I haven't seen the cabinets yet, but they had what I was looking for. I just hope they come quick and in good order.
would like the cabinets to be delivered inside the house and not curb side. Would appreciate more glass door options and sink base options.

This questionnaire is a bit early. I just ordered and so far so good. But to really rate anything, I have to see when i get the cabinets and how the quality will be.

Fairly high quality cabinets at rock bottom prices. will definately use again. could use larger thread screws to hold brackets on. pull out easily. finish and price make the worth it though.
Just ordering samples for an upcoming kitchen reno. Happy to say that we've found your selection and prices to be amazing! I really like that you use quality materials as well! Cannot wait to get the samples!
We ordered a total of 14 cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings, plus crown moldings, fillers, etc. The order arrived yesterday, and 5 out of the 15 cabinets were damaged. I expected maybe one to be damaged -- not a THIRD of my order. This was not damage incurred in shipping -- they were damaged prior to shipment, and the company shipped them to us anyway. One of the cabinet doors had a large piece of wood flaked off, and had been finished over. The people constructing it obviously saw the damage, yet finished and used the door anyway. One of the cabinets had boot prints on the side of it, and was broken in several spots -- again, not areas that would have been broken during shipping. It was broken when it was walked on prior to packaging it. A drawer had a large gouge in the front, and the door of the sink base was severely discolored. The Lazy Susan doors had a gap nearly a half inch wide where the two doors meet -- you can see right into the cabinet with the door closed. To top it off, the filler pieces I ordered are MIA. When I contacted the company I was asked if I signed the bill of lading that included them -- the bill of lading I signed stated "Two Pallets and One Box." That was it. No listing of each item, no description of what was included in the shipment. The customer service rep says that there is a lead time of 7 to 14 business days to ship the replacements, so it will be at least another 2-3 weeks before I can finish my kitchen. This is very frustrating. I will not order from Kitchen Cabinet Kings again.
First interaction was great. Second time the rep was unable to provide me with directions to assemble RTA frameless cabinets.

I have not ordered anything yet but so far my designer, Anna, has been very helpful and provided good ideas. So far, I am very satisfied.
Hopefully delivery will go well. I thought there would be a place for me to request a credit for the samples that I ordered. I bought two samples at $25 each and was told on the phone that money would be credited if I ordered.

Just bought a sample door. Received a full kitchen quote very quickly. Very accurate.
There was some damage and the part we needed was said to be on back order over a month out which we could not deal with as we are remodeling. We made due and Luisa helped send us some parts to cover and disguise the damage. She did what she could to help. Some of the cabinets did not have any instructions and one of them was the most difficult upper corner cabinet. We are pleased with the look and quality of the kitchen.

KCK staff are helpful and responsive. You just need to stop listing multiple checkboxes for the same sizes in your filters! Makes it very hard to find products sometimes.

I am still waiting for replacements ( 1- drawer front and 1- door for one of our kitchens that were damaged) we sent photos and had contact with you on four calls no results yet or call back. We buy about 5 or 6 kitchens a year for our rehabs. If we can't count on results when a issue pops up we will have to go back to are old suppler.
The website often has glitches and that is annoying and wastes time.
Anna was wonderful!!!! She made a beautiful cabinet design for us and helped me through the whole process.
had a difficult time ordering the samples. Tried twice unsuccessfully. Even sent an email to the support staff.

As a returning client, asked for an additional 5% off of my order since I will have spent almost $6,000 between both orders and employee stated they couldn't do that for returning clients.
This was an excellent shopping experience - now we'll see how the delivery goes, and especially how the cabinets look when we unpack them.

Ordering sample doors, prices are more than I'd like to spend, but I'd like to compare the quality to our more reasonably priced local options.
Top notch! Cabinets were better than I had imagined and way less than the box store. Very easy to assemble and I will not hesitate to order from them again. Prompt responses and excellent customer service.

I ordered a few assembled cabinets, but received them RTA. I requested to return one of those cabinets, since it would have been quite a hassle for me to assemble it. Customer service wanted to charge me return shipping for the cabinet. Upon my insistence they agreed to credit me for shipping. To date I was not able to ship the cabinet back because I still have not received the return authorization form. Left a message and did not receive call back. Once I complete this kitchen renovation project, I will most likely not order again from them. The prices are high, shipping is high and the return policy is not very customer friendly - when the mistake is the company's. Cabinets are nice.
the first time I tried to pay for my order it did not go through but was unclear as to weather it did or did not.
customer service looked up the order for me but still had trouble telling that it did not go through..
but over all i'm looking forward to my new kitchen.

Great product! All solid wood, no fiberboard. Thrilled with what we have received so far, just forgot one cabinet when we placed our original order. Our fault, not the fault of Cabinet Kings.
Had technical issues with the website not performing correctly. Which prolonged placement of my order. What I found most unsatisfactory was the requesting COUPON process. After completing the steps to receive a coupon code for my order. I was not able to apply the code to my purchase which was another reason why I felt my (customer) time was not valued.
Still researching the remodel but we are leaning towards KK.
I was unable to click the create an account checkbox, the ship to the same address checkbox or the agree to terms checkbox. I did order a sample, and hope it is shipped to my billing address.
I did not have very much experience. But, I think it went well.
the website is good but the check boxes on the page to order samples don't work. Can't check 'ship to same' and can't actually check 'terms and conditions' even after you read them.
Ordering through the website is rather frustrating. When the clear all button is used it returns you to the root home page rather than to the root page for the cabinet line you are shopping in.

After making a big order we needed to add small fix up stuff and had to pay more for the shipping that the order cost.

The price of the order of cabinets I purchased was half of what home depot quoted me for.
As a single mom I needed to get the biggest bang for my buck. Ordering the RTA cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings may have challenged me to the hilt, but it made it possible for me to afford a good cabinet that should last me for years to come. They were like puzzles with little to no direction, that you need a rubber mallet and a compact cordless screwdriver to put together, but if I can do it alone, with no experience, anyone can do it. Patience and diligence is key. I highly recommend the product and have only positive reports of their customer service as well.
