Great quality -very surfy, hardware is top notch - very pleased - found some of the veneer at the routered edge support isn’t great and the assembly instructions are flat out horrible and lacking in clarity, and direction pretty much a box of pieces shown on parts list and a final picture - maybe shoot an actual picture after each piece is installed - take the 20-25 minutes for you guys and create useful assembly instructions - but the cabinets are great

I am a very experienced construction superintendent. I have 40 years in the business. I am fairly familiar with how cabinets are sized and hence was able to build my order by myself. I suspect many, many people need more help than I saw available from your chat line folks.
Best buy out there
We redone one kitchen for Kitchen Cabinet King before and now we re-doing another kitchen and this is the best buy for the money.

Basement Kitchen
Overall it was a good experience. I had a hard time finding some specialty stuff, the online customer service rep helped but then when I reached back out to her for clarification she never responded. So I'm not sure if the trash can cabinet is all by itself or if its just an inside the cabinet upgrade that I have to install into the cabinet I ordered. She said to order the base cabinet, so I did but I'm not sure its going to fit in the 18 inch base cabinet. in the fine print it says it fits an 18 or 21 inch cabinet. So I'm hoping when it arrives it all works out.

We were very pleased with our cabinets. We picked the signature pearl cabinets. My favorite part is the soft close of the drawers. I probably will always have to have soft close drawers in a kitchen now. I do recommend you measure & think out your cabinet design before ordering or use the website for a design. In order to return or exchange you will be responsible for shipping cost. My husband put all of the cabinets together himself. On the first one he damaged a front face of a lower cabinet. We were so upset so I contacted costumer service. They gladly sent a replacement free of cost. We were so happy with Kabinet King and will be recommending them to our friends and family.

I did a kitchen in my son's first house using KCK. Loved the quality and the customer service.
Rita should have as many options as preassembled
There were options and more choices in preassembled than there were in RTA and since different colors between each I could not order the additional options I needed/wanted for my RTA purchase. Otherwise it was a relatively easy to use and good experience and hoping they assemble easily as described.
Shipping for 1 cabinet very expensive, the cabinet could be shipped ups for a reasonable rate

I love my beautiful new cabinets! Anna did a wonderful job designing the layout. The quality is so great even the contractor is raving about them. The only problem is the assembly instructions are terrible.

The quoting for myself was great. I spoke with a customer service representative and they were very knowledgeable. The only hitch for me was the $800 in shipping between my two orders. I can't wait to see them.

They came out nice. We normally use a different brand and must admit we found the assembly and installation more difficult than what we are used to. Besides that customer service was great with getting us replacement products from damaged pieces we received and had good communication with doing so.

We went with Kitchen cabinet kings just as Covid hit and they were still wonderful through the whole process. It took a while to get the cabinets (because of expected delays due to covid), but once we did, we were thrilled!!!! They are beautiful, well made, arrived unharmed at our home and have worked amazingly well!!! We couldn't be happier with the finished product!!!

Dealing with kitchen cabinet Kings has been a night mare . Lusia is horrible to deal with 14 boxes of cabinets , every box had 2 or 3 pieces damaged and the boxes were in good shape, all the damage was from the factory and was told the factory was in New Jersey, a lie

I really like the cabinets from KCK: beautifully manufactured to almost 1/64", nice finishes and great drawers and doors. I glue them together with an occasional bracket and the final product is rock solid.
And customer service is great.

We've been very pleased with our cabinets! We are returning to purchase more crown molding, we made a cutting mistake and need another piece.

Researched all the RTA's
After lookin into all the RTA cabinet co's this one seems to be the best value with quality combined. When I looked at most other companies that could beat the price the cabinets were just not made with the materials these are. The price lower was only minor as well. I'll follow up when they arrive and are installed!

