This was my third time ordering from KCK. These Ice White Shaker cabinets are great. They really brighten a kitchen and look and feel great.

Delivery was on time as scheduled and once again, no damaged boxes. My only criticism is the directions that come with the cabinets are a joke. Having ordered from them three times now I've learned through trial and error how to assemble them.

First time redoing a kitchen. After looking at big box stores and the popular Swedish one, i was hapoy to find genuine sokid wood cabinets at Kitchen Cabinet Kings. I measured a few times and sat down to their website. I decided on white shaker cabinets and after reading other reviews on assembly, i decided to order the Ready to Assemble cabinets. My brother-in-law builds homes for a living and he was here to help me install cabinets. He was extremely impressed with the quality and most of all the ease of assembly. No glue or clamps required. There were a few clips short, within days of calling, KCK had provided additional ones no questions asked. U also had ordered a couple of extra items that I didn't end up using and KCK took back with no problems. I woukd highly recommend them to others and would use again.

After buying a house that needed a major remodel, we decided to do one project at a time. One of our first projects was creating a center island for our kitchen. As a fairly tight budget was in place we were very pleased with Kitchen Cabinet Kings pricing. A little skeptic of the what the quality would be but gambled on it after reading many good reviews.

Our cabinets arrived in fast timing, (MUCH) faster then other competitors and their quality was exceptional. As our island has now been completed, I am absolutely in love with them!

Incredibly easy to lay out my kitchen renovation on the website. Product was delivered in a very timely fashion and with no damage or mistakes. The cabinets at very least met my expectations, and, dollar for dollar, will probably exceed them in the long run. My only hesitation for giving five stars is that I am skeptical of the durability that the finish will provide (particularly with regards to the dishwasher end panel. It doesn't feel as well made as the other items). I hope my skepticism will be proven wrong, and I would give 4.5 stars right now if I could, I just can't quite throw the five out there. All in all, excellent quality:value ratio, and excellent service provided.

Absolutely fantastic. I have used numerous kitchen cabinet suppliers over the year, and Kitchen Cabinet Kings is my favorite! Website was very easy to use and customer service was quick and responsive to any questions I had. I just wish the design team was a little better. The soft close cabinets that I ordered are quality, not garbage re-manufactured particle board. Kitchen Cabinet Kings delivered my cabinets to my front door and to top it off they mailed me a Christmas card thanking me for my business!

I like the cabinetes themselves, especially the soft closing feature, frameless design and the quality. And especially the price!

Let me descibe my ordering experience a bit. I've ordered online, selected all the cabinets I needed, placed the order. Then got contacted by Kitchen Cabinet Kings, letting me know that the toe kicks are not included with the cabinets (this is the only part on the site that was confusing - I thought that they are, but apparently not for the frameless cabinets) and had a chance to add them to my order - great customer service right there! Did not take too long to get the cabinetes but upon receiving the order I was dissapointed though, as some of the panels had scrateches and dings, including the most valuable parts - the doors. Contacted KCK, provided the details with the photos and got the damaged parts shipped to me! Awsome service!

I assembled the cabinets on my own, which was quite straightforward, instruction were brief but sufficient (I also checked videos on the site). One thing though that assembly of the frameless cabinets requires precision, especially the drawers and the base for them. If you have some of them not %100 square, the drawers won't close correctly (soft close won't be able to close it completely or they will look missaligned), but if done correctly, they're very convenient - nothing obstructs the access to the drawers and shelves!

Since I was replacing not only the cabinetes but also the countertop and even part of the floor, it took me much much more time than I expected (also considering time constraints, I can't dedicate much time to my projects) but that's not because of the cabinets. I'm very happy with the final results though (even with a few things to be yet completed) and a great contribution to that comes from Kitchen Cabinet Kings!

We found the ordering process, delivery, instructions and assembly of the Shaker Style Ice White cabinets to be A+. We are definitely going to use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again, and have already recommended them to other builders.

The packaging and condition of the materials was excellent.

