After all the chatting with you and various other RTA cabinet web sights, I thought that this was a good choice to go ahead and buy the New Yorker cabinets from you. They arrived promptly and was satisfied with my choice. The boxes said Forevermark Cabinetry, The New Yorker. However the one question I never asked was, where they were made? The box clearly says Made In China, which disappointed me a bit. The plywood cabinet box that you get isn't no where near the grade of plywood you would have gotten from a cabinet made in USA. Just use some wood glue to assemble with and you will be ok. Doug

One of my neighbor have purchased the kitchen cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. We have looked at their finished project and heard good comment from both the owner and the contractor. That's why we would like to order from Kitchen Cabinet Kings, but we are concerned that this is an online order, what if something not good shipped to us. So we shopped around and compared to the local vendor too. Finally we did order from Kitchen Cabinet Kings, and we are happy that we made the right choice. Their products are better than the local vendors, their customer service is quick and helpful! Thank you very much, Jessica. I love the quality of the cabinets. I tried ordering from cabinetstogo.com first, but the cabinets I wanted were on back order for 4 - 6 weeks. KCK was able to deliver in the 7 - 10 days that they promised. I ordered 2 different styles for my duplex. Coastal cream was right one the color, but the Makintosh cabinets are a lot more of a dark golden tone than in the pictures. Be aware that the delivery is curb and I recommend having help unloading the cabinets. There were no screws or fasteners to put the cabinets together, but that was no big deal. Overall very pleased and would recommend to anyone who is a DIY'er.

All the cabinets went together very easy and they look great. Great quality for the price. A couple of the boxed had damage from the warehouse. Looked like a forklift fork went right threw the boxes but lucky it had only cause minor damage and was on parts of the cabinets that are not seen. That would be my only suggestion to Kitchen Cabinet Kings is to make sure your warehouse workers be a little more cautious when loading the inventory. Overall we are very pleased with the results of the cabinets and have recommend them to my parents who are also remodeling so I hope they are just as satisfied. Also the videos on how to put the cabinets together really helped get us started since the paper directions are standard.

Cabinets have a very nice look and feel to them. Appear to be decent quality. From that perspective I would buy from KCK again in the future.

From a ready to assemble perspective for the most part they are fairly easy - although the instructions are about the poorest quality I've encountered in RTA type products - virtually useless. Instructions for drawer assembly, particularly how to assemble the drawer stops were completely missing. Only later after I spent much time trying to figure out 'how to' did I stumble upon website videos. Would have been nice to have KCK mention the presence of that help in some communique - like their confirming order email. From an instructions perspective KCK falls well below average.

Lastly, a question and resulting callback promise from customer service went unanswered until I in fact called customer service a week later to inquire. The answer to my question was of no value. Kind of left to fend for myself. From this perspective, KCK again fell well below average. Impression one gets is that you made the sale and now the buyer is one their own.

If a friend or relative asked for my recommendation I would advise that we love the cabinets, to view all of the website videos before buying and avoid ordering any 'extra' add on products as they do not easily lend themselves to assembly.

I ordered 23 cabinets for kitchen I layout myself. I never heard of KCK before. Was unsure if I wanted to place order. After getting price from big box store my mind was made up. I would take chance seeing cost was 2/3 less. Order arrived and was very surprise how well order was packed and organized. Next project was to put cabinet together everything I ordered was in boxes. Cabinet are very easy to put together just takes a little time you will save a lot. Quality of cabinet you cannot do better all plywood no cheap pressed wood like big box store unless you pay extra.

Very satisfied with quality of cabinets. After putting the first couple together the rest was easier. The video library on Kitchen Cabinet Kings web site helped me with installation as the instructions that came with the cabinets were not very helpful for me. On receipt, I was a surprised and disappointed seeing the cabinets were made in China. I was re-leaved after putting them together to see the quality and looks are excellent. I saved a lot putting them together myself. You will need experience with do it yourself projects or have someone who has that can help. Very impressed with quality and looks of cabinet doors and drawers. Also, very impressed with the drawers soft close hardware which allow the drawer to extend all the way out, not just 3/4 way out.

