Kitchen Cabinet Kings reviews

About 18 months ago, we launched a small business buying and renovating small buildings for rentals. After doing 2 kitchens with a local vendor, I found Kitchen Cabinet Kings online. Their pricing is superb (frankly unbeatable), and the quality and service are top notch. We have been using their Newport line of RTA kitchen cabinets, and they feel well built and look great. The website is easy to navigate, and when I have needed expedited delivery, I can always talk to someone who can help me out. We have now used Kitchen Cabinet Kings for six kitchen redos, and I just ordered a new set of cabinets last night. I highly recommend them.

On 4/9/2014 I ordered the New Yorker kitchen cabinets online. The descriptions of the cabinets are very vague and it would be nice to see actual pictures of the product and how many shelves' you get. The shelf is only 12" deep, no much storage space. There were two cabinets back ordered so I didn't get my order until 5/5/2014. It took them 5 days after the back order came in to ship. The face frame, door, shelf and drawer are the best parts of the cabinet. The sides, back, top and bottom are made of cheep plywood from china. I had a lot of problems with the plywood delaminating and warp age that made it hard to put together. I had to use long clamps to put most of the cabinets together. There's little or no instructions on how to put it together. They do have videos you can watch that will help you most of the way. But there are no instructions or video on how to install the drawer slides. There is no hardware to connect 2 cabinets side by side. I had to pre drill holes in the side of the face frame and use 2 ½" flat head screws to connect them. Their pricing is lower than all the other cabinet places. So you will have to give up some quality for pricing. Don't get me wrong the cabinets look great and you can't see the warped plywood when it's all together. You will need to purchase something for the toe kick. I will continue to use Kitchen Cabinet Kings in the future for I still have 2 bathrooms to remodel yet. I did order 2 more cabinets for my laundry room and they came real fast in about 7 days.

I ordered Ice White Shaker cabinets for my kitchen remodel. I shopped around on-line and Kitchen Cabinet Kings seemed to have the best value/most reasonable price. The cabinets shipped quickly and were in good condition. There was damage to one cabinet and they were quick to send a new one. I also ordered one cabinet in the wrong size and they gave me a discount on the replacement. Overall, I am very happy with the cabinets. They are not super high end construction, but they are a good value. I would recommend to others.

I used Kitchen Cabinet Kings to order cabinets for my kitchen redo project. Customer service was fast responding to all my questions via email and the people were very friendly and helpful. The cabinets themselves are great quality and were delivered to my door just a little over a week after ordering them online. I have no complaints and will probably use them again for any future renovation projects because their prices are extremely competitive. My only complaint is that the website could be a little clearer about the differences between the cabinets, so that when you're ordering them, you know for sure you're getting the right one. I accidentally ordered a 27" sink base when I meant to order one with a drawer. It worked out fine because the contractor built a drawer. But the only difference I could see on the website when I went back to see was that one had an S in front of the label, which I now know stands for sink.

I am very pleased with my kitchen cabinets! I was skeptical about ordering online and not seeing something in front of me, but price and speed was appealing from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. I drew up my layout of cabinets myself, taking careful measurements and getting creative to use upper fridge cabinets as a base for bench seating in my dining. I'd place all measured cabinets in my "cart" and then remeasure. I started playing with different cabinet styles/finishes and ultimately went with the shaker style in Pepper for a modern look. I had different quotes from local cabinetry, but when they came in nearly $5k higher, I knew online was the way to go. I had Jessica draw up a layout for me as well, but I liked what I came up with better and ordered. They were shipped all the way from east coast to west coast in 2 weeks without a scratch, dent or missing piece! We had bubble wrap everywhere. The construction was solid, I was impressed, they are high quality, the dark stain was perfect, as expected from other's pictures. I love them, I could not be happier with the insides, outsides, sturdy expensive feel, but a fraction of the cost and waiting time, I am an impatient person and KCK was perfect! I would highly recommend them. If you are doing it yourself, measure- a lot, take into account blind corner pieces- they do not sit flush against the wall, so if it's a 39" piece, it's 3" out from the wall, making your measurement 42" total! And the inside of the cabinets have a half shelf, so even though they are adjustable, they are 12" wide in a 24" base cabinet, great for tall things, but definitely cuts down on storage when you come from a full shelf, just an fyi. And another great thing was the service- those pop up chat boxes... someone was really there at midnight, pacific time and although she couldn't directly answer my question she said she would have someone contact me in the morning, which Andrew did. I am so happy we chose this company and this style, I would not change a thing!

