This was my second set of Kitchen...
This was my second set of Kitchen Cabinet Kings so I can now offer a comparison review of the 2 cabinet manufacturers. The first set of cabinets were the Imperial Blue and the second set were Shaker Gray. The imperial Blue cabinet manufacturer were a far superior cabinet. They have nice finished bottoms on the uppers so they have a much more attractive custom look. Both had beautiful color and finishes. I especially love the drawer hardware on both sets of cabinets.
great Cabinets at a great price
Ordered a full Ice white shaker kitchen from KCK. All cabinets were delivered on a freight pallet in approximately 2 weeks. Had 1 small issue that customer service handled by replacing the piece damaged in shipping immediately. website is easy to navigate and offers lots of different styles. RTA cabinets aren't for everyone, but if you don't mind the challenge and can take your time to assemble, you can get a great product at a great price. The cabinets are much better quality than comparable priced big box cabinets and KCK had higher end models than other vendors. My new kitchen completely transformed the look of the house. My pantry cabinet came in beautiful condition, very well made and looks beautiful in my kitchen. I am satisfied with the cabinet. However, I do have 3 issues with the company and this order:
1. It took almost 3 months to get the cabinet when the order page on line said 1 month.
2. The delivery charge was more than half the cost of the cabinet.
3. The bottom front of the pantry cabinet, where the baseboard would be came unfinished. I need to get a piece to finish the front and how am I going to match the color?
Also, it would have been nice if during the order I was asked whether I wanted the cabinet opening to the left or opening to the right. It's an end cabinet and, of course, it opens to the left when I need it opening to the right. This, I suppose, is minor, but asking should be pro forma.
Were it not for these issues, however, I would have given 5 stars. It is a beautifully made pantry cabinet.
4. I need to update this review. Someone from Kitchen Cabinet Kings did contact me and offered to refund the shipping charge for the baseboard. The baseboard was 9ft long but I only needed 14 inches and had to buy the entire 9 feet. It cost $35 and shipping was $25. I reluctantly paid it but I was reimbursed the $25 after posting this review. I was appreciative of this gesture. However, none of the other issues were mentioned or addressed.
My wife and I ordered the Imperial Blue cabinets for our kitchen remodel. They were true to color, arrived promptly and in great condition. Overall it was a very smooth process. This is actually our second time using Kitchen Cabinet Kings for a remodel since the first experience was also great. Would (and have) recommend to friends and family, or anyone looking to get great cabinets for good prices.

I placed an order back a few month ago and my order was damanged. and took another month to get the replacement parts. I did not get any type of credit for the inconvenience, i still had to order my parts and pay regular shipping cost. I am not a very happy customer, I do not know if I will promote

Customer Service is Key
After buying from Cabinet Kings a few months ago, we had a revision and had to purchase more. The first delivery arrived quickly and the quality of the cabinets appears to be better than the common cabinets you find at your big box DIY stores. I don't know much about cabinets but $6,000 dollars still seems like a lot for a bunch of fancy boxes. What I really liked about these cabinets was the customer service. Fast responses, and when we had an issue they were even faster to get the problem solved with very little hassle. (Miki) The customer rep - worked with us when we returned to get the best price possible. Most companies see customer service as damage control - with Cabinet Kings it is the the frosting on the cake that doesn't disappoint.

Easy ordering process. Ordered Lait Gray Shaker style. Cabinets arrived in about 2 weeks. All were wrapped and padded quite well, no problems with anything. Customer service was quick to respond with questions. Would highly recommend and will do business with again.

I ordered a shipment of cabinets and some arrived damaged. The company immediately sent out new cabinets in about a week. Very happy with quality of cabinets price can’t be beat so ordering additional to make a kitchen island.
We went to a custom cabinet store and were quoted over $5500 for the cabinets we wanted. I found them online from kitchen cabinet kings for $3000 less. The quality is fabulous, and I couldn’t be happier with the finished cabinet product. Shipping was quick and reliable, and the customer service was very helpful.

