Decent cabinets
For the most part, I am happy with our new cabinets. Very happy with the price. We were able to get cabinets and vanities for our newly built home. I purchased the cabinets already assembled. Some arrived with damage. We didn't file a claim, as we were under time restraints and we were able to make repairs so they worked out. The slow and soft close hardware is nice. My bathroom cabinets came with the standard hardware and I don't like them. I will definitely be replacing the slides. The overall quality of the cabinets is pretty good. I'd say they are a good mid-range cabinet. Not as good as custom cabinetry, but definitely a decent cabinet. The customer service was very helpful with my design and layout. They helped me prepare my order and make any changes that came up.

Great service and communication
STOP WASTING TIME THIS IS THE BEST
I went to 2 local national home stores and shopped for cabinets. I about died when I saw the price tag ($8234). I went on line and found KCK and my dream has become a reality. My contractor looked over the cabinets and they are quality, standard soft close, plywood construction. Best yet I added an additional 4 cabinets and a wall shelf and my total price was just over $4100. YES THEY DID WHAT THE AD SAYS, SAVED ME MORE THAN 50%.

We chose white shaker cabinets. Got a great deal. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Cabinets are great quality. Fast free shipping. One door and some molding came damaged due to the shipper.. replacements were sent right away. The staff always responded promptly to any questions we had. Will definitely recommend. And definitely use again.

Ordered white shaker cabinets for small cottage kitchen redo on a budget. Customer service excellent, responded to my need for specific delivery date. Quality of cabinets very good. Great cabinets, good price poor service
Cabinets are easy to assemble good quality. Great value. The only problem is with customer service. Called three times, used the "chat now" and never got a call back (as their chat guy said they would). Great cabinets for the price, just hope you have no issues needing addressed by customer service.

This is the third time I have used Kitchen Cabinet Kings and once again they did not dissapoint. I used the Ice White shaker this time and again it was a breeze to navigate the website and order everything I needed. The cabinets were delivered within 2 weeks and they even corrected an error I made in the order and saved me a bunch of money. I had one issue with a cracked cabinet frame and it was replaced within a week I would highly reccommended this website, their prices are unmatched and the customer service is amazing. I look forward to my next kitchen job with them.

We have ordered quite a few kitchens from this company in the past 3 years. We are based in Florida and remodel foreclosed houses. The quality of their cabinets is superb and is matched by their customer service. Sometimes we are in a hurry and cannot wait for delivery so we order locally and each time we are disappointed. Locally we suffer everything from parts missing, bad customer service, buck passing and numerous trips back to make it right. Kitchen cabinet kings get it right first time every time. We have now learned to order our kitchens a little earlier from these guys rather than be forced to shop locally and risk being let down yet again. We have had espresso, cherry glaze and also the shaker cabinets. Great built quality and we would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

The customer service has been exceptional, Rebecca was absolutely amazing helping me design my kitchen. It's stops there....But the rest turns into a nightmare. It literally took forever and a day for the cabinets to arrive. I understand the weather didn't help the situation. But I had a lot of damaged cabinets...cracked doors, damaged Farm Sink base.. everything was wrapped in bubble wrapped accordingly. But damage was evident from the exterior..... I think this company should revisit their shipper or quality control prior to shippment!!!. One package never even made it here it is lost!!. After I was told that it was found and would arrive shortly.. almost two weeks later we discovered that was not the case... so yet again another claim trying to replace the missing items. A week later I asked have they shipped and again I told there was a breakdown in communication and it has not shipped. It is beyond frustrating as I took a leap of faith in ordering these cabinets online. Lessons Learned. The cabinets are very beautiful. But please learn from my experience. I had contractors lined up with a week's leeway. Everybody's timeframe has been compromised. Lesson learned again...make sure all your cabinets arrived in good shape and all your pieces that need to be replaced have arrived prior to scheduling your contractor....unless of course your doing it your self... But my kitchen was gutted and ready to go... On that note I had to pay a contractor $50 an hour to replace all the damaged items. That is not covered in their contract. When we were able to move forward with the install, one bank of cabinets could not be installed due to damage...Would I order again... absolutely not...... I lost money not buying local...i saved for this kitchen for a long time...paying cash for everything ...thats why I ordered online... I lost in the end....time and money....feeling frustrated..

