Very good experience so far, but have only just placed the order.
I've tried ordering this order 3 or 4 times now. Most of the issues was due to my bank card. In order to get the sale I had to use my dads card and his address. I had a lot of trouble starting over with new shopping carts. I wish that was easier to do. The people who answer questions on the website chats are sometimes very helpful and sometimes not at all. Overall though, I am very happy with KCK!

The cabinets I ordered are of high quality; however they apparently had a bumpy ride before reaching their final destination. The packing of some items was of poor quality, resulting in the pantry arriving with a broken cabinet door & many scratches on the presentation side. Several other cabinets had concealed damage found upon unpacking & examination, some due to shipping. A few cabinet doors had minor imperfections, most likely occurring in the production process.
I dealt with Luiza @ KCK, & emailed her descriptions plus pictures of the damaged items. She was extremely helpful & prompt. End result, agreement was reached on items needing replacement, with shipment to follow. Also receiving a patch kit to conceal minor scratches. I love the cabinets themselves. They should last for years to come. I just felt more packing material should have been used for shipping; less or no damage probably would have incurred had that been done. Hopefully the replacement items will fare better. KCK has worked with me & answered any questions I had promptly & courteously. I will definitely use them in the future.

Was a good transaction except for 2 pieces that were damaged. They have been contacted for replacement. Product was as described and will do business with them again.
I purchased the (RTA) ready to assembly cabinets and was not sure I made the right decision. I was surprised how easy they were to assemble. The quality of the cabinets was outstanding and the price was unbeatable. I will always recommend KCK.

We were very impressed with this company. The cabinets were delivered on time and were easy to put together and install. We had very minimal damage to one cabinet and customer service was quick to express a replacement!! We would recommend them to anyone!
After all the chatting with you and various other RTA cabinet web sights, I thought that this was a good choice to go ahead and buy the New Yorker cabinets from you. They arrived promptly and was satisfied with my choice. The boxes said Forevermark Cabinetry, The New Yorker. However the one question I never asked was, where they were made? The box clearly says Made In China, which disappointed me a bit. The plywood cabinet box that you get isn't no where near the grade of plywood you would have gotten from a cabinet made in USA. Just use some wood glue to assemble with and you will be ok. Doug

Order arrived in about a week, well packaged and damage free. There were some minor flaws with the cabinets so I sent in an email with pictures. After several days with no reply I had to get online and chat. I received a phone call later that day and they are going to send me a touch-up kit. Had they replied to my email they would have got 5 stars!
Loved the cabinets. They were of high quality. Would like to have assembly instructions, you were on your own to figure how to assemble the cabinets.
It was a little difficult to talk to someone. Email was okay but sometimes you would like to actually talk to someone, especially if this was the first time ordering from this company.

We are extremely pleased with our experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings. The customer service is excellent. We ordered three doors to see the colors and quality. I would suggest doing this. The price was applied to our cabinet order. The color and wood quality of our tall Savannah cabinets are superb. The price was a great savings! We will order from them again. Very happy.

My order was not complete. Still missing scribe and toe kick which was not on packing ticket when shipped to my house Shipping ticket was correct but those two things were not listed on the ticket
I ordered a molding to put under all cabinets. They look very good. But I am not happy with the cabinet above the sink. It is high and need a molding about 4 inches to hide the lights under the cabinet. Kitchen Cabinet does not have it and cannot make one. I am very unhappy about it.
I love the quality of the cabinets. I tried ordering from cabinetstogo.com first, but the cabinets I wanted were on back order for 4 - 6 weeks. KCK was able to deliver in the 7 - 10 days that they promised. I ordered 2 different styles for my duplex. Coastal cream was right one the color, but the Makintosh cabinets are a lot more of a dark golden tone than in the pictures. Be aware that the delivery is curb and I recommend having help unloading the cabinets. There were no screws or fasteners to put the cabinets together, but that was no big deal. Overall very pleased and would recommend to anyone who is a DIY'er.
They worked with us to find the right fit for our kitchen remodel. We got our cabinets in a timely matter. Very easy to put together and they are beautiful. We are working on an issue with one door. But I am sure it will be resolved with better pictures of the problem. Thank you Jessica and Luisa for all your help.

