no trouble so far with orders
New Kitchen
Working with the KCK website has been effortless. I do have a few questions about the construction of the cabinets and will be contacting the customer service department very soon. I will be purchasing all cabinets from KCK for a remodel of a kitchen in the next 2-3 months.
KCK Easy Use

Unknown arrival date
I had to call to know when I would receive the cabinets. The information I found on the website did not match up with the actual arrival date. It was about two months for arrival. The chat feature was great and the reps I talked to were very kind.
Great Product and Process!
Affordable and nice-looking cabinets. I saved a ton using KCKs.
I ordered a bathroom vanity from this company. When it arrived, the front piece of the vanity included the doors and one of the three drawer fronts. This piece was broken. I inquired about replacing it, and the Community Service Director informed me that she requested a replacement and it would ship within a day or so. I then asked if I have to send back the broken one or if I can throw it away. She responded "No need to return you can toss it." When the replacement arrived, it did not have any of the doors or the drawer front that were included on the original one that arrived. I emailed informing them of this, and the Community Service Director called me, instantly starting yelling at me, lied saying that she told me to remove the doors and drawer fronts. She NEVER informed me that I was supposed to remove them. She never gave me any direction about what to do except for very vaguely answering the questions I asked. After yelling at me on the phone, she said she would reach out to the manufacturer. A few days later she told me I will have to pay $548 which is almost the price that I paid for the vanity itself. This issue was not caused by me, as a customer service provider she should not be assuming that all customers are experienced in home remodeling and would read her mind that the doors are supposed to be removed. As a 25 year old first time home owner, my experience with any other companies is that they replace the piece as it came, which included the doors and drawer front on it. It was her responsibility to inform me that I needed to remove these, which she failed to do. This issue was caused by her poor communication to me as the customer, and made much worse by yelling at me over the phone.

Skeptical - at first
I've been a woodworker for many years so I was skeptical that on-line ready to assemble cabinets would satisfy my critical eye plus I had concerns about timely shipping and how warranty issues would be handled. My very initial concern of timely shipping was alleviated quickly when we received notice that our order was in transit exactly when it was promised to be shipped. The shipment of an entire kitchen cabinet order arrived via truck strapped on a pallet. When we began unboxing the RTA cabinets we noticed that they were well packed. Even so, there were a couple of pieces damaged. As instructed, we took photo's of the damaged pieces and sent them to Luisa in customer service ( who was a pleasure to work with) and she immediately ordered replacements for us and had them shipped to us in a very timely manner. Again, as a long time woodworker I have a critical eye for fit and finish and was pleased to see that the painted surfaces were nicely finished with no drip marks, or other noticeable blemishes and the parts fit together well and things lined up nicely for a solid construction.
I don't want to overlook Jessica, our designer, who was patient with us during the layout of our kitchen cabinets and provided us with a nice design that fully met our expectations.
So, to summarize, Kitchen Cabinet Kings has turned this skeptic into a believer and should I need any cabinets in the future I will be sure to order them from Kitchen Cabinet Kings.
Outperformed Expectations, Saved Me $
Kitchen Cabinet Kings delivered everything I hoped, and more. Communication from customer service was fast and proactive- A smooth process from start to finish. I received the cabinets in 3 weeks, shipped across the country.
The drawers and doors close gently. It feels luxurious. The cabinets look better than anticipated. I ordered the Cherry Glaze style. Installation took 1.5 days for lower and uppers. The cost of the project was less than half what it would have been if I had worked with a contractor to build / install cabinets instead.
Tips for buyers:
- Consider adding a touch-up kit for the cabinet color of your choice. It's very convenient being able to color over any small imperfections.
- The drawers have adjustable sliders in the back that can be used to fix alignment. If some the drawers are a bit off when your cabinets arrive, don't panic. Use those adjusters.
Ordering online has never been easier! It was truly a piece-of-cake working with Kitchen Cabinet Kings. They sent me a detailed rendering of exactly what my new kitchen would look like down to every last measurement. Saved me a ton of money with a faster shipping time than expected. Highly recommend!

