Great customer service. They responded to questions very quickly and were very helpful. The cabinets are absolutely beautiful and we have had lots of compliments. Once we figured out how to put the cabinets together, it was pretty easy and fast. You have to use the videos and a little trial and error - the written directions are useless and the videos can get you started but some are outdated (one told us to cut part of the toe kicks off, which wasn't necessary - it wasn't a big deal because we covered the toe kicks with a continuous piece, but it was a waste of time).

I ordered Savannah kitchen cabinets from these guys and I love my new kitchen. Customer service was very helpful, I had them fix few mistakes on my order, the turnaround was rather fast. Delivery was not on time, but not due to the Kitchen Cabinet Kings fault.

The website was a little difficult to use. I wanted to print a list of the cabinets so we could double check our order with our specifications, but I had to copy and paste it to a Word document in order to do this.

Just Ordered
I'm very excited to have ordered my cabinets at a price I can afford. It's hard to rate anything from just pushing a button, but I am giving the company a "sight unseen" very good rating. At the moment, I'm very satisfied with the ease of the website and customer service for a couple of questions I had. I'll let you know more in two weeks.
We purchased the white shaker style cabinets and are very pleased with the quality and design. The cabinets are made from solid wood and have the feel of high end custom made cabinets. We purchased these cabinets for a retirement condo and were willing to give the "ready to assemble" cabinets a try because they were so affordable. Our 16 year old grandson helped us put them together. We had fun and the instructions are clear, therefore we had no problem. I did opt to have an installer hang the cabinets due to the weight of the pieces and the need for professional leveling. (the condo has unlevel floors) We have always had custom built cabinets but these cabinets are really worth the money. The automatic closing mechanisms on the doors are amazing. We ordered high end hardware which really gave the designer look and feel that we wanted.
I picked KCK after doing a decent amount of research. The color I initially picked ("Maple Spice") had the most amount of cabinet sizes available, and that was a crucial factor. This was my first experience with designing/installing a kitchen so I really had no idea what to expect. The PROS - VERY quickly delivery, my new cabinets were delivered in less than 2 weeks of my initial order (it maybe was even only 1 week!?). I'm very good at putting things together but I will say these cabinets were even easier than I expected to put together. I bought RTA cabinets, and I actually thought I was going to be drilling A LOT of holes and all of that but EVERYTHING is ready to go in terms of pre-drilled holes, you just put each piece together. Clear directions would help A LOT of people I think. I didn't really need them but I remember thinking if I had needed to consult them I would have been disappointed, and I think that would be a fairly EASY and wise decision to improve on the directions. The cabinet & drawer fronts are very nice, mine are maple, and I'm very happy with them! The CONS - I ordered matching moulding not thinking about if it would "fit" or not, as I had never installed moulding on cabinets before. I have soffits that would not allow for the moulding on the oven or pantry cabinets. I strongly feel there should be some info. about this!! The description of the moulding should include a line about making sure to check for the minimum amount of clearance needed because the upper pantry doors, for example, from the top of those doors to the soffit is less than 1/2"! There was no WAY that moulding was going to fit. KCK was nice enough to contact the manufacturer to ensure I could send the moulding back, which they authorized but it was a royal pain to ship them off, and not only did I have to pay to send them back but I was charged a 25% (I think?) restocking fee, which is RIDICULOUS. Something that I hadn't even THOUGHT of until I received my cabinets was what color the interiors would be, I always assumed cabinets were white on the inside. I don't know about all of them but the maple spice cabinets were ALSO the same shade of "maple" on the inside & I thought that looked extremely cheap & ugly!! Luckily when I painted my cabinets dark this sort of off-set the matchy-ness & looks better w/ dark on the outside, lighter inside. Another thing is that the base cabinets w/ drawers, the interior upper shelf does NOT extend the depth of the cabinet. If the depth (back to front) is 24", the upper shelf is approximately HALF of that, which is truly BIZARRE, not sure if this is common in China where these are maf'd but I've never seen this & I think a lot of people probably don't love. I don't want to complain too much more but I guess expecting high-end quality cabinets for $3K is being delusional. However, the real wood fronts and the nice detail/beveling/etc are definitely an upgrade from builder grade, in my opinion. My experience with that moulding & that hassle REALLY turned me off to ever recommending KCK to anybody, sorry. If KCK wanted to make their customers who just spent several thousand dollars happy, THEY should have paid for me to send the moulding back & ate the "restocking feel". Other than that I'm satisfied with my cabinets!

