Excellent customer service as we made multiple changes to our order after the original order was placed, and the KCK team helped us add all of the items with ease (and even did it all over email for convenience)! The personal touch of their Director of Operations contacting us directly for the changes made us feel like valued customers. Hopefully delivery is as smooth as the ordering! We also price compared to Home Depot and Lowe's, and KCK product quality is much higher than these retailers for a more affordable price. The larger hardware retailers charged more for lower quality MDF-constructed cabinets versus KCK wood-constructed cabinets.
Decent products but still have flaws
I was shorted on crown molding. I was only sent 4 when it says 5 on my order. On top of this 5 would not even be enough for the cabinets, I'm not sure how you guys figure out how much crown is needed but I'm assuming it's just calculated on the lnr. Ft. of the cabinets without taking into count the outside corner cuts have 6" of over hang. I had 4' alone just in just outside miter cuts and I measured all the scrap cuts and it was barley 2' of waste which cant be avoided. Now I'm spending over 100$ on shipping alone

Custom kitchen design
Nicole’s design rendering turned out to perfection. She was helpful from the beginning right up to installation. Delivery of the cabinets was timely and packaged with care. Double packaging with bubble wrap and styrofoam to protect cabinets. The result turned out exactly like her rendering. I couldn’t be happier.

Like most times with Kitchen cabinet kings, this was a good experience. Customer service was very responsive with all of our special needs with fast deliveries. Good quality units keep my customers happy.
5 Distinctly Different Colors In My Kitchen
I have 5 different colors on my cabinets. Some are darker some are lighter some look greenish gray some are a blue gray . One door frame looks like in was pieced together from 2 totally separate pieces of wood. When I reached out to find a solution, I was told, “that’s just the way it is”. I have provided pictures and still don’t have a solution. I don’t have time to keep switching out doors and drawers till they get it right. It’s as if my time and labor are of no value to this company. Don’t buy anything from this company!

You get what you pay for
We purchased the RTA imperial blue cabinet bottoms. We were happy with the low price but the quality isn't great. Every cabinet had at least one if not three panels that were damaged by the manufacturer (scratches and dents). All the boxes shipped without proper packaging for the panels leading to more damage in transit. This isn't KCK fault but they should have vetted these issues before agreeing to sell these products. (They were shipped directly to us from Korea so KCK seems to just be a distributor). When I sent them the list of damages with lots of photos, KCK customer service wasn't the most helpful and I had to spend multiple hours with them on the phone trying to figure out which pieces were damaged because neither the instructions or the items were numbered so i had to unbox and measure everything manually to figure out what the piece was. It was a lot of extra work. They did send some replacement parts but those were even more damaged than the original pieces so we just had to pick the best of what we had. The last issue is that KCK designed our kitchen layout and didn't leave enough space for our refrigerator so we had to unexpectedly buy a new one at the last min. Not a great experience at all but they were the cheapest we found at a supposed "higher quality" so I should have expected... but still disappointed.

builder for 30 years, some of the best for the price
These were very high quality cabinets and at a reasonable price. They were truly easy to assemble and will transform any kitchen. They also seem to run fantastic sales for certain things like Labor Day and offer contractor discounts. We've been building and remodeling homes for 30 years and these were something we would buy again. Customer service was also fantastic.
Pallet was poorly packed causing broken items
The double pallet was packed with the heavy pantry cabinet on top causing the base cabinets below to turn into splintered remains that had to be sent back

The driver carried each cabinet into my living room and uncovered each piece for me so I could check for any damage. There was no damage and I love looking at these beautiful white cabinets. Especially the 36 inch three draw unit.

Briefly, I ordered Pearl sample door- described as off white but it’s more of a dark ivory in my east facing kitchen so I inquired about same door style but in a true bright white - was told I can’t mix and match door cabinets styles and finishes. They come that way from factory. Totally get it and I’ll be buying my kitchen cabinets elsewhere.

Great Product
I was referred to Kitchen Cabinet King by a friend who knew I was shopping big box stores for a small basic kitchen on a reasonable budget. These cabinets far exceeded my expectations, especially the real plywood boxes. I got the RTA cabinets and assembly was easy using basic homeowner tools. I would absolutely use them again.

Horrible company. Cabinets are crap if you Ever receive them. Been waiting since 1/6/22 it's now 8/9/22 and still don't have a complete set of undamaged cabinets. They don't communicate what's so ever. Worst purchase I ever made. Wolf cabinets are crap. Doors fall off, cabinets crack, horrible finish. And kitchen cabinets kings calls them custom. Just horrible all around. And they don't care one bit if your satisfied. They only offer a $500 credit for the months of BS and aggravation they put you through. I can't say horrible enough. I wish I could speak to the owners on the crap they are selling and the poor service and customer service they deliver. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!! Go elsewhere. Save yourself a ton of aggravation. I hate this company!!!!!! No other way to say it.

