We were very pleased with the service and items we received from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. From the very get-go, the entire team was responsive and friendly and executed the highest level of effort to make sure that our needs were met promptly and sufficiently. Even when items arrived damaged due to shipping, KCK took the hit and replaced any damaged piece that we requested, even going so far as to replace a piece that had been mistakenly damaged due to one of the contractors not following instructions correctly! We highly recommend KCK for any of your cabinet needs!

The ordering process was good and the shipment came quickly. There was some damage in the shipment from the manufacturer, but Kitchen Cabinet Kings was very responsive in their support for getting replacement parts. Also, we ordered soft close drawers. However, we didn't know that we would also receive the original regular drawers too. So my installers spent a bunch of time assembling drawers that weren't needed, or used. In the end, we ended up with a very nice kitchen and we are happy with the savings.

Updating our previous review - and giving additional stars based on the excellent follow up from the Kitchen Cabinet Kings: based on a change to our kitchen layout, we needed to purchase an additional wall cabinet to supplement our initial full kitchen order. Shipping on the first order was free due to the amount purchased, however to add one additional cabinet, the shipping cost was almost as much as the unit itself. We inquired via chat on KCK if a concession could be made based on our previous order. We were also concerned given the lack of directions provided with the cabinets and challenges with installation. The initial response from the agent on KCK was that there was nothing that could be done. We expressed our disappointment and posted our review on Houzz. Three days later, we received a call directly from Dana at KCK to apologize for the initial agent response and to provide us with a deep discount on the shipping costs. Dana also provided clarity on installation and pointed us to youtube videos to help guide our efforts. We were really impressed with the commitment to post-sale follow up and to addressing the issues we had. I'd encourage anyone using KCK to check the cabinets when they arrive as they will honor any defects if noted promptly, but overall we're extremely impressed with their commitment and concern for their customers.

I purchased the Ice White Shaker cabinets and was able to complete all of the installation by myself (first time DIYer). The cabinets are beautiful, well built, nice quality, and were easy to assemble and install. The customer service was outstanding throughout the process when needed and the prices were not comparable with box stores. Thank you for providing us with resources to take a room that was such an eye soar before and turn it into the focal point of our main floor.

Hello, We LOVE our new cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings! We ordered our new cabinets in Pearl and were very impressed about the quality and look of the cabinets. We decided to order RTA and as a family put ours together. FYI some directions are not as clear as others but there are some great Youtube videos that help fill in any gaps! I highly recommend looking at them before you start and you will quickly see how easy they are to put together - our 14 year old is a pro! We did have one cabinet on back order and realized right away that we had forgotten to order another cabinet. Dana DiSanto and the crew at KCK were wonderful about helping us get these hiccups taken care of. I have already recommended KCK to 2 couples we know about to start their kitchen remodels! I ordered the Pearl RTA cabinets for my kitchen I remodeled. Cabinet Kings were great to deal will, shipping was quick and on time, and they were easy to assemble. After the first cabinet, a DIYer can assemble in 20-30 minutes with ease. I love the soft close drawers and doors - especially with kids!! I saved over $12,000 with these cabinets compared to a quote I received from a local big box store. I would highly recommend and will use Cabinet Kings again on my next project.

I choose the Newport Shaker style RTA cabinets and they seem to be very high quality. Very pleased with how the kitchen turned out and the design consultant Anna was very good. There was one mistake where 2 of the cabinets she ordered were 27's and supposed to be 24's. So I had to use extra fillers and my Island ended up 4 inches longer than we ha planned. when I asked for compensation they said they would give me a discount on an additional purchase, but it was insignificant so that part could have been better. All in all the kitchen does look great.

Not only did I save about $3000 on the cabinets compared to going with a custom cabinet company, but I got a far better product than what they had to offer. Dollar for dollar, I probably saved about $5000 total. I purchased the pearl cabinet lineup and my wife absolutely loves it. They installed great and the soft close feature was awesome which we did not even have to pay extra for, unlike other cabinet companies. I also ordered matching cabinets for the bathrooms and they look amazing as well! The cabinets came in very fast and although we did have one issue with damage from the shipper on one of the cabinets, kitchen cabinet Kings was able to resolve this very fast very efficient and very politely. This is my second order from kitchen cabinet kings and I am hooked. I will continue to order from them in the future because of the superior product I get from them in the thousands of dollars that I saved from them. It is worth every extra dollar to get them already assembled as well. What a timesaver that was! The pearl collection is beautiful and I will continue to purchase them for our house remodel jobs! I was concerned about purchasing cabinets over the internet and those manufactured in China. But everything worked out beautifully! The cabinets are beautiful, quality excellent and the assistance I received from my sales rep was great. She had good suggestions that i never would have thought of. I've just placed my 2nd order with them!! Price was good but i think they should have free shipping on all orders not their $3,000 minimum. Some items did arrive damaged. I called the number provided and replacements were sent the next week.