I purchased those cabinets for a house oversea. It mean I'm responsable for the shipping and installation. Excellent delivery to my house here in N.Y. Because I bought RTA cabinets, I request that pre-assembly L type bracket be remove due to the shipping situation. Customer services stated that the manufacturer do not provide this type of request. I bought the cabinets anyway. I really believe those brackets could damage the side panels of the cabinets. It is my hope that everything will be fine. Good cabinets, good price too.

Couldn’t be happier with the cabinets! They are a great quality, and the price couldn’t be beat. You must be careful doing your measurements. We made an error, two actually. The first one was caught before shipping, so was easily corrected. The second was not caught until installation, but the customer service member,Ms. Rizzo, helped us with correcting our mistake easily, and with not much unnecessary extra expense. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Shipping and delivery went smoothly also. Thanks!

Condo Remodel
Needed to replace some old tired cabinets in our new condo and as always Kitchen Cabinet Kings delivered. Quality was outstanding and customer service superb. Thanks once again.

Very happy with my cabinets! I really like the solid wood construction. All the parts lined up nicely and using wood glue on all the joints made for a very solid construction along with the angle braces provided. The hardware provided for the hinges and drawer slides is very good as well. I did have a cabinet damaged in shipment and KCK was very easy to work with to get a replacement cabinet face and door shipped out to me. My wife liked the look so much that we subsequently ordered bathroom vanity cabinets as well.

Worst customer service ever
Package was entirely to big for delivery guy to put on curb. Called customer service and was told it was my responsibility to unload from the truck. And that if I sent it back it was at my cost. I have never had a delivery been treated as such. Since I'm pregnant I had to get the neighbors to help unload from the truck. Customer service is the worst. I was offered nothing but a half assed apology. I flip houses and was looking for a regular supplier. Will not be spending money with them again.
Horrible experience!
I purchased a door sample and started working with a designer to remodel my kitchen. It took her 2 weeks before she sent the first draft. I almost forgot I was working with her. After I replied with many changes, she completely disappeared and after 2 weeks she emailed me that oh sorry for the late response I will work on your design right away and she disappeared again. Anyways eventhough I liked the door sample I went with another company because they didn’t care about their customers.

It would have been helpful to be able to reach a person to answer questions along the way through the process.When I used the e-chat feature, I only seemed to get stock answers, not specific to my question. Call backs were few and far between.

Easy on-line purchase!!
We needed 33", which isn't easy to find on-line, but KCK has them. The quality is great, finish perfect, and shipping quick. We used three wall cabinets to create one large bathroom cabinet, floor to ceiling. Our contractor built a base for us. Filler and scribe molding, and voila! It's perfect and took care of filling an unused space and giving us lots of storage!
It was a pleasure to work with your company. Thank you for all your help and this is my third kitchen from your company the other two looks great.
High Quality
I purchased the RTA Cherryville Cabinets and accessory pieces. Very impressed with the quality of material. The cabinets were not difficult to build as I have some carpentry skills. I added glue to increase the strength. I saved over $10K by building the cabinets vs. purchasing semi-custom. The stained finish matched the sample door. The soft-close drawers and doors are very impressive.
We Shall See
Other than Ikea furniture, I have never purchased RTA cabinetry. I wanted 2 wall cabinets to mount over a dry bar/beverage center and didn’t want to sink mega-dollars into them. A design which my wife found pleasing was offered by Kitchen Kings and I placed an order:
Forevermark Cabinetry is sold by Kitchen Kings, manufactured for the TSG Group (The Shekia Group LLC) in Edison, NJ.
The cabinetry is manufactured in China for export.
I ordered the “Thompson White” wall cabinet from Kitchen Kings; this is sold by TSG as the “Uptown White.” My cost through Kitchen Kings was $209.10 for one 21” x 30” x 12” wall cabinet. I bought two cabinets and paid $418.20 PLUS a delivery charge of $265.00 MINUS a 10% discount ($41.82) PLUS sales tax ($22.58) for a grand total of $663.96.
These same cabinets are priced as low as $142.80 + $42.12 for ground delivery from Millwork City! I can’t really complain because after a lengthy searching process, when my wife saw these at KK, it was “get them!”
The “assembly instructions” were totally laughable. If a person was either unfamiliar with basic construction or just not handy at all, they would have failed miserably following this crappy piece of worthless paper. There are also 8 screws per cabinet intended to anchor the brackets together that aren’t even addressed!
Now as for the quality: I realize that these are RTA and won’t look as nice as pre-assembled, BUT….the photos below will tell the story. I tried to attach photos to no avail.