Cabinet and panel are as ordered. Both arrived on time. Packing could be much better both cartons were tour up. Cabinate is ok. Panel was damaged on one end. Luckily I only need a portion of the 4 x 8 panel.
We ordered four cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. When the arrived, my son put them together to surprise us. We noticed that Kitchen Cabinet Kings sent us a 42" cabinet instead of the 24". Originally, the company was not going to send us the correct cabinet at no cost to us. But after a long discussion, they agreed to send us the correct cabinet at no cost.
Great looking cabinets
Got the shaker ice white cabinets and I'm thrilled with how they make my kitchen brighter. Everything from ordering to receiving went smooth. All cabinets arrived within 2 weeks and in great shape. I would recommend to anyone looking for fair priced solid built cabinets.

Good Quality.
Product arrived reasonably quickly and in good shape. However there were no instructions for assembly for the RTA cabinets. And I had to search for video. Not very difficult but I think with the drawer hardware installation there could have been some included paper directions or a video link noted.

I originally ordered the “patton white” cabinets but was told they were back ordered. Dana from customer service suggested the “ice white shaker” . very pleased with them. they arrived in about 2 weeks and in excellent shape. my guys installed them with no problems. my kitchen looks so much brighter. thank you.
Great selection easy online ordering!
Found everything I needed in the Ice White Shaker line and used Saved Carts for different layout pricing. When final layout was decided, just added to cart, applied discount codes and ordered. Used Help Chat twice too and both agents were very helpful.
Affordable, good quality and responsive
I found KCK's RTA cabinets to be the lowest-price for the model I wanted for the quality I was looking for. They shipped quickly, and though there were a few minor issues, KCK resolved them quickly. I would definitely order from them again.

I was in need of a replacement base...
I was in need of a replacement base cabinet originally made by Forevermore Cabinetry. The Sienna Rope style had been discontinued, so I knew it would be a challenge to find. I had the good fortune of reaching Rizzo Siciliano, in your Customer Service Associate. She immediately offered to make the necessary contact with the manufacturer to see what might be available. I was replacing a 30" base, but it was not available, but Rizzo was able to find me two 15" bases. She placed the order and had them shipped and I received last week. I assembled and installed them, and my problem was solved. Rizzo was very up-beat and a pleasure to work with and is a great representative for your company. (Order # 100046947) William J. Sample Door order
I contacted customer service regarding the order, and they resolved the issue, then checked on it with a followup phone call. It was refreshing to get that sort of customer service in the "post COVID" days of many firms not being able to respond or resolve the most basic of issues. Kudo's to Kitchen Cabinet Kings.
The cabinets were nice, and good quality. The shipping was a nightmare even before covid. Took 4 months for local delivery. Many cabinets damaged. Assembled cabinets replaced with unassembled cabinets, some wood was warped and therefor hard to assemble. I was offered a $250 credit for all the trouble I experienced, however it was never received. Unless you have several months and lots of time to deal with problems try someone else.

She helped me track my order and assisted me in a timely manner whenever I had questions. And when I had an issue, she went above and beyond to help find a resolution. Laundry room
I liked the cabinets after I got them together. The promotional info said I should be able to assemble in 10 to 15 min. Ha!. More like 30 min. I also think they could improve their assembly instructions. I had just 8 cabinets and I have to admit that by the 4th cabinet I got quite good at assembling them. I would order from them again. The cabinets we wanted were in stock and they were shipped right away.

Paradise Island
We ordered 5 cabinets to make up our large island. The cabinets are beautiful in color and quality. Quick free shipping with $3,000 order. They had every correct. There was one small gouge in one cabinet that was covered after installation so we did not claim to get a replacement. However when I called it sounded simple enough. Just send pictures to them in an email with description and they would have taken care of it. The cabinets are solid wood construction. I love the dove tail joints and the soft close cabinets. Everything was perfect. As long as you don't have a lot of questions for their online answering service. The answering service seem to have little knowledge and cannot send you to someone that can answer a question. . You have to answer a huge amount of questions online for their custom shop. Even if you just have few questions and you are not going custom. Not sure why they don't have a knowledgeable staff to answer phones. I would think they would lost a lot sales because of the frustration.

They sold me 3 kitchen cabinets from Wolf. I received the cabinets and then purchased the rest of my kitchen cabinets. After waiting almost 2 months for my cabinets to show up Kitchen Cabinet Kings emailed me and said they are out of stock and will be refunding my money. I said I dont care how long it takes, my kitchen needs to match. They just kept saying the same thing, out of stock and wouldnt explain why they continue to sell there most popular Wolf Classic white cabinets online if they are out of stock. The real reason they wouldnt ship to me is because they decided its to expensive to ship to california even though they promise free shipping if spending over $3,500. They came up with some lame excuse about not being in stock and gave zero options. Now Im stuck with $2,500 of Wolf cabinets that wont match any other cabinets. Kitchen Cabinet Kings completely screwed me and they will have no problem doing it to anyone else so do your self a favor and someone else buy cabinets from.

