I needed one extra mullion (glass) door to resolve a damaged door issue Could not get online chat to help at all and referred to a person who was extremely hard to contact by phone and email replies took too long. I love the cabinets but the support and shipping is just plain bad and pricey

Just Ordered
I'm very excited to have ordered my cabinets at a price I can afford. It's hard to rate anything from just pushing a button, but I am giving the company a "sight unseen" very good rating. At the moment, I'm very satisfied with the ease of the website and customer service for a couple of questions I had. I'll let you know more in two weeks.

Quick and Easy Ordering
This is just the ordering process. It's very easy to find cabinets you're looking for, and the order process is just as easy: either use the order form or order as you go. The people on zendesk chat are very helpful. They answered all my questions (and since I've never done this before, there were a lot). Payment was very easy and you're given many methods of payment to choose from; very efficient.
My Kitchen Guy and Kitchen Kings
The Cabinets are great quality. I had my cabinet guy who built us a custom-built office cabinet help with the kitchen cabinet install. He said the cabinets from Kitchen Kings were built strong and the hardware was excellent.
I think a touch up kit should come with a cabinet order when you are spending over $4000 in material. $29.95 for it afterwards and especially $15 shipping for a touch up pen is pretty ridiculous.

Terrible Service
Cabinets were not the quality as expected, then the designer did not calculate the space for the cabinets appropriately. I called to ask about fillers and the person did not have time for me and misinformed me about what I was sent and the cost to buy fillers. I had to order additional fillers plus pay $30 shipping. That's outrageous!!!!!!!
Adding sliders for a closet
Great company to work with. Just added cabinet sliding drawers to be installed in a closet pantry. They are very high quality.

Cabinets arrived with no damage. and went together very easy. the only negative was that we did not request the lift gate and the boxes are heavy
I purchased a pint of stain and 53.00 is way to much. then on top of that they charged 15.00 to ship it.
Easiest Ordering On the Web
The ordering process is super smooth, the guys behind the scenes love to take care of the customer. As a contractor I called up and got a discount code and I have yet to find anyone to beat their pricing.
Everything was great except I ordered too early and was stuck with over $300 of unopened wood crown molding...The return time is too short... things happen when you are renovating a house. I really wish I could have returned it as it has caused a lot of stress

This has been a great experience. From Rebecca my personal designer tot he guy who help me plod his truck to the re-order of just a couple of extra pieces.
You guys and girls rock and these cabinets are better quality than many of the homes I sell in million dollar neighborhoods. I'm a realtor/broker and I know the difference.

Not as expected
Some of the trim pieces I Irdered were not as expected. When I called customer service I was told it was too late to return. I explained that one of the items was backordered and so installer did not come quickly enough to realize there was an error to meet the very short return window of 2 weeks. Then to order parts that would work was another $60 shipping fee.

RTA cabinets may not be the way to go if you want quality and service in your project time frame
RTA order damaged, replacement parts had flaws in quality. Worst part is that the sub-assemblies that were damaged originally were only replaced with the damaged component. had to take individual pictures, identify each part, and submit to Kitchen Cabinet kings. So, I paid for sub-assemblies, but now since they were damaged I have to disassemble the damaged assemblies and re-construct all of the attachment brackets and remount the pre-hung doors....and no pre-drillled holes to locate anything!
I am trying to return the whole batch and stick with my local cabinet sources...its worth the cost for quality and service on your project to stay local for the cabinets!!

Incredibly user friendly website
I tried another online site to order kitchen cabinets and Kitchen Cabinet Kings is so user friendly! I had also gone into Lowe's to have my kitchen estimated and Kitchen Cabinet Kings are half of what I was quoted at Lowe's! Customer reviews were very important to me and the other site I used had (18) 1,2 and 3 star ratings and only (2) 4 or 5 star ratings. When reading your reviews vs the other site, there was no doubt I was going to use KCK!

Need more detailed information about cabinets on your site. I asked for side height for drawers, but, could not find it from anyone. I asked about hardware details (drawer runners and hinges), could not find it. Also having reverse search for cabinet style/features would be very helpful. I would prefer wood frame with MDF panel white shaker style, but could not find it. Placed an order yesterday, Overall the reason I chose Kitchen Cabinet Kings was availability. I was told I would receive RTA cabinets within two weeks.
I rated highly because of service. I ordered the wrong configuration yesterday and was able to cancel and reorder correct configuration today.

Actually it was quite easy for us to find what we wanted. Recommended by our General Contractor and it is all wood which is what we wanted.

