Why go to a big box store for a Remodeled Kitchen
Big box stores do not give you the best deal on cabinet pricing, quality or design support! If you are considering new cabinets for your kitchen or baths, give KCK a chance to show you what they can do. Ask your contractor if using one, or do it yourself, and call KCK. You will be pleasantly surprised.
Far Better Website Than IKEA
First, prefacing my FIVE STARS for KCH by its stark contrast to IKEA cabinet shopping. After shopping IKEA's site, I had filled my cart with my entire kitchen needs (down to the cabinet legs and trim) after hours of searching the IKEA site -- only to have 90% of my needs not available at check out. Then as I logged in, it wiped out my entire cart.
Needless to say, KCK experience so far has been outstanding - I could easily save multiple carts with my login. Thank you so much for making shopping by cabinet size (all dimensions, not just width) EASY! You're my hero - hopefully the color fits and we can proceed with our entire order.

The cost to ship two small cabinets was $270
That's costly for two flat pack pack cabinets.
But after the process of finding cabinets i paid the price ,.

What a great find for custom kitchen cabinets at less than big box prices! Plenty of designs - and free designer assistance - makes this THE PLACE to order cabinets! We chose the RTA to save a little extra money and can't wait to get them! The product samples we ordered were very high quality - heavy and solid doors. Can't go wrong!

Uconscionable shipping charge
$400 shipping is more than half the price of the cabinet I ordered. That is just not right at all. It really is unacceptable that you should charge that much money. I purchased the item because I am in a bind but I will never use your site again and never recommend you.
It is December 8 and I still have not received my cabinet. I haven't even received notification that the product has been shipped. So I cannot, at this time, change any part of my review. I paid in full. which I find unusual. Since when do you pay in full before the product is even shipped? And the shipping cost is still unconscionable; more than half the cost of the cabinet. $400.00 for shipping? That's just wrong.
A good value product and much better quality than the big box stores; good selection and current product design.
Not what it used to be
Ordered twice. First-order last year was great. Second, everything was crappy. Took forever to ship/deliver, cabinets arrived banged up. Not one cabinet was squared. Needed paint for touch up and they charge $150 per pint and $50 to ship. I will not recommend nor order again.

Small kitchen update
I bought KK cabinets 5 years ago for an update in our other home and was very pleased with the durability of the product and the ease that they assembled. Came back to KK for our new home kitchen update to match existing cabinets. The Lexington White were perfect and they were on sale! Love sales!

I will say that I paid more for the cabinets I ordered than the RTA store I have used previously because they had the finish I was looking for. That being said I am disappointed with the quality of the cabinets and the hardware. The drawer glides are not smooth and do not adjust easily. There were limited instructions included and no videos on the website like there are with other RTA dealers. I Will go back to my previous website I have ordered from for anything else in the future.

This was a very easy process. It was simple to navigate the site with all the products. The selection of cabinets is exceptional. I will recommend to friends and family.
I asked for design help for my island and was told that they didn't have the pieces to make the island. I saw the piece i was looking for in the gallery and asked for help again and no one got back to me so I had to change the design of my island myself.

I have ordered a few kitchens now from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. Love the company, the service and the forevermark brand. The only thing I suggest to everyone is try to get everything you want the first time. If you don't you will be paying a lot for shipping. Usually at least the cost of a larger cabinet.

I ordered RTA Espresso cabinets and...
I ordered RTA Espresso cabinets and spent over $4,000. The cabinets are beautiful, however some of the pieces are bowed and had a hard time putting them together. Instructions are just pictures. We had a corner cabinet with a lazy susan and had no idea how to build. Went on YouTube for detailed instructions. Once you open them, they are not returnable and you are stuck trying to fit the pieces together. After building, some of the doors are bowed and do not close properly. I am very disappointed and would never buy cabinets again on line.

Kitchen Cabinet Kings really do treat their customers like royalty! The product and service are both excellent. I ordered 22 pieces total, wall and base cabinets, of the Sienna Rope style. The beautiful cabinets and sculptured doors and drawer fronts were made from very good quality wood. They had heavy-duty durable hardware attached, which included soft-close technology. Push the door or drawer and it finished closing, quietly, all by itself! My order came amid the Covid-19 pandemic, which caused some unforeseen problems. Luckily for me, the folks at KCK have real live, knowledgeable, patient Customer Service agents on staff. They worked quickly and consistently with me to adjust my order and ultimately create a second order so that I could get all my cabinets in time to finish building my new home on time. The price for these high-quality cabinets was the cheapest I could find, online or in-store. This was surprising because the cabinets were not "cheap" in design or construction. Plus, KCK gives new customers a 10% discount. The website is easy to navigate and handy to place items in your shopping cart, where they stay until you are ready to purchase. I would recommend this excellent value to anyone who needs good, inexpensive cabinets, sold by folks who understand the meaning of "good old fashion" customer service.

This website is laid out well. Easy to navigate, and see what you want to buy, or look at. The prices are ok, there are cheaper places, but this is the only place that had the taller cabinets I needed.

Need more pictures and information
need to have pictures of the cabinets instead of black and white drawings. more details of the cabinets such as shelf placements and measurements would be very helpful as well . A 360 few of the cabinets with door open option would be great. It would also be nice if a pull out drawer was made for 21" cabinets. they come in all other sizes but 21".

I've renovated a kitchen, then a master bath, now am gutting my laundry room and have come back to Kabinet King each time! My husband can assemble and install, so the RTA cabinets give us a professional look at a fraction of the cost of custom cabinetry.

cabinets are great quality and the RTA are an easy put together project. Wish their website was a little more descriptive with photos but take your time in ordering and you will have a great kitchen in a fraction of the cost of other places.

Samples could be better identified
While purchasing samples, it became unclear that certain colors and patterns were not available in RTA cabinets. This caused me to make a second purchase of where I had to go out of my way to figure out what was RTA. Since I am now over the 3 sample limit for credit. My fairly priced cabinet costs are climbing, I now have useless samples, and wasted another few weeks and missed a holiday sale.
Easy to shop and buy on the website. Spoke with helpful pleasant customer service rep. earlier who answered all my questions prior to purchase. I'll leave a review once my order is received.

Customer service went above and beyond ...i was having trouble with my card going thourgh, after discussing the problem it turned out to be on my end with card control. They called me, emailed me about the problem. They truely care....thanks!
I have had my cabinets installed and had to reorder a different size as the website never specified that the blind cabinet that was placed in the corner needed a spacer so the cabinets that surrounded it would be able to be opened. That caused a delay again in my process as I want a functioning drawer. The cost of shipping is astronomical, too.

Found almost all the info I needed on the website. Anthony answered a couple other questions. The door sample I ordered put all other questions and concerns to rest (it was a REALLY nice door). The ordering process was painless. No one can touch Amaz-on dot com for online shopping, but Kitchen Cabinet Kings was very, very good. The best of any online cabinet seller by far. Fingers crossed for quick, damage free shipping!