We purchased our RTA kitchen & bath cabinets thru kitchen cabinet kings after sitting down with home depot & lowe's. The price was half with kitchen cabinet kings without any of the special features like soft close doors & drawers or crown molding / light rail. We were very pleased with the quality of the cabinets & the simplicity of the assembly. The order was placed & delivered during the Christmas holidays as promised and without delay. I would advise anyone doing a kitchen project to consider kitchen cabinet kings, you will not be disappointed.

I am a custom cabinet builder myself, so it was hard to think about using factory made cabinets for a current kitchen remodel project. We had a very tight budget so I researched three cabinet lines for this project. We chose Kitchen Cabinet Kings based on price. We selected the RTA Pepper Shaker for the bases and RTA Ice White Shaker for the uppers. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. I knew the cabinets would not be custom, handmade as we are used to but the quality is excellent for the price point. Nicely made door and drawer fronts, 5/8" thick drawer boxes, under mount full extension slides. All in all very nice. The components came very well packaged, no damage in shipping. My only real concern is the the bottom edge of the wall cabinet sides and backs are not finished. I may paint them myself after installation. Hope to supply before and after pictures when finished.

Having been a kitchen designer I had always wanted to have my own dream kitchen. On a tight budget we were never really afforded to do this as there were many other house projects that required attention first. Then we found this website and the sale going on for Black Friday. I ordered Brownestone assembled cabinets from there easy to use web site. The customer service was very helpful and resolved the one problem with a cabinet very fast. The price for the assembled cabinets was better than other sites and the delivery was fast and on time. I would buy from Kitchen cabinet Kings again and would recommend to a friend. The cabinets are well made and strong. The web site said that the assembled cabinets would be glued but were not, however the cabinets are well built.

I love, love, love my new cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings! They are very well made, high quality, and gorgeous! We bought 3 different styles, both framed and frameless. All of them are excellent. We love our new cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. I ordered before I was ready for the cabinets expecting a long waiting period. The cabinets arrived a few days later to my surprise. They were well packaged and packed nicely on a sturdy shipping skid. I worried about damage during shipping but my cabinets arrived flawless. I decided to assemble the cabinets and set them throughout our home until i was ready to install them. The quick shipping had caught me unprepared to install the cabinets but I wanted to know that they were okay. I worked 25+ years in furniture manufacturing and know quality manufacturing and materials. I was impressed. The assembly was a breeze. All of the parts fit together well and the materials were high quality. I would have like to have seen better instructions, but I think I could have assembled them even without instructions. My experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings was terrific. I ordered the Newport cabinets, which arrived in great shape and look beautiful in my new kitchen. Once I ordered, I didn't think the cabinets would arrive for at least several weeks, but it took only about a week for them to arrive. My father installed them for me and did not complain at all about the process. According to him, it was simple. The website made it very easy for me to look at the different cabinets and place my order. I could not find any other place with more affordable cabinets. In fact, I was going to settle for cabinets I liked less until my dad told me about Kitchen Cabinet Kings. After looking at their prices, I realized I could afford the style of cabinets I really wanted in the first place. Kitchen Cabinet Kings is the real deal. We had a tight budget for our kitchen remodel, and were not going to be able to afford cabinets sold through a show room store, but also wanted high quality cabinets (plywood construction, soft close, solid wood frames and boxes, etc.). We were extremely impressed with the customer service at KCK, particularly the live chat feature. I had many questions that needed to be answered before I submitted an order, but was able to get immediate answers through the chat service. Staff at KCK are very helpful and patient. The website is easy to use - once you have your measurements down, and know exactly what you need to order, it's a breeze to put together your shopping list. We ended up ordering the Pearl preassembled cabinets. The cabinets arrived in about 2 weeks. We were very happy with the delivery, which was done through a third party freight company, who were very patient and let us look through to make sure we had received everything on the delivery day. We were very happy with the quality of the cabinets - they had everything we were looking for. We had received a number of quotes from contractors who were offering particleboard cabinets for a higher prices than our KCK cabinets. So we ended up saving about $500 over cabinets that were going to be of lower quality, and would easily have saved thousands if we had received any quotes for cabinets of similar quality to those we got from KCK. We will absolutely recommend KCK to anyone looking to order quality cabinets at an affordable price. And if we ever do another kitchen, KCK will be our first stop.