I'm a remodeler and this was my fifth project in 4 years. I did a new kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I have used KCKs each time. I used the Cherry Glaze door style. I placed the order when I saw the cabinets go on sale. The cabinets arrived about 8 business days later. I've found the quality to be superior to the big box retailers (except for the big box store's most-expensive cabinets) and about the same cost, or less than their least expensive. The cabinets have real wood throughout. No particle board at all.

The web site is quite good, but if you need some assistance or guidance you can always call. I would like to see a little more detail in the cabinet descriptions on line. Especially dimensions for corner cabinets and any other asymmetrical cabinets.

I made a mistake in ordering. Customer service was very responsive and helpful in getting the issue taken care of quickly. Shipping cost for the one cabinet was reasonable.

Would I use KCKs again? Without a doubt. I don't even bother to shop around anymore.

A fantastic experience from beginning to end. I am in love with my new kitchen! From the usability of the website to the fabulous customer service to the flawless delivery, Kitchen Cabinet Kings exceeded all of my expectations of a company advertising themselves as "discount" cabinetry. I compared prices and products with several other companies and Kitchen Cabinet Kings delivered a much higher quality product for a better price. I ordered the Spice Maple finish on pre-assembled cabinets and went with the soft-close drawer upgrade (worth every penny). I also ordered roll out trays for the base cabinets and found them easy to install and even easier to use (no more hidden items lost for eternity on the bottom shelf in the back of the cabinet). I couldn't be happier with my cabinets in my kitchen and I have already recommended Kitchen Cabinet Kings to my sister and a few friends. Great company, quality product, fabulous service.

We are satisfied with our Ice White Shaker RTA cabinets. The cabinets arrived quickly even with a delay due to the first delivery truck being too large for our neighborhood. We did find some of the directions to be lacking - even though we consider ourselves handy. The corner cabinet had hidden damage (and we were too late to replace) and it as well as a few others were not square. Once assembled they are sturdy and look great installed. We are really pleased with the soft close hinges. If we plan another DIY project we would consider Kitchen Cabinet Kings again and certainly would recommend them.

We ordered the Gramercy Midnight raised square cabinets with crown molding, the staff was very helpful and easy to work with. We had no issues with delivery and all cabinets were in good condition.

The price was much lower than others and the quality is very good.

We would use Kitchen Cabinet King again and recommend to others.

We purchased a house as a rental property and needed to remodeled the outdated 1959 kitchen. We decided to go with the Richmond Maple Cabinets. Designing staff was helpful. It was easy to use the website and order from. Delivery went well and was on schedule. Craftsmanship on the cabinet doors and drawer faces were nice, however we were not very happy with the cam system. The metal was thin so some of them were pinched and would not properly align when we went to put the cabinet sides together. The kitchen turned out beautiful and overall we are happy with our choice for how much we paid for the cabinets.

Highly impressed with this product and company. We bought the RTA PEARL cabinets. We bought a house where the kitchen desperately needed a lift but we were on a tight budget to do so. We got a quote from a big box store that was way out of our budget. I found kitchen cabinet kings online and with their reviews and BBB rating I decided to take a chance. We got the exact same layout and better quality cabinets from KCK for half the price we were quoted from the other store ( and that quote was for particle board cabinets). We went with RTA cabinets as we had some time in our remodel timeline to put them together and save a few more bucks. My husband put them all together himself with very little difficulty. The delivery was fast and on time. The only thing I should warn is that the pearl cabinets have a maple like glaze in the detail that to me is not visible in the pictures online, we liked it and the ones we were looking at at the big box store had it too so we were pleased to see these had it too, but others may not be. These cabinets are of high quality and they look amazing! We get so many compliments. Can't wait to order again for our bathrooms! Highly reccommended.

We ordered the RTA cabinets and put them together ourselves in the pearl. I cannot say enough about the quality of product and the quality of customer service. We had a few pieces on back-order and customer service kept me up-to-date on the status the whole time until all product was received. They stayed in contact to ensure that I was happy with everything. Again, I HIGHLY recommend using Kitchen Cabinet Kings! They give you the opportunity to have your dream kitchen due to the cost savings with going through them and the quality product that they offer.

