Lousy Freight Charges
Good Cabinets, 2nd time ordering. Lousy freight charges!
I ordered the Pearl RTA cabinets for my kitchen I remodeled. Cabinet Kings were great to deal will, shipping was quick and on time, and they were easy to assemble. After the first cabinet, a DIYer can assemble in 20-30 minutes with ease. I love the soft close drawers and doors - especially with kids!! I saved over $12,000 with these cabinets compared to a quote I received from a local big box store. I would highly recommend and will use Cabinet Kings again on my next project.

First time we have ordered from this company and so far the experience is positive. The website is very user friendly and the selection of cabinets met our needs very well.
I choose the Newport Shaker style RTA cabinets and they seem to be very high quality. Very pleased with how the kitchen turned out and the design consultant Anna was very good. There was one mistake where 2 of the cabinets she ordered were 27's and supposed to be 24's. So I had to use extra fillers and my Island ended up 4 inches longer than we ha planned. when I asked for compensation they said they would give me a discount on an additional purchase, but it was insignificant so that part could have been better. All in all the kitchen does look great.

some of the metal latches were installed out of place, moved them and reattached them, problem solved. Overall very satified with these cabinets.

Cabinets were easy to assemble but several of the bracket screws were stripped out and I had to use wood filler in the holes to make the screws hold.
One side of a cabinet door doesn't match the rest of the door because it's something other than Carolina Oak.

I ordered my entire house cabinetry from Kitchen Cabinet Kings I have been very pleased with the product, the quick delivery and customer service. I have recommended and will recommend KCK to many people, including my builder. You can't beat the price and the cabinets are better quality than what I saw in the big box stores and other ready-made cabinet suppliers. I even liked them better than some custom cabinets we saw.

Ordered RTA cabinets for bath and I liked them so much I just ordered for my kitchen. Easy to assemble, solid wood and plywood construction with quality hardware.
Great place for cabinets however they need to have other shipping options. Only option is ground shipping when we are looking for expedited delivery
Have only ordered sample to compare with other cabinet samples I am reviewing: for my new home to be built.
The quality of the cabinets was a great surprise! We ordered shipped flat cabinets and they went together great and even looked better. We assembled and installed them ourselves and they went in with no problems. We would do it all again.

Shipping fees are very high
I had ordered cabinets for a kitchen in a house I am renovating and was pleased with the quality of the product. I needed to order 3 cabinets and some molding a few months later and the shipping fee was $225. OK to order from this company but make sure you have everything you need in the beginning. If you order over $3000 of merchandise shipping is free Customer service was good, but they don't control shipping costs.

Custome service bent over backwards to help a technologically challenged individual complete order and fix mistakes. I thought I signed up for coupon code and placed order, well the 10% didn't apply for whatever reason and the order went through. Upon reviewing invoice sent by email I noticed nothing was applied and the ladies at customer service spent quite a bit of time and helped rectify the situation saving me hundreds of dollars. Re-doing my kitchen on a budget. Prices are great & ordering easy.
We have updated our kitchen with the Ice White Shaker line of kitchen cabinets. The cabinets has sturdy design, the RTA cabinets are easy to assemble. Mounting them was a breeze, all the cabinets line up perfectly. Some instructions for the sliding drawer mechanism required a bit of YouTube and Google searches to find out how to assemble those. I have found your company a pleasure to work with so far.
I ordered my cabinets from KCK after a long time of research and ordering samples from several different companies. Unfortunately, when I started construction, I was conned out of 22,000 dollars. I had to recover the money and compromise every step of the way. The cabinets I ordered were not exactly what I wanted. I wanted expresso color on the base cabinets but I was told that there would be an extra shipping charge to get 2 colors of the same style. So, I went with all white. I received the cabinets quickly. But there were a few damages, and there were several on back order. This was very frustrating. When I got a new spice rack, it was damaged as well. They basically told me that I wasn't getting another one. I would just have to fix it myself. I sent pictures of the damages. Now I have another one that doesn't close or function properly. The screws and the holes were stripped. The metal was bent and closers broken. Couldn't be fixed even using parts from the first one. It had the same issues. Still not fixed
Wish I had know of the very short window period for returning items. I had several things that needed to be changed and couldn't due to the limited return policy.
If I could have found the item I just recently ordered some where else, I would have done so, but it was crown molding to finish one last cabinet and I needed it to match the other molding already in place.

Lots of glitches in the website. I had to start over several times because my cart disappeared and the checkout process took me 4 attempts to finish.
Customer service was excellent. Wish you had a greater selection of sizes.

I love being able to peruse the variety of products on this site without being accosted by pushy salespeople! I just ordered a cabinet door sample and if the color and finish is what I'm looking for, I will be buying my cabinets from here.

one of my cabinets had a different shade of color within the order and I had to replace the doors for a uniform appearance. but KCK promptly replaced them.
Product OK - Assembly Not OK
Doors are not at same height on each cabinet which is very apparent now that wall cabs are up. Some framework had to be reinforced at rear corner where the assembler cracked the wood. Because of problems with door placement we can't use crown moulding now - they want us to pay return postage and 25% restocking fee. Not worth the trouble.
If ever we did this again, would buy RTA and have my guy build them. And order no moulding, trim, fillers until job is underway.

I ordered the Geneva RTA cabinets and they were of very high quality and went together easily. It took me about 20 min per cabinet to assemble and saved a ton of money doing that way. Customer service was great and answered all the questions I had.

Everything was smooth with the cabinet purchase, including the great customer service, except for one problem I ran into. I had multiple kitchens in my saved carts, one RTA one not. Whenever I went to checkout or change a minor thing it would combine the two carts together. Not sure why that was. Other than that I am very excited to get my cabinets!

I did much research and priced cabinets locally and online. My budget was tight and my timeline was restricted. KCK had the best prices and selections of all the places I shopped. The ordering process was simple and the cabinets shipped in half the time estimated. Online videos made the Ready to Assemble cabinets quite easy to put together. I have and will continue to recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings to my friends and family.

We recently installed out Shaker White cabinets in the kitchen, really happy how they turned out. Construction seemed very good to me and assembly was easy enough. There was a small delay in the cabinets coming in (2 weeks), but that didn't hold my remodel up so I wasn't upset. Will definitely use KCK again! Have already recommended them to my brother-in-law for his remodel.

Insurance holdback.
1/20/16 I had a 3 floor flood. The insurance company is holding back 20% until all work is done and receipts are verified. I have to be creative to stretch my 20% holdback into my monthly bills and pay full price now for my unexpected damages. I have searched and traveled and your company has come out on top price wise. I'm just on the fence about color and a little nervous about shipping.
Reading your positive reviews helps and I have chatted with your company online and called them I have nothing but positive attitude for positive results.

The website could use pictures instead of below par drawings. The refresher needs a lot of work. After a item is saved in cart and you click continue shopping in stays on that page. Was unable to separate saved carts had to remove all items just to order 2 sample doors. The graphics are key for inexperienced homeowners.
