At first we thought the pricing was to good to be true and that we would not be that happy with our cabinets. Our complete experience was great with the service, lead time, and quality of the cabinets. We purchased the Chestnut pillow style and were so surprised by the quality of even the drawer hardware! We completed our renovation and then assisted our brother-in-law in placing an order for his new house! I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings. When we had to order another size cupboard because a slight change in our plans - it came quickly and did not interrupt our timeline. Any questions we had were answered in a timely fashion as well. We purchased a whole kitchen full of cabinets. We chose the Country Oak Classic RTA. We feel we got an excellent bargain. The designer I worked with was excellent and helped me design the kitchen and give us everything we wanted in the kitchen. Delivery time was excellent. Just a few days after ordering, they were sitting in our driveway. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the cabinets came with NO instructions at all. The website had videos we could watch, but if my husband didn't already have knowledge on how to put the together, it really would have been a struggle. There was also a small issue with one of the cabinets not having drawer glides. But once I contacted the company, those were shipped out immediately and received quickly.

We purchased our cherry glaze 3/4 half grade A kitchen cabinets this year. We had many questions as we have never purchased from this company before, nor have we ever put any cabinets together. The customer service we received was very good. We received the cabinets in 10 days from the day we ordered them. We were especially pleased with the money we saved, compared to other stores. We received one cabinet cracked on the side, during shipment - but fortunately it was on the side, and was fairly easy to repair. We would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting good quality and savings.

This is my fourth set of RTA cabinets that I have installed (I have rental property) and the first time I have used Kitchen Cabinet Kings. First the good things: 1. The designer was easy to work with-just make sure your measurements are spot on. Once you get your design check carefully to make sure everything is like you want it. Don't be afraid to ask for changes...CKK want you to be happy! 2.Shipping was excellent and free! This was the first time that my cabinets were delivered right to my door (other times/other companies I had to meet the big truck in a parking lot to tote home myself!). Some boxes looked mashed but nothing was damaged. 3.Assembly was the easiest I have ever used. These RTA cabinets are put together with clips. In the past I had to install the clips but with CKK the clips were already installed so they went together in half the time as other companies. Hint: It helps if you have an air stapler to secure the backs and sides. 4.The quality is excellent. I ordered the Classic Oak to update a rental unit and I am sure that I saved 40% over "big box" stores plus the solid wood quality is so much better! 5.Their videos on youtube are great for first time builders! Don't skip these (that Lazy Susan cabinet assembly was easy after watching the video). Now the bad: Nothing! I would use CKK again in a heartbeat! Hint: They run sales all the time. I was not in a big hurry so I waited for their Labor Day Sale and saved $500 on my order!

I was very pleased with the swift delivery of my cabinets. The website was fairly easy to navigate and use to order the cabinets. I ordered spice maple cabinets and was very impressed with the finish. One of my cabinets was scratched during delivery, however, it was on the side that was connected to another cabinet so it didn't show. Customer service was pleasant each time I called. The price was fair and a good option for me for my rental property as I probably saved 30% compared to other options.

I found Kitchen Cabinet Kings online while in the planning stages of remodeling one of my Apartments, I decided on the RTA base and wall cabinets to replace the old ones. They arrived within the 10 days they said it would take to build and ship. I work in Shipping and Receiving at a local company and was surprised at how well the cabinets where shipped, they arrived in perfect condition. I had a contractor put them together and the quality is just as they explained on their website. I still have a couple more apartments and a house to remodel and will be ordering again from Kitchen Cabinet Kings in the coming months.

Everything turned out so perfect! I couldn't be happier with the quality and with the service. Diana DiSanto was extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns (multiple emails where exchanged) and she was very prompt in responding. It was so nice that I had one contact person, instead of calling and getting an answering service. It definitely felt that this is a company that values their customers! I received the cabinets exactly when they said they would come, Even though one door was slightly damaged when I received it, I had no problem having a replacement one sent to me ASAP. The quality is so wonderful, I ordered a sample door from both Ikea and Kitchen Cabinet Kings and I must say the Kitchen Cabinet King ones look & feel so much more expensive, even though the cost would be almost identical in my case. I am so happy that my first little house now has an amazing brand new kitchen! I couldn't be happier!

The company needs to allow customers to talk with a representative to answer questions rather than relying on email. I found the check out process to be confusing and difficult even though I'm computer savvy. When spending $4000, more than email correspondence is normal. The order was doubled among other problems and I had to resubmit it several times. I resent having to work on the order after hours in order to meet a discount deadline. Most people would give up and not order.

LOTS of minor damage during shipping--most weren't noteworthy.

The wall oven unit needed a LOT of customization to fit. It's advertised as universal--it is; if your a finish carpenter. Also, the bottom drawer is unnecessarily narrow--wastes a lot of space.

The product diagrams aren't especially helpful and it would be great to have more detailed dimensions on the web (e.g., drawer heights).

In all, the low cost and convenience EASILY offset every gripe I could offer and I'm very happy with the result. Thanks!