Kitchen Cabinet Kings were great to deal with. Cabinets I got are good quality, came quickly, and look great. I recommend this company.

Perhaps the best thing is the price. The price is far better than what you'll get at big box stores, for quality that is as good or better. We bought their Newport line for under $4,000 when Home Depot and an independent Merillat distributor both quoted us $7,500 for basic budget options. (Note: the KCK price was for Ready To Assemble cabinets, whereas other quotes were for fully assembled. But even the fully assembled options on KCK are considerably cheaper than anything you're likely to find at the big stores.)

Shipping was quick, but several pieces came damaged, and one was missing (the latter was FedEx's fault; it later showed up). As for the damaged pieces, their friendly customer service sent along replacements, plus a 'touch-up kit' (special marker and crayon) for minor scratches to the veneer of some shelves. Damage in shipping is apparently fairly common, so I was happy that they were understanding and efficient about providing solutions at no cost. I was very happy with the service.

One thing to note is that KCK is a distributor, not a manufacturer. I later found out that I could have ordered my cabinets direct from the maker, LessCare / AAA Distributor, and saved even MORE money. (Only some of their cabinets are made by LessCare; you might have to do some research if you want to find the makers of their other offerings.) But I still recommend KCK and I'm glad I went through them because the process was very smooth and their website is very user-friendly.

Doing a wet bar in our basement, so didn't need many cabinets. Checked out 3 different RTA sites and KCK seemed to have the most variety, comparably priced and easy website navigation. We ordered the darkest color, Gramercy Midnight. Delivery came quicker than expected, they were supposed to call and arrange a date but didn't and happened to just show up a day I was home...without the cabinets on the truck. They had to come back later in the week to deliver them and this time they scheduled a day with me because I emailed them and asked them to so.

The cabinets showed up in great shape, well packaged. The instructions were practically useless as they were a couple of cartoon drawings with a couple of Chinese letters up top. Luckily I used to be a carpenter in my younger days, so it was fairly easy for me to figure out how they go together, but the average DIYer could have an issue with those instructions. Since I was working with a smaller area, I wanted to make the cabinets 18in deep instead of 24 which ended up being not as hard as I thought it would be (with the help of a table saw). The drawer slides are nice, blumotion slow close, so I had to order smaller pairs off of the internet in order to rebuild the drawers. The wall cabinet has slow close hinges as well. We went with a white Corian counter on the dark brown\black cabinets and it turned out great! We would definitely order from them again. I wanted to give 4 1\2 stars because of the lacking instructions and disoriented (but quick) shipping company.

I recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings. I find their website very user friendly and their prices very good. I ordered a set of Thompson White cabinets that I used in the laundry room. The customer support staff answered my questions and were very friendly. They also resolved an issue when I received a can of touch-up spray paint when I thought I had ordered a pint of regular matching paint. They credited my account quickly and without any problem as well as updating their website so it shouldn't happen to the next person. The cabinets came quickly and were well packaged to prevent any damage. Good job KCK.

Kitchen Cabinet Kings came through for us in more ways than I expected. First off, the free 3D design was a definitely selling feature for me as a visual person. I was able to draw out what I wanted, took elementary measurements and Anna, from their design team, took them and created a few different configurations of our kitchen. The shipping was way faster than expected.

The one complaint I had is that the instructions were nonexistent (Ice White Shaker). I mean, luckily you can figure it out really easily but I could have drawn better instructions. This is the manufacturer, not KCK. What was amazing was that these particular cabinets were soft close, both drawers and doors. Usually you pay extra for that, and this was included.

I would buy from KCK again if I had another kitchen to remodel. Loving how they came out!

I did much research and priced cabinets locally and online. My budget was tight and my timeline was restricted. KCK had the best prices and selections of all the places I shopped. The ordering process was simple and the cabinets shipped in half the time estimated. Online videos made the Ready to Assemble cabinets quite easy to put together. I have and will continue to recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings to my friends and family.

We placed our order the Sunday after Thanksgiving and had our cabinets within two weeks. Several of the drawer dovetails were splintered. We sent a customer service request and got a call back within 24 hours. Customer service worked with us to get the pieces replaced. We had to go through this process several times, and customer service was always helpful and easy to contact.

