, you must NOT accept the shipment in order to get a replacement. I wish KCK would be more flexible on this policy as the drivers never want to stand around for 15-20 minutes while you check a whole kitchen set.

One of the things that really makes KCK work well for me is their online interface. It makes it super easy to customize a kitchen set and pick and choose the cabinets you want. This is one of the great things about using KCK.

I would say pricewise, KCK cabinets are typically 50-70 percent the cost of full custom so the savings are huge. Sometimes for a client this is the difference between being able to remodel a kitchen, and not.

I would certainly recommend KCK to anyone. The quality is great, especially the full hardwood options, good color consistency, and the customer service is quite good. I once failed to add a vital product to a purchase and the next day the company emailed me back and did exactly as I asked.

I have purchased 2 houseloads of complete kitchens and additional cabinets including vanities.

First kitchen cabinets came as a RTA and went together without any issues.One item in a box was damaged upon delivery which was quickly replaced by KcK.

Second kitchen came pre built and arrived in good time no issues.

Overall cabinets are of good quality at a good price ,will be using KcK in the future on my next project

We ordered the "Pearl" RTA cabinets from KCK. They arrived in pristine shape and were super easy to assemble (aside from some user error on my first two). I do think that the instructions could be a tad clearer, but overall my kitchen is coming out absolutely beautiful.

So I did do the painstaking comparison between RTA and assembled cabinets. After shipping we saved just over $1100 by building them ourselves (right about $4800 for 13 cabinets). It took my wife and I about 2.5 days (about 2.5 hours over each day) to build 13 cabinets, with the corners taking the longest.

Shipping went well, customer service was reactive, and surprisingly, the spray paint for touch-ups is a darn close match.

To give you an idea, we went to a few big box outlets and were quoted the following:

HD: handed us a 22k quote. *before* countertops. I'm not sure how they came to that number, we weren't asking for super premium, just plywood boxes.

Lowes: came in relatively close, but they were an inferior quality item, $5400. With MDF faces and kicks. But this also had install included, so not a bad deal by any stretch.

Overall I'm extremely pleased with the quality, design, and most of all - look of these cabinets.

I have used kitchen cabinet kings for quite a few kitchens. As always, the website was easy to navigate and delivery was ahead of schedule with no damages. I had to change a cabinet after ordering and order an extra filler during install- customer service handled it quickly and also honored the sale price. I would highly recommend kck to anyone looking to upgrade. Assembly is quick and easy and the price is always budget friendly. I did shaker style arctic white on this one.

Found Kitchen Cabinet Kings on the website, ordered a sample of the shaker style gray cabinets, and decided to order cabinets for a wet bar. The price was significantly less than what my contractor offered. Client service was readily accessible and helpful in locating the pieces my contractor requested. Delivery was quick and very efficient. The guys that delivered were very nice. I would highly recommend them. Only suggestion is to allow you to order upper cabinets with glass doors. I had to order the glass doors separately and now I have 3 spare wood doors. Seems like a waste.

Kitchen Cabinet Kings was amazing! Easy to navigate their website, great customer service and a great price! I was a bit hesitant to order cabinets online, but I was more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product I received. I ordered RTA cabinets, Petit Blue and White - to get them sooner, and it was easy to assemble and only 2 minor dings that were easily repairable. Their Dir of Ops was amazing and super responsive with each email I sent. She even helped after my initial order, when I needed to get another cabinet on a rush delivery. And in regards to price - well below others that I had shopped - about $4k below!!!! I would definitely recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings!

Highlights:

* Absolutely fantastic support from the designer who helped us create our kitchen cabinet layout.

* Faster shipping than expected/estimated.

* Reasonable pricing for U.S. manufactured cabinets, even when compared to RTA stuff, which is all made overseas.

* The cabinets were well-packed, each individually packaged with cardboard to protect them.

* The cabinets themselves look great and are exactly what we were looking for in terms of visual design and color.

* The website is well-designed, and the order process was very simple.

Issues:

* Cabinet hinges seem to be fairly low quality. They're inconsistent in terms of closing strength and no matter how much we adjust them, we have a couple that won't automatically soft close at all, and where the adjustable soft close setting is either all the way on or all the way off (it's supposed to allow you to choose a middle ground). I also noticed that they only installed soft close hinges on one out of the two hinges for each door (the other being a regular hinge), or in some cases two out of three for larger doors.