Ordered frameless RTA Coastal Cream cabinets from Kitchen cabinet Kings. The process was pretty easy. Once I placed my order for my entire kitchen it took Kitchen Cabinet Kings 7 days exactly to get me the cabinets. I was extremely pleased with the cabinets. I did not care for the instructions, they were confusing to understand and very broad. Would love if the instructions were more detailed and better to understand. After some you tube videos and my husband and I spending all night trying to figure it out we got it. I am super pleased with the outcome. These cabinets are definitely cream and very solid construction. I have received many compliments and definitely would refer them to friends and family. I will order from Kitchen Cabinet kings again!

We ordered Chestnut Pillow kitchen cabinets and Pearl cabinets for our bathroom and laundry rooms. The Chestnut Pillow cabinets were absolutely beautiful. They were high quality and a lovely color. Our kitchen receives so many compliments. I was worried that the cabinets would be too dark, but we do have a lot of light in our kitchen and it isn't a problem at all. The Pearl cabinets are nice, but not the color I thought. They are more yellowy than I had hoped (I didn't order the sample beforehand, so this was my mistake). I think they make my white clean bathroom seem a bit older, faded and not as clean/crisp. The pearl cabinets had some damage, but kitchen cabinet kings sent out replacements right away. The cabinets were all delivered quickly. We did use their design services, which I would highly recommend. The design they gave us was great, but we still made several changes. We also had to double check the order they created from the design services as there were a few errors. Also, after working with the design services for 1.5 months, when we finally placed the order, they told us that the cabinets we had been looking at were out of stock. This caused some problems with our time frames and we wished that this would have come up in the previous 1.5 months working with them on that specific style. In the end, we switched to the Chestnut Pillow style and are really happy we did. The customer service is hit or miss. It seems communication is not great in the office. Also, some people with the company were more helpful than others. When our order arrived, we signed for the items that we received, but there were other items that did not arrive. When we brought this up with the company, they said we should have put this in the paperwork we signed. In the end, kitchen cabinet kings did send the rest of our order, but it took a bit of complaining on the phone for this to happen. Despite any problems we had, in general they gave very high quality products, had fast lead time (the kitchen arrived within two weeks of ordering) and were willing to work with us to make us happy. They were also much cheaper than the other places we looked into (by 50 - 20%). We would highly recommend them.

Kitchen Cabinet Kings was great. This is more of a review against the Forevermark Gramercy White Cabinet. The cabinet looks great but in terms of durability not so much. I know they are advertised as Birch with solid wood drawers but please be careful about getting exited about that. The Birch is a low grade Birch that dents when you push your fingernail into it. The solid wood drawers dent even worsts when pushing your fingernail into it. Now I know we won't be hitting our cabinets but knowing they dent so easily I don't think they will last the normal wear and tear of kitchen life. Kitchen Cabinet Kings is great but I recommend getting a maple cabinet set or even mdf. To truly know what your getting order a sample door and take a look for yourself. I wish I didn't order the Gramercy White cabinets but I was blinded by how much I liked the style. I hope this helps others from making my same mistake.