The quality of the cabinets was better than we expected. The drawers and glides are outstanding. We are very happy with the product as a whole.

Putting the cabinets together takes a little longer than 30 minutes per cabinet, but is not terribly difficult.

We love our new kitchen, and were delighted to be able to build it for a reasonable price. Thanks KCK. :)

i ordered the pearl cabinets. we were very happy with product that was delivered. our order came very quickly. my customer made some changes so i had to add things to my order after the first delivery. i dealt with dana and luisa in the office ,who was very helpful ,kind,and quick with there response and assistance getting me the additional cabinets. also we surprised to find out that the cabinets had soft close and self close doors and drawers. we found the pricing to be very competitive and liked the free delivery on larger orders over $3000.00. i will use kitchen cabinet kings in the future on my new homes that i am building. thanks for all your help and service.

We purchased RTA Bordeaux cabinets. The arrived early and were undamaged. We were impressed with the quality and beautiful finish. The hardware was different than the online videos which made things difficult. After getting over that hurdle, we were very happy with finished product. They COSTS HALF of any comparable cabinet. The KCK team was excellent to work with. Being a novice to Ready to Assemble Cabinets, I had many questions. The team always answered my questions quickly.

The design team incorporated all of my ideas in easy to review and understand design. The quality of the cabinets and the easy to assemble directions were superb. It didn't long to put together all of the cabinets. With some secret tips from contractor friends I was able to install all of the cabinets myself. Before and after photos are posted.

I ordered the Pepper Shaker cabinets and I was VERY pleased with the quality. They do not contain any particle board which falls apart when wet. These are sturdy and very solid. The soft no-slam dampers are amazing. I was very pleased with the delivery as well. I had a weird deadline I needed to meet and they worked with me to meet it. Just awesome!!!

Using the website is very easy to navigate. Just pay very close attention to the model numbers and your sizes. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and I was able to return them without any issues at all. Thanks Dana!!! :)

The only reason I give them a 4 out of 5 is because the directions could be better. You will be able to figure it out but they could be more detailed.

Anyway.. If you need some solid cabinets I would suggest you give these guys a try. I'll be using them again when needed.

We have a galley style kitchen with limited counter and cabinet space. We also have a mud room that we just now converted over to a kitchen extension. I just installed 3 top and 3 bottom cabinets in our kitchen extension. I chose the Country Oak Classic style because it was the best match to the cabinets already in our kitchen.

I was a little concerned about buying cabinets sight unseen, but checking around our local suppliers, (Lowes, Home Depot, etc.) I was not pleased with the quality of their cabinets for the price. Basically, the cabinets we bought from Kitchen Cabinet Kings are top quality, all plywood with metal braces compared to pressed wood with plastic braces and cheap draw slides found locally. Special order cabinets from local suppliers would have cost three times as much as what we paid online.

The delivery lead time was perfect because it gave us a few days to prepare the old mud room for the installation of the new cabinets. We did have to wait a couple extra days for delivery because the truck broke down but - stuff happens.

I doubt if I will ever need to order cabinets again but I can testify that this was a pleasurable experience. The web site is really easy to navigate and explains in simple terms what you need to measure and how to figure out which cabinets you need to fit into your space. I highly recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings to anyone thinking of installing their own cabinets or even to contractors who usually buy locally.

Ordered Pepper Shaker cabinets from KCK for my kitchen AND bathroom and I love them! They are beautiful but showed a few dings upon opening (and they are super dark... almost black). Because they are so dark, they do show dust but nothing a paper towel or duster can't fix! Based on the damages, KCK was very responsive and I am very happy with my experience with the customer support staff (Luisa is awesome!). Delivery was super quick and their website was VERY easy to navigate. I saved a ton of money ordering from KCK and highly recommend (and yes, I would order from them again). The only issues I had was that a few of the products had a few shipping dings and one of the hinges were broken. KCK quickly resolved this and shipped out new product that took a few days to get to me, along with a touch up kit. I LOVE my new Pepper Shaker kitchen from KCK! From a Boston girl to everyone else - KCK is wicked awesome!