So happy with our new cabinets!! We have the Shaker town door style. Real wood, strong cabinets that went together easy. I wanted to have a larger sink base and they sent my new base right away and arranged Fed Ex to delivery it so we could get our counter tops measured. Thank you, Thank you . I a man disappointed in the quality of the RTA Ice White Shaker cabinets. The main issues are 1) no instructions for installing drawer runners 2) poor instructions for cabinet assembly, 3) many of the connectors did not align correctly, and one screw tore out as a result 4) weak materials on the sides and back, and 5) very poor finish. One of the doors was warped. One of the drawers had paint missing on a corner, one of the cabinets had wood split in one of the openings and the interior finish was a very thin laminate that cracked split and peeled when drilling plumbing holes. My job is time sensitive, otherwise I would have tried to return the cabinets.
The order process went smoothly. We ordered sample cabinets decided on the shaker gray. You have to pay up front for the samples, but they credit you when you place the order. The website was easy to navigate when we made the order. A couple of items were on back order but didn't effect the project timing. Cabinets assembled easily and installation went smooth. The cabinets look great. My only issue is the return process. You have to pay for and arrange the shipping. I sent the item back a month ago. Confirmed delivery and I'm still waiting on my credit.
So very happy with the kitchen cabinets we received. The quality of the cabinets are awesome. Shopping and selecting the cabinets online was very easy and when we had to make a change to the order after it was placed, there was no problem making the change. I stumbled onto this website while looking to replace a single cabinet in my kitchen as part of renovation. Kitchen cabinet kings had by far the best prices and the best customer service. A sales person contacted me after I placed my order to assist me with the products I chose. She could have just let me order what I wanted but instead she corrected my order so that I would receive the right items! And it would have been totally my fault! That saved me a lot of hassle in the long run!
Really pleased with my purchase. Was apprehensive at first, having never purchased kitchen cabinets on line. Considered purchasing at Home Depot, but the price vs. quality of the cabinets made it worth a shot. Glad i turned out. Quality of cabinetry (for the price) was really good and they look great. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

This is just the ordering process. It's very easy to find cabinets you're looking for, and the order process is just as easy: either use the order form or order as you go. The people on zendesk chat are very helpful. They answered all my questions (and since I've never done this before, there were a lot). Payment was very easy and you're given many methods of payment to choose from; very efficient.
My Kitchen Guy and Kitchen Kings
The Cabinets are great quality. I had my cabinet guy who built us a custom-built office cabinet help with the kitchen cabinet install. He said the cabinets from Kitchen Kings were built strong and the hardware was excellent.
I purchased the Thompson White cabinets using the simple to use website ordering for a remodel of my laundry room. The price seemed quite reasonable compared to other cabinets and the quality was much better than expected. Love the all-wood construction and soft close doors and drawers. The delivery person even commented how nice they must be and how much better they were wrapped than most of the cabinets he delivered. All the pieces were there and the only very minor issue I had was that I was missing one shelf clip. When I finally got around to emailing customer service about it, they immediately sent me out additional clips. I was very pleased with the ordering process, delivery & timing, quality and customer service. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

I think a touch up kit should come with a cabinet order when you are spending over $4000 in material. $29.95 for it afterwards and especially $15 shipping for a touch up pen is pretty ridiculous.

