1st time home renovation

Company was recommended by friend with experience. Ordered sample to see item quality and color. Was satisfied and made color choices. When returning to site to locate item, discovered name was changed and additional colors indicated on the sample were not available. Chat feature and company representatives very responsive, Explanation for name change was given, but not color options. Currently waiting on order - will hold full review.

We purchased Xterra Blue Shaker cabinets for our kitchen remodel, and we are very pleased with the end result. While there were some challenges, KCK support helped us to resolve them promptly and successfully: damaged parts on arrival, KCK sent replacement components quickly for us to continue installation; written instructions were not very clear, but KCK directed us to video directions that showed in more detail how to complete the assembly and installation. It seems that some of the designs have been modernized from the original patterns that the video directions follow, and addressing the differences was not always intuitive, but we were ultimately able to complete our DIY cabinet installation and are very happy with how it turned out.

The cabinets were delivered very timely. The skid that they were on were placed on top of another skid, unknow if from source or along the truck path, and the main skid shifted off of the bottom skid, Made driveway delivery difficult, driver had to square up load to enable load to tailgate. As I started the cabinet install project and removing the cardboard, there was slight damage, mostly on the accessories. the areas of damage would not been seen in my application. Long story made short: I saw one cabinet bracket screw not fully seated into the cabinet, I secured the screw and then as I unpacked each cabinet I checked all of the cabinet bracket screws. I found a few loose and a few stripped out. After finding these screws loose/stripped I checked the door hinge screws to find the majority of the screws on the MDF cabinet door frame stripped out, few were loose, I assumed that these screws were installed with a power screwdriver and over torqued. The screws on the anchored end of the hinge on the cabinet frame were OK since these were into wood. My process of repair to the hinge screws and the cabinet frame screws (previously mentioned) was taking wood glue and mix with a MDF sawdust, fill the screw hole and then drops onto the screw. Slightly tighten and then let it dry overnight and then secure. This process worked well. I had a corner cabinet that the door assembly was mounted notably too low that the multiple hinge adjustment would not overcome the improper hinge location on the cabinet frame to align the doors with the adjoining doors of the butted cabinets. I had to raise the cabinet anchored end of the hinge 1/4-5/16 of an inch on the frame. Found one dead cockroach in a drawer of a base cabinet. The installation went well and the cabinets look very good. Cabinet door style is Gramercy White. Customer service was very responsive. Website navigation was good, even though I did not see any info that said the base cabinets had half shelves. Price and quality beats the local box store cabinets. I would use KCK again and would recommend them. All of the issues that I had were resolved by KCK

Great quality all wood cabinets. None of this particle board mess that falls apart if it gets a tiny bit wet. Ordered entire kitchen and was expecting 2 weeks delivers and was actually 3 days ahead of schedule to South Georgia. Price compared to custom cabinet makers is not even close. Give me the ability to have a larger contingency if need be. Bought the Shaker white for outside and the Espresso for the center island. Ordering on website too easy. Did have a cracked cabinet or two but customer service was right on top and shipped new replacement cabinet overnight with no extra cost.

Thrilled this all worked out. As a single mom, I have to shop smart & stretch my means if I want to provide nice things. I invested in “Pearl” pantry cabinets that were on sale; during an 18off sale a couple years ago. I was REALLY impressed with them even though they aren’t my first choice for style. I knew if I was ever going to have a laundry “room”, this new 20off sale was the time. I opted for the Pearl line again because I love the quality & high-end feel they give! I had problems with “PayPal Credit” (for an option of making payments) during my attempted checkout. I emailed customer service to figure out the issue but the sale deadline was ending. I was promptly greeted with understanding & a promise to honor the sale for several days further! As it turned out, my total was too much for the PayPal Credit line. I went out on a limb & asked the rep if i could do 2 transactions in order to take add of the PayPal Credit plan, and pay the difference separately/up front. Even after 4pm, She didn’t hesitate to help me, promptly! The 2 totals didn’t get split up exactly how I wanted but I definitely can’t complain!!!

I purchased cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings for our laundry and could not be more pleased. They represent many manufactures so the selection is huge. I chose RTA cabinets but I could have gotten them already assembled. The design service was excellent and fast. The cabinets arrived quickly and on time at a great price. The assembly was quick and easy for a DYIer. Quality was top notch being all plywood with soft close hardware and full extension drawer glides. Doors were beautiful and aligned perfectly. One drawer front arrived damaged but was replaced within a few days no questions asked. Nice professional people to deal with I would recommend to anyone and would use them again myself.