All the cabinets went together very easy and they look great. Great quality for the price. A couple of the boxed had damage from the warehouse. Looked like a forklift fork went right threw the boxes but lucky it had only cause minor damage and was on parts of the cabinets that are not seen. That would be my only suggestion to Kitchen Cabinet Kings is to make sure your warehouse workers be a little more cautious when loading the inventory. Overall we are very pleased with the results of the cabinets and have recommend them to my parents who are also remodeling so I hope they are just as satisfied. Also the videos on how to put the cabinets together really helped get us started since the paper directions are standard.
We ordered our cabinets based on what was available on the website including the recommendation from one of the representatives for that style as it had a 9" upper pullout that we wanted. I received and email stating you have stuff in your cart we have reserved the items for you. I paid for,them the next day to find out that 9" pullout was no longer offered by the manufacturer and they would do anything about it. 100% irritating and misleading, we are still having trouble finding a place to provide us with the cabinets we want. It's not like we are asks for anything out of the ordinary. Kitchen Cabinet Kings needs to evaluate their policies and find a way to make a customer happy, instead they choose to lose a ,$5000 order over a $200 cabinet. Sucks to be them!
Cabinets have a very nice look and feel to them. Appear to be decent quality. From that perspective I would buy from KCK again in the future.
From a ready to assemble perspective for the most part they are fairly easy - although the instructions are about the poorest quality I've encountered in RTA type products - virtually useless. Instructions for drawer assembly, particularly how to assemble the drawer stops were completely missing. Only later after I spent much time trying to figure out 'how to' did I stumble upon website videos. Would have been nice to have KCK mention the presence of that help in some communique - like their confirming order email. From an instructions perspective KCK falls well below average.
Lastly, a question and resulting callback promise from customer service went unanswered until I in fact called customer service a week later to inquire. The answer to my question was of no value. Kind of left to fend for myself. From this perspective, KCK again fell well below average. Impression one gets is that you made the sale and now the buyer is one their own.
If a friend or relative asked for my recommendation I would advise that we love the cabinets, to view all of the website videos before buying and avoid ordering any 'extra' add on products as they do not easily lend themselves to assembly.
Very satisfied with quality of cabinets. After putting the first couple together the rest was easier. The video library on Kitchen Cabinet Kings web site helped me with installation as the instructions that came with the cabinets were not very helpful for me. On receipt, I was a surprised and disappointed seeing the cabinets were made in China. I was re-leaved after putting them together to see the quality and looks are excellent. I saved a lot putting them together myself. You will need experience with do it yourself projects or have someone who has that can help. Very impressed with quality and looks of cabinet doors and drawers. Also, very impressed with the drawers soft close hardware which allow the drawer to extend all the way out, not just 3/4 way out.

Good quality cabinets at a good price. The RTA cabinet directions are a little vague but thanks to YouTube you can see how it's done. Shipping was quick and un damaged. Overall I would recommend them
My order arrived fast (`2 weeks). The Cabinets were mostly in good shape (although do not expect perfection...definitely some minor imperfections not caused by shipping). The glass doors I ordered had noticable defects and KCK shipped me two new ones within a week with no hassles. Assembling took longer then expected (better drawer instructions would have been nice). Overall good experience.

A complementary touch up kit should be included though also.
A few cabinets had some nicks and scratches. The finish "poly" was also lacking in some locations..

They were easy to assemble and good quality. When I thought I ordered the wrong size for one of my cabinets and emailed customer service, they called me on a weekend to offer a discounted replacement. I was very happy with the customer service.
I mostly like the products that we received from this company. Some cabinets were warped and splitting apart and some the hardware was not aligned correctly. For the most part, for the price, you received decent cabinets. The only other complaint is no one answers the phone when you call for questions or issues. They make a big deal about receiving and reporting problems within 7 days but you can't talk to anyone. I'm still waiting on a phone call now that we placed 2 days ago about installation issues. The directions don't show all the details and the videos leave a few issues unclear like how to put together the lazy Susie. I did expect better customer service because I read the past customers experiences. The shipping time frame was good. It was delivered as promised in good shape. I would order from them again but now I know what to look for.
At first I was hesitant about buying cabinets on-line, but reasonable prices made me do it.
My first contact with KCK was absolutely great. I sent them a video of my old kitchen and they in turn sent me a picture of the new kitchen and a very low estimate.
I ordered my RTA cabinets on a Friday and I was contacted by the Frieght Company that Wednesday and I had my cabinets the very next day. So, it really took less than five days to get them.
The RTA cabinets were very easy to assemble (about 5 minutes each) and the quality of the cabinets were GREAT!!!!
I would HIGHLY recommend buying cabinets from them!!!!