Good product, not very good quality inspection before shipping.
Had to order touch up kit which seems a little pricey, plus 15.00 for shipping which is ridiculous. Bought 20 RTA cabinets, Thompson White Shakers. Overall nice product. Some workmanship issues from the factory. A few cabinet doors had scratches in the wood before they were painted/ finished. Should have been caught before packaged and shipped, hence having to buy kit and repair myself.
Awesome service and Products
I had bought RTA cabinets before and was impressed with the ease of assembly, however Kitchen Cabinet Kings RTA line was even easier. This is my second Kitchen remodel and I will return to Kitchen Cabinet Kings for my next.

When i called the 800 number the phone was answered-"Hello". I wasn't sure if i dialed a wrong number and the call taker wasn't very helpful, answering in one word answers and seemed totally disinterested that I am about to purchase 5k in cabinets. The only reason I ordered them at that point was because a friend of mine recommended KCK's. I hope he is right!

First Order Giggles
Your website is very easy to use! Ordered sample door for customer prior to the order which was helpful. Lets hope all goes as ordered.
The finished project looks great and is virtually identical to the renderings they provided during the design process, which was fun and easy. However, they made a mistake and refused to accept responsibility until presented with a voice recording corroborating their error. From that point on, I was treated like a criminal. They have a customer service department without any integrity. They failed to follow up on calls and emails, made and retracted promises, and then some of my order arrived damaged. Again, I had to make multiple calls and send multiple emails just to get a resolution. One employee would contradict another, and back and forth. A maddening experience. With so many similar vendors, I recommend choosing someone else. Just google for options. There are plenty. I regret hiring Kitchen Cabinet Kings. It all traces back to an error they made.

Our friend recommended Kitchen Cabinet King to us and we couldn't have been more pleased with the result of our project. The cabinets arrived in perfect condition and (according to our installer) were easily assembled and installed. Anna, our KCK representative, was very helpful in assisting us in choosing the right color and was always quick to answer any of my questions. Overall I would recommend KCK to others!
Full Kitchen Reno on a Tight Budget
My husband and I recently purchased our second home, our first fixer upper. We our young and our budget was tight but thankfully I come from a long line of general contractors. I called my dad and asked him where I should buy cabinets. While he looked, we got a quote from a local custom cabinet company run by a friend's family. Our quote came in at $26,000. I was speechless as that was more than our entire renovation budget. A few days later, my dad sent me a link to the Kitchen Cabinet Kings website. I quickly added "approximately" the cabinets we would need to complete the same design we had come up with with the custom company. My total was $5,000. SOLD. We chose the Thompson White cabinets and, 6 months later, I couldn't be happier. They are sturdy, real wood, easy to clean, and soft close which is great for our mischievous 1 year old. I've never bought cabinets before and I was honestly really stressed out about the idea of being in charge of ordering everything. I measured our space at least 50 times and carefully chose which cabinets would fit best and be most functional. The whole time I was choosing I was able to live chat with customer service who made it easy for me to find exactly what I needed and help me find dimensions I couldn't. She made the experience very simple and I felt confident when I placed my order. We were working in a huge time crunch because having no kitchen for over a month for a family of four was starting to wear on us so I was delighted when our shipment arrived in less than a week. My husband and his friend had all of our cabinets assembled in about 5 hours. They were ready to go as soon as we finished laying the tile. It took my husband and our friend 2 days to hang the cabinets but that was working around 5 children under 4 and for maybe 4 or 5 hours at a time. It looked very easy and they didn't seem to complain much. We chose to follow a custom design which included setting back our sink cabinet so my husband ended up making custom pieces to fit in the angled gaps, it took him a few minutes to cut and then a couple days to paint. They look seamless. I'm sure we could have ordered the filler pieces but it was quicker for us to just make them ourselves. I have several friends who are either buying new homes or thinking of remodeling their current kitchen and I recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings to all of them. You can't beat the price and quality, I think it would have cost just as much for the crappy MDF cabinets at Lowe's or Home Depot. Our master bathroom is on the to-do list and I already have our cabinets picked out!
I have only ordered a sample which I feel is overpriced as I might need four or five samples to decide. You should provide a smaller sample for less money.
So far so good but need to receive cabinets to better say.
Samples and Ordering
We ordered several samples to try to decided what would look best. They all came very well packaged. I have now ordered our cabinets and if I did it correctly, it was very easy to do.
I was trying to purchase 4 doors but only three made it into the cart and I didn't know how to go back and fix it. I was also wondering how long it will take for the samples to ship and arrive. Thank you.