We are prepared to purchase cabinets totaling $9000 (from your website) however we are not going to spend that much only seeing a picture online. We are ordering one sample however you may have another one we would like but we can't order 10 samples so it seems to me it would serve you better to have smaller cheaper samples. The way you operate there may be a finish we would end up loving but we will never see it because each possibility costs $30 and that could be the difference between making or losing a sale
We ordered Sienna Rope style cabinets when we decided to redo the kitchen. Ordering them on line was easy. A few days after we placed the order I realized I made an error on the size of 1 cabinet. KCK was very helpful and was able to make the correction on the order since it had not yet been assembled.
The cabinets arrived in 2 1/2 weeks and they are beautiful and well made.
I will encourage anyone we know who is replacing cabinets to buy from them.

Anna was my designer. She is awesome! From the design to the order she was responsive and got us a good discount. She understood the changes I made to the design I sent her and she made a change that made sense with where the stove was. This order is an add on to the first order. She helped pull this together with her office. Will definitely use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again.

I placed an order for cabinets. it took some time and consideration. we made a few changes along the way. drawings were good and we went over final order with drawing as reference. unfortunately a very important piece was left out. i realized piece was missing from order before shippment had arrived. I contacted sales rep and he apologized. .He also told me that though I ordered over $4000 worth of cabinets which came with free shipping that I would have to pay for shipping on seperate cabinet. I would also have to assemble cabinet as well. I have not been able to start job because missing piece is a corner cabinet and needs to be in place before the cabinets next to it. Now the install is held up because I need to install top set of cabinets before I do bottoms, as it is much more difficult trying to install top sets with bottoms in place. either way jury is still out as I now have all the cabinets still packaged up in garage. I could not unpack cabinets to check for damage as they are on a crate and I would not be able to protect them correctly once opened, and I was not about to do that. So far experience is just ok. I really have no idea how good or bad cabinets are or how the measurements work out. I am hoping for the best. I will update experience at a later date.

Worth Buying from Again
We're in the business of flipping houses and need a good place to go for purchasing kitchen cabinets for our projects. Kitchen Cabinet Kings offers solid build quality in a variety of styles and finishes for a good price. Turnaround time is quick, and the finished product looks great when it's installed (being able to save time with pre-assembled cabinets is also a plus). In short, we purchased cabinets from KCK once and were pleased enough to come back for more.

Empty Cart, re-build to place order
Manipulating Carts was difficult. Nobody would think that you have to empty a cart and rebuild your cart after you already had 3 saved carts. I only wanted to order the door sample cart at this time. So, I imagine that when I go to order one of my other carts I will have empty the card and add all the items again.

you need to make your website ordering smoother. Everytime you click "continue shopping" it takes you back to the main website. It should return you to the product styles you were looking.

Pleasurable experience
I've been working for weeks on this order for a monastery that I work with. We finally got the design down, after lots of help from the folks on-line, and now placed our order. All has been great, and I really appreciate their professionalism.

You need to do something about charging $37.00 to ship touch up paint. Give me a break.
Kitchen Cabinet Crap.
After six phone calls and multiple failed delivery attempts, my cabinets finally arrived despite absolutely no help from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. Upon unboxing, I noticed minor damage to virtually every cabinet. Scratches, Knicks, misaligned joints with major gaps, cabinets of different heights, doors that were improperly installed and had damaged each other in packaging as they clashed together... the list goes on. Additionally, three pieces showed major cracks running into the visible portions of the cabinetry. One of these cracked pieces was a piece of lumber which never should have been used for finish cabinetry. It was cracked in multiple places, and clearly never straight or true. The lack of quality control in vetting the materials to be used for their cabinetry is astonishing. Furthermore, I spent hours properly aligning all of the doors I'd paid to have installed and hiding and dressing all the damage done to them by their poor installation. Customer service was even more problematic than the garbage they sent me. Luisa treated me with disrespect and condescension and ultimately hung up on me as I expressed my frustration with my $3k "investment." Eventually, I spoke with Miki whose customer service skills were 1000fold better, though she blamed KCK's shortcomings on COVID. While I understand that COVID has been a struggle for us all, it's no excuse to compel a customer to accept absolute trash in exchange for $3000k. If you can't make a quality product during these trying times, then don't sell anything. Save your money and your sanity. Stay away from this atrocious excuse for a company.
Great Quality
I have purchased cabinets from KCK before. Remolded a duplex - both kitchens and bath. Now I have a new home, and I am doing the same. Great quality. RTA was a great way to go. Easy, love the hardware and top quality wood work.

