I did much research and priced cabinets locally and online. My budget was tight and my timeline was restricted. KCK had the best prices and selections of all the places I shopped. The ordering process was simple and the cabinets shipped in half the time estimated. Online videos made the Ready to Assemble cabinets quite easy to put together. I have and will continue to recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings to my friends and family.

1/20/16 I had a 3 floor flood. The insurance company is holding back 20% until all work is done and receipts are verified. I have to be creative to stretch my 20% holdback into my monthly bills and pay full price now for my unexpected damages. I have searched and traveled and your company has come out on top price wise. I'm just on the fence about color and a little nervous about shipping.
Reading your positive reviews helps and I have chatted with your company online and called them I have nothing but positive attitude for positive results.

The website could use pictures instead of below par drawings. The refresher needs a lot of work. After a item is saved in cart and you click continue shopping in stays on that page. Was unable to separate saved carts had to remove all items just to order 2 sample doors. The graphics are key for inexperienced homeowners.

Customer service and sales were very helpful when we had problems filling out the order form - after checking several comparable suppliers we felt you to be the best choice.

We are starting with the master bath. if these cabinets are the quality we have been reading about, we will be looking at doing our kitchen which accounts for 18 cabinets.

We just placed our order and are very anxious to see our new cabinets. We ordered 36" wall cabinets that will be used in our dining room about 12" off the floor.
Completing the first step in the process of selecting a cabinet style
My only complaint is that your website is outdated and doesn't seem to reflect your inventory. In perusing the cabinets, I found 3 that were to my liking. Unfortunately, 2 of those 3 I discovered have been discontinued. I kindly ask you to remove those from your website to avoid future confusion.

Good pricing, great cabinets
Everything went well except for the preliminary cabinet design process - I wasn't able to talk directly to the designer on the phone to expedite the process. I had to exchange emails back and forth which took over a week. It could have been finalized in one sitting, which would have enabled me to get my cabinets faster. I finally just approved the cabinet order (knowing there were a few things not quite right,) so I could get my cabinets shipped. Then, when I had to order a few more things, I had to spend over $300 in shipping. (And I had a few things delivered that I didn't need.) Other than that, it has been great and I think I'm going to love the kitchen.

Site functioned properly thru hours of shopping the different styles all items have detailed descriptions to allow for a full experience just like you are in the store. Easy to use website
The website is easy to read, which makes cabinet ordering a snap. I like to pay what I bought for with my Debirt Card. Most bank's have a $3000/day limit for debit purchases. Unfort. KCK's ploicy for free shipping if over $3000 creates a dilemma.
If you stay under $3000 you have to pay for shipping, if you go over- you have to use a credit card. It would be great if they could come up with a solution. I would have liked to purchase more decorative pieces, but that would have pushed me way over $3K- So KCK: you lost money. Thank you :-)
P.S. I cannot complete survey until I actually get my cabinets.
Big Mirror
I wish the description included color. It looks black, but I'm hoping that there is not too much brown in the highlights--it may clash with my décor. I love the design, but I may have to paint it after I receive it.

Was misled about whether or not the cabinets had center stiles. This misinformation delayed my ordering of the cabinets. The website should have more information (dimensions, number and size of drawers in base cabinets) about each piece.

This is my second time purchasing in the past month. The first time I ordered 5 cabinets and thought the shipping charges were high. This time I only ordered 2 cabinets and yet had to pay the same $190 shipping cost. I assumed the cost would go down but boy was I wrong. I must say your shipping costs are ridiculous. I had another much heavier armoire shipped here a few weeks ago and paid next to nothing. Unless, you reduce your shipping costs, even though I need more cabinets, I think I will look for the same ones elsewhere.

Cabinets for Beverage/Wine Station
I have been looking at the online site for a few months and decided to order today with coupon. I had a question about how the doors are attached left and right, as my cabinets are only single doors. I shopped many different sights, Cabinet Kings had the best prices. We are finishing our basement on a budget and I wanted to have nice cabinets without the expensive price tag. I hope that the cabinets look as nice as the pictures and that I will be satisfied with using Cabinet Kings instead of one of those other guys.