I have installed kitchens for over 13 years for large retail stores and have used several brands and for price and Quality I have to say the cabinets they sell are as good as any brand I have installed. I made a mistake on my first order and had to get with customer service and order another cabinet and after explaining to them what I needed they helped me work with the manufacturer and got it shipped the next day with discounted shipping cost. I have just received my second kitchen order to install in another house. I also saved my first customer over $1500 in cabinets alone over H.D. , we had already ordered from H.D. and they got the whole order wrong and returned them after a long haul and ordered from K.C.K and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone remodeling their Kitchen or bathroom. Great company. You might be a bit hesitant to order cabinets online, dont be. We redid our kitchen and after shopping around locally, including a couple of national chain home improvement stores (im sure you know which ones) the price was about half of theirs and the quality was superior. We ordered the RTA cabinets and they were easy to assemble after you get the first one done you get the hang of it real quickly. The order arrived after about 2 weeks. Now there was some damage to some of the cabinets however this was not their fault and they took care of it very quickly by sending replacements. I would highly recommend them, we have absolutely no complaints they are beautiful cabinets, and high quality, no pressboard, plywood with solid wood fronts.

I ordered the Twilight RTA Frameless Cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. Delivery time was a week which I was impressed with. No damaged items. I really appreciated the help from Dana in customer Services. She was very helpful when i had a few assembly questions. I ordered off their website with no issue and have already recommend there cabinets to friends and family. I will be ordering more once I remodel our bathrooms. Our Kitchen is beautiful and at a fraction of the prices I was quoted from local cabinet companies.

Four stars because of the great quality of the cabinets and the affordable prices. I only take one star off because Kitchen Cabinet Kings could not meet the 7 to 14 days delivery promise. However, the customer service representatives were very helpful and kept me informed at all times. Once the cabinets arrived, all was well; they are beautiful. My wife chose the Pearl cabinet style; she wanted to mix these cabinets with the more modern gray cabinets but Kitchen Cabinet Kings did not offer this color option. She then found what she was looking for in Ikea. I had a carpenter modify the 36-inch sink base cabinet from Kitchen Cabinet Kings to accept a farmhouse sink and the results were incredible. Without hesitation, I recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings and I will use them for my next remodel.

We bought a house with old, worn white cabinets and needed a change. We priced custom cabinets as well as cabinets from a big box seller - over $6000. We found Kitchen Cabinet Kings on the internet, designed our kitchen with excellent help from your support staff who answered many questions efficiently, and ordered the Spice Maple cabinets. The price was very good at $2400, delivery was quicker than we expected, assembly was easy after the first two (learning curve) and installation went quickly. The quality is good, given the price we paid. We have already recommended Kitchen Cabinet Kings to friends and would definitely buy from you again.

We recently remodeled our kitchen ourselves and were looking to get quality cabinets for a (hopefully) lower price. The cabinets we ordered from Kitchen cabinet kings turned out to be a really good experience for us.

We used the Newport cabinets. The cabinets themselves are of pretty good quality. The doors and frames are made from a really nice solid wood. They have a really nice appearance and are good quality. The side pieces and panels are of a veneer which is not as nice and is a slightly different color than the doors and frames. Luckily we have very few side panels that will be exposed or I wouldn't be as happy because of the veneer look.

We chose to assemble the cabinets ourselves to help save money. Unfortunately, the instructions that came with the cabinets were horrendous. They did not provide any instructions on how to assemble the cam locks, and the drawers didn't have any pre-drilled holes or guides on how to add handles, install the drawer slides, etc. KKC has some assembly videos on line, but unfortunately not for the cabinets we purchased.

The process of ordering the cabinets went really well. The website was easy to use and the cabinets shipped fast. We did run into issues as there are Very few dimensions listed for the cabinets. We had some tricky space limitations and would have really appreciated some better listing of true cabinet sizes, door sizes, etc. so we wouldn't have had to "guess" when ordering some cabinets. We contacted customer support for a better idea on the size of the doors but they did not have much more information to provide.

We received the cabinets extremely fast. There were some damaged cabinets and KKC was truly amazing about sending replacements for the damaged items and we received them in less than a week. Customer support was very responsive and helpful on questions and their response time. We have recommended KKC to others because of the really great customer service provided.

My wife and I used kitchen cabinet kings for our basement bar. The website was easy to use and had all the sizes and items we needed. We purchased the Pacifica color cabinets and we're happy with the color when they arrived. After about 7 days from ordering we received a phone call to schedule shipment. The cabinets arrived a few days after that and were in great shape when they arrived. We had no issues, would use them again and would highly recommend kitchen cabinet kings to others. On top of the already discounted prices we made our purchase during the July 4th sale, saving us about $2000 from our next cheapest estimate. We can't wait to enjoy these cabinets and our new basement bar.

We absolutely love our new cabinets. They are the RTA Pearl & they are perfect in our kitchen. We ordered our cabinets on a Sunday evening & most of them arrive by that Thursday. So fast & efficient. All of the cabinets were in perfect condition. The costumer service was wonderful also & helped with a return with ease. We DIY'd & the cabinets were pretty easy to assemble and install once we got the hang of it. We are very happy with our experience & would definitely recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings to others.