I ordered the shaker style cabinets from kitchen cabinet kings for both my kitchen and bath remodel. The quality of the cabinets is very high. No particle board. All plywood sides and backs. Very nice even finish on the doors and face. Good selection of accessories to create a custom look install. The website is easy to use and find what you are looking for. Delivery was a standard timeframe for such a large order. No problems and will use again if the opportunity arises.

I renovated my entire kitchen, installing Tribeca bamboo RTA kitchen cabinets. I absolutely love these cabinets! The quality and craftsmanship is excellent. I replaced my old base cabinets with the 36 inch drawer banks. I love these! They are so much more functional--I now have easy access to everything. I even used these glasses and dishes. I used 30 inch drawer banks for my island. I really love the pull-out spice cabinent in my island below my cooktop. I replaced my upper cabinets with 36 inch and 42 inch horizontal cabinets. They look modern and provide easy access. I used frosted glass doors on them and added puck lights inside. The cabinets look great lit up and provide enough soft light to serve as night lights. I've received many compliments from friends and family--they can't believe my gorgeous cabinets were assembled by me. My cabinets arrived quickly without any undamage. The customer service was excellent. When I received the wrong frame finish on my glass doors, they promptly sent the replacements. My only complaint is concerning the assembly instructions that came with the cabinets. They consisted of a few basic pictures with no written intructions or parts list detailing which screws go where. Luckily, it wasn't too difficult to figure it out. The hardest part was figuring out the correct way to attach the soft-close drawer guides and pistons for the horizontal upper cabinets. I contacted customer service for help with the pistons. They contacted the manufacturer who emailed more detailed instructions, which solved the problem. When I contacted them to see if I could get a replacement side panel for a cabinet damaged during my renovation, they promptly took care of it for me at no charge, even though the damage was my fault. You can't ask for better customer service than that! I would definitely buy cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings again. I'll post photos as soon as my countertops are installed.

My experience with KCK was top notch, from the product to the customer service. I am redoing my kitchen and ordered cabinets from KCK and I couldn't be happier with the quality (under mount full extension dovetail drawers with soft closing feature) and look of the cabinets (pepper shaker style which is dark brown). Ordering process was simple and delivery was quick. Can't think of any negatives in the entire process. Highly recommend KCK!

It was reassuring to have a knowledgeable customer service representative that had an answer for all of my questions. I was very happy on how fast their shipping was, and the care they took wrapping the pallets to insure they made it to my house without damage. I was nervous about the quality of the cabinets since I could not see, or put my hands on them before I purchased. We are extremely happy with the quality and the look of their product. It well surpassed our expectations and we got exactly the look and quality we were going for. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new cabinets. I will be using them again when we remodel the bathrooms. They made this part of my remodel flawless.

I was so satisfied and over whelmed with how wonderful the product and service was delivered (special thanks to Anthony) I had to take the time to write this review. We selected the mocha shaker design to finish over kitchen renovations (see installation picture). I saved almost 50% of the cost of major cabinet retailers (Lowes, Home Depot, etc.) and had it delivered in half the time (1 week versus 2-3 weeks). The professionalism of the customer service which catered to my every question, need and multiple configuration alterations way exceeded my expectations. The product itself was of the finest quality and craftsmanship. They were recommended to me and will continue to recommend them to family and friends. Thank you KCK

Although we had some initial problems with the design not being correct (thank you Kitchen Cabinet Kings for noticing that) and one of the appliances we wanted was not being available, our kitchen renewal was an absolute success. Kitchen Cabinet Kings were polite, the service was flawless the products were marvelous, and the price was within our budget. We are delighted with the kitchen and with the overall service, we received. Honestly what more could you ask of them.

My home renovation is finished, and the last thing that was done was the kitchen. Of course, that was really one of the hardest parts of a major renovation, and I'm glad that I had Kitchen Cabinet Kings to help me with this. Now that everything is wonderfully in place I thought to share the experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings. They are very knowledgeable and professional in their line of work and helped me a lot throughout the process. I will recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings service in the future to anyone.
