BEST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER!
Worked with your CHAT line got very courteous, timely, informative responses. Decided to use your kitchen design feature and worked with Jessica who was AWESOME and created the perfect design for a very small but functional kitchen! Will definitely recommend KcK to everyone I know and will use again myself. Your cabinets are of much BETTER quality and at a lower price than those offered by the big box stores! Your website is very user friendly!
Luisa in customer service is super responsive and helpful.
Sales was harder to get in touch with and slowed down the order process when I had questions.
$50 to ship two pints of stain
I installed their cabinets in the past and love them. I need to refinish and bought two pints of stain. $50 to ship two pints is too much!

Perfect for my newly enclosed porch
I really like the cabinets from KCK: beautifully manufactured to almost 1/64", nice finishes and great drawers and doors. I glue them together with an occasional bracket and the final product is rock solid.
And customer service is great.

We've been very pleased with our cabinets! We are returning to purchase more crown molding, we made a cutting mistake and need another piece.
There was a discount applied to my order and then withdrawn due to a glitch in their system. That is frustrating.

Sight was good, easy to navigate. I would have liked to see more reviews but other than that, people seemed helpful and when they could not help they referred me to someone that could be helpful.
Researched all the RTA's
After lookin into all the RTA cabinet co's this one seems to be the best value with quality combined. When I looked at most other companies that could beat the price the cabinets were just not made with the materials these are. The price lower was only minor as well. I'll follow up when they arrive and are installed!

Overall bad experience
Very impersonal customer service, wouldn't take a phone call or call me back. Would only email. Shipments that are still coming keep getting sent to the wrong house in the wrong state, then are in limbo, while being redirected. Consultant will take no responsibility for wrong purchased items. I did mess up a few my self and am not asking for any compensation for those at all. I have not asked for anything other than a good explanation on why they were not upfront with the correct items to buy from the beginning, on the mistakes they made. They are suppose to be the professionals, I am a customer with little knowledge on actual cabinetry. I have received broken items, which is to be expected, as this is for an entire house, so there are a lot of cabinets. Now they have resent out some of the replacement items and expect my installers to rebuild a few with parts they are sending instead of sending out a full replacement. I called customer serivice to see where my misdirected cabinets where and a few days later they told me that my cabinets would be delivered after I had already received that shipment. Not real helpful. That is not good service. So from ordering to receiving to dealing with customer service, totally not professional. All the people I have spoke with, except ordering(as they wont take my calls), have been very nice, but apparently incompetent to be selling cabinets to anyone other than professionals who know exactly what they need to order. Also, the shipping is ridiculous. Still waiting for cabinets. Should have been done and delivered over a month ago. Invoice number is only one of 3 or 4 that I have for this purchase.

Customer service is fantastic. Very supportive and helpful in obtaining items that were not on the original order.
I was disappointed when my cabinets arrived without any notice. I received the notice the day after the delivery and would have appreciated the option to choose a delivery day. Thankfully, there was someone home to receive the order and the driver was helpful (it was pouring rain) in getting the many boxes inside.

I did call about some measurement questions. Rep. was very helpful and gave me her direct line number if I have any further questions. Really showed me that she will be with me through the ordering process. Love that.
A little unsure at first but KCK came through BIG so far!
I just placed my order so it's still early but as of this point Kitchen Cabinet Kings has exceeded my expectations on pricing. I sent a price list from one of Kitchen Cabinet Kings competitors and the next time I checked my save cart, to my surprise KCK had matched their competitor's pricing. NICE JOB!
I would like to have been able to check their available stock prior to purchase to make sure everything I ordered is going to ship soon but I'll update this review when I have more information to share. So far I'm very happy with the service I've received.

Saved thousands compared to the big box stores
My cabinets from KCK were almost $5000 less expensive than similar cabinets at Lowes or Home Depot.
User friendly website
Good selection of products on website. Chat service is good. Customer service was good. Hopefully the order will be received promptly and without any problems.

Great customer service and free design services.
I loved seeing all the different options. The only thing I would change is adding a time frame for delivery on samples.
Cabinets and service staff are excellent... shipping not so much!
Cabinets are of terrific quality and the staff are very helpful. However, I had to order an extra filler strip and was charged full ground shipment charges as if I was ordering a cabinet. There is a note on the shipment quote that FedEx shipment was possibly available for single cabinets... not sure why a filler strip would also qualify and saw no other option that the full price shipping option.
Make sure you get EVERYTHING you need in your initial order as you'll likely pay nearly as much in shipping as the extra item you need.

Shopping was easy but adding to shopping cart was time consuming. It took me back to beginning instead of where I left off.
Staff is very helpful with design.
measure the area, take a few pics, send to them. They send back great design, spelling out all you need for wonderful kitchen. oh and its going to save you thousands of dollars from Big Box Stores.

A tutorial of how to use your site (which is quite user friendly) at the very beginning of the shopping experience would be helpful. There is a lot of information on your site; understanding how it all fits together is necessary.

I love these cabinets. I had two that were damaged and needed to be replaced. The customer service rep was so helpful in not only getting the exact same cabinets but also finding a reduced cost on shipping. So very satisfied.

Since this was my second order I was disappointed to get less discount and no free shipping. I did not feel my loyalty was appreciated even though I chose not to use stockcabinetexpress for the EXACT same cabinets for less money!
More Pictures Please
I probably would have made my selection sooner if the Imperial Blue Cabinets had more physical pictures of the product as opposed to line drawings. Otherwise I'm perfectly happy.