Would we order these again knowing now what we didn’t before? I certainly would seriously question KK’s shipping charges; the 2 boxes arrived in a small white transit van (supposedly FedEx,) carried in by one person (35Lb. ea.) BTW, they were shipped from Edison, NJ to Timonium, MD – not that far for $265.00! When I saw ‘China’ on the boxes, I had my doubts concerning quality.
P.S. I will supply photos if and when requested.
Expectations were not met
They claim on the website American Made, but all boxes show in big letters “ made in China”.
I really thought they were high quality wood cabinets made in the US… disappointed , because it shows.

I've been working on a large over 13K cabinet order for my home, I've been in touch by chat, phone and e-mail with several of the DiSanto crewmebers. They have been great in providing me with all of the information I needed and answering all of my many questions. We have worked on the supply chain/availability issues and I'm still happy with the process and the people here! Good job, keep up the great work!
Easy to assemble and good quality

Customer service is top notch, which makes all the difference in a DIY large scale project such as kitchen cabinets. The quality of the RTA Gramercy White cabinets is better than the assembled cabinets I saw while shopping around. The plywood boxes are excellent and should hold up well. The paint job is well done. I recommend using wood glue in addition to the screw assembly for an extra solid fit. This may not be necessary but those cabinets of mine aren't coming apart for nothing.

I sent a message a week ago about getting my cabinets shipped cheaper since I ordered the wrong size on my original. I now have two cabinets I can't use and shipping is outrageous. No one contacted me and I need cabinets sooner rather than later.

I will never use or recommend this company again. I purchased $5,200 in cabinets at the beginning of June. It took over a month and a half to get the items delivered even though they said delivery would only be 2 to 3 weeks at the time of purchase. Once the items were delivered the pallet and majority of the boxes were damaged. Some boxes were damaged to the point that broken wood pieces were falling out. I went through the pallet of 17 boxes as best I could and noted the damaged items. 2 days later I went through the pallet completely and noticed that three items were missing. These items were the toe kicks and filler pieces, for a total of $310. They said that they would have to reach out to the shipping company so they could do a dock search. This process took 3 weeks and they came back and said because I didn't note it at the time of delivery they would not be covering it. So I spent $5,200 and the company won't acknowledge their mistake that they never shipped it and I will be forced to pay another $310. It's been 75 days since I placed my purchase and I still don't have all the pieces I need to complete my project. And the customer service during all of this has been atrocious. The lack of communication is unacceptable. I would have to reach out to them for answers. Never again will I use this company or recommend them. All because they didn't want to send me $310 worth of pieces that they lost or never shipped.

Nice product, sucky instructions in the box.
Bought a full kitchen from them. Really nice product, easy to assemble (with the proper instructions), but the instructions that are included ****. You need to go online to get proper assembly instructions. But, after you do the first one, the rest are relatively easy and can be banged out fast.
Great Customer Service
We are remodeling our kitchen and ordered our cabinets through Cabinet Kings when more traditional companies could not deliver for up to 6 months. Cabinet Kings delivered within a week and delivered high quality, beautifully crafted cabinets.
The Customer Service group was so helpful with regard to what cabinets we needed and what ancillary pieces would be required. Further, they lead us to how to order matching cabinets and complimentary finishes.
I would order from Cabinet Kings again in a minute.

Was unclear whether the garbage pull-out came with the cabinet.
The pre-assembled are garbage.
The pre-assembled kitchen cabinets are utter garbage compared to the RTA cabinets. The quality is just not there. Staples that are too short. Parts falling off.
Compare it to the RTA cabinets. The RTA cabinets are screwed most places. The corner bracing is solid wood compared to plywood that is crumbling.
The drawer slides are different as is the hardware.
Trying to get damages repaired was a nightmare.

