Your web site has some issues with the shopping basket not logging items. This occurs when you page back after adding an item to the cart. The work around is to not "go back".

This is the second time I've purchased from KCK and I looked around again this time for lower prices and I could not find any. I went with RTA cabinets this time around and am hoping they aren't too difficult to assemble, but I am happy with the service and quality from before.

Good value-accomodating service
Was recommended to Kabinet King by a friend who restores old houses. Looking to replace cabinets in 3 kitchens myself, I price checked many discounters on line as well showrooms in Brooklyn and Queens. The deals that we got from Greg were very competitive and offered the piece of mind that comes from 1 contractor covering all phases of the work, from cabinet making, delivery, installation and counter top. All items were done in the scheduled time and the installers were knowledgeable and courteous. They left the job site clean and ready to use.
Because they offer good value, Kabinet King is quite busy, and occasionally there is delay in communications, but between text, phone and email things got done. Have already recommended them to friends who have proceeded to contract their own work.

2nd house purchasing cabinets
A fair deal
With kitchen cabinet costs for a single wall 10 ft kitchen being quoted between $ 7000-10000, it was a pleasant surprise to get an affordable alternative at Kitchen King Cabinets. Yes, they require assembly but I can work over the weekend to have them ready for installation.

Everyone was very helpful.
The cabinets are beautiful and very reasonably priced, there are lots of options and shipping is quick! The only thing I would have liked to seen different is the on-line chat question service. Pretty generic and kept sending me the message that I could go to a web link or have somebody call me. Not sure I was chatting with a live person
Easy to shop/Hard to get details/bad after delivery help
Items arrived broke, had to send pics, and still not totally fixed, I just decided to order again and fight that fight later. Website makes it seem like it is easy to do however if you need to return on something you call the company who then has to make a request with another company and then you have to pay shipping and a 25% restock fee pending you get the approval email. I will say Carmie and Luisa have been great - just the rules they have to follow are not made with the end user in mind.
Awesome customer service, Emails are answered almost instantly and any complications are resolved ASAP.

Sample Door Order
Great website. Helpful 'chat' staff. My only complaint was that there was no option for me to pay an additional shipping fee to expedite my Sample Door so I can get my decision made and order placed. It's going to cost me a week on my kitchen renovation. Other than that... you guys seem legit.

Prices and selection were great. Nice that there are how to videos and galleries of pics. Site for ordering could be a little more user friendly. It seemed cumbersome to choose all the cabinets I needed.

Buy these cabinets
Its funny, but the toughest part was paying for my order. It was hard to figure out how to do. Customer Service did not sound friendly, maybe because of too many irrelevant calls, I know that can be hard to deal with. I felt sort of "dumb" because I had no experience with buying cabinets at all, so maybe I was just super-sensitive.

Insane shipping cost
2 RTA cabinets, toe kicks and one end panel. $260 for shipping!????!!!!! Absolutely insane. If I didn't absolutely HAVE to have these cabinets to match an existing, there is no freaking way I would have paid that. You have to be kidding me. I truly hope you correct this, decide to switch delivery companies or just go out of business. My order was around $700 and I am forced to pay $260 for shipping.... In what world does that make any sense?????

The website was a little difficult to use. I wanted to print a list of the cabinets so we could double check our order with our specifications, but I had to copy and paste it to a Word document in order to do this.

I needed one extra mullion (glass) door to resolve a damaged door issue Could not get online chat to help at all and referred to a person who was extremely hard to contact by phone and email replies took too long. I love the cabinets but the support and shipping is just plain bad and pricey

Just Ordered
I'm very excited to have ordered my cabinets at a price I can afford. It's hard to rate anything from just pushing a button, but I am giving the company a "sight unseen" very good rating. At the moment, I'm very satisfied with the ease of the website and customer service for a couple of questions I had. I'll let you know more in two weeks.

Quick and Easy Ordering
This is just the ordering process. It's very easy to find cabinets you're looking for, and the order process is just as easy: either use the order form or order as you go. The people on zendesk chat are very helpful. They answered all my questions (and since I've never done this before, there were a lot). Payment was very easy and you're given many methods of payment to choose from; very efficient.
My Kitchen Guy and Kitchen Kings
The Cabinets are great quality. I had my cabinet guy who built us a custom-built office cabinet help with the kitchen cabinet install. He said the cabinets from Kitchen Kings were built strong and the hardware was excellent.
I think a touch up kit should come with a cabinet order when you are spending over $4000 in material. $29.95 for it afterwards and especially $15 shipping for a touch up pen is pretty ridiculous.

Best website tools I found after plenty of research! I am confident that my purchase will be more then satisfactory. Stay tuned for pictures in the coming months!
Terrible Service
Cabinets were not the quality as expected, then the designer did not calculate the space for the cabinets appropriately. I called to ask about fillers and the person did not have time for me and misinformed me about what I was sent and the cost to buy fillers. I had to order additional fillers plus pay $30 shipping. That's outrageous!!!!!!!
Adding sliders for a closet
Great company to work with. Just added cabinet sliding drawers to be installed in a closet pantry. They are very high quality.

I purchased a pint of stain and 53.00 is way to much. then on top of that they charged 15.00 to ship it.
Easiest Ordering On the Web
The ordering process is super smooth, the guys behind the scenes love to take care of the customer. As a contractor I called up and got a discount code and I have yet to find anyone to beat their pricing.
Everything was great except I ordered too early and was stuck with over $300 of unopened wood crown molding...The return time is too short... things happen when you are renovating a house. I really wish I could have returned it as it has caused a lot of stress

Not as expected
Some of the trim pieces I Irdered were not as expected. When I called customer service I was told it was too late to return. I explained that one of the items was backordered and so installer did not come quickly enough to realize there was an error to meet the very short return window of 2 weeks. Then to order parts that would work was another $60 shipping fee.