We received our cabinets and they are beautiful, the only complaint I have is that two of the drawers hit each other and one already has a mark on it because they are not level. As a landlord and previously as a contractor I was well acquainted with kitchen remodeling and cabinet work. On a previous project I tried "Cabinets to Go" and found that even though the cabinets where solid wood they where pricey and hard to assemble. Some of my rental projects I purchased in stock cabinets for a box store. They were the right price by I will be surprised if they last more than a couple of years. Since I planned on remodelling a kitchen in one of my rental units, I decided to take advantage of the free shipping and order cabinets for my own home kitchen remodel. The rental was done first and I was extremely pleased at how easy the assembly was and how well they where made. They where a slight increase from box store stock units but miles ahead in quality. These cabinets from Kabinet Kings will last and look good for years.

I used the Ice White Shaker for my home project. These cabinets are beautiful and we have gotten rave reviews from all of our friends. Once again I was surprised at the ease of assembly, even on the corner units. My wife is happy, so I am happy and would recommend highly to anyone thinking about RTA cabinets.

When I decided to do a complete kitchen remodeling, one of the most important aspects was the cabinets with regard to aesthetics and cost. I did a lot of shopping around at local home improvement centers and cabinet distributors and finally came upon the Pacifica line of cabinets. Unfortunately, I could not obtain these locally as unassembled RTA cabinets and continued my search on-line. I was very pleased to find these exact same cabinets at Kitchen Cabinet Kings with the option to buy them unassembled with a significant cost savings. One my biggest apprehensions was finding a reputable dealer/distributor that I could trust since this was a very significant purchase; 19 Pacifica cabinets with all the trim, molding, and panels for a total cost of $5K.

Ordering on-line from Kitchen Cabinet Kings was very easy and their website was simple to navigate. In additional to saving a small fortune on assembly costs, I also saved significant money due to the free shipping on this order.

In general, my experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings was very positive since every reported issue was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. The issues encountered were not considered the fault of Kitchen Cabinet Kings but rather related the manufacturer's shipping practices and product quality issues. These include: moderate shipping damage, some plywood panels that had delamination/blistering defects, and some finishing defects in staining and/or clear coating. Since the potential for these issues was anticipated, I made sure to be prepared to inspect the order and document any of them. Working with Kitchen Cabinet Kings was very straightforward and they quickly arranged to ship replacements.

Overall, I had an excellent experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings, I would definitely use them again, and I would absolutely recommend them to others.

Positive: Excellent quality cabinets -- all plywood boxes (as opposed to the MDA fiberboard), soft close drawers and doors, price is excellent. Hardware pulls/knobs is much less than the same product found on Amazon, Newegg, Home Depot, and Lowes, so take advantage of that savings too. They will provide a blueprint/diagram of your kitchen cabinets. Mine was perfect. Free shipping with $3000 order.

Neutral: For the RTA (Ready To Assemble which is the biggest savings), a novice may have a hard time, but it's not impossible if you don't mind enduring a learning curve. The instructions are not adequate even for a professional. You must watch Kitchen Cabinet Kings on Youtube to be able to assemble the cabinets correctly. There are 8 instructional Youtube videos that are excellent except for the Lazy Susan. The Lazy Susan is a nightmare. The instructions do not work and the information on Youtube is not complete either, but if you're a little mechanically savvy, you can do it using the instructions, youtube, and trial and error.

The Lazy Susan is the only cabinet that I wouldn't glue because you'll probably have to disassemble and reassemble it. It's not the rotating part that is the problem. It's the interlocking frame, floor, and back that have to be assembled like a jigsaw puzzle. Again, it works, just don't be surprised like I was when it didn't go together the first time, the second time, and even the third time. For the savings, it was worth the hassle for me.