Great Experience. The ordering process was easy. Within a couple days of placing my order online, I received an email with a couple questions regarding my order, choice of doors, etc., some excellent suggestions were made/verified for which I am grateful. We purchased fully assembled kitchen cabinets, bath vanities and office cabinets in Brownstone and Siena Rope from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. I worked exclusively with Jessica, whom was very helpful and very knowledgeable. We were very impressed with first kitchen design and that made decision for us to go with KCK. We were recommended by a friend who had purchased from KCK and now with our experience we would definitely recommend to our friends. At first I was hesitant about buying cabinets on-line, but reasonable prices made me do it.

My first contact with KCK was absolutely great. I sent them a video of my old kitchen and they in turn sent me a picture of the new kitchen and a very low estimate.

I ordered my RTA cabinets on a Friday and I was contacted by the Frieght Company that Wednesday and I had my cabinets the very next day. So, it really took less than five days to get them.

The RTA cabinets were very easy to assemble (about 5 minutes each) and the quality of the cabinets were GREAT!!!!

I would HIGHLY recommend buying cabinets from them!!!!

My order was delivered in 3 days which was amazing. All items were in excellent condition. The base cabinet drawer boxes and slides (soft close) were very nice. Having soft close on all the cabinet doors would have been a great add-on, but not one I was willing to pay extra for.

All in all, the experience was very good.

I worked exclusively with Jessica, whom was highly professional and very knowledgeable throughout the process. KCK did the designs for our kitchen and our contractor installed the cabinets and island. We are very happy with the quality of these cabinets and would highly recommend KCK (we actually already have to several of our friends). Jessica was an absolute joy to work with throughout this entire process. My contractor was also highly impressed with the quality of their cabinets.

I have a very small kitchen so I used Kitchen Cabinet Kings design service to maximize our space. They provided several design options, and we were able to come up with a fantastic design. The cabinets came within 7 days, and all arrived in good shape. My father in law helped me put them in and he's got 20 years of contracting experience and was impressed with the quality. I would use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again for future remodels.

Ordering was great, and delivery quick and went smoothly. However, had one piece that was damaged. Noted it on the shipping invoice and reported it to KCK immediately. Received a call asking for a photo of the damage. Sent the photo in, never heard back. Sent 2nd email and still no response. Luckily the damage was minor, or we would be very upset. We plan to do an entire kitchen. Not sure if we will us KCK because of the lack of follow up.

To whom it may concern. We truly enjoyed the online process and the ease ordering was perfect for this project. The speed of delivery was simply outstanding and follow-up was perfect. The only reason we are providing you with a less then perfect score is that the color of the Cabinets as represented by the website was much darker than the cabinets that arrived. Most of the Website pictures were spot on with the color we wanted. There is no need to take any action we just felt you needed to hear are feedback.

Cabinets come with variety of screws and you may or may not use them all. I thought the cabinet quality was pretty good for the price. I wouldn't recommend using their free design service, as we had lots of problems with that aspect. We sent in all of our appliance information to have the microwave not fit the cabinet by over 12 inches. We had to reorder several cabinets when they placed an upper cabinet over a window. Do your own design work.

Cabinets look absolutely beautiful. Although if you get frameless cabinets don't forget to get toe kick (included in other cabinets) because it is not included and don't bother buying crown moulding to go at the top of the cabinets. ( no where to mount it) other than that I was very pleased with the cabinets. Very sturdy, beautiful, and worth the money!! Getting the cabinets off the truck was a pain due to the 6 foot pallet with 1200 pounds worth of cabinets piled on it was lodged at the back of the truck but kck had nothing to do with that. Once cabinets were installed I noticed I had room for 1 more. I contacted by email and was able to order another with a good shipping rate with no issues. I have recommended to friends.

The cabinets were delivered on time and without damages. The quality of the materials is what I expected. I'm very pleased with cabinets overall.

The installation instructions, though, are atrocious. Basic pictures with no parts list and no written directions are insufficient. I had to use youtube to find appropriate installation videos, particularly on the more involved cabinets (lazy susans) and drawers.

