I just ordered my sample cabinet, but I have been working with a designer for about a week and I am so excited to order.
Heard about you and that you sold to DIY and HGTV so my contractor son looked at your site and thought you had a great product!! Hope my dream kitchen comes true!!

RTA cabinets may not be the way to go if you want quality and service in your project time frame
RTA order damaged, replacement parts had flaws in quality. Worst part is that the sub-assemblies that were damaged originally were only replaced with the damaged component. had to take individual pictures, identify each part, and submit to Kitchen Cabinet kings. So, I paid for sub-assemblies, but now since they were damaged I have to disassemble the damaged assemblies and re-construct all of the attachment brackets and remount the pre-hung doors....and no pre-drillled holes to locate anything!
I am trying to return the whole batch and stick with my local cabinet sources...its worth the cost for quality and service on your project to stay local for the cabinets!!

Went to visit the showroom in York and purchased full kitchen online. Experience has been all positive so far.
Incredibly user friendly website
I tried another online site to order kitchen cabinets and Kitchen Cabinet Kings is so user friendly! I had also gone into Lowe's to have my kitchen estimated and Kitchen Cabinet Kings are half of what I was quoted at Lowe's! Customer reviews were very important to me and the other site I used had (18) 1,2 and 3 star ratings and only (2) 4 or 5 star ratings. When reading your reviews vs the other site, there was no doubt I was going to use KCK!
More info on cabinet features, but very good service
Need more detailed information about cabinets on your site. I asked for side height for drawers, but, could not find it from anyone. I asked about hardware details (drawer runners and hinges), could not find it. Also having reverse search for cabinet style/features would be very helpful. I would prefer wood frame with MDF panel white shaker style, but could not find it. Placed an order yesterday, Overall the reason I chose Kitchen Cabinet Kings was availability. I was told I would receive RTA cabinets within two weeks.
I rated highly because of service. I ordered the wrong configuration yesterday and was able to cancel and reorder correct configuration today.

Actually it was quite easy for us to find what we wanted. Recommended by our General Contractor and it is all wood which is what we wanted.
as a contractor I have always been very satisfied with both cabinet quality and service from this company. Now as a board member of habitat for humanity it is a pleasure to offer our home owners a step above in terms of quality cabinet choices. No particle board junk here and very affordable........ a win - win for all.

Good product, not very good quality inspection before shipping.
Had to order touch up kit which seems a little pricey, plus 15.00 for shipping which is ridiculous. Bought 20 RTA cabinets, Thompson White Shakers. Overall nice product. Some workmanship issues from the factory. A few cabinet doors had scratches in the wood before they were painted/ finished. Should have been caught before packaged and shipped, hence having to buy kit and repair myself.
Awesome service and Products
I had bought RTA cabinets before and was impressed with the ease of assembly, however Kitchen Cabinet Kings RTA line was even easier. This is my second Kitchen remodel and I will return to Kitchen Cabinet Kings for my next.
My mother passed away, so I'm getting her home ready to sell.

I had questions about some cabinets and Live Chat assistant was useless. It would help to have more actual pictures of the cabinets instead of drawings. The Gallery is very limited.

When i called the 800 number the phone was answered-"Hello". I wasn't sure if i dialed a wrong number and the call taker wasn't very helpful, answering in one word answers and seemed totally disinterested that I am about to purchase 5k in cabinets. The only reason I ordered them at that point was because a friend of mine recommended KCK's. I hope he is right!

I have only ordered a sample which I feel is overpriced as I might need four or five samples to decide. You should provide a smaller sample for less money.

Samples and Ordering
We ordered several samples to try to decided what would look best. They all came very well packaged. I have now ordered our cabinets and if I did it correctly, it was very easy to do.
I was trying to purchase 4 doors but only three made it into the cart and I didn't know how to go back and fix it. I was also wondering how long it will take for the samples to ship and arrive. Thank you.

Cabinets are ok. Many imperfections and shipping damage
Customer Service is not very good. Missing cabinets after ordering $5000.00 in cabinets. Treated me as if I were trying to deceive them.
Fabulous Orice and Selection
Ordering samples and was able to find the one color cabinet (mocha shaker) that my husband and I can agree on. The price is the best I have seen and I have looked everywhere!
Compared with the rest, picked the best!
I compared them all and found that KCK has the best-valued and appearance RTA product for what I was looking for (white shaker). Once you compare their samples to competitors you realize that they really are the kings - no contest!

Florida House roll-over
We bought cabinets from KCK 2 yrs ago for a slow flip on a house in Florida - the cabinets MADE the house. So here we are buying cabinets again for another Florida roll-over - hope it works out as well as before!

ALL other web stores gave me the run around trying to find simple replacement knockdown frameless cabinets....water damage took the originals and finding matching bases made from wood was a pain...until King of Kabinets saved the DAY...and lots of money.... so I did not have too buy a whole new kitchen!!!
Pros and cons here
Haven't received the cabinets yet but I liked the order process for the most part and pricing was good. I wish they didn't WAY overprice molding and trims. I'm just going to have to purchase that stuff from Lowes. Crown was like $98 for an 8 foot piece and similar trim at Lowes was like $10. Problem will be matching the color. Oh well, it's worth it if you ask me. Same with paneling... way over priced. Everything else was excellent prices so I guess they have to make a profit somehow. My only other negative was the designer we worked with was SOOO slow. Her first design wasn't even close to our measurements and each subsequent review took longer to receive. By this amount of time, we knew enough about design to do it ourselves so we just bypassed the designer and ordered for ourselves. If the cabinets are as nice as they claim, I'll still be very happy with the order.

After receiving a ridiculously bloated proposal from a 'cabinet guy', we heard about KCK through a coworker. So pleased with the selection I'm seeing, found a style I love and can afford - literally, $10K less than the cabinet guy for the same look. I've never been happier to have someone attempt to overcharge me!

Your prices are outrageous
Shipping cost was ridiculous. Cost for toe kick and bead panel border on the highway robbery scale. If the cabinets had not already been installed in the kitchen I never would have order these.
Shopping was convenient. Will provide more information upon receipt and evaluation of cabinets.

Had some problems getting a proper design drawn up. My original sketch was a little
off but it took numerous emails to finally get it correct. Also, I lost out on free shipping
because my emails and requests for a phone call were not returned promptly. I'm hoping the cabinets are as good as advertised for the price because I'm not real impressed with the online customer support up to this point.

Best cabinets for our budget
This is our second time using KCK. The first flip house that we did sold in 17 days and mostly because of the gorgeous kitchen! It was a no-brainer using their cabinets for flip #2.
Beautiful Cabinets
I purchased the Simply White Base and Wall cabinets and am very pleased with the quality of the product. I intend to also build an island with the base cabinets. The construction of the cabinets is great. The cabinets arrived by truck and none were damaged.

Beat the Orange and White Big Box in Both Price and Quality Reviews
I was just about to place my order for builder grade cabinets with the big box home improvement store, when I decided to do a little searching for competitive prices. I found Kitchen Cabinet Kings and am so happy I did. The customer ratings on KCK's cabinets far out "stared" the ratings on the cabinets I almost ordered from the big box store.
Pricey shipping
For my $300 order I paid $190 for shipping. Also had a damaged end panel. Not happy.