* While the cabinets were well-packed, one of the blind corner cabinets was already damaged when we received it. It wasn't the end of the world - the side had become disconnected from the front (and this seemingly happened at the factory because there was zero packaging damage to cause this that I could see). We easily reattached the side and used some screws to ensure it didn't come apart again (which wasn't an issue because it's a blind cabinet), but this made me feel that the cabinets may not be built to the highest quality standards.

* The touch up kit we purchased seems to have a very different finish than the actual paint on the cabinets. The kit comes with a finishing option that's supposed to match, but it's much shinier, meaning you can't easily use it to fix small blemishes or scratches.

Overall, I would definitely still recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings. The issues we ran into weren't insurmountable and we never felt the need to engage support, but I wouldn't say it was a completely 5 star experience.

I ordered the Ice White Shaker cabinets, all cabinets were delivered in excellent codition except one. The damaged cabinet was quickly replaced! I contacted customer service about cabinet door adjustment, they responded very quickly with clear description and pics of how to do it! Shopped around at a lot of different cabinet companys and big box stores, KCK had the best selection of styles and colors, not to mention far better pricing as well!! I would definitely use KCK again and highly recommend them to anyone doing a kitchen remodel.

We ordered the shaker style cabinets in Midtown Gray for our bathroom and Kitchen Cabinet Kings were very helpful and easy to deal with, and the best price for quality ready to assemble cabinets. The website is also easy to navigate and they were delivered In a couple weeks with a call ahead of time to be prepared for the delivery. They were packaged very well and on a pallet with no damage. The drawers are dovetailed together and all solid wood with no particleboard. Quality hardware with self closing doors and drawers and a very nice finish. I will definitely use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again and have recommended them to all my friends.

I ordered base cabinets from these folks. My main concern was working the delivery into my career schedule. I drive a semi rig, over the road, for a living and had to work the delivery into my home time. Dana, a customer representative, made sure I understood the shipping process and held my order until it's ship date would coincide with my work schedule. Kudos to their staff. I was even able to reschedule my order to work around the Holiday. Great customer rep service. I will order my wall cabinets from them as well.

Once it was at a central depot close to home, it arrived at my place exactly when I wanted it within a week time frame. When the driver for Yellow Freight got to my home, he unloaded the pallet by himself, by liftgate, and rolled it right into my garage.

The price for RTA cabinets works well with my budget and the packaging is a convenience. I won't be installing for some weeks, so they fit nicely into a spare room in the house until I am ready to install. I understand from other reviews that the quality shouldn't be an issue. If there are, I will update my review.

Purchase 3 white shaker base RTA cabinets. Shipping was within 2 was. Customer service to organize delivery was good. I had to be present to accept the delivery. But I understand why. The driver unloaded and place them on my porch as requested. Cabinets were pristine. Very easy to assemble. But the directions were no help. I went on the website and got more help there. Even the the cabinets in the direction aren't exactly the type u order, with alittle be a common sense you can figure it out. It would be nice to have step by step directions for ppl that aren't good at building furniture. The cutout of the microwave cabinet was larger than I expected but I just bought a different microwave to fit. The drawer run smooth and are quiet. Easy to pull out to clean etc. If I needed more cabinets, I would Definitely order from king cabinets again. Price was better than other company's, and the quality was amazing!

The service was great, shipment of my order was earlier than expected, I had one small problem of one of the ready to assemble pieces which was easily resolved. Our friend and contractor found them easy to assemble and the website was well laid out that even I found my way around. The service from your helpline was great. 👍

I was a bit nervous ordering the cabinets as I read mixed reviews online. It seemed like most the bad reviews were about cabinets arriving late and/or damaged and since we were ordering RTA I figured there was less chance of damage, so we went ahead and ordered. The cabinets arrived quicker than I expected, they actually arrived before KCK emailed me that they were on the way. Good thing the shipping company contacted us so that we knew to be home. We had wanted to buy American made, which is how we ended up on KCK website, unfortunately they are only offered in preassembled, so we went with the Townsquare gray RTA, which are not made in America, but are much more affordable.

Union arrival the nervousness set in again as there were large workbook footprints all over the boxes. Upon inspection however everything seemed intact. The cabinets were fairly easy to put together and I am pleased with the look. The hubby was not impressed with the flimsy toe kick, not worth the price, but it serves its purpose I guess.