Third kitchen remodel with KCK
We have ordered twice from KCK and had a very good experience. The quality and pricing of the cabinets is fair and the delivery was quick and professional. In each of our kitchen orders we had one cabinet arrived damaged. The first time we needed a replacement the second time we modified the cabinet and used touch up paint as needed. We didn't have time to wait for a replacement. We had to make a few changes to our order and customer service was very responsive and helpful even when we were the ones in the wrong. Everything arrived as expected. The only surprise we had was some of the larger cabinets with adjustable side pegs didn't come with any shelving. Upon inquiry we thought the cost to add a shelf was very expensive so we made our own from painted wood for a fraction of the cost. We also found it hard to get some of the trim boards in various colors so we improvised and made our own and it turned out great. We are very happy with our design and cabinet purchases. We recently did a friend's kitchen and ordered from KCK for that project so in all we have done three kitchens with great success.
The best customer service around!
Purchased over $6,000 of kitchen cabinets, had a couple that were damaged in shipping. Sent them pictures of damaged cabinets and Customer service replaced damaged items no questions asked, shipped free, and no return required.

We have purchased cabinets from KCK twice now (and helped a friend do their kitchen too!) and have been very pleased. The ordering process was streamlined, the cabinet selection was plentiful and the customer service department was very helpful. We had to make a few changes to our order and the sales team went above and beyond to help us. At a time when deliveries were delayed nationwide and building materials were scarce, KCK delivered on time. We had used white shaker cabinets in a previous home and this time chose the white Madison line for the main cabinets and did a contrasting island in Madison Grey. Very pleased with the overall construction of the cabinets, shipping, and ease of installation.

I have been waiting for years and though I would never get my laundry room redone. We have been using the old cabinet from the kitchen remodel we did years ago, they never have fit right and they are an old yellowed oak finish. We finally decided to put a tight budget together and see what we could find. I was so pleased with the price it came in so far under budget that I was able to get a dog washing station for my German Shephard and still be in budget. Yesssss!
BUYER BEWARE I started the order and...
BUYER BEWARE I started the order and purchase process back in February picked out the cabinets that I wanted was told that they were in stock and when it was time to actually order the cabinets half of the cabinets were not in stock and would not be in stock for a month. Picked another color stressed that I wanted RTA in every conversation and communication and I ended up with assembled cabinets. They have made the effort to work with me to get the delivery issues and the quality issues work out. However if you are on a tight schedule this company will not be able to provide the products in a timely manner. So if you have lots of time the price is pretty good quality is reasonably good. The shipping company that they use is horrible XPO. Receive the major part of the order at the end of April here in end of June I have still not received all of the items shipping company has lost some and my project is still on hold.

do not waste your time or money
They have you purchase a sample for $30 without the possibility of returning for credit. Even if you purchase $6000 worth of cabinets. They wanted all the money up front even though delivery was several months. I purchased elsewhere.

Still Waiting on backorder
Ordered cabinets late May 21. Came home from dentist to find truck with cabinets at my door. No advanced shipping info? Strike one. Only half of order received. Strike two. Received second shipment a week later less one cabinet. Which I was told is backordered. Strike three. They're out. Would never make large purchase again from this company. Customer service was overwhelmed and didn't have answers that were helpful. Cabinets went together fairly easy but there is some modification from poor manufacturing.
Shipping RIP OFF
I purchased cabinets for a client. Decent Cabinets but they needed one more cabinet. They charged me $350 to ship 1 cabinet 20 miles form Delray Beach to West Palm Beach.
Do not buy from this company. Your business means nothing to them.

This Company has a good product with decent prices. However, do not make the mistake of needing an additional item. They charged me $350 to ship 1- 24" Cabinet 20 miles. Absolute Rip Off!

Everyone gives compliments on my kitchen says it looks like a kitchen from the magazine and it does. The directions for the design and assembly of RTA cabinets were easy to follow. Michelle was great to work with, I appreciate your attentiveness and patiences Michelle. I just love my new kitchen designed and delivered by kabinet king.
