I ordered the imperial blue RTA cabinets and unfortunately part of the order is delayed due to COVID. I did receive part of the order and the cabinets are well made and beautiful finish. I would of had to pay more at the big box stores for the quality and color I wanted. I am still waiting for the remainder of the order but I am told it has shipped. KCK kept me informed of my order status as well.

3rd purchase
I've renovated a kitchen, then a master bath, now am gutting my laundry room and have come back to Kabinet King each time! My husband can assemble and install, so the RTA cabinets give us a professional look at a fraction of the cost of custom cabinetry.

I wanted to upgrade our kitchen cabinets. I found kitchen cabinet kings on a google search & found their prices and selection to be very appealing.
Great products great company and fast shipping
cabinets are great quality and the RTA are an easy put together project. Wish their website was a little more descriptive with photos but take your time in ordering and you will have a great kitchen in a fraction of the cost of other places.
Let me begin by stating that I have never ordered any big item online sight unseen. After having gone to at least 3 different cabinet stores and not finding exactly what I was looking for, I took a chance with Kitchen Cabinet Kings. Before doing so, however, I researched the company as best I could and found reviews independently posted from their website.
I found exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price and ordered the entire ensemble of cabinets for my newly renovated kitchen.
I ordered the Ice White Shaker style, including wall and bottom cabinets.
The website was fairly easy to navigate although I was unable to locate a matching toe kick for my Ice White design .
The day following my order, I received an email from Dana, the Director of Operations, asking me if this was correct or an error. I was amazed that not only was the response time immediate, but I was being treated as a customer and not just a number. The problem was readily resolved and the order was confirmed.
Mind you, this was in full pandemic mode and I did expect delays in my order, but I did receive the entirety of it within the 3 week estimated time frame.
Also, I would like to mention that the day of delivery, the temperature was in the 90's with elevated humidity [NYC!] and the two guys remained professional and gracious throughout the most unpleasant [for them]
time.
I only have kudos for Kitchen Cabinet Kings and will most definitely use then again!

This is my third time purchasing my kitchen cabinets From KCK and I have been completely satisfied every time. The customer service is outstanding. When I needed to make changes to an order Dana was more than helpful. I would recommend them very much.
It worked for my situation
The quality of the cabinets were great. I was easy to pick out the cabinets we needed for our project. The cabinets came quickly, but I would have like more information on a projected delivery date. The website was easy to navigate and we saved money without lowering the quality. I had trouble with the directions for a pullout trash options and their customer service was quick to send me some additional directions. I would recommend using Kitchen Cabinet Kings.

Samples could be better identified
While purchasing samples, it became unclear that certain colors and patterns were not available in RTA cabinets. This caused me to make a second purchase of where I had to go out of my way to figure out what was RTA. Since I am now over the 3 sample limit for credit. My fairly priced cabinet costs are climbing, I now have useless samples, and wasted another few weeks and missed a holiday sale.
Easy to shop and buy on the website. Spoke with helpful pleasant customer service rep. earlier who answered all my questions prior to purchase. I'll leave a review once my order is received.

Customer service went above and beyond ...i was having trouble with my card going thourgh, after discussing the problem it turned out to be on my end with card control. They called me, emailed me about the problem. They truely care....thanks!
I have had my cabinets installed and had to reorder a different size as the website never specified that the blind cabinet that was placed in the corner needed a spacer so the cabinets that surrounded it would be able to be opened. That caused a delay again in my process as I want a functioning drawer. The cost of shipping is astronomical, too.

Found almost all the info I needed on the website. Anthony answered a couple other questions. The door sample I ordered put all other questions and concerns to rest (it was a REALLY nice door). The ordering process was painless. No one can touch Amaz-on dot com for online shopping, but Kitchen Cabinet Kings was very, very good. The best of any online cabinet seller by far. Fingers crossed for quick, damage free shipping!