Negative: Refunds, incorrect shipments, and damages take a lot of patience. Their customer service is lacking. They are full of excuses and want to place the problem back on the customer or their distributor. They take your money, so insist that they give it back, and you should not have to wait on their distributor to OK it. They used that lame excuse on me. They assume you're wrong until you prove otherwise. Pay with American Express in order to be refunded without going through the company's non-thought-out method of solving problems. My order was 90% correct, but the 10% took a lot of time and effort to coax them to correct the order. It was corrected, but they were not very professional in handling a problem that was caused on their end.

Further suggestions: If you take the time to assemble your own cabinets, consider having a professional install them. Don't ruin a good product by a bad installation. The professional cabinet installers that I hired were nearly half the price of Home Depot and were very complimentary about the cabinets. They said they were much better than the MDA cheap wood of Lowes and Home Depot. I would order from them again, but I know how to get through their B.S. now.

I paid about $4200 for the cabinets and hardware. Home Depot price was $7600 for the fiberboard cabinets that were not soft close and that price didn't include installation. Hope this review helps someone make a decision.

We recently remodeled our kitchen ourselves and were looking to get quality cabinets for a (hopefully) lower price. The cabinets we ordered from Kitchen cabinet kings turned out to be a really good experience for us.

We used the Newport cabinets. The cabinets themselves are of pretty good quality. The doors and frames are made from a really nice solid wood. They have a really nice appearance and are good quality. The side pieces and panels are of a veneer which is not as nice and is a slightly different color than the doors and frames. Luckily we have very few side panels that will be exposed or I wouldn't be as happy because of the veneer look.

We chose to assemble the cabinets ourselves to help save money. Unfortunately, the instructions that came with the cabinets were horrendous. They did not provide any instructions on how to assemble the cam locks, and the drawers didn't have any pre-drilled holes or guides on how to add handles, install the drawer slides, etc. KKC has some assembly videos on line, but unfortunately not for the cabinets we purchased.

The process of ordering the cabinets went really well. The website was easy to use and the cabinets shipped fast. We did run into issues as there are Very few dimensions listed for the cabinets. We had some tricky space limitations and would have really appreciated some better listing of true cabinet sizes, door sizes, etc. so we wouldn't have had to "guess" when ordering some cabinets. We contacted customer support for a better idea on the size of the doors but they did not have much more information to provide.

We received the cabinets extremely fast. There were some damaged cabinets and KKC was truly amazing about sending replacements for the damaged items and we received them in less than a week. Customer support was very responsive and helpful on questions and their response time. We have recommended KKC to others because of the really great customer service provided.

We purchased Villa Cherry cabinets at KCK to replace our contractor grade cabinets. There was some damage in shipping that KCK quickly resolved and the assembly of the cabinets largely went without a hitch except for one thing. We bought the soft close hardwood drawer box upgrade. Unfortunately this required detaching the drawer faces from the stock drawer boxes and there were no witness marks, templates or instructions for installing the drawer faces to the upgraded boxes. I ended up building my own jig to install them which was pretty time consumptive after all was said and done but we couldn't be much happier with the results. The lack of instructions was not really KCK's fault either. We ended up speaking with the importer who gave us the wrong dimensions for installing the drawer faces before just completely working around them. The product itself is great, instructions and manufacturer/importer support - not so much. I would still by them again because we think they look great and at the price, the quality is excellent.

Dealing with Kitchen Cabinet Kings was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I ordered the Spice Maple RTA cabinets. I couldn't get over how quickly the cabinets were received after I placed the order. They were so easy to assemble. The contractor that installed the cabinets told me what a quality product I had purchased. I've had numerous compliments on the cabinets and have told everyone where they came from. We searched many stores before choosing Kitchen Cabinet Kings. Considering the price and quality, they were the way to go and we weren't disappointed. Ordering on their website was easy to navigate. We ordered samples, which helped us make our decision much easier. Then we placed our big order. Everything came as promised and was timely. Quick and easy! Cabinets were also easy to install and we ran into no problems. Towards the end, we realized that we needed a little bit more of material and ordered what we needed. On accident, we ordered the wrong piece, but the customer service rep helped us fix that problem hassle-free. Great service and great product, would definitely recommend to others!