The cabinet selection and size was straight forward. Navigating and editing of my cart was also easy. Pre-assembly instructions were clear and I'm looking forward to getting that job started.
We are very pleased with our cabinets. We bought Gramercy White ready to assemble cabinets. They arrived quickly and were in perfect condition. These are very sturdy, high quality cabinets that look nice and are a great value. Cutting the gap fillers was tricky on the base cabinets but we got it done. Ordering online was easy. Great customer service and communication from KCK. Assembly was easy with the instructions online. This was perfect for what we were looking for because it was going to cost $2000+ to get this from a home improvement store or custom cabinet manufacturer. The cost including shipping was half of what we would have paid elsewhere. I would highly recommend this company.

My husband and I did our own kitchen 2 years ago but we used a designer and ordered expensive custom cabinets. This time was the first time I designed and ordered kitchen cabinets myself for my parents condo. The price was 1/4 of the cost of custom cabinets!
We ordered the already assembled Brownstone cabinets. Customer service was excellent throughout the process. Ordering the cabinets was stress free because the website was very easy to navigate and because Brownstone has a lot of sizes and accessories from which to choose.
Delivery was exactly as predicted. Everything came carefully wrapped and nothing was missing or damaged from our extensive order! I recommend getting the touch up kit because the finish did get scratched easily when we installed everything.
Over all we would highly recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings to anyone looking for a quality great looking kitchen at an affordable cost! My parents are thrilled too.

I have used Kitchen Cabinet Kings on multiple purchases. Their ability to design a kitchen from a floor plan is great, and done in a timely fashion. When ordering, it seems I always get the cabinets before the deadline they've quoted. We do the RTA Kitchen Cabinets and rarely have any scratches or damages upon arrival.

Normally we design kitchens for the houses we renovate but this one was for our own home we were building. I’ve been very happy with the warm white of the Shaker Antique White so we picked that as our cabinet choice. Quality has been good.
We wanted to use some glass doors and I found some on the website that were perfect. A local glass company put glass in them for us.
Anna worked with me to design this to our plan and budget and did a great job. KCK did not have the hood we wanted in the Shaker AW so we ordered our own hood and Anna supplied the exact Sherwin Williams paint details for our painter to match up the paint for the hood and cornice. She did a great job - also coming up with a cabinet solution for the drawer microwave.
The cabinets were delivered in about 2 weeks, and assembled by my husband - who is an old hand at this by now - and later installed by our contractor who also finished off the island.
We are thrilled with this kitchen. The space around the island easily allows for more than one cook to use the kitchen which is exactly what we wanted. The cost of the cabinets are so reasonable compared to other suppliers and the quality of the drawers and doors exceeds many suppliers that charge more.
We will definitely use KCK again for our next project and one of our friends has bought cabinets from them for her holiday home because she loved our kitchen.
We had one cabinet door in the whole delivery that had a small paint smudge - obviously a factory issue - I reported this to customer service and they replaced it within a week. Great job. Very happy!

I ordered my cabinets in early December 2018, and received them right after the holidays. The order was processed accurately, and save for a couple of small chips that could be touched up with the paint I purchased, they were damage free. The cabinets I ordered were already assembled.
I designed the kitchen myself, and had an island that was a different style than the rest of the kitchen - someone from the KCK staff emailed me immediately to check whether that was a mistake, which I thought showed a lot of attention to detail.
Drawers are of a great quality. The upper cabinets don't seem quite as high, but then again, for a kitchen that is 12' x 6' I only paid a bit more than 6k including molding and toe kick. All of the hardware was installed square and I like the soft closing hinges.
The nicest thing about ordering from this company is receiving a card that said they planted a tree in their forest in honor of the order. It's important to me that companies have corporate responsibility, so the fact that they did this (if, in fact, true), is icing on the cake.
I don't plan on being in my house for longer than 3-4 years, but I think these will hold up well beyond that. I'd recommend them for an economical kitchen remodel.

Cabinets were delivered quickly and without damage. Easy to assemble and of high quality that you won't see at big box stores. Love the hinges and slides, only disappointment is the trash bin didn't have the auto close slides.

had purchased 2800.00 cabinet order I had to purchase two more cabinets and realize your shipping rates on two small 15 inch wide cabinets is way overinflated. This is my second kitchen that I am installing for customers using your company. I think this will be the last one as well, The shipping rates are a total rip off

Ordered Graystone and Shaker white, great quality and fast delivery. Highly recommend the product because they put the big box cabinets to shame. No particleboard and no odor. Hinges and slides are high end. Will be buying more for hallway storage area.
We ordered light grey shaker cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. They look amazing, are very well built and the ordering process was very easy. They arrived in time but some of the fillers got scratched in transit They replaced the pieces in timely manner. Also had an issue with a cabinet door not getting screwed in right as the holes were stripped but they replaced the door also without any headaches.
Overall we are extremely happy with Kitchen Cabinet Kings and we will definitely order from them again. This was our third time ordering from them
Ordered kitchen cabinets for 2 homes. The 30" Mercey Grey cabinets came . One was damaged and they sent replaced front frame and door. very easy to replace. However, the cabinet doors were not all lever or same height, but we are selling this house and they were not too bad.
Next house is our own. 42" cabinets, again, mercy grey. all doors etc were straight and very nice. I ordered last year from J.C. cabinets for our other home and we were very happy with them. Hopefully, I will not need cabinets again.

