Researched all the RTA's
After lookin into all the RTA cabinet co's this one seems to be the best value with quality combined. When I looked at most other companies that could beat the price the cabinets were just not made with the materials these are. The price lower was only minor as well. I'll follow up when they arrive and are installed!

The price is reasonable and not one scratch nor damage. All my cabinets were perfect and beautiful.
We love the new kitchen we got from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. It fits beautifully in this history Mt. Vernon apartment in Baltimore. The gray color is perfect and matches beautifully the granite countertop and stainless appliances. Since the area for the kitchen was very limited, we have used tall wall cabinets, which provides a much needed extra space (and provided a small step to reach the top). It is my 6th kitchen from KCK and I was never disappointed. Great quality, fast delivery, smooth communication - will keep buying for my next renovation projects.
We've been super happy with our cabinets, and this is our third kitchen ordered from Kings. Each time, the cabinets have been well packed, easy to assemble, and gorgeous once installed. We especially like the look of the shaker white cabinets, and we hope that they hold strong for decades to come. If I had one criticism, it should be that replacement parts are easier to buy and order. Our under-sink doors have dissolved a bit from droplets of water splashing out of the sink. A new pair of doors-only was $200 and not covered by warranty. Steeper than expected when less than a year old.

Overall bad experience
Very impersonal customer service, wouldn't take a phone call or call me back. Would only email. Shipments that are still coming keep getting sent to the wrong house in the wrong state, then are in limbo, while being redirected. Consultant will take no responsibility for wrong purchased items. I did mess up a few my self and am not asking for any compensation for those at all. I have not asked for anything other than a good explanation on why they were not upfront with the correct items to buy from the beginning, on the mistakes they made. They are suppose to be the professionals, I am a customer with little knowledge on actual cabinetry. I have received broken items, which is to be expected, as this is for an entire house, so there are a lot of cabinets. Now they have resent out some of the replacement items and expect my installers to rebuild a few with parts they are sending instead of sending out a full replacement. I called customer serivice to see where my misdirected cabinets where and a few days later they told me that my cabinets would be delivered after I had already received that shipment. Not real helpful. That is not good service. So from ordering to receiving to dealing with customer service, totally not professional. All the people I have spoke with, except ordering(as they wont take my calls), have been very nice, but apparently incompetent to be selling cabinets to anyone other than professionals who know exactly what they need to order. Also, the shipping is ridiculous. Still waiting for cabinets. Should have been done and delivered over a month ago. Invoice number is only one of 3 or 4 that I have for this purchase.

Wow, I could not be happier! We have a turn of the century (1907) house that we have done a top down and bottoms up renovation. The kitchen was very important to my wife an I. Starting in 2015 I began looking for kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I looked at 9 different suppliers/stores/makers before selecting Kitchen Cabinet Kings for my order in 2020. I knew from the description that these cabinets would have a great quality of materials compared to other vendors. We knew we didn't want any MDF or thin shelving that would cause problems later. The last component was to get the right color and look for the house. However I knew we had an uphill battle because my cabinet budget was only $5000. We came in under budget by almost 15%!!! We made the order and I was confident that we would be happy. Wow, was I happy, I could not believe how stunning these cabinets looked and how sturdy they were. With COVID there were some supply delays, but that was expected. What wasn't expected was all the communication that Kitchen Cabinet Kings kept sending me. I want to personally thank Dana D., Louisa R. and Miki S. for their communication and resolution of any and all concerns that I had. I have been in construction and engineering for over 30 years and I can honestly say I love these cabinets. As expected with a large order a few pieces did not travel as well as they could have but they were quickly and easily replaced. I have almost completed the installation myself, we are just waiting on countertops. Do not hesitate to order these cabinets. I will try to update photos when it is all done.
Ordered Patton white and got Hanover white. shipping cost is way to high. paid over 600 dollars for 12 cabinets and they want to charge me 400 for just one cabinet. it's insane. Never again and will not recommend to anybody
My husband and I ordered these cabinets a little over a year ago. They are good looking cabinets too. We had some issues with some of the doors being warped. They replaced some of them but not all of them because they said that we should have checked on them before installation. Overall I would say they do not have the worse customer service. However my issue is with the quality of the cabinets. Before the year was up, I started noticing chips and nicks developing on these cabinets. I am very particular with my things. I have no children and I'm basically the only one who operates in my kitchen. It is sad to see that the finish on these cabinets are deteriorating before a year is up and continues to do so. As I'm already in with this kitchen, a review is what I have as a tool to warn others to think twice before using these cabinets. I payed like 12 to 13,000 for my cabinets. A lot of money to get this type of product.
Customer service is fantastic. Very supportive and helpful in obtaining items that were not on the original order.
I was disappointed when my cabinets arrived without any notice. I received the notice the day after the delivery and would have appreciated the option to choose a delivery day. Thankfully, there was someone home to receive the order and the driver was helpful (it was pouring rain) in getting the many boxes inside.
All in all I would recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings, The quality and pricing of their products are hands down incredible. You will not find a better price, not at Lowes nor at Home Depot!! Soft close drawers, for this price is super awesome. The ease of installation was hands down beyond appreciated. A must have if you are thinking of remodeling.