We began the ordering process by sending in our kitchen layout and having a free design done. Communication was a little lacking at times and I had to repeat my desires a few times before they were reflected in the design, but it was nice to have someone to work things out with and she was very willing to implement changes for me. In the end I wish I had gone over the design more as a I ended up ordering spacers that instead could have been a whole other cabinet. I have a fairly small kitchen so we will be ordering an additional cabinet and not using the spacers. The sink won’t be completely centered on the window, but I prefer the extra cabinet space over a center sink with wasted unusable space.

Overall we are very pleased with the cabinets (which is more than I can say for some other aspects of this remodel… very unimpressed with the Ashley bedroom set and the Thor kitchen appliances, in case anyone is consider those) I would absolutely order from them again, however I would not pay the extra $50 for the lift service. The lift actually broke and was unusable and luckily the hubby was home with the skid steer to unload the boxes otherwise it would have taken awhile to unload each box separately.

We have only been in the new house for a week and haven’t yet even installed handles on the cabinets, but so far so good!

Kitchen Cabinet Kings was my “go to” 5 years ago when I discovered them on the web.

They made it possible for me to have my dreamy kitchen with my “Thompson White” style cabinets.

Compared to the prices at the big box stores, these were a no brainer.

They are all wood (not wafer board) and even have an upgraded style from the common shaker style which I was looking for.

Fast forward 5 years and due to a dishwasher leak, we had a flood and our base cabinets had to be replaced. I sent an email to my service contact and she was able to find my order and send me the link to reorder them.

Thankfully they still had my style.

I purchased them assembled and they arrived less than 3 weeks later.

Of course I would recommend them to a friend!

Purchase the RTA Shaker gray cabinets for a kitchenette, was a good experience, ordered in early September and has indicated I have a bout a three week wait, cabinets showed up for days later. There was minor damage to one panel but other than that they were in good condition. Assembly was reasonably straightforward, the directions could be a little bit better. If you have modest DIY skills they should be no problem. I had one issue that was not related to the vendor I ordered one size incorrectly and needed to re-order, so I would recommend double checking to ensure you’re purchasing the correct size. I would definitely order from these guys again.

We had a good experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings, despite the few troubles that occurred. The delivery time and process went well and within a reasonable amount of time. Delivery was awesome other than the fact that the packages were damaged. But the company worked with me and made sure that everything was taken care of and we were happy. We did struggle a bit with the directions for putting cabinets together, the videos were great to help with assembly. We did glue them together, though that was not recommended. The color of the cabinets is beautiful! I truly love the look of my cabinets! Thanks for the good customer service:)

We had a very easy check out experience and got lucky with a huge sale. For the overall price of our cabinets we couldn't be happier. From check out to delivery it was only a matter of weeks! The only complaint I could have is some of the packaging seemed as if it could be better. The pallets the cabinets came on all fell apart and the freight company and I had a little bit of a hassle unloading. All in all there was no damage to my cabinets so I cant complain.

Ordered the Patton Laurel kitchen cabinets. My customers love the green color. The all wood cabinets are a plus. The baked on paint is very durable. Company told me initially that was a 12 week lead time because of the style and paint and received in 14 weeks from day I delivered. Customer service was very helpful at times when I needed them and got back with me on questions or concerns by the next day at the latest. Website was very to order from and description of products were spot on. I ordered a complete set of custom cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings for a third of the price than having to go to a custom cabinet shop. Will definitely be ordering my next job from you again. Only downfall was the the shipping boxes are not the most durable, but I didn’t receive any cabinets damaged on this order. Packaging could be a little better. Also having to pay for sample pieces for the correct color needed is a little pricey, because unless getting white, cabinets that are a color needs to get physical sample because online I know it will be different than on job. Most places like this are free, or at least maybe take sample door price off order of job. Other than those little things, great experience.