My order was delivered in 3 days which was amazing. All items were in excellent condition. The base cabinet drawer boxes and slides (soft close) were very nice. Having soft close on all the cabinet doors would have been a great add-on, but not one I was willing to pay extra for.
All in all, the experience was very good.

We received everything we ordered but were missing a few screws on one of the cabinets. We had to purchase them at a local hardware store rather than wait for new ones to be shipped. The directions were also hard to understand but we got them together. Otherwise the cabinets are beautiful and more than we expected!

I have a very small kitchen so I used Kitchen Cabinet Kings design service to maximize our space. They provided several design options, and we were able to come up with a fantastic design. The cabinets came within 7 days, and all arrived in good shape. My father in law helped me put them in and he's got 20 years of contracting experience and was impressed with the quality. I would use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again for future remodels.

Cabinets came "Ready-To-Assemble" . Many panels arrived warped and were difficult to fit in to grooves.
Delivery carrier was not good.
Kitchen Cabinet Kings met or exceeded my expectations on every item of interest. Very rarely does the lowest cost alternative turn out to be also the best but that is Kitchen Cabinet Kings.
there was two cabinet backs that were slightly warped but it was a easy fix with clamps and wood glue.

I was very excited for these cabinets because they seemed to be good quality. My contractor also thought these would be great cabinets and was looking forward to seeing them so he could use with future clients. The cabinets arrived and they were good looking and durable cabinets. I was very satisfied. Of course with every big order not all pieces are expected to be in great condition. I followed the companies rules on noted damages and missing items. They claim it will take 7-14 days to get replacements. It has now been three weeks and I have no idea when I am going to get my replacements. This is holding up my house work. The worst part is they did not ship me my pantry. They are not owning up to shipping me a new one and have to investigate why I never received it. They can not tell me how long this will take and are not even garanteeing they will ship me a new one. This is very upsetting, because I followed their rules and they have yet to live up to their rules. I will update my review if things turn around. But for now I'm in limbo on when I will be able to finish my kitchen.
We love our new kitchen! The white shaker cabinets are very sturdy and well built.
A few of our cabinets came damaged and we were able to place a claim with pictures and quickly received replacements. Louise was very helpful!

Ordering was great, and delivery quick and went smoothly. However, had one piece that was damaged. Noted it on the shipping invoice and reported it to KCK immediately. Received a call asking for a photo of the damage. Sent the photo in, never heard back. Sent 2nd email and still no response. Luckily the damage was minor, or we would be very upset. We plan to do an entire kitchen. Not sure if we will us KCK because of the lack of follow up.
I was sent a wrong a piece in the wrong color. Was then told it was the correct color but the piece clearly does not match all the other pieces I ordered. Very Frustrating. If I can't get this corrected quickly I would change my satisfaction to Very Dissatisfied.
The directions for putting the pieces together were very poor and in some cases non-existent.
All came as ordered with no damage.
I ordered my cabinets on 9/24/14 and still have not received them as of 10/28/14. I was notified that one size was out of stock. Last week when they called, it was a different size cabinet that is now out of stock. My project is waiting and I am a little frustrated since I was expecting them no later than two weeks out as the website suggests the shipping time is. I will be happy to leave another review on the quality and delivery process of the cabinets when they arrive. I am hoping that is soon.
To whom it may concern. We truly enjoyed the online process and the ease ordering was perfect for this project. The speed of delivery was simply outstanding and follow-up was perfect. The only reason we are providing you with a less then perfect score is that the color of the Cabinets as represented by the website was much darker than the cabinets that arrived. Most of the Website pictures were spot on with the color we wanted. There is no need to take any action we just felt you needed to hear are feedback.