I have some experience with sales and installation of cabinets so the website's basic layout of cabinets and fillers was easy and simple. However the website is lacking information/ pictures of installation and prep info for accessories and hardware (track) for such items as roll-out trays,. There also was a lack of this in-depth knowledge at the chat or design level. They had to contact the manufacturer to get this info which should be readily available to customer service personnel or in the website. This adds to the time it takes to get to checkout while waiting for answers from Manufacturer.

Kitchen Cabinet Kings was really easy to work with and were much cheaper for higher quality cabinets than what we looked at at the big stores. We contacted the design department of KCK first and requested a kitchen layout plan. We already had some idea of what we wanted so we supplied the kitchen measurement and a short description of what we were looking for. It took about a week to hear back from the design department but once we did things went quickly.
We ended up ordering Arctic white shaker cabinets and are really happy with the real wood material and the way they look.
One surprise was how quickly we go the cabinets after ordering them. We thought it was going to take 2-4 weeks and we got them in about a week. Which would have been nice but we weren't ready for them yet but that was a problem on our end.
Overall KCK was a great buying experience, a great price. We have already recommended to them to friends and would do so again.
We changed out our wall cabinets with Kitchen Cabinet Kings unassembled antique white cabinets. Very satisfied with the cabinets. Easy to assemble, very nice, durable finish, quality hardware.

Love this company! We ordered the RTA Shaker Arctic to redo our kitchen and it turned out beautiful. What was quoted to have done by a cabinet company for $45k, we were able to do ourselves for about $10k. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to save money and still get high quality cabinets. I had to reach out to their customer service because the wrong color was sent for one of the upper cabinets. They sent me a replacement no problem.
Your website is easy to navigate and what I would consider user friendly. The product information/specs displayed on the website, in some instances, was not consistent with the corresponding information received at the close of the sale process. The inconstancies I found were brought to the attention of KCK staff. (e.g. Information on the web site stated the product warranty on the product I purchased was 5 years. Warranty information provided at the close of sale stated the warranty was for two years.)
KCK states that there would be NO DELIVERY CHARGE for purchases of $3,500. or more. However, one of the last web site screen encountered at the completion of the sales process KCK strongly recommends paying a fee of $65.00 for a lift gate to unload the cabinets at your house. My cabinets still inside a truck in front of my house is not delivered, and $65.00 is not free.
KCK advertises that the customer will be refunded the fee for shipping cabinet door samples; however, you will not receive it unless you call KCK and specifically ask for the refund. I discovered that this process also seemed to apply to receiving a refund when there has been an adjustment in sales price. If the adjustment results in an increase in sales price you are immediately charged the difference. However, if the result of the adjustment was a decrease in the sales price, I realized, after waiting two weeks, I needed to call and ask for the refund.
I found the material and workmanship in the cabinets I purchased to be what I consider above average and about average in the assembly process. All in all, they are attractive and I am more than satisfied with my purchase.

Happy with my cabinets - not so happy with shipping charges
So happy with my cabinets and the quality. Unfortunately, I was one cabinet short and the shipping for that cabinet was more expensive than the cabinet itself! Today I ordered additional crown molding- again, the shipping was more expensive than the molding! It's such a light piece, how do you justify charging $95 dollars for shipping one piece of crown molding????
I renovated my laundry room and installed cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. The cabinets assembled very easily. The fit and finish was superb. Quality was as expected and delivery was very fast. I would highly recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings for anyone shopping for cabinets.
Some cabinets are better quality than others
I have received shaker greystone and shaker ice white. The ice white are not as good of a quality as the greystone. For the price they are a good Alternative.

over all im satisfied with my cabinets. the price was good the customer service was good. the shipping was faster than i expected and i was very happy with that. my soft close drawers all hang up on the left side and i cant see how to adjust that. my uppers all close fine.

