So Far, So Good.
First experience with KCK. Doing a small bathroom RTA as a test. Kitchen will come next if all goes well.

Adding a cabinet is very expense.
Added one more cabinet and it costs almost as much to ship as it does for the cabinet. Big turn off!
TO GOOD TO BE TRUE
As a 73 year young lady I was so pleased with how easy thing were. I did my own measuring and the set up with your cabinets made it possible for me to pick my cabinets with no problem. Can not wait to see my order to arrive.

Preliminary Review- Pending Receipt & Installation
So far, so good. I did a bunch of online (and big box) shopping, & settled on Cabinet Kings. They seem to have the best quality / cost ratio. I just ordered the cabinets, so I can't comment yet on the all-important "back-end" of the process.
BUTCH THE BUILDER
I called and ask what size blind I needed for a 42 inch space. The representative said that I had to use a 36 inch blind corner cabinet, this was wrong. I actually needed a 39 inch blind corner cabinet, so in fact, I lost 3 inches of valuable cabinet space. When I got my upper cabinets, one cabinet didn't have shelves or hardware and one of the refrigerator panels was split about a third of the way down and it looks like they tried to hide it with heavy sprayed stain. One of the 6 inch lower filler panels was busted and that why I'm ordering a replacement. the upper filler panel, I made a mistake in my measurements.

Website very easy to move around and very informative. When I did have questions I called the 888# and very quickly received satisfactory responses.
Better than I expected
I did the research. Never done RTA before. I am so glad I ended up getting my cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. The Thompson white cabinets are very nice. The insides need an extra layer of paint, but it's the inside, who cares. Gotta play with the doors a little, but all the adjustable soft closers make it easy. Do not go with any other RTA cabinet store. These guys have the best BBB rating and customer service!

A forgotten cabinet
The Who process went well until we installed the cabinets and realized we forgot one base cabinet in our order... now it appears getting that one cabinet shipped may cost nearly double of the cost of the cabinet itself. Customer Service is working on a more acceptable solution, so we will have to wait to see how this will work out. Remodeling kitchens is a large portion of my business so it is critical that I am able to resolve issues whether it is my fault or the suppliers fault - it has to be able to be resolved in a timely and within a reasonably cost affective manner, or it just isn't worth buying cabinets outside of my area of business.

We have had a few estimates and these are way under the prices we have been quoted. Cant wait to get them and install them.

Everything went well, except the website erased my shopping cart contents 3 or 4 times. Whenever I tried to update or change the order, it suddenly erased. A order by phone method would have been great after the second time. Customer service was great, i would rather deal with them than glitchy computers.

Compared to dealing with the big box stores, KCK is pretty straight forward in providing measurements, expectations, and choice for fitment for your kitchen space. Would definitely use again should I feel the need to and would highly recommend to all my friends and friends of friends.

Deciding on and ordering cabinets has been a rather agonizing process. It is stressful to invest a large amount of money, as well as high hopes, not knowing how it is going to turn out, but the credentials and good referrals made me take the leap. I found the biggest frustration in not enough info/details pictured, to give me a better visual of the product. Pictures of cabinets opened, closed, better detailed graphics and options would have made the process SO much better. I had to ask live support questions SEVERAL times, and while they were very helpful, on a couple of occasions, I felt rushed off, which was frustrating. Anyway, them having more complete info and the customer having more pictures and info would have helped tremendously! Thanks for all the help and I so hope the next review is of an amazing kitchen!!!

No refacing
Customer service is great, quick and friendly by email and through chat. I was hoping to buy new cabinets to replace some kitchen cabinets that were broken and buy matching doors for the cabinets that were still in good shape. They do not sell matching doors to reface old cabinets. This seems like something that they should be able to do. I considered not buying any cabinets from them for this reason because I didn't want mismatching doors. In the end I decided to buy all new cabinets. Just ordered, hoping it will be worth it when they arrive.
Unfortunately, you're closed on Black Friday. I wanted to find out how big of a sink I can put in the 21" cabinet base
I am a General Contractor in SWFL building speculative homes 500k and up and remodeling in properties of all varieties. No matter what type of project we always consider KCK as an option as they have great product at a good price and shipping is fast and generally issue free. Keep up the good work!

Door Sample
Getting a white shaker door sample. Hopefully the quality will be as good as the order process. Going to paint the trim moldings and interior doors to match the cabinet color.
Not happy
45 dollars for ground shipping of two small items that are already overpriced is not cool. You sent me the wrong ones and now I am paying for it.

Satisfied with the cabinet
We are very satisfied with the cabinets. The quality and the look. Once we are do e with our kitchen project I will send a picture. We have not installed the knob and pull knobs yet.
Forget getting spare parts
The cabinets are OK for the made in China type but you really can not buy any spare panels or other parts, which is pretty bad business.

Web site still needs a little work. Once you put in a size, it locks you into that size even when you try to change the page.