We ordered the Shaker style cabinets in Mocha and we think they look great! They arrived in a timely manner even though some pieces were back ordered. The price was the best we found online and the process couldn't have been easier. The website is well laid out and east to navigate. Everyone we talked to when we had a minor issue was very helpful. Replacement pieces were shipped out ASAP and showed up very quickly. The quality of the cabinets is about what you'd expect. They look great but we'll see how long the finish holds up. It seems a little thin and scratches pretty easily. Good thing there are no kids in the house. ;-) All in all, we are quite pleased and would certainly shop there again.

When remodeling my kitchen I ordered RTA Cabinets on-line from www.KitchenCabinetKings.com . I was able to get all hardwood ( no press board) cabinets with dove tail drawers for a better price than the cheap big box store stock cabinets. They helped me out with the design and sent me a computerized diagram which helped greatly with the installation of the electrical, plumbing and the cabinets themselves. The cabinets were delivered within 2 weeks of placing the order and they were relatively easy to assemble, I recommend start with an upper cabinet and work up to the draw bases. I had one unit that seemed to have not been finished properly and when I contracted Kitchen Counter Kings that promptly sent out a replacement, at no cost or shipping fees. I purchased the MaiIntosh Frameless RTA cabinets. I assembled and installed the cabinets with only minor help with the uppers, and I'm a 54 year old woman. I would highly recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings, as their customer service and products are outstanding.

We purchased Villa Cherry cabinets at KCK to replace our contractor grade cabinets. There was some damage in shipping that KCK quickly resolved and the assembly of the cabinets largely went without a hitch except for one thing. We bought the soft close hardwood drawer box upgrade. Unfortunately this required detaching the drawer faces from the stock drawer boxes and there were no witness marks, templates or instructions for installing the drawer faces to the upgraded boxes. I ended up building my own jig to install them which was pretty time consumptive after all was said and done but we couldn't be much happier with the results. The lack of instructions was not really KCK's fault either. We ended up speaking with the importer who gave us the wrong dimensions for installing the drawer faces before just completely working around them. The product itself is great, instructions and manufacturer/importer support - not so much. I would still by them again because we think they look great and at the price, the quality is excellent.

I was thoroughly impressed at the quality and price of my new kitchen cabinets. I only needed the cabinet drawers and doors, but it was much cheaper to purchase the RTA cabinets and use what I needed instead of having a local company resurface them. I ordered the RTA Pearl Cabinets, delivery was within two weeks and was free. The website was easy to use provided you knew the measurements of what you needed. I would absolutely use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again, and I have already recommended them to friends.

We ordered the Savannah full height bathroom vanity sink base cabinet (2), the Savannah full height bathroom vanity drawer base cabinet (2) and the Savannah bathroom drawer. The only thing we were disappointed in was the color of the cabinetry. We felt that the pictures we had seen online were not very indicative of the products we received in that the "glaze" looked a little more like someone used a marker rather than a paintbrush to fill in the darker color around the edges. My first experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings was with my first house. We redid the kitchen with their Ice White Shaker cabinets. It was super easy and they were super flexible. Now - I have a new home and the kitchen wasn't what I wanted so I knew where to go. This time instead of doing the install myself I hired my contractor to take care of it for me before I moved into the house. We laid out the plan and I purchased the beautiful Pearl cabinets for this home. The website was easy to browse and when I needed help I used the chat feature to chat up the helpful customer service agents. I wanted to use an apron sink and install a double oven. They gave me all the info I needed to get that handled. Once we placed the order we got our cabinets in what felt like light speed. seriously, I wasn't expecting to get a call from the freight company so fast! I had all the ASSEMBLED cabinets delivered to my house. Some of the cabinets arrived with some wear from their journey but Kitchen Cabinet Kings fixed all the issues without fail. Their customer service is great! Now - to anyone on the fence there are some things you need to know. The big box stores aren't quoting you equal cabinets, not at all. They are quoting you cabinets made from particle board and MDF as STRUCTURAL parts. Kitchen Cabinet Kings is going to send you cabinets made from furniture grade plywood with quality hinges and drawer slides. To get cabinets of the same caliber from a box store you'll have to ASK them to do it, and they are going to upcharge you for it. Once it was all said and done the box stores were going to charge me TWICE what it was going to cost going through Kitchen Cabinet Kings. Let me explain this better - I got new cabinets installed with a new tile back-splash and new appliances for what it would have cost just to get new cabinets installed by the box store. Seriously - a whole new kitchen fit inside the quote for just cabinets from a box store....insane! These cabinets use insanely high quality wood, slides, and hinges. If you go to a woodworking store and try to buy these drawer slides you'd pay 70 dollars a pop. They are so awesome! My contractor is really impressed with Kitchen Cabinet Kings, too. He said the quality, finish, and flexibility of the staff was so much easier than working with his wholesaler that is local! Bravo Kitchen Cabinet Kings!
