The website is a bit sketchy about certain details but the phone staff were able to answer all questions. Great ordering experience!

Great pricing. Service was okay
The pricing was great, but design communication was slow. Chat was great and calls went well. The design response would say be they would get back to me today, but would wait a day or two to get back with me. Overall, I was able to navigate the site well and get what I needed. The site was confusing on saving carts and dealing with what was in my cart. At one point, I had added a saved version and ended up doubling everything because it had remembered my cart from the day before. It just takes time getting used to. Do a saved version, but log in and your cart from the day before will show up anyway, so work from your cart and forget the saved ones. They are more for backup.

The cabinets we purchased were very nice. But, when I returned to order some scribe molding I found the price to be 25% higher than competitors and the shipping cost was doubled that of competitors. $60 to ship 8 pcs of scribe molding in a 4x4x96" box ?? really ???
my last order was damaged, I called KCK and from that point to receiving my replacement items I had a very comfortable and surprising interaction with you. It was seamless and professional. One of the cabinets I needed for my kitchen is not currently offered by the manufacturer because it is out of stock. I will now have to customize one of my cabinets upon arrival.
order difficulty
This is the fourth time I attempted to place this order. When I clicked submit order it would go into a "order information Processing" loop and would not go any further. I tried chatting 3 different times, the advice was to retry the order or try changing the browser that i was using.I also tried calling the phone number listed, but the office is closed until Monday. I wanted to get this order submitted today because it is the final day of the summer15 discount. On the fourth attempt I realized that I had not clicked the shipping method. Seems like that could have been something that would have been an easy suggestion from one of your online reps. Anyway, I finally got the order submitted and I am looking forward to receiving my cabinets.
Website not good
Spent 4 hours logged in putting together my over $5000 order, only to have the website log me out, then not recognize my account. Had to start over from scratch -customer service was no help at all. If I didn't need to get this done today I would have gone elsewhere .

Had a good online ordering experience. Had a variety of options to order and met my requirements. Couldn't the same level of options from Home Depot or Lowe's at this price.

some of the metal latches were installed out of place, moved them and reattached them, problem solved. Overall very satified with these cabinets.

Cabinets were easy to assemble but several of the bracket screws were stripped out and I had to use wood filler in the holes to make the screws hold.
One side of a cabinet door doesn't match the rest of the door because it's something other than Carolina Oak.

I ordered my entire house cabinetry from Kitchen Cabinet Kings I have been very pleased with the product, the quick delivery and customer service. I have recommended and will recommend KCK to many people, including my builder. You can't beat the price and the cabinets are better quality than what I saw in the big box stores and other ready-made cabinet suppliers. I even liked them better than some custom cabinets we saw.
Great Products and Service
Ordered RTA cabinets for bath and I liked them so much I just ordered for my kitchen. Easy to assemble, solid wood and plywood construction with quality hardware.
Great place for cabinets however they need to have other shipping options. Only option is ground shipping when we are looking for expedited delivery

Shipping fees are very high
I had ordered cabinets for a kitchen in a house I am renovating and was pleased with the quality of the product. I needed to order 3 cabinets and some molding a few months later and the shipping fee was $225. OK to order from this company but make sure you have everything you need in the beginning. If you order over $3000 of merchandise shipping is free Customer service was good, but they don't control shipping costs.

Custome service bent over backwards to help a technologically challenged individual complete order and fix mistakes. I thought I signed up for coupon code and placed order, well the 10% didn't apply for whatever reason and the order went through. Upon reviewing invoice sent by email I noticed nothing was applied and the ladies at customer service spent quite a bit of time and helped rectify the situation saving me hundreds of dollars. Customer service not too great. It almost seemed like I was asking for any favors to just have some answers. Almost like trying to say did you have to call today, and do I have to deal with you? Like I got nothing better to do.

I have found your company a pleasure to work with so far.
Wish I had know of the very short window period for returning items. I had several things that needed to be changed and couldn't due to the limited return policy.
If I could have found the item I just recently ordered some where else, I would have done so, but it was crown molding to finish one last cabinet and I needed it to match the other molding already in place.

Lots of glitches in the website. I had to start over several times because my cart disappeared and the checkout process took me 4 attempts to finish.

I love being able to peruse the variety of products on this site without being accosted by pushy salespeople! I just ordered a cabinet door sample and if the color and finish is what I'm looking for, I will be buying my cabinets from here.

one of my cabinets had a different shade of color within the order and I had to replace the doors for a uniform appearance. but KCK promptly replaced them.
Product OK - Assembly Not OK
Doors are not at same height on each cabinet which is very apparent now that wall cabs are up. Some framework had to be reinforced at rear corner where the assembler cracked the wood. Because of problems with door placement we can't use crown moulding now - they want us to pay return postage and 25% restocking fee. Not worth the trouble.
If ever we did this again, would buy RTA and have my guy build them. And order no moulding, trim, fillers until job is underway.

Everything was smooth with the cabinet purchase, including the great customer service, except for one problem I ran into. I had multiple kitchens in my saved carts, one RTA one not. Whenever I went to checkout or change a minor thing it would combine the two carts together. Not sure why that was. Other than that I am very excited to get my cabinets!