I ordered samples form over 4 online stores. The cabinets were the same as compeditor just differnt names. I saved as much as 24% over the other major RTA online store.
Very dissatisfied
Very dissatisfied. I ordered cabinets and when I placed my order on October 29, it had an expected ship date of Novermber 21. I called on November 17 to check and see is it was too late to add 1 piece only to find out my order was never submitted and had been placed on hold because the style I ordered didn't come with toe kicks. They claim to have called but never spoke to me to let me know the order was held up and email was incorrect. I had tried to work previously with a designer and no one would help me out so I did not know this style did not come with toe kicks. I called in again on November 30 to find out when my cabinets would arrive and the person told me they would ship out on December 14 I asked why so long and was told because of the hold up in initial order. Was never told my order was not already being worked on. I then called in on December 14 to see what was going on and was told my order will not ship until January 14 and that the company found out on November 20 that this style was back ordered and that they thought my order shipped. But also told me that it takes a minimum of 21 days to ship and the order hadn't been submitted until November 18. Customer service is very poor. Communication after sale is lacking and they could care less if the customer gets their stuff
KCK was very easy to work with. I had some problems, I missed one cabinet and they added to the existing order to prevent any delivery charges. A few of the cabinets had defects which they replaced very quickly. Customer service was very good. They got back to me in a timely manner and kept me informed. I ordered the shaker style self assembly cabinets, the smaller ones that had been cut to size did have some rough edges. Also, on the wall cabinets the brackets holding the unit together are visible from underneath. It would be good if KCK offered something that would hide these once installed. The worse part of the whole experience was trying to read the assembly instructions. Parts were mislabeled, drawings were incorrect, there was no indication of what screws should be used, and there were no directions for assembling a corner unit. Once we managed to correct the assembly for the first unit the rest of the assembly went smoothly.
The pricing was comparable with other supplies. I did not order samples so difficult to say if the quality was any different from suppliers.

We ordered the town square gray shaker cabinets. We ordered the assembled cabinets. The cabinets were delivered in a short period of time. The color is gorgeous, we’ve gotten a lot of compliments. Would definitely recommend kitchen cabinets kings to anyone. Also we ordered 1 cabinet too small. Problem was resolved very quickly and easily, by replacing it with the correct size.
My husband and I extensively searched both big box stores and other online cabinet retailers. Kitchen Cabinet Kings consistently resulted in the best price for a great quality product. Shipping took less than 10 days from order to receiving the cabinets. All cabinets were shipped in perfect condition.
We were nervous to construct the cabinets and they did take longer than the company suggested. The final product resulted in a beautiful well made kitchen island and bathroom vanity.

I would've liked the option to choose my dimensions rather than search for them through several pages. But the experience was relatively painless. Hopefully the quality when shipment is received is what I hope for.

My Husband and I ordered the Lexington White RTA Cabinets. The cabinets arrived in a very timely fashion. We have now been using the cabinets for 10 Months. They are VERY good cabinets. Assembly was very reasonable, and actually gave my husband and I peace of mind about the build quality. In addition to assembling the cabinets, My husband and I glued the cabinets together with Titebond wood Glue. This made the cabinets even more solid than the cabinets we looked at from other manufacturers. We LOVE these cabinets, and have recommended them to all of our family and friends. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings. We even talked to customer service, which was very helpful, because some of the cabinets we originally ordered had a long shipping time. They helped us change our order, allowing us to get our cabinets faster, by changing a few cabinet sizes to ones that were in stock. A+++ Job Kitchen Cabinet Kings!!!!!

We are building a new home and I had planned to build my own cabinets but it was just too much time investment so I decided to try the RTA cabinets as a compromise. I researched online vendors and selected Kitchen Cabinet Kings because I was ordering more than $3,000 worth of cabinets and took advantage of free shipping. Ordering online was easy - I drafted the cabinets I needed on paper so I knew exactly the size and layout. This step makes ordering online much easier.
I ordered the Imperial Shaker Cabinets as these cabinets are for our Seattle Seahawks home theater room. They look stunning! We are so happy with the cabinets.
I got the cabinets relatively quickly. There were 2 cabinets missing from the delivery so I called customer service and confirmed that they were on back order. The cabinets were perfect with no damage. I watched the first video on how to assemble the cabinets and after doing one, i easier put together the other 10 easily and quickly. It is definitely with the cost savings to order RTA,
I received an email that the remaining 2 cabinets were on the way. They arrived quickly and I was able to finish my install. I designed my own crown molding look and matched the paint with Behr paint at Home Depot. I also created my own toe kicks and fillers. The paint match is perfect.
I love these cabinets so much that I just ordered a set for my office and for our master bathroom. Thank you Kitchen Cabinet Kings!
