Second kitchen using Kitchen Cabinet Kings
I was very happy with the price to quality ratio. Completed one kitchen about 18 months ago. I shopped around and could not find a better price with plywood (vs particle or wafer board) boxes and wood door frames. I would buy again.
The website is good but can't wait to see the cabinets.

AFFORDABLE, BEAUTIFUL AND DO-ABLE!!
Hi everyone - my hubby and I are pretty experienced DIYers and knew RTA cabinets would be our choice. Shopped a number of sites and decided KKK offered the best quality at the best price. We are not disappointed! The directions provided leave a LOT to be desired, but the product itself is beautiful and actually easy to assemble and install. We'll be back to buy the lower cabinets before too long.
Other RTA stores offer refunds for returning door samples.
Missed talking with Dana DiSanto but I was able to muddle through the automated service.

Great Selection - Great Price
I loved the selection, we went with the shaker gray. I purchased online on the weekend and they have no one available to help. Don't bother with the live chat (at least on the weekend), Its all scripted answers from people not knowledgeable about the product.
So far so good but I am concerned about the delivery of such a large order.

I have ordered from KitchenCabinetKings.com in the past and was extremely impressed with the high quality of the cabinets, especially considering the amazing price! When I went to order again (I am a building contractor), I emailed customer service with a couple of very questions. Amazingly, the company rep called the manufacturer and emailed me with the information within an hour or so of my original inquiry!! Thank you to Kitchen Cabinet Kings employees Luisa Randazzo and Jessica DiSanto for such personal, attentive service! Both were incredibly helpful and responsive!

Much faster than most other places quoted. Quality was very good. Finish is excellent. No freight damage. Everything arrived as ordered. Great 1st experience. Will use again.

Damaged cabinets! Worst customer service! Cabinets were delivered in horrible condition, many boxes were damaged and retaped (looks like returns from other customers) and some missing parts! We took pictures inside delivery truck and called customer service ASAP. They asked us to accept all cabinets, assure us they will accept return or replace them if damaged. After we opened all boxes, we found out that oven cabinet (paid over $1,000) was completely broken with defects on face panel (see pictures). One cabinet came with no hardware. Another cabinet has doors with defects. Other couple of cabinets came with bended side panels and some minor damages we fixed. We sent an e-mail asking to replace damaged cabinets and they told us they can replace just damaged parts. They sent us face, side and back panel for oven cabinet, hardware and cabinet doors, but face panel came with more defects. After multiple calls and e-mails they sent us 3rd face panel that came with defect as well. Unfortunately we lost time and could not return oven cabinet anymore! We kept calling for replacement again. They sent us 4th face panel that came with visible defects as well. Unfortunately we been delaying on our project, so we needed cabinets to be installed! We called couple of local companies to refinish face panel and got pricing we could not afford! We have to trash $1k cabinet and replace with another one. We called them again since we did not know any other supplier and we needed Thompson White one more cabinet. We asked reduce delivery cost and ship ground, but they never contact us back! We found another RTA online supplier who sales same cabinets (just with different name), but 30% cheaper than Kitchen Cabinets King! We could order one more cabinet and finally finished our kitchen! Since we are doing multiple kitchens per year we are extremely happy to get new supplier, but DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED we lost money with Kitchen Cabinet Kings!!! Dear Kitchen Cabinets Kings Customer service, if you want we can send you back full oven cabinet with 4 defective face panels we got from you!

Questions Left Unanswered
The design services were a true help. However, when I asked questions, they are left unanswered. I suggest after the first or second design build, the buyer be able to access to make changes such as appearance and balance of cabinets. Then the designer review and annotate potential issues. There can be more than a day between changes leaving the buyer frustrated in between.
Don't expect any help if you have an issue with these cabinets!
I purchased a large number of these cabinets for a kitchen and family room. Three of the cabinets arrived with defects - two were clearly damaged and patched together at the factory and one was damaged in transit. Kitchen Cabinet Kings gave me a hard time about replacing any of these, but finally, after much back and forth, agreed to do so. Although I purchased and paid extra for ASSEMBLED cabinets, they sent me one assembled and parts of the other two cabinets. I wanted to refuse delivery but was told that I would be charged a restocking fee if I did, and they would work with me later to make it right. After the delivery company left, I was told that it was their policy, as listed in their Ts&Cs to replace assembled cabinets with ready-to-assemble parts. This is not an ethical company to work with!
Confirm your order
I thought I ordered a sample but then was notified I still had items in my cart so that was good that they informed me. You can build different carts and that is tricky. To build an order then order a sample first was a little harder than I liked but did succeed.

