hard to figure out WHEN to make certain selections (i.e. right or left hinge)
your chat people do NOT have info handy - for example i figured out where to select hinge before they did - and they gave up trying
Second time i have ordered, my first order was missing one front door & one was damaged. I am still waiting on the replacements but I am hopeful they will be here soon. Customer service seems to be good. Time will tell
Was unclear whether the garbage pull-out came with the cabinet.
The pre-assembled are garbage.
The pre-assembled kitchen cabinets are utter garbage compared to the RTA cabinets. The quality is just not there. Staples that are too short. Parts falling off.
Compare it to the RTA cabinets. The RTA cabinets are screwed most places. The corner bracing is solid wood compared to plywood that is crumbling.
The drawer slides are different as is the hardware.
Trying to get damages repaired was a nightmare.

There are a lot of cupboards to navigate and the site is slow but it worked.
The best customer service around!
Purchased over $6,000 of kitchen cabinets, had a couple that were damaged in shipping. Sent them pictures of damaged cabinets and Customer service replaced damaged items no questions asked, shipped free, and no return required.

Finally a Laundry room!
I have been waiting for years and though I would never get my laundry room redone. We have been using the old cabinet from the kitchen remodel we did years ago, they never have fit right and they are an old yellowed oak finish. We finally decided to put a tight budget together and see what we could find. I was so pleased with the price it came in so far under budget that I was able to get a dog washing station for my German Shephard and still be in budget. Yesssss!

easy to follow and quick respond
I was so surprised my cabinets were here in less than 2 weeks. All the items that I ordered were there and I put 90% of them together in one day
do not waste your time or money
They have you purchase a sample for $30 without the possibility of returning for credit. Even if you purchase $6000 worth of cabinets. They wanted all the money up front even though delivery was several months. I purchased elsewhere.

Still Waiting on backorder
Ordered cabinets late May 21. Came home from dentist to find truck with cabinets at my door. No advanced shipping info? Strike one. Only half of order received. Strike two. Received second shipment a week later less one cabinet. Which I was told is backordered. Strike three. They're out. Would never make large purchase again from this company. Customer service was overwhelmed and didn't have answers that were helpful. Cabinets went together fairly easy but there is some modification from poor manufacturing.
Shipping RIP OFF
I purchased cabinets for a client. Decent Cabinets but they needed one more cabinet. They charged me $350 to ship 1 cabinet 20 miles form Delray Beach to West Palm Beach.
Do not buy from this company. Your business means nothing to them.

Worst customer service ever
I left messages to place an order that were never returned. I used the chat function to have questions answered and was told I would be contacted via email within 24-48 hours. 24 hours later the same person I was chatting with emailed me a link, instead of answering any of my questions so that I could design my order. I didn't need design assistance. I had product questions. I haven't received my order yet but I am already concerned due to the extremely poor customer service given to me by Jessica DiSanto.
Good quality slow shipment
Quality of what I received was pretty good, but it took over 90 days to get the 1st order I made in Jan of 2021

Ordered cabinets for a wet bar. They were out of two of the cabinets I needed. I could wait on one of them, but had to have the other base cabinet to keep the floor install on schedule. Dana and Rizzo helped me find an alternative that would work and got them shipped out quickly. I received them today and assembled them this evening. The quality of the cabinets is exactly what I expected. Thanks!

Quick and easy
I had a few questions, chatted, got them answered, then ordered. I have not received them yet, but will update when I do. They say 1-3 weeks for delivery for pre-assembled. We shall see.

Cabin-ettes fit for a King for our Log Cabin!

BEST RTA CABINETS OUT THERE!
Even though my husband builds custom cabinets, we ran out of time building our home so after searching and searching...he found Kitchen Cabinet Kings. When they came in, which was super speedy, he was very impressed! He said they were literally the best RTA (ready to assemble) cabinets he’d ever installed...and I was glad because they are GORGEOUS! Exactly what I wanted! Would recommend any day!!
Tested first...
I ordered a full cabinet before ordering the remaining 7 I needed to finish my downstairs walkout's kitchen. The initial test order was flawless, so I repeated the experience. I bought RTA and found the assembly to be straightforward and fairly trick-free, at least for an aerospace engineer (but really, probably for anyone with decent home project skills). There was no damage in the flat-packed RTA.
One nag: I always get the impression, given the proliferation of codes and promos, that I could've save more.

Very stressful ...... right up until my cabinets arrived - Wow - everyone was impressed - great quality - I went with RTA - saved enough to buy several more cabinets - assembly was easy , and the end result was a awesome looking kitchen ...... Customer Service is spot on ...... small glitch ( more than likely my fault ) they stepped up got me what I needed fast .... My first time time putting a kitchen together , KCK ‘s made it much easier experience .... Thanks again KCK

3000 free shipping deal Is post coupon code which is really annoying. I had to buy a more expensive cabinet to not have to pay shipping.
Product pages lack sufficient detail to know exactly what the product will look like. Line drawings are helpful, but photos of items should also be included. Shipping costs for certain items are too high and deterred me from purchasing more products.

I sure hope the product is as excellent as the pricing, customer service chat and shopping experience. Except for not being able to find all desired products (no linen tower nor accessory end cabinet deco door) in my cabinet choice, it was pretty easy to select what I needed, with help from David, my chat 'partner' .

I spoke with 3 different people today and not a single person could help me with my order after you came highly recommended by my contractor.
It was difficult to connect with a sales person and it took 5 business days to respond with a quote that had several errors.

I hated that I paid 25 to ship a 42 dollar item - that makes me reluctant to use your service again. While your prices were fine - the shipping is ridiculous - no way it cost $25.0 to ship a 3" x 30" fluted piece of molding.

the website is not easy to navigate and the cabinet descriptions are lacking. Colors vary so much in the pictures. They should be more uniform. The website is not user friendly. You have to go back and forth a million times to find what you need. Each cabinet should have a much better description and measurements.

Lke the site layout, really enjoy the style samples and interactive charts. Wish there were more dimensional data on the cabinets though, some units could use an extra detail or two for curious prospective customer decision making.

I had a few questions for the chat people as my kitchen has some challenges. Some answers took a few minutes as research had to be done....but I DID get definitive answers.

Ordered on recommendation from a friend. The order process was straight forward and easy. Somewhat limited by the standard sizes, but was able to make it work for my unique dimensions.

So excited to get our RTA cabinets!
We just pushed the button on cabinets for our dining room. We didn't want to spend a bundle but wanted the glass doors, etc. Can't wait for our arctic white shaker cabinets to arrive. We will see how easy they are to assemble, lol!