Our mountain home, which is a 1968 trailer needed a complete renovation, including a new kitchen. Since budget was a factor, we bought ready to assemble cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. This was the right decision! They turned out beautifully! We actually gutted the whole kitchen area, cut out the original metal ceiling and raised it then reinforced the side walls and mounted the cabinets. With cork flooring to keep the tootsies warm and a brightly colored glass back splash, the place looks awesome. Thank you so much Kitchen Cabinet Kings. We are starting a guest house and will absolutely get our cabinets from you! Wish I had a finished picture to post but that will come later.

Kitchen Cabinet Kings was referred to us by a neighbor who has used them on multiple occasions and now I will definitely suggest KCK to others taking on a renovation, as well. After getting several estimates from other cabinet companies, we decided to take on a little bit more of the legwork ourselves (doing our own measuring, ordering, being home when the shipment came, etc.) and it saved us THOUSANDS of dollars. I was a bit nervous doing this myself and emailed Andrew several times before placing my order. He was very helpful and always responded right away. Once the order was placed, it was shipped on schedule and I was able to track the shipment with the 3rd party trucking company. They were very nice, helpful and professional, as well.

We love the cabinets!! They exceeded our expectations, we ordered Pearl Cabinets. Only issue was with delivery business, we know this is in our fault, but you have to inspect each cabinet before the business leaves to prove cracks, chips, etc. Because we ordered so many cabinets it took us about 40 minutes to take off double surrounding boxes anf bubbles. This is great btw that they are protected well. But thr delivery business was in a hurdy and after waiting 15 mins we let them leave, of course about 30 minutes later we found 2 cabinet cracks. This again is our fault, but we are kivking ourselves because these cabinets are gorgeous and we should have made the delivery team wait. All in all, we highly recommend this business, they are courteous, helpful and sell high quality products. You will in no way be dissappointed, but please remember to MAKE the delivery team Wait while you nwrap each cabinet or they are yours:)

Hello, We had our Kitchen re-done last week. It took a little longer then what we expected. What would have only taken a week at the most took 6 weeks. Our cabinets were supposed to be here in 7-10 days we received them 5 weeks later. It wasn't Cabinet Kings fault. From what the customer service rep Louisa explained to us. She found out the cabinet maker was over loaded with orders and everything was on back order. We had ordered the Savannah cabinets. So we just waited. My new kitchen floor looked fabulous. And my kids lived off the BBQ grill and microwave. But once the cabinets were shipped we received an email. The following day the shipping company contacted us. A delivery time was set, cabinets arrived unbroken and secure. My contractor "forgot" he was supposed to be at my house to help unload. I am a 5"7 135lb woman. I broke down 3 pallets 7 feet high by myself in my driveway. Took me an hour and a half. My husband got home from work and I had opened all the boxes and set each cabinet where they were to go in the kitchen. My contractor had my cabinets up the next day with no issues. My granite people arrived the next day and did the template had no issues putting the top on the cabinets. The cabinets look gorgeous and are high end solid wood quality. The exact same cabinets that are custom ordered through Home Depot we were quoted $15,000. We only paid $4300 for everything. We added cabinets to different areas in our kitchen. we added a side island/desk area. I call it a coffee and wine bar. We added cabinets to another wall making it a kitchen entertainment desk center. My kitchen looks bigger. My granite guys asked me where I got my cabinets they said they were gorgeous and had not seen beautiful cabinets like this. We went from orange formica countertops and orange walled backsplash to a gorgeous kitchen that everyone is asking us where we got it. I highly recommend Cabinet Kings for cabinets. But just be prepared that the cabinets can take a while to arrive. I believe it may vary depending on the popularity of the cabinet style. I have 1 small wall cabinet and 2 corbels on back order that are just now being shipped 3 weeks later. Just be prepared for a delay. I recommend ordering the cabinets 2-3 months before you do the construction because of this issue. So you have all the pieces you need to get your kitchen complete in one shot. My husband and I are finishing up and doing the backsplash this weekend. Andrea and Scott Grulke