Premature Survey

Great experience. Website was easy to use. Cabinets arrived quickly with no damage. Didn't have any issues putting them together. Final product was sturdy and has lasted for 7 years in a three children household. Only issue has been getting replacement parts. 4 yo was climbing on drawers and snapped the easy close guide that holds the drawer in place. Contacted company a few times trying to get a replacement part and had no luck. Wouldn't sell us a replacement or give us any indication of where we might find one. Was finally able to purchase online from a different company, but feel that the follow up service could have been better.

This is the second time I have done a kitchen with Kitchen cabinet Kings. Both times the cabinets have been as described. They were sturdy, in working order, and made of quality products. I would say ordering a door sample is wise. I opted for assembled cabinets and I feel my choice was a good one. I would say shipping is the one iffy thing. everything came on one large pallet. good thing i had a place to drop it. the trim items shipped separately and got miss directed. They did get to me just a bit later than the cabinets. If you add a buffer for shipping this is a good product.
I knew what I wanted when I arrived at the KCK website. The prices were more than competitive. Once I built my order, it was easy to book. My product arrived even quicker than originally stated. I only had one damage issue on a cabinet door, but getting a new door shipped to me was quick and easy. Thank you!
Great company great product
Great quality -very surfy, hardware is top notch - very pleased - found some of the veneer at the routered edge support isn’t great and the assembly instructions are flat out horrible and lacking in clarity, and direction pretty much a box of pieces shown on parts list and a final picture - maybe shoot an actual picture after each piece is installed - take the 20-25 minutes for you guys and create useful assembly instructions - but the cabinets are great
I purchased a new kitchen worth of cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings on July 6th and received them approximately two weeks later. Several of the boxes were damaged. I talked to the customer service folks about returning the damaged pieces, and they were very good at answering all my questions. After looking closer at the damaged pieces, I determined that I could hide all of the damaged areas by installing the cabinets in a particular order that hid the damage of public view. I decided at that point to just keep what I had received. I did mis-order one cabinet and the customer support folks quickly sent me out the correct cabinet.
Overall I am very happy with my cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings and would not hesitate ordering from them again or giving them a recommendation to someone looking for good quality cabinets that don't cost an arm and a leg.
The reason that I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was the damage the boxes received while in transport. Even though this is not directly Kitchen Cabinet Kings fault (it's the shipping company), I have found enough people online complaining about the condition their cabinets, and other things shipped through this carrier, that KCK should seriously think about contracting another carrier.

I am a very experienced construction superintendent. I have 40 years in the business. I am fairly familiar with how cabinets are sized and hence was able to build my order by myself. I suspect many, many people need more help than I saw available from your chat line folks.
Best buy out there
We redone one kitchen for Kitchen Cabinet King before and now we re-doing another kitchen and this is the best buy for the money.

Basement Kitchen
Overall it was a good experience. I had a hard time finding some specialty stuff, the online customer service rep helped but then when I reached back out to her for clarification she never responded. So I'm not sure if the trash can cabinet is all by itself or if its just an inside the cabinet upgrade that I have to install into the cabinet I ordered. She said to order the base cabinet, so I did but I'm not sure its going to fit in the 18 inch base cabinet. in the fine print it says it fits an 18 or 21 inch cabinet. So I'm hoping when it arrives it all works out.

We were very pleased with our cabinets. We picked the signature pearl cabinets. My favorite part is the soft close of the drawers. I probably will always have to have soft close drawers in a kitchen now. I do recommend you measure & think out your cabinet design before ordering or use the website for a design. In order to return or exchange you will be responsible for shipping cost. My husband put all of the cabinets together himself. On the first one he damaged a front face of a lower cabinet. We were so upset so I contacted costumer service. They gladly sent a replacement free of cost. We were so happy with Kabinet King and will be recommending them to our friends and family.

I did a kitchen in my son's first house using KCK. Loved the quality and the customer service.
Rebecca at KCK is just incredible. She has been working with me for a few months now. I just placed my order. She has been so very helpful, answering all my many questions and making good recommendations. It has been the easiest portion of our remodel and I would have thought it to be the most difficult. Rebecca has made that difference. She is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I also understand that there have been some internet issues due to storms but she has found some incredible work arounds.
I have ordered cabinets from you 3 times before and always been pleased. The cabinets I ordered this time were almost as expensive as custom cabinets and 3 different times cabinets came in damaged. I'm not sure if the quality has gone down or if your shipping company is bad, but for the cost and the quality I received, unfortunately I don't plan to use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again.
Rita should have as many options as preassembled
There were options and more choices in preassembled than there were in RTA and since different colors between each I could not order the additional options I needed/wanted for my RTA purchase. Otherwise it was a relatively easy to use and good experience and hoping they assemble easily as described.