They were stacked upon rotted out pallets that simply gave out under the weight of the cabinets. The middle bent causing damage to 2 very expensive cabinets. Every item, and I do mean every item had damage. Either to the frame, door, etc. Yes, they will send you the replacement part, but only if that shows up undamaged as well. Which it didn't. Due to the extensive damage to some of the items i was forced to wait another month and a half for the replacement parts, putting my kitchen remodel that far out. The sad part is I had a great experience the first time I used them. Too bad this was the worst experience in regards to such a large order.

Worst Experience I Have Ever Had
I was just looking to purchase cabinets and decided to call and ask the customer service department about what exact service they could provide if something were to happen after purchase. I was met with attitude by Louisa, the DIRECTOR of customer service. Someone who should listen to customers and assure them things will get fixed. She played make believe like she couldn’t hear me to get me off the phone. Horrible horrible horrible and I didn’t even have to spend a dime.

was a little unsure of what to expect ordering cabinets online. I found KcK thru Google search and read some good reviews. My cabinets were better than I expected, even my contractor commented on the quality of them and the fair price. They arrived via a private freight shipper, each carefully wrapped and packaged. I had one that was not wrapped as carefully as the others. Fortunately it was my lazy susan and the small amount splintering was in the back, on the panel that faces wall, no damage to the front. It did not compromise the integrity of the unit (very little splintering, I was actually looking for damage to all units via inspection which is why I found it). Needless to say I kept the unit and had it installed. Ive since called back for the wall slip and the service person was extremely helpful in locating the one I needed. BTW, I purchased the Gramercy White cabinets and I love them!

WORST COMPANY EVER TO DEAL WITH
This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced in my lifetime. It has now been a week since I received the order that I ordered 3 months ago. I am still missing 6 cabinets and of the 14 I received 5 are damaged beyond repair. No communication from customer service except after my first review. I paid over $15,000 for these cabinets and it is a complete disaster and worst of all their customer service doesn't care at all. It's everyone else's mistakes and not theirs. I ORDERED FROM KITCHEN CABINET KINGS NOT THEM!!!!! no one answers emails or phone calls. They don't care about you or your kitchen or bath. All they care is they got paid and that's it. I will have no kitchen now for probably 3 months if ever. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY DELIVER WHAT IS EXPECTED AND CARE. THESE PEOPLE DONT!!!!!!

We had a great experience with KCK. We bought the shaker cabinets in ice white. Their support team was prompt and helpful helping us resolve an initial possible back order situation, and with subsequent requests for help as well. The cabinets look great and seem like they should last well. I'm very pleased with the value for the money. Delivery time was great, ordering from the website was a simple experience. I'm happy. Would recommend, and will use again for future remodels!
Day one after the disaster of a delivery
Day 1 after the disaster of a delivery where over half of what I ordered I didn't receive or was damaged. Spoke with a customer service person today and still no answer on when or if the issue will be resolved. Was basically told it wasn't there fault. If I order from a company it it their problem. I don't care about the shipping company or thw manufacturer. YOU sold me the cabinets, YOU accepted my money, therefore it IS YOUR responsibility to deliver what what purchased. All the apologies in the world don't make up for the fact that I don't have a kitchen at this point. I have had to cancel the installers and the counter tops at this point. After speaking with this company I have no idea when I will receive any of the missing cabinets or the damaged cabinets. Could be months. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. understand that they only post reviews of 4-5 on their website. Let's see what tomorrow brings. I will be reviewing daily on what progress I have. So far horrible.

This by far has been the worst experience I have ever had. Been waiting for 3 months for the custom color cabinets. After 3 months received the order, over half of the order is either missing or damaged on delivery. Horrible service since everyone just passed you onto the next person. No response all day as to when and if I will ever get what I actually ordered. Horrible communication. So basically I have a kitchen that I spent $15k on cabinets and can't even install because I have no idea how many more months I have to wait for cabinets. Worst experience ever. Go somewhere else and get cabinets. At least they want your business and take care of the customer. Not here. They could care less.

The website could use some work; that said, I was trying to find a cabinet line that was discontinued in most supplier lines so I'm happy that I could find what I was looking for. Their other cabinets are beautiful, as well!

These are great quality cabinets at an affordable price. They are built well, look fantastic and are extremely functional. The ordering, customer service, delivery and follow up with the customer is excellent. I highly recommend kitchen cabinet kings for all of your cabinetry needs.
After sale customer service bad.
I ordered 4.5K worth of cabinets and accessories. Did not receive the accessories I paid for. Reported the items as missing. Need the touch up paint. So I had to reorder and pay $37 for shipping plus cost of paint.I have tried repeatedly to get a response to my queries.
I hope nothing goes wrong when others order and has to deal with KCK.
I have another kitchen to do and it will not be using them.
Poor paint quality
Purchasing and receiving the cabinets were great. However, some of the cabinets were out of square and the paint is very thin and weak. They mar very easily and I fear they will not look good soon after everyday use.

I install about 2 kitchens a year. Not enough to be a kitchen contractor, but I have been using Kitchen cabinet Kings for a few years now. There products are always superior quality. Customer service is always helpful.