I recently completed a kitchen remodel using shaker style RTA cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. From beginning to end, the experience was top notch, and the product is of excellent quality, fit, and finish. Any issues such as transportation damage was handled quickly. I sent a price list from one of Kitchen Cabinet Kings competitors and the next time I checked my save cart, to my surprise KCK had matched their competitor's pricing. NICE JOB!
I would like to have been able to check their available stock prior to purchase to make sure everything I ordered is going to ship soon but I'll update this review when I have more information to share. So far I'm very happy with the service I've received.

I'm very pleased with my experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kong's web site was easy to find the correct cabinet and accessories needed to complete my job. The staff was very helpful with questions and any changes that I needed to make during this process and my order arrived on time even though it was in the middle of a pandemic , very pleased .
I loved seeing all the different options. The only thing I would change is adding a time frame for delivery on samples.
We were looking for a solid wood cabinet. We were not happy with the box store price and quality. We came across the KCK website and were very surprised by the price and the stated quality of the cabinets. Ordering the cabinets was easy! The website was very user friendly. We were very nervous about spending that sort of money on something sight unseen but decided to do it. We didn't have time to order a sample. The cabinets came in 9 days! The packaging was fantastic! They were exactly as expected and the color was exactly as I thought it would be. The quality of the cabinet is fabulous. They have all of the "extras" that you need when finishing a kitchen. The only thing I would mention is to make sure you have what you need when you place your original order. Having to order individual items that match your cabinet from the website is very costly because of shipping. We could not be happier with these cabinets!
Cabinets and service staff are excellent... shipping not so much!
Cabinets are of terrific quality and the staff are very helpful. However, I had to order an extra filler strip and was charged full ground shipment charges as if I was ordering a cabinet. There is a note on the shipment quote that FedEx shipment was possibly available for single cabinets... not sure why a filler strip would also qualify and saw no other option that the full price shipping option.
Make sure you get EVERYTHING you need in your initial order as you'll likely pay nearly as much in shipping as the extra item you need.

We ordered a new set of kitchen cabinets in the shaker style light gray. We found the website to be easy to use with all the needed information, particularly dimensions and drawing for reference readily available and easy to understand. After we placed our order, someone reached out to alert us to a potential mistake in our order and after taking a second look, we realized we did make a mistake and needed to adjust our order. The customer service team took care of it for us with no problems. We received our order 7 days after it was placed. We found the assembly of the cabinets to be easy to learn and repeat. We love the look of our new kitchen! We will definitely recommend kitchen cabinet kings to others!

As I prepared to redo a second kitchen, I immediately thought of using them again and noticed they do free designs. I was able to speak to a sales associate by the name of Rebecca. She was SO attentive and knowledgeable. She answered emails quickly and was available for questions. We worked together to design the perfect kitchen. The company allows 2 free revisions and Rebecca was so gracious each time we worked on a revision. I can't wait to order my cabinets and start this kitchen remodel! I bought kitchen cabinets online for a cabin we are building in Colorado. I called to ask them to hold shipment until my contractor was ready. They were more than helpful. They arranged to release the cabinets to time out the shipment to arrive when we could be there and so we didn't have to store them. The cabinets arrived safely and are beautiful. So much nicer than you can buy at the box stores. I would recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings to anyone. Their product and customer service are great.

- THOMPSON WHITE- The responsiveness of the customer support staff was great they always got back to us within 24 hours for every question we had. Our cabinets were delivered ahead of schedule making our remodel easier to have more of the kitchen finished when we moved into our new home. We did get quotes from Home Depot and Lowes for triple the price of Cabinet Kings and the quality of Cabinet Kings I feel is comparable, and a way better bang for your buck. We will definitely use Cabinet Kings again!

The website was very easy to navigate and understand.
We ordered the RTA Espresso Kitchen Cabinets and are pleased with how they turned out. Relatively easy to assemble, good quality, easy to install. Great value for the price. Website was easy to navigate and had no problem ordering everything we wanted (ie everything was in-stock). Delivery was fine, and the one piece that arrived damaged was easily/quickly replaced at no charge. The only negative was that some shelf 'hardware holes' were not level, but I remedied this with scraps of felt to level the shelf. We love our new cabinets, recommend KCK, and would order from them again.

We ordered the Lexington white cabinets, pre-assembled. Had an amazing experience with Dana who designed our kitchen. It was very easy, not at all what I expected. Our cabinets were delivered within about 2 weeks. We did have some damages which we reported as required. Luisa is the person that helped us with those. She was very helpful and we received our replacements asap. Their website is absolutely user friendly. When comparing pricing we received the best bang for our buck with kitchen cabinet kings by far. If the need arises I will definitely be turning to kitchen cabinet kings. Highly recommend kitchen cabinet kings to any and everyone.