I love my beautiful new cabinets! Anna did a wonderful job designing the layout. The quality is so great even the contractor is raving about them. The only problem is the assembly instructions are terrible.

The quoting for myself was great. I spoke with a customer service representative and they were very knowledgeable. The only hitch for me was the $800 in shipping between my two orders. I can't wait to see them.

I gave them a one star only because there wasn’t an option for none. Worst experience ever! Everything was great until I paid for my cabinets. When they arrived, the pallet was dumped in the gutter....literally. I had my carpenter and GC there to check in the pallets but the driver didn’t wait.
By the time we got everything moved inside and unboxed in 100 degree weather, we realized there were several cabinets missing. I called the driver and was told he dropped everything off. Not only were cabinets missing, one door was missing a chunk out of it and almost every single cabinet had a noticeable crack at the seams.
I spoke to Luisa the next day and for a customer service rep, she was so confrontational and argumentative. She constantly refers back to the contract regarding cracks in the seams which supposedly can be fixed with a touch up kit that didn’t arrive with the order. Not that it mattered because when it finally did arrive a month later, it’s a joke to try and fix the cracks. It took numerous emails and phone calls to finally get the missing cabinets over a month later. By then, my carpenter had started another job so I’m still waiting to get my kitchen completely done.
Bottom line....
It’s the cheapest possible shaker white cabinets I’ve ever seen. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with and there is zero chance of me ever referring them to anyone I know.

These cabinets are a fine addition to our kitchen as they bring in much needed storage, and these provided ample amounts. The quiet close / anti slam feature on the cabinets was a nice plus as I didn't realize they came standard.
I recommend the pre-assembled option as they made the install a very straightforward process, and was easy to mount and attach to the wall.
The buying process was very easy and with a simple phone call to coordinate delivery. I would definitely buy from Kitchen Cabinet Kings again.

They came out nice. We normally use a different brand and must admit we found the assembly and installation more difficult than what we are used to. Besides that customer service was great with getting us replacement products from damaged pieces we received and had good communication with doing so.

I ordered a shaker style, Nova Light Gray for my personal kitchen. RTA. Everything delivered fast and smooth. When I forgot a cabinet on my order(my mistake), KCK was fast to help out. And got another shipped quickly. Easy to assemble. And great quality finish. I like that all cabinets have finished interiors and finished ends. 👍 highly recommend

It took a while to get the cabinets (because of expected delays due to covid), but once we did, we were thrilled!!!! They are beautiful, well made, arrived unharmed at our home and have worked amazingly well!!! We couldn't be happier with the finished product!!!

We replaced our kitchen cabinets and purchased the assembled shaker style Madison Honey. We did not utilize the design service but did use the chat and email with customer support on a few occasions and they were always responsive. The website allowed us to navigate and choose our cabinets with ease.The cabinets shipped quickly from the time we placed our order, in around one weeks time and were competitively priced.. We would use and recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings. Having ordered assembled cabinets, there was some damage during shipping, but customer support quickly addressed the issues to our satisfaction.

Dealing with kitchen cabinet Kings has been a night mare . Lusia is horrible to deal with 14 boxes of cabinets , every box had 2 or 3 pieces damaged and the boxes were in good shape, all the damage was from the factory and was told the factory was in New Jersey, a lie

Perfect for my newly enclosed porch
I really like the cabinets from KCK: beautifully manufactured to almost 1/64", nice finishes and great drawers and doors. I glue them together with an occasional bracket and the final product is rock solid.

We've been very pleased with our cabinets! We are returning to purchase more crown molding, we made a cutting mistake and need another piece.
There was a discount applied to my order and then withdrawn due to a glitch in their system. That is frustrating.