Kitchen Cabinet Kings are the best! We love the cabinets we bought. Just gorgeous!.
We started our cabinet search with estimates from local companies. We were surprised by the high costs for delivery, install, and "normal" quality.
Kitchen Cabinet Kings matched the quality with at half the price. The cabinets are solid enough, look good even up close, and have the heavy soft close hinges that you'd expect to pay twice as much for. We have two other rental units to refinish, and I won't hesitate to order from KCK again.
In terms of assembly, the instructions were mediocre, but if you're handy, the assembly just makes logical sense. I'd recommend adding a little wood glue inside the joints to assure your cabinets last as long as possible.
Overall, you'll have to do more work in design, assembly, and installation through Cabinet Kings. I personally spent about 3 days on the project, and I saved $3000 compared to my local cabinet contractor.

I was truly pleased with the entire process of ordering my cabinets. This was my first time doing this and found the website extremely user friendly, I had to call in several times and received great customer service. The cabinets arrived on schedule in prefect condition! The quality of the cabinets are extremely fine with dove tailed joints and fine finishes. I painted them and they look fabulous. They were easy to install and work perfect. I would highly recommend using Kitchen Cabinet Kings.

Extremely satisfied customer here! We ordered Thompson White and we are thoroughly impressed with the high quality. Cabinets are NOT particle board! They are wood and plywood construction. One issue we have is with the cabinet doors on this particular style. When two cabinets are mounted side-by-side, if the doors open with backs going towards each other, the trims on the hinge side bump together before doors fully open and could cause damage. Maybe a spacer could be installed between cabinets for anyone that chooses the Thompson White. We are still thinking about a possible solution for this now that ours are already hung. Not a big deal though and the cabinets look beautiful! The website is user friendly and customer service is excellent. Would definitely come back for any future cabinet needs.

The website was very easy to navigate and delivery was easy to set up. My cabinets arrived in just a few days. I assembled the cabinets in no time and they look great.
Beautiful, good price. One bad cabinette, still have to deal with that so not sure how customer service will help us. Had to change my order to get the free shipping. Was going to have a different style/ color island, but that was made by a different manufacturer, so didn't achieve the minimum order cost to qualify for free shipping.

Hi, this is Reub from California. We ordered the gramercy white ready to assemble cabinets. I think it was worth saving a few hundred dollars instead of having them preassembled. By far the hardest one to assemble was the lazy susan. My only complaint is that there isn't very clear instructions with some of the parts and I cannot read Chinese! I would definitely recommend these cabinets. We are very happy with them and were a considerable bargain compared to most we had checked. Thanks so much!

Cabinet quality is A+ especially considering the price! We were looking for something that wouldn’t break the bank but also that wouldn’t fall apart in a few years and I think these fit the bill. They’re also beautiful! Very happy with our purchase. Took one star off because delivery experience was less than optimal and even though that’s the third party freight companies fault - kitchen cabinet Kings needs to take responsibility. The delivery guy left them in the parking lot of our condo complex, in the misting rain - didn’t help me at all with taking them inside.

I received my Shaker town cabinets in excellent condition and when expected. They were well packaged, so not to get damaged in Transit. Customer service was very good. They answered my shipping questions and gave me an accurate delivery time. I would definitely shop for cabinets here in the future if I need them. The price is also very good if you get in on a sale. Good customer service and a good product for the price. And their leadtime can't be beat as far as production and delivery. As an investor, I've ordered from several cabinet companies but keep coming back to Kitchen Cabinet Kings for their ease of ordering, value and good customer service. Replacements and missing items are shipped quickly, which isn't always the case with other companies.

Way too easy to design & select cabinets for my man cave
We are finishing an area of the basement for man cave, and needed a set of cabinets for a wetbar. We were doing this project ourselves, and needed an easy way to size and select the cabinets we needed to order. The site was very easy to use, and everything we were looking for was available. Will let you know how well the cabinets look once we get them installed.