We priced out a kitchen at Lowe's and Home Depot and it was 3-4 times the cost of KCK. My husband is very handy, so assembling them was a great option to help us save money. They are great quality, with soft close hinges, real wood, and beautiful finishes. We got the Gramercy white cabinets and they look amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I ordered a complete kitchen using Coastal Cream frameless cabinets. The cabinets arrived on-time and in one piece. Not a single cabinet damaged. I needed to swap one door out because it was the wrong size, the new door was shipped and I had it within 3 days. When I decided to remodel my kitchen, I initially thought I'd choose the style and then have the cabinets included in the proposal from the contractor. I went to three recommended contractors and received bids that were so varied in cost it totally confused me. So, I decided to research cabinets, the quality and costs available using the internet, visiting stores, and taking advice from a custom cabinet maker I use to hunt with in Illinois.. I started with the big box hardware stores and found that their "affordable" cabinets were cheaply made and the "additional" "optional" items really raised the price quickly. Then I found articles about "ready to assemble" cabinets and the increased popularity of these and online ordering. I choose a contractor with the stipulation that I provide the cabinets and then began searching for RTA cabinet providers. I did a lot of screening cabinets by first cost and then more importantly customer reviews. I identified many online providers that will design the cabinet layout and provide cabinets but my research found quite a few had less than positive reviews in quality and service. However, one stood out from the crowd, Cabinet King. Their reviews were either very positive or the complaints were minor and the company posted a response with a solution that was very responsible that would have satisfied me. I selected the cabinets, White Shakers, and sent measurements to Cabinet Kings; their response was with floor plan drawings and 2D images of the kitchen when complete. I made a couple of changes, they responded quickly with new drawings and images. I'm feeling pretty good and asked for a price, they responded quickly with a price that shocked me, over $5,000 less than my best estimate from a contractor and more than $10,000 less than the worst. Still nervous about sending a lot of money to an online company for a very important purchase I held my breath and ordered five weeks before the construction was scheduled and I was again surprised with a delivery about two weeks later. The delivery had one piece on backorder but it was delivered shortly afterward and way ahead of the construction date. The interaction I had with Cabinet Kings was always positive and helpful before and after the sale. The cabinets are one of the best decisions I've made, good quality and they look terrific. My friends can't believe what difference to my house. I now am very proud of my kitchen and the cabinets are as perfect and any I could have bought anywhere for a lot more money. I recommend Cabinet Kings to others and I will use them again.

I absolutely love my new kitchen! There were so many choices to choose from. Cinnamon Glaze was the color that I chose and I was not disappointed. They look rich and beautiful. The customer service representative that worked with me was very knowledgeable, caring, and respectful. After I placed the order on the website, the items were shipped in a respectable amount of time and putting the cabinets together was a snap. I bought Pepper Shaker style kitchen cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. They arrived in a week. The construction is full wood -- no MDA at all. My installers said the cabinets were excellent. Soft-close doors and drawers are included, not an option. I'm a Home Depot addict, but HD's bid did not include full wood cabinets, no soft close doors and drawers, and was double the price. I ordered the RTA (ready to assemble). If you don't want to assemble cabinets, hire someone, and you'll still save. You can see the cabinets assembled on Youtube. We worked on this project using cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings mainly because of the color and quality of the cabinets. The cabinets were delivered on time and in great shape and were easy to assemble. We had a staining mistake on one of the doors which was replaced by the company in a timely manner. We prefer to glue down/staple the cabinets during assembly in stead of using only the clips provided to quarantee a more sturdy performance.

I ordered my kitchen cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings in the Carolina Oak style already assembled. I was presently surprised by the quality and how fast the cabinets were shipped (they came so fast that I had to store them for about 2 weeks before I was ready to install them). I had ordered 1 cabinets from a different manufacturer and they called me because of the extra expense to ship the cabinet. I appreciate that they look out for what would have been a significant expense for the 1 cabinet. I also liked the website and how easy it was to see what my cabinets would look like and how easy it was to order the cabinets that we liked. I will definitely use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again and recommend them to others. The one issue that I would say is that they could have used extra glue when putting the cabinets together because one of the cabinets I had to re-glue. Overall, my experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings was excellent.

We ordered Ice White Shaker cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. The cabinets delivered were from Forevermark cabinets and were decent quality. The one gripe we had was the back of the cabinets not being full plywood. Seemed cheap to build the cabinet almost fully of plywood and use Hard Board with plywood strips for attachment. The cabinets, when delivered were partially damaged. There were drawers missing paint and one cabinet which was poorly assembled from the factory. It was lopsided and couldn't be properly attached and faced. The Customer Service at KCK was great. They got us a new cabinet almost immediately and replaced damaged drawer fronts without argument or hassle. The outward appearance of the cabinets is more than acceptable, the soft close hinges and drawers a really nice touch. We feel they are a nice value for the money and despite the minor inconvenience, we would purchase them again.

I ordered the Brownstone ready to assemble cabinets for a bar I am putting in my basement. I was very impressed with how quick the cabinets were delivered and the quality of the product. I was a little nervous at first about ordering ready to assemble cabinets, since I am not a very handy person, but the cabinets were very easy to put together and the videos online were very helpful. I looked around locally for quite some time before I stumbled upon Kitchen Cabinet Kings online. They consistently beat the prices of their competitors and the quality of the cabinets is superior to other comparable cabinets. The only "issue" I had, was the can of stain I ordered was not included in the order when it arrived. Since Kitchen Cabinet Kings has amazing customer service, the can of stain was at my front door step within two days. I would highly recommend using Kitchen Cabinet Kings. They have a great product and amazing customer service, which is hard to find these days.