We love the new kitchen we got from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. It fits beautifully in this history Mt. Vernon apartment in Baltimore. The gray color is perfect and matches beautifully the granite countertop and stainless appliances. Since the area for the kitchen was very limited, we have used tall wall cabinets, which provides a much needed extra space (and provided a small step to reach the top). It is my 6th kitchen from KCK and I was never disappointed. Great quality, fast delivery, smooth communication - will keep buying for my next renovation projects.
We've been super happy with our cabinets, and this is our third kitchen ordered from Kings. Each time, the cabinets have been well packed, easy to assemble, and gorgeous once installed. We especially like the look of the shaker white cabinets, and we hope that they hold strong for decades to come. If I had one criticism, it should be that replacement parts are easier to buy and order. Our under-sink doors have dissolved a bit from droplets of water splashing out of the sink. A new pair of doors-only was $200 and not covered by warranty. Steeper than expected when less than a year old.

Overall bad experience
Very impersonal customer service, wouldn't take a phone call or call me back. Would only email. Shipments that are still coming keep getting sent to the wrong house in the wrong state, then are in limbo, while being redirected. Consultant will take no responsibility for wrong purchased items. I did mess up a few my self and am not asking for any compensation for those at all. I have not asked for anything other than a good explanation on why they were not upfront with the correct items to buy from the beginning, on the mistakes they made. They are suppose to be the professionals, I am a customer with little knowledge on actual cabinetry. I have received broken items, which is to be expected, as this is for an entire house, so there are a lot of cabinets. Now they have resent out some of the replacement items and expect my installers to rebuild a few with parts they are sending instead of sending out a full replacement. I called customer serivice to see where my misdirected cabinets where and a few days later they told me that my cabinets would be delivered after I had already received that shipment. Not real helpful. That is not good service. So from ordering to receiving to dealing with customer service, totally not professional. All the people I have spoke with, except ordering(as they wont take my calls), have been very nice, but apparently incompetent to be selling cabinets to anyone other than professionals who know exactly what they need to order. Also, the shipping is ridiculous. Still waiting for cabinets. Should have been done and delivered over a month ago. Invoice number is only one of 3 or 4 that I have for this purchase.

Wow, I could not be happier! We have a turn of the century (1907) house that we have done a top down and bottoms up renovation. The kitchen was very important to my wife an I. Starting in 2015 I began looking for kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I looked at 9 different suppliers/stores/makers before selecting Kitchen Cabinet Kings for my order in 2020. I knew from the description that these cabinets would have a great quality of materials compared to other vendors. We knew we didn't want any MDF or thin shelving that would cause problems later. The last component was to get the right color and look for the house. However I knew we had an uphill battle because my cabinet budget was only $5000. We came in under budget by almost 15%!!! We made the order and I was confident that we would be happy. Wow, was I happy, I could not believe how stunning these cabinets looked and how sturdy they were. With COVID there were some supply delays, but that was expected. What wasn't expected was all the communication that Kitchen Cabinet Kings kept sending me. I want to personally thank Dana D., Louisa R. and Miki S. for their communication and resolution of any and all concerns that I had. I have been in construction and engineering for over 30 years and I can honestly say I love these cabinets. As expected with a large order a few pieces did not travel as well as they could have but they were quickly and easily replaced. I have almost completed the installation myself, we are just waiting on countertops. Do not hesitate to order these cabinets. I will try to update photos when it is all done.

I was disappointed when my cabinets arrived without any notice. I received the notice the day after the delivery and would have appreciated the option to choose a delivery day. Thankfully, there was someone home to receive the order and the driver was helpful (it was pouring rain) in getting the many boxes inside.
All in all I would recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings, The quality and pricing of their products are hands down incredible. You will not find a better price, not at Lowes nor at Home Depot!! Soft close drawers, for this price is super awesome. The ease of installation was hands down beyond appreciated. A must have if you are thinking of remodeling.

I sent a price list from one of Kitchen Cabinet Kings competitors and the next time I checked my save cart, to my surprise KCK had matched their competitor's pricing. NICE JOB!
I would like to have been able to check their available stock prior to purchase to make sure everything I ordered is going to ship soon but I'll update this review when I have more information to share. So far I'm very happy with the service I've received.

The staff was very helpful with questions and any changes that I needed to make during this process and my order arrived on time even though it was in the middle of a pandemic , very pleased .
I loved seeing all the different options. The only thing I would change is adding a time frame for delivery on samples.