We originally contacted Kitchen Cabinet Kings when we were updating the kitchen in our Florida condo. Since we were new to kitchen cabinet design and RTA cabinets we depended heavily on the design team at Kitchen Cabinet Kings. They worked closely with us and led us through the design and ordering process without a hitch. The delivery schedule was critical for us to meet deadlines and I'm pleased to report that the delivery was as promised and this was during the COVID pandemic which made it even more impressive. The cabinet packing was done well and we had only a couple of minor damaged parts which, with the expert help of the customer service department, were replaced very quickly. The quality and finish of the parts was impressive and the assembly went very well. Our new kitchen is a vast improvement over what was there originally and the Arctic White Shaker cabinets really brighten the area and provide a much needed upgrade.

After that experience, we decided to upgrade the card room at our permanent residence so we returned to Kitchen Cabinet Kings for a couple of cabinets to flank our mini-fridge. Once again, we were pleased with the ease of ordering, the quick delivery and the quality of the RTA cabinets. I have included a couple of photo's of our card room cabinets which fit well in the space we had and will go quite well with the rest of the decor in our card room.

Should we need any cabinets in the future we will be sure to contact Kitchen Cabinet Kings because of very good past experience coupled with a quality product at a price point that couldn't be beat the competitors.

My remodel guy recommended Kitchen Cabinet Kings for my new kitchen cabinetry. I ordered the pre-assembled Lexington White style for wall, base, sink & refrigerator cabinets, as well as pantry cabinets. The website was fairly easy to navigate. The cost of the cabinets was very affordable and the current discount offer helped even more. The cabinets were delivered in a timely fashion which was a nice surprise. When setting up delivery, a gate lift was not an option due to the size of my order, so my remodel guy had to handle getting products off the delivery truck. One cabinet door had some damage, but everything else was fine. Customer Service Rep Rizzo was very helpful and friendly in getting a replacement door ordered. I do wish that the Lexington White style info/photos would've better shown the contours of the door frames as they are curved and not flat which posed a bit of an issue when installing door knobs and pulls. When cabinets were installed, my remodel guy discovered that we had ordered the incorrect size pantry closets, which were 6 inches too short. So be sure to quadruple check all your measurements before ordering. Rizzo again was a huge help with providing options and in ordering additional products. Luckily she was able to find these still available as I learned that the Lexington White style has been discontinued. I am happy with the way the cabinets look and would use KCK again; however, I would ask more questions before I placed my order.

I have now ordered my entire kitchen, wet bar, and most recently pantry cabinets through Kitchen Cabinet Kings and I could not be happier. I ordered the graystone shaker RTA and I love the style and color. These cabinets are solid and easy to assemble. I had the best experience with the staff and customer service throughout the process and have definitely recommended KCK to my friends and family.

I ordered my cabinets (all in stock) on a Monday and they were delivered 3 days later which was great! The website was easy to navigate and the prices were unbeatable on any other site. I did have one box missing some hardware but customer service was great and had the hardware shipped to me quickly. If you need cabinets, KCK is the way to go! You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic experience!

I loved the fact that I could get sample doors before making a purchase.

I chose the classic white, raised panel with black handles and knobs. Stunning! I was going for a country look and these fit the bill. We ordered the ready to assemble cabinets. When placing the order I expected delays because my husband is in the construction business and was hearing contractors complaining that the cabinets the ordered for new homes were three months out for delivery. I placed the order on a Wednesday and they were delivered the following Tuesday, much faster than expected. When they arrived of course we checked them out throughly and found no defects and they were very high quality. They were easy for my husband to assemble, he is very fussy about everything being square and level and these cabinets were fantastic.

I would highly recommend this company and these cabinets to everyone. Since showing several people our new kitchen, they want my husband to do theirs and everyone loves the cabinets.

I heard about KCK through a friend of mine and wanted to try them out. I ordered a specialty cabinet and they called me the next day and said that unfortunately that particular cabinet was no longer available and they gave me other options. I was able to get a cabinet that I needed for a job and it was delivered with no issues. I am very pleased with KCK and will do more business with them in the future. 3/4 cabinets showed up and no one knew what happened to the missing super Susan. The bill of lading had exact dimensions for the 3 cabinets so I don’t think it ever left the factory. It took a few weeks of me calling and they said they could send another out by the 24th. Great. I thought. When I called on the 26th about said cabinet, they said it had been cancelled. But why!! Then I thought why haven’t they refunded me. One more week of calls for them to figure it and refund me. I hope that super Susan ended up in a good home. I’ll still order cabinets from them. At least they are made in America. The cabinets that did show up are pretty nice so now I’m going to order a bunch more