Kitchen Cabinet Kings website was easy to use in placing our order. Our cabinets came bubble-wrapped, which spoke to the care taken in shipping. Even so, the reason we did not give a 5-star rating was because the bottom shelf of the lazy susan had come off and was slightly damaged. We did not find the problem until after the allowed timeframe for complaints was past. That being said, we are very happy with our new cabinets. We love the soft-close doors/drawers. The look of the Pearl cabinets was exactly what we wanted with its classic, yet modern feel. We are very satisfied, have recommend the company to others and have received many compliments on the kitchen!

I ordered the Ready to Assemble Cherry Glaze cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings in September. The website and ordering process were very user friendly. The cabinets arrived within the timeframe specified and there was no damage. The cabinets were very easy to put together. I had to contact customer support to obtain some screws that were missing and they were shipped immediately. The cabinets look amazing and I saved a lot of money. Would definitely use them again.

My fiance and I decided to save money while renovating our first home. We decided to measure and order our own cabinets. Our contractor told us about Kitchen Kings, but we already had another cabinet company in mind. We picked out all the cabinets and placed the order and it was going to take 10 WEEKS. We got the Pearl white cabinets, and we love them!! so many people come to our place and comments on the cabinets. They aren't white-white, but have an antiquey, classy look to them. They're perfect. All sides come finished so we did not have to give any extra thought or time into figuring out which ones to get finished like the other cabinets. The drawers are anti-slam and it did not cost extra. The prices were lower AND the cabinets come between 7-10 business days. The quality of the cabinets is breathtaking. We have had several contractors/electricians/plumbers and when they ask where we got the cabinets, they cannot believe it was from an online site. We honestly could not have been happier with this company and I tell anyone who is looking to remodel to go to kitchen kings, you won't be disappointed!!

I was concerned that purchasing the ready-to-build cabinets (to save money) would be an undertaking I would find difficult, but I have found that the cabinets are easy to assemble and all function very well. I contacted customer service to add to my order and received insight and clarification on my order. Their support and sales departments are easy to reach and were very helpful when I called to check on the shipping procedures.

We purchased a whole kitchen full of cabinets. We chose the Country Oak Classic RTA. We feel we got an excellent bargain. The designer I worked with was excellent and helped me design the kitchen and give us everything we wanted in the kitchen. Delivery time was excellent. Just a few days after ordering, they were sitting in our driveway. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the cabinets came with NO instructions at all. The website had videos we could watch, but if my husband didn't already have knowledge on how to put the together, it really would have been a struggle. There was also a small issue with one of the cabinets not having drawer glides. But once I contacted the company, those were shipped out immediately and received quickly.

We purchased our cherry glaze 3/4 half grade A kitchen cabinets this year. We had many questions as we have never purchased from this company before, nor have we ever put any cabinets together. The customer service we received was very good. We received the cabinets in 10 days from the day we ordered them. We were especially pleased with the money we saved, compared to other stores. We received one cabinet cracked on the side, during shipment - but fortunately it was on the side, and was fairly easy to repair. This is my fourth set of RTA cabinets that I have installed (I have rental property) and the first time I have used Kitchen Cabinet Kings. First the good things: 1. The designer was easy to work with-just make sure your measurements are spot on. Once you get your design check carefully to make sure everything is like you want it. Don't be afraid to ask for changes...CKK want you to be happy! 2.Shipping was excellent and free! This was the first time that my cabinets were delivered right to my door (other times/other companies I had to meet the big truck in a parking lot to tote home myself!). Some boxes looked mashed but nothing was damaged. 3.Assembly was the easiest I have ever used. These RTA cabinets are put together with clips. In the past I had to install the clips but with CKK the clips were already installed so they went together in half the time as other companies. Hint: It helps if you have an air stapler to secure the backs and sides. 4.The quality is excellent. I ordered the Classic Oak to update a rental unit and I am sure that I saved 40% over "big box" stores plus the solid wood quality is so much better! 5.Their videos on youtube are great for first time builders! Don't skip these (that Lazy Susan cabinet assembly was easy after watching the video). Now the bad: Nothing! I would use CKK again in a heartbeat! Hint: They run sales all the time. I was not in a big hurry so I waited for their Labor Day Sale and saved $500 on my order!