In planning the remodel of our new (to us) home, we considered cabinets from Home Depot, Lowe's and local cabinet makers. None could compare to the price or quality of Kitchen Cabinet Kings. The website was very easy to use and we loved that we could order sample doors in advance to ensure the quality was as promised...as it was.

Once we ordered, we were pressed for time considering the size of the project and our pending move in date. We purchased the assembled Pepper Shaker cabinets. The quality is far better than we ever expected given the price and matched the description on the website exactly. We had priced the same layout at a couple of chain stores and the price was 2-3 times the price of the KCK cabinets! The website was very easy to use and understand and made ordering a breeze. I personally loved the "save my cart" feature, as we had a hard time deciding on the layout of our kitchen. So we were able to price out each layout and save it to come back to when we decided on the final design.

Two cabinets arrived damaged, but even the truck driver said he delivers orders from KCK all the time and has never seen this problem before. The replacement order took a bit longer than we feel it should have taken (the only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of a 5), but the woman who handled it for us, Dana, was beyond exceptional in keeping us posted on the status. Overall, I would highly recommend (and already have) friends and family to KCK and we will order from them again if the need every arises.

My wife loves her new Pacifica cabinets. People who came to see my kitchen also gave us a lots of compliments on these cabinets and said that they will definitely recommend them to others. These cabinets are not only beautiful but also sturdy. However, their customer service was very limited, as we were only able to communicate via email and not over the phone. Hopefully they can improve their customer service of the phone.

We chose the ready to assemble cabinets in the Shakertown style with the 42 inch wall cabinets. The website was easy to navigate and the online chat feature was very helpful when we had questions. We also emailed the company with questions and the questions were answered promptly and phone calls were returned quickly. Ordering 2 different cabinet style samples helped us in deciding which cabinets looked best in our home. The cabinets arrived in the time frame specified and the delivery company allowed us to choose a delivery time that suited our schedule. The cabinets arrived with no damage.

The cabinets are very nice quality. The door are very solid as are the drawers. The soft close feature on the drawers works very well. We also used the soft close fixtures on the cabinet doors and those were easy to install and work well. The only negative comment is regarding piece of plywood supplied with the 30 inch base drawers. This plywood was flimsy and warped and difficult to install. Other than that the cabinets were easy to assemble.

The cost of the cabinets was probably 20 percent lower than we would have paid at the big box hardware store. Buying the RTA cabinets saved us about 20% in price over buying the cabinets assembled. This lower cost allowed us to purchase the cabinets that really wanted and still stay within our budget.

We did all of the assembly and installation ourselves and missed a few cabinets in our initial order. We worked with Dana and were able to get the 2 cabinets we needed with a reasonable FedEx shipping fee. We also needed to order a filler piece and that arrived very quickly. Kitchen Cabinet Kings customer service was excellent.

The cabinets look magnificent in our kitchen and were are thrilled with the quality and the style. We have received many wonderful compliments. We would definitely use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again and have already recommended you to others.

From start to finish I loved them! I submitted measurements by faxing them in. A couple days later I was emailed a beautiful computerized 3D workup of what my dream kitchen can be with the Espresso cabinets we choose in a plan designed by Rebecca White of Kitchen Cabinet Kings. When the cabinets were delivered we had paid extra for a lift gate. The truck did not have it. I'm a general contractor and work with people with all different kind of budgets. One of my customers asked about cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet kings and I had never heard of them. After checking the website and having reservations i decided to pull the trigger anyways and give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. I am very pleased with the Sienna Rope cabinets I ordered preassembled from KCK. There was a slight SNAFU with the freight company which shipped my order, as they claimed my phone wasn't taking calls so they were unable to reach me. This problem was resolved, & my cabinets arrived shortly thereafter. Regarding damage, initial inspection revealed damage to the pantry door, & per instructions, noted on the BOL. After counting & opening all of the boxes, one base cabinet was nicked on the side, & several cabinet doors had some scratches & imperfections. I contacted Luisa @ KCK, sent pictures of the damaged items, & replacements were shipped timely.

