Had to reorder Refrigerator cabinet as it was too deep. All the cabinets in that category are deeper than the rest of the wall cabinets. I didn't notice that, and neither did the order review person. Now I have to pay an additional $450 in shipping, have a major delay, and am stuck with a cabinet I can't use. What was a small savings by not going local is now slightly more, with a delay. A not to be repeated move on my part

2 - 8' pieces of 1" molding for $150 - make sure you address this overpricing before you buy cabinets

I have used Kitchen Cabinet Kings to do 3 kitchens so far and have been extremely satisfied with the quality and service.
You need to extend your return policy. As a contractor delays happen and if we have a shipment coming in and it's sitting in boxes and we haven't opened anything because we don't want it to take up all the space in the warehouse . The return policy just needs to be 3-4 weeks.

Have used your cabinets numerous times with some of my clients.
Product Issues
The cabinets came, one was damaged but luckily it was in a spot that won't show once I assembled them. But it got worse from there. The instructions on the frameless style were entirely inadequate and I was sent two right hand sides to one cabinet and had to re-drill it.

Just finishing things off. These cabinets are amazing/ I have ordered a full kitchen of Mocha Shaker and the quality is awesome. I really had my reservations about ordering cabinets online, sight unseen. I read a few scary reviews, but now i see they were just people being overly dramatic. Their response to a damaged endpiece was immediate. I highly recommend them.

I ordered kitchen cabinets online and received my order in about 10 days! I had a few questions and a problem with my order. Hats Off to Louisa and Dana in Customer Service group as they responded immediately and answered my questions timely and helped to resolve my problem satisfactorily. The whole process was easy from start to finish:)

My customer service rep Nicole was EXCELLENT! She was knowledgeable, courteous and prompt to respond.
My only criticism is the website shopping experience. The website is clunky and the way the cart/saved cart works is not intuitive. Also, once shopping you should stay within the cabinet style you are working with.
The TCR21 waste basket accessory should be the same price everywhere since it doesn't depend on the finish in any way. I found prices for this item from $155-$328. This should be fixed.

I spent time talking to contractors and designers and quoting me in tens of thousandths. I only need refacing with noothing to move.
Based on pricing, I will be spending under $5K. I hope they will r3move and install too. That will be a true dream cone true.

I am an Interior designer. Just purchased cabinets for one of my kitchen projects. I found Kitchen Cabinet Kings by accident, looking for a specific shade on a Shaker cabinet. Order forms are well organized, easy to understand, easy to add and take items off the list. I called Customer service with some questions and they've been really helpful. We'll see how fast we'll get our order and what quality the cabinets actually are. I can not comment on that yet. So far so good

easy to order, easy to buy- we have done RTA and pre-fab. Always good product. Sturdy and good looking. I think I am done with cabinets for a while but if I need any more, Kitchen Cabinet Kings is where I'll look first.

I strggeled selecting the cabinets but Nicole was a big help answering my questions and making suggestions. I like the finished cabinet ends an insides. The assembly videos convinced me I could do the assembly of the cabinets. Oh, and the price was great,

We have been working with Kitchen Cabinet Kings for about 4 years, on many of our rentals and flips. The support we get from our designer, Michelle, is unprecedented. She turns our designs out fast, as well as gives us some ideas we hadn't considered. I also appreciate how detailed oriented she is. I was very happy with the price to quality ratio. Completed one kitchen about 18 months ago. I shopped around and could not find a better price with plywood (vs particle or wafer board) boxes and wood door frames. I would buy again.

AFFORDABLE, BEAUTIFUL AND DO-ABLE!!
Hi everyone - my hubby and I are pretty experienced DIYers and knew RTA cabinets would be our choice. Shopped a number of sites and decided KKK offered the best quality at the best price. We are not disappointed! The directions provided leave a LOT to be desired, but the product itself is beautiful and actually easy to assemble and install. We'll be back to buy the lower cabinets before too long.
Other RTA stores offer refunds for returning door samples.
Missed talking with Dana DiSanto but I was able to muddle through the automated service.
