Good experience ordering bar cabinets. Only issue is the design wasn't quite what I was looking for and after a little back and forth i decided to just order the cabinets on my own.

The online chat was very good!! I just wish that I could have gotten 20% off. I requested the email discount and then they had a coupon on the web site that was 10%. So it appeard as though I could get more of a discount. Since they give free shipping for orders of 3K, I was hoping they could give me another 3-5 persent off. Thank you

Shipping cost was very expensive, I know its Shipping and Handling, but it can't be that expensive to ship the cabinets that require assembly.

Fun Process
Working with Dana and getting the free 3D design layout was amazing. I was able to get a visual on what I wanted and make changes for free before committing to the purchase. Dana and the design team were incredibly quick on the turnaround in getting my designs. As a DIY'er I found this process mentally stimulating and fun. Thank you KCK!

Shopping on the website is easy. There is a chat box open 24/7 with a kind person who will answer your questions. The representative was very helpful when I called them too. And the PRICE!!!!! I shopped around, this was 50% cheaper than any other place. And the cabinets look great. Free shipping too!

Only issue was in checkout; if i clicked on PayPal Credit button on the cart page BEFORE clicking the Checkout button and it took me directly to PayPal Credit page where shipping address could not be updated. Once I clicked the Checkout button on the cart page it allowed me to update the shipping and THEN elect PayPal Credit. I suggest that you avoid link to PayPal Credit on the cart page thereby not allowing it to go to PayPal Credit until at the Checkout page.

Contractor let me down during Coronavirus, so I went online and ordered it from KCK myself.

Products are 3 star but service and price are good
My cabinets arrived with a lot of damage — a smashed up front, sides separating from back, a broken rear panel. However, customer service shipped me replacement items right away. They haven’t arrived yet so will follow up when they do.

Terrible Return Policy
Do not make a mistake with measurements. The restocking fee and cost to ship products back makes returning anything pointless. I will just keep the unused cabinets and never use this company again after completing this project.

Had to pay way to much for shipping $450 items after I had already spend $4,000 dollars on the same line earlier and had to wait because of a long shipping delay caused by some where house change or some such nonsense.

Time to Upgrade the Kitchen
Wanted 15" deep upper cabinets but you don't have them. Had to go with 12. Also would liked to have had an above fridge 15x15x24 cabinet, had to get a 30 and cut in half. One of the service persons was not in a good mood.

I worked with a consultant (Carmie) and she helped ensure we maximized the space in our kitchen with the best choices. She produced 3d renderings which really made it come to life. I highly recommend buying a sample before ordering if you have enough time. I can't wait to get my cabinets - I'll post pics once it's all done!

First time customer
I would like to see close up photos of the drawers and doors, hardware etc. Very pleased with the website but a 3D interactive ability would be great to work with when ordering future cabinets and visualizing what items are in the cart so to speak. Finding out that after buying 5k in cabinets that the "free shipping" does not come standard with a liftgate is not "free", requiring an extra $55 fee for a liftgate is silly.
First time RTA buyer
For a first time buyer of cabinets we went with RTA to save cost. We didn't want to sacrifice quality and we were impressed by the solid wood design of these cabinets for the price. Working with Rebecca as a designer was very helpful to ensure we purchased what we needed and wanted to pay for through KCK.
I was able to find great detailed reviews of the specific cabinets I ordered with more information about the plywood boxes, hardwood face frames, hardware, assembly etc.
Really good customer service! I would have liked the interface for buying the cabinets to have had more detail and to be able to go back from the shopping cart to where one was last browsing.

Was tricky trying to find the right cabinets, only certain cabinets came with 5 year warranty, should have started with those and then narrowed my selection. Anyways nice website, just be sure of your dimensions.

Great DIY
web site is a little difficult to continue with a product line, but not impossible. Couldn't find a 24" sink base so I'll modify the drawer base to fit. the vanities are taller than i have now, less bending over yeah! The RTA packs are perfect to assemble and install in a small place. The lift gate option is a back saver. Angela on Chat was great, and this veteran greatly appreciates the discount.

From ordering to shipping to final assembly this was but far the easiest and best experience I’ve had ordering cabinets. They shipping insanely quick, arrived in great shape and the team was by my side the entire time. I would recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings to anyone and everyone!!!!!!
Too many hidden charges
There are so many additional charges to purchase these cabinets.. Delivery fee of $395 then a lift gate fee which should be included in the delivery fee (which may not always be available) listed at $55 then $65 is the contract terms. If you need one extra cabinets its an arm and a leg to buy a cabinet...Last time I will purchase from this place. This is poor customer service with all these hidden fees.