I had old wood cabinets with a soffit above them, but we wanted 42" cabinets, so i had to remove the soffit. Which means moving electrical lines so it's taken some time.
The cabints are great. Took me about an hour to put the 1st one together but after that 15min max to put the others together. They are well built and seem very sturdy. We love the soft close. Dont know how we ever lived without it. We got a few estimates from other cabinet places and you guys beat them hands down. I got my cabinets for about $2900 and even at one of the big box stores the cheapest we could get was about $6000 for what i needed. That does not include the soft close latches.
The shipping was very easy i was told 7-14 days and i got them in 8 days. I also got emails that kept me up to date with what was going on.
Overall we are really pleased with our cabinets. I have already recommended you guys to 2 of my friends who are thinking about remodeling their kitchens. Thank you for everything.
This was my first time using the Antique White Shaker door style. Great color, very warm. We custom matched all the trim paint to the cabinet color. This was a flip project and the house went under contract in 5 days. Very pleased.
Best price around for RTA cabinets. Shipping is fast and reasonably priced. Customer service was very helpful. I paid roughly a third of the cost that other kitchen cabinet companies quoted; and I believe I got a better product than what others offered. We purchased the Geneva line of cabinets. I love the quality of the mitered, raised paneled doors. The drawers are self-closing, dovetailed. These are high quality cabinets, but surprisingly easy to put together. Everything you need to make your kitchen look high end is available - crown molding, trim, light rails, etc. My husband and I were nervous to tackle the renovation on our own, because we have never done anything like this before. It was easier than we thought, and we are happy we did it.
Terrible Service
Cabinets were not the quality as expected, then the designer did not calculate the space for the cabinets appropriately. I called to ask about fillers and the person did not have time for me and misinformed me about what I was sent and the cost to buy fillers. I had to order additional fillers plus pay $30 shipping. That's outrageous!!!!!!!
Adding sliders for a closet

I purchased the ready to assemble cabinets and after the first cabinet was put together, the rest were very easy. They are great quality and real wood. Everything is soft close hinges and drawers. The shelves are very thick and prevent sagging. I would highly recommend these cabinets.
This site does a nice job and are very responsive to customer needs. I have done 3 kitchens with them and have had quality products securely wrapped and shipped. My teenage sons assemble the cabinets with very little help. I have used the shaker white ice RTA and the mocha shaker RTA......the look and feel of these cabinets is awesome and the hardware for the soft close doors and drawers is sweet! I will use them again and again. The price is more than competitive and I have had many compliments on my kitchen installs.

Everything was great except I ordered too early and was stuck with over $300 of unopened wood crown molding...The return time is too short... things happen when you are renovating a house. I really wish I could have returned it as it has caused a lot of stress
The entire process was very simple and the quality of the cabinets is as described. The RTA cabinets arrived in perfect condition and my contractor assembled them with ease. I found the staff very friendly and helpful and I was contacted immediately regarding a slight problem I had with a unit but that was rectified in a very satisfactory manor. As far as I'm concerned this is a good cabinet at an excellent price.

Not as expected
Some of the trim pieces I Irdered were not as expected. When I called customer service I was told it was too late to return. I explained that one of the items was backordered and so installer did not come quickly enough to realize there was an error to meet the very short return window of 2 weeks. Then to order parts that would work was another $60 shipping fee.
The customer representative that I dealt with was very quick at responding, and very professional. I did, however, have an Item that was left out of the order, but they handled it very well in getting the item I was supposed to get very quickly.

Cabinet quality was great. They were a week late due to a backorders, but customer service was on top of it and delivery was smooth once they were able to ship. If not for the late I would have given them 5 stars, and I if I need any other cabinets I will order from KCK again.
When we decided to remodel the kitchen we had no clue what to do about the cabinets. Kitchen Cabinet Kings was the answer. My father-in-law used them and we were so impressed that we decided to as well. We went with the Signature Pearl cabinet and couldn't have been happier. Their customer service was top notch, the website was a snap, and shipping was stress free. You might be able to find these "same" cabinets a few buck cheaper on other sites, but you can't match the service. I will use them again when we remodel our bathrooms. Great experience.

What can I say, I was skeptical about spending such a large sum of money on something I'd never seen in person before. I did a lot of reading and still waivered a little bit on the decision. But let me tell you, I am so glad I purchased these cabinets. The quality is phenomenal and they were outstanding to work with. They answered all of my questions and really made me feel comfortable about my purchase. The soft close and no slam features really give this kitchen a custom feel.