I needed 10 kitchen cabinets in a new garage grooming room area for my golden retrievers. I saved a lot of money by purchasing "ready to assemble" cabinets and building them myself. Ordering process was easy from the website. Staff were available to answer my questions via email. The cabinets arrived on time, packaging was sufficient so cabinets were not damaged and the quality was very good with a dovetail and plywood construction. Instructions beyond what was included in the box were needed since this was my first time ever assembling cabinets so staff provided links to YouTube videos, which was very helpful.

We have ordered two sets of kitchen cabinets from KcK. We chose the pearl cabinets for our first set and the town square gray for our second. Both were great quality, beautiful and look high end. The KcK cabinets are definitely better built than any ready-made cabinets you'd find at a big box store like LOWES or Home Depot, but the cost was actually comparable to those lesser quality cabinets. Customer service was great. On one of my orders a piece was missing from the truck and customer service made sure to locate and send it right away. My other order I needed delivered after a certain date, and KcK was very accommodating of that. When one of my cabinets came off the truck scratched, they offered to send a new one or send me touch up paint. I opted for the touch up paint and they sent it right away. I also highly recommend purchasing all the crown and rail moldings for above and below the cabinets; they really take the whole look of the kitchen up a notch. The website was easy to navigate, and they logged my order accurately. Just make sure you write down your list of what you need before ordering as the cart won't hold your items forever. All in all, purchasing from KcK was a great experience. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

I ordered the light gray shaker cabinets which were very good quality. They were delivered in under 10 days and were easy to put together. We had a few doors that were damaged, but customer service warranted them immediately. The only negative I would give is if you don't order enough of trim in the initial order or need an additional item, the shipping is on the ridiculously high side. Needed an extra cabinet and shipping was almost as much as the cabinet. Was able to get them to ship out one cabinet for $60 which is a bit expensive but less than the original quote.

I shopped on several websites before settling on Kitchen Cabinet Kings, because they have a big selection of styles, and prices are reasonable if you are not too picky. I'll admit that I chose the styles on sale purely for economical reasons, but I was able to find styles that fit my taste. The ordering process was easy, and I received a tracking number within one week of placing the order. For some reason I wasn't able to reach the courier (infinite ring on the phone), but the courier called me the next day and set up the delivery. The cabinets seem to be of good quality, at least one step up IKEA, and are sturdy without any noticeable defects; I was pleasantly surprised that all drawers and cabinet doors come with soft/slow close. The dimensions on the website match the dimensions of the actual products, which is ultra important to me since I didn't have much wiggle room. The kitchen in the end was finished without any hiccups.

I ordered the Shaker gray and the shaker arctic cabinets for my pantry project. Kitchen Kabinet Kings came highly recommended by my contractor because of the ease of assembly, quality and price. I am very happy with my decision! Shopping on their website was easy to understand and pretty simple. Their customer service even called me to make sure my submission was correct because I chose to do two different colors and they wanted to make sure it wasn't an error. There were lots of colors and styles to choose from and they shipped in a few days! I would absolutely use them again.

Kitchen Cabinet Kings are great to work with. The customer service is outstanding. The RTA Townsend Gray cabinets were stylish and sturdy. The website is so easy to use. Our cabinets were shipped promptly as they were in stock with the vendor, as confirmed by the helpful customer service rep. KCK notified us of the carrier for tracking purposes. With a missing item, KCK promptly had the vendor ship a replacement. The samples are made from the same materials as cabinet doors so you have a good idea of the quality of the product before purchasing. We will definitely consider KCK for future cabinet needs.

My boyfriend and I just bought our first house and when we saw it we immediately knew we'd want to change the cabinets. They were old really dark oak cabinets and they were almost falling apart. I heard about kitchen cabinet kings through social media and I figured I'd check them out. Everything about the experience was terrific. They showed up in about 9 days, they were communicative and they answered the phone every time I called. Customer service was great and the cabinets look great too! Assembly was easy, I will say a couple of the boards were warped a little bit, but nothing too serious and you can't even tell now that they are hung up. I truly enjoyed my experience working with Kitchen Cabinet Kings and have already recommended them to friends!

I couldn't be more happy with Kitchen Cabinet Kings. Aside from paying $$$$$ for custom made cabinets, Kitchen Cabinet Kings is a great alternative. We remodeled our whole kitchen, breakfast island and bathroom storage with RTA cabinets. The quality and craftsmanship of Kitchen Cabinet Kings is well worth the money saved from going custom. We ordered Tahoe white for the kitchen and Ice White Shaker for the bathroom. All cabinets shipped with no issues and were easily put together in little to no time. I would definitely consider using the company again, based on cost savings, responsiveness of their customer service, and super fast shipping.