You should really consider this company for kitchen cabinets.
ordering on line is a bit difficult. you need to improve the interaction between ordering and the cart. if changing the order you need to go all the way out to shopping and then back to cart. with so many things going on and to be clear on the order you really need to go back and forth to confirm that your order is correct.

Awesome Cabinets
Decided to go with this cabinet maker as they have their cabinets the same color inside out. Other cabinet manufacturers only stained the outside of the cabinets and left the insides sprayed with clear. Also pricing was a major factor.

Initially had issues getting my order to go through. That was a Paypal issue and Dana worked with me to resolve it. She was really awesome! That said, I should have taken the hint and not ordered from them.
The Coastal Cream cabinets are made in China. They look pretty, but really aren't the quality I expected. The cabinet boxes are a different color than the doors. In a straight run, it's not noticeable, but on the ends, it's really obvious. They also did not come with instructions for assembly for the spice cabinet or full instructions for the lazy Susan. Parts came in the packaging that was not shown or addressed anywhere in the assembly instructions that were provided and the markings for the lazy Susan placement was off by over 2 inches inside the cabinet. Great instructions for all the cabinets that were simple boxes, though...as if you'd need instruction for those. The pre drilled holes for the hinges and drawer glides do not line up on the cabinets, either. What should have been an easy put together and install is now going on two weeks, just for the assembly phase, and this is with two experienced carpenters doing the work.
My order arrived in one sealed/wrapped pallet and several large boxes. The day before arrival the shipper refused to deliver to my house, which resulted in us meeting them at a gas station at dusk. Thankfully I do own a truck, but had to wait until it was out of the shop to use it. Otherwise I'd have been loading cabinets into my car one cabinet and trip at a time. Had I done that, I might have noticed that my two 24" roll outs were missing from the order. While I did note the obvious box damage to the order on the bill of lading, it wasn't until the wrapped pallet was opened that we noticed the order did not contain the roll out trays. We also noticed, when unboxing the order, that several boxes contained a mixture of items from the order. I would have had to open each and every box, at the time of delivery, to determine if my order was complete and undamaged.
After the ordeal with Kitchen Cabinet Kings over the delivery, and Linda fiercely quoting their delivery agreement, trying to resolve this new issue would have been an exercise in futility. Oh, and to add icing to the cake, the insurance company for the trucking firm started calling after we had half the cabinets put together to come look at the damage. They need to see the damage to process the claim. Am I supposed to disassemble the cabinets for them? BTW - That's a rhetorical question.
I hope these cabinets last for more than 5 years, but I highly doubt it. Yes, I did receive a $100 credit for my trouble to pick up the order, but that does not negate the cost of the missing items or the over all frustration of dealing with this company. All I can say is never again...
First time cabinet shopper, very pleased
I've shopped around quite a bit for our basement bar cabinets and Kitchen Cabinet Kings was the most reasonably priced. We ordered 3 samples and selected our favorite. Great deal on President's weekend!
Man Cave Bar cabinets
We are building a bar in the man cave and didn't want to spend too much. Kitchen Cabinet Kings seemed to have what we need. Can't wait to get the cabinets and install so we can enjoy the man cave even more. Photos of the job will follow.

I ordered one 30x18x12 unassembled cabinet for $136..Great price...HOWEVER, it was $280 to ship it Fed-Ex ground. This is crazy, I ship heavy, custom items everyday in my business and I know this would have only been a fraction of this price. But, I needed this one last small cabinet so I had no choice.

The quality of design staff has gone down since the last kitchen I bought. I had a very challenging kitchen shape, but was unable to get the designer to work with me. Unfortunate. I hope I ordered everything I need (fillers, toe kick, etc) because she wouldn't answer emails after I wouldn't take her "advice".

Improve cart
would be nice to be able to switch between RTA and built cabs in cart. Instead of having to search for the RTA version and add to cart. Also it isn't clear if RTA is left or right hinge - I think you can do either side. But I think should explicity say so. Overall easy to use, so nice job!
Nervracking experience!
It was difficult to figure out what exactly I need to order. That was not the fault of KCK but because it was the first time that I ordered a kitchen online.