Our experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings was absolutely fabulous! It made our dream kitchen possible. First, we ordered the Mocha Shaker Style cabinets after having first ordered the sample door/drawer front sample to make sure we like the style and it fit in with our design ideas. This arrived much quicker than we had anticipated and was perfect for taking to the stone counter top fabricator, the tile store, etc. We then placed our cabinet order. It too arrived far quicker than we anticipated. A very pleasant surprise. Everything was packed so that it was very well protected and easily identifiable. We opted to go with the Ready to Assemble style which saved us all the more (almost $ 6,000.00 lower than the quote from our local big box store). They were easy to assemble and the quality was right there with the one the big box store had quoted us for over double the price. We were and are impressed. The web site was very intuitive and very easy to navigate. Everybody I talked to at Kitchen Cabinet Kings was pleasant and helpful. They made it possible for us to have the kitchen we really wanted. So, I paid for sub-assemblies, but now since they were damaged I have to disassemble the damaged assemblies and re-construct all of the attachment brackets and remount the pre-hung doors....and no pre-drillled holes to locate anything!
I am trying to return the whole batch and stick with my local cabinet sources...its worth the cost for quality and service on your project to stay local for the cabinets!!

We recently ordered some Shaker Gray cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings and had a good experience!
WEBSITE- I think they have the best website among their peers. Easy to navigate and build an order.
DELIVERY- It came pretty quickly on a large semi truck. The driver was able to put the pallets in my garage for me.
ASSEMBLY- They assembled pretty easily, but I do woodworking and had a shop to put them together in. They seem pretty sturdy, but are made of lower grade materials (plywood case with MDF doors). These are better than particle board though.
ISSUES- I somehow forgot to order one of my cabinets (totally my fault), but when I went to order it the shipping cost was huge. I contacted customer support who stated that even a single cabinet would ship on a freight truck so it costs more. However, when it was finally delivered it came on my usual Fedex truck. So I kind of feel like I was forced to pay a huge shipping cost for nothing. This isn't a problem when you order a whole kitchen because there is a free shipping threshold though.
Overall I would order from them again!
This remodel was just to sell the house and the owners did not want to put a lot of money into remodeling the kitchen. As a kitchen remodeler I found the staff helpful and the products were better than our expectations. The house got a full price offer in less than a week on the market. I will continue to use these cabinets. Good value...

We had a horrible kitchen- old metal white cabinets that the prior owner had painted with white spray paint and which flecked paint onto our dishes. The set up with the refrigerator on the one side cut into counter space. I was SO ready for a new kitchen and am delighted with my Ice White Shaker cabinets.
There were little glitches, primarily related to the designer Anna Evans. I had caught a problem with the "blind cabinet" in the corner (she'd ordered one that was too small on the original order sheet) and I had to order a Rev A Shelf separately to make that cabinet useful (Not sure if there are no cabinets more useful in corner spaces or what- my older cabinets were better engineered on that level.) Additionally, she had 2 major design errors- she ordered the wrong size crown molding so the upper cabinets would have had to have been placed to high if we'd used the original crown molding she ordered- we did finally get the correct molding. She also planned the shelves on either side of the window incorrectly and so we were only able to use 1 on one side and put the other one on an end by the stove. As the contractor had checked all my measurements and showed me her math errors, these were clearly design errors. The contractors were surprised by how many pieces the RTA cabinets were in and how hard it was to find the instructions, but once they got going, they asserted that they were good and strong cabinets.
Regardless, the actual cabinets are lovely with soft close hinges, they are roomy and I finally have a kitchen I love despite some asymmetries.
Looking for nice cabinets for the apartment at our church. Wanted both quality and best price. Our expectations were exceeded on both counts. Delivery was in less than 1 week. We had a group of volunteers assemble and install them. They went together well, look great. Love the soft closing doors and drawers. Needed a few extra shelf clips. Called and got them very promptly too. Excellent product and service too!

Incredibly user friendly website
I tried another online site to order kitchen cabinets and Kitchen Cabinet Kings is so user friendly! I had also gone into Lowe's to have my kitchen estimated and Kitchen Cabinet Kings are half of what I was quoted at Lowe's! Customer reviews were very important to me and the other site I used had (18) 1,2 and 3 star ratings and only (2) 4 or 5 star ratings. Need more detailed information about cabinets on your site. I asked for side height for drawers, but, could not find it from anyone. I asked about hardware details (drawer runners and hinges), could not find it. Also having reverse search for cabinet style/features would be very helpful. I would prefer wood frame with MDF panel white shaker style, but could not find it. Placed an order yesterday, Overall the reason I chose Kitchen Cabinet Kings was availability. I was told I would receive RTA cabinets within two weeks.
I rated highly because of service. I ordered the wrong configuration yesterday and was able to cancel and reorder correct configuration today.