I was very pleased with the swift delivery of my cabinets. The website was fairly easy to navigate and use to order the cabinets. I ordered spice maple cabinets and was very impressed with the finish. One of my cabinets was scratched during delivery, however, it was on the side that was connected to another cabinet so it didn't show. Customer service was pleasant each time I called. The price was fair and a good option for me for my rental property as I probably saved 30% compared to other options.

Great company. You might be a bit hesitant to order cabinets online, dont be. We redid our kitchen and after shopping around locally, including a couple of national chain home improvement stores (im sure you know which ones) the price was about half of theirs and the quality was superior. We ordered the RTA cabinets and they were easy to assemble after you get the first one done you get the hang of it real quickly. The order arrived after about 2 weeks. Now there was some damage to some of the cabinets however this was not their fault and they took care of it very quickly by sending replacements. I would highly recommend them, we have absolutely no complaints they are beautiful cabinets, and high quality, no pressboard, plywood with solid wood fronts.

Four stars because of the great quality of the cabinets and the affordable prices. I only take one star off because Kitchen Cabinet Kings could not meet the 7 to 14 days delivery promise. However, the customer service representatives were very helpful and kept me informed at all times. Once the cabinets arrived, all was well; they are beautiful. My wife chose the Pearl cabinet style; she wanted to mix these cabinets with the more modern gray cabinets but Kitchen Cabinet Kings did not offer this color option. She then found what she was looking for in Ikea. I had a carpenter modify the 36-inch sink base cabinet from Kitchen Cabinet Kings to accept a farmhouse sink and the results were incredible. Without hesitation, I recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings and I will use them for my next remodel.

We ordered the Shaker style cabinets in Mocha and we think they look great! They arrived in a timely manner even though some pieces were back ordered. The price was the best we found online and the process couldn't have been easier. The website is well laid out and east to navigate. Everyone we talked to when we had a minor issue was very helpful. To get cabinets of the same caliber from a box store you'll have to ASK them to do it, and they are going to upcharge you for it. Once it was all said and done the box stores were going to charge me TWICE what it was going to cost going through Kitchen Cabinet Kings. Let me explain this better - I got new cabinets installed with a new tile back-splash and new appliances for what it would have cost just to get new cabinets installed by the box store. The full kitchen remodel arrived in about a week and a half with damage to one box. The staff at KCK were responsive and quickly processed replacement of the damaged items with the shipping company. I am pleased with the cabinet's design and their appearance matches the photos and online description. My only complaints are that the included assembly instructions are extremely poor, and I did not receive slow closing hinges on two of the cabinets. The quality of cabinets was above expectations and assembly was quick and easy for an experienced handyman. (The cabinet assembly videos are very helpful also.) The online ordering process was quick and easy. Questions were answered very promptly by costumer service. The only thing that wasn't exactly smooth in the ordering process was the soft close drawer upgrade. The upgrade price is separate from the cabinet purchase price and will not count towards free delivery discount amount. However, delivery costs seemed very reasonable and the pricing on the cabinets were a great savings in comparison to other sources. There were a few vendors that were comparable in price and quality but ratings of previous costumers and availability of cabinets were the deciding factors. Cabinets were delivered within stated estimate of delivery time and there was no damage to any of the boxes shipped. Had all of the boxes contained all of the pieces required for assembly this would have been a full five star rating. Two cabinets were missing side panels. After submitting photo documentation to customer service, new panels were shipped in a weeks time. Shipped replacement side panels were found to be missing all metal L brackets needed for assembly. Again, after photo documentation submitted to customer support, brackets were shipped within a weeks time. Needless to say, remodel project was significantly delayed. Despite the missing pieces problem, the rating is high for overall satisfaction in price, quality, ease of assembly, delivery, and costumer service support. Would recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings to family and friends with one caveat, allow extra time for unexpected errors that may delay project completion time.

Researched several wholesale cabinet companies after shopping the Big Box stores .. HD & L. Saw other reviews for Kitchen Cabinet Kings and decided to order a sample of their Pearl cabinets. When it arrived we were blown away at the quality, much better than Box store samples plus the cabinets are finished inside and out. You pay extra for that at HD and L. We ordered Ready to Assemble cabinets for the entire kitchen. Great quality but the instructions on how to assemble could have had more detail. Someone that is not handy may have trouble figuring out the assembly. Other than that, the quality and timelines to receive the order was great. We also received a panel that had a ding and they shipped a new one within a week and a half. Definitely will be purchasing more when we remodel the bathrooms.