First time ordering cabinets online, price was hundreds less than big box home improvement stores, cabinets arrived wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap, there was no way they would be damaged. These cabinets were used in a basement, arrived damage-free, fit great, no issues at all. We purchased RTA Cabinets in Shaker White to redo our laundry room. We put in a new counter, below cabinets, above cabinets all the way to ceiling. They arrived in less than 2 weeks. Well wrapped. We watched the videos online to see how to assemble them. It was a breeze. They are just as described real plywood sides/back/bottom - solid wood doors and drawers. Much of what you get from big box stores is particle board. It's also painted inside and out. Not everyone does this. They were easily mounted with a friend to help. Just need a good stud finder and the right screws. I can tell you that we saved $9,000 dollars, buying from Cabinet Kings over Lowe's. That math was done from an actual Lowe's quote. The thing I liked about he experience was how good the website was and how many size and shape options they have. The had everything we need to fit into our room. We even did web chat during the order to ask any questions. After our results, our friends can't believe we did it and assembled them. We have given out the website to numerous friends all ready. No negatives to the entire process. Really nothing bad at all.

I found them to be of great quality, the team was very responsive and the order was promptly shipped. I thought the website was easy to navigate and very informative. I was able to redo my kitchen for half the price it would have cost me on other websites. I plan to use them again for my bathroom remodel and will recommend to my friends. The only issue we ran into was that the toe kicks were not included. I spoke to a customer service representative and she gave me the necessary information. We ordered it and it came in quickly. It would be nice if more specific instructions were included on how to assemble. Overall great experience though.

I had a great experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings. I ordered the Pepper Shaker with matching crown molding. Had the cabinets in about 2 weeks and everything was shipped as ordered. I did have one scratched door and a warped piece of crown but the service was wonderful and they had the replacement out quickly. As the previous owner of a large cabinet company I know things happen but what makes the difference is the service and the ability to fix it quickly which they did. They were also a quite a bit cheaper than a competitor and I didn't have to wait for a holiday to get the best price. I will order again from Kitchen Cabinet Kings.

I ordered the Ice White, Shaker style cabinets. 36" upper cabinets, regular lowers, and one large 90" pantry cabinet. The product all showed up on time, in great packaging without any issues, blemishes, or dings. The website was very easy to use, and helped me provide several estimates before making the purchase. As far as RTA cabinets, the price savings and quality are unmatched anywhere, I spent a great deal of time order samples from other companies who could not provide the quality at the same price point that KCK could. I would absolutely recommend KCK to anyone looking to get a great professional, turn key product, and a discounted rate.

The only reason that I didn't give the rating all 5 stars was due to an issue I ran into while installing the cabinets. I ended up having to cut several 3/4" thick pieces of wood to place in between the cabinets to attach them together. The fronts of the cabinets where the drawers are would align perfectly with the next one, however, back by the wall, there would be a gap in between each and every cabinet. I would then have to place this piece of wood I cut in between each cabinet so that when I drilled the cabinets together they would stay even, level, and square to the next cabinet. I think what would be helpful would be if this was either made clear on the website or had the piece already installed so that the cabinets would be 100% flush to each other if pushed together side by side.

I shopped every local cabinet store including the large home improvement ones and they were all at least twice the price. I ordered Cinnamon Glaze to replace a white kitchen and it looks fantastic! It took about 2 weeks to receive the shipment via freight ($250) and everything was in good shape wrapped on the pallet. Everything was accounted for and we immediately brought them inside and started opening the boxes like Christmas morning.

I was surprised (and glad) to see much of all the hardware already installed on the pieces. I was imagining 5,000 pieces of hardware per cabinet, but I was wrong. The instructions are another story though. Throw them away. They are of no use whatsoever and do not even explain which screws go where. I logged back onto their website and was so relieved to find that this company has produced You Tube videos on how to put these together. After following two videos and doing a base cabinet and a wall cabinet, we were set. It took my husband and I only a couple hours to do all of the cabinets, including the drawers. (I suggest having two drills, one for each person). I do have one drawer cabinet that the drawers look a little crooked on and we can't quite figure out why. It was all put together like the others.

The one drawback about these cabinets is that if you just tap them with something hard (toy) they chip. They chip easy and they fracture and splinter very easy. Make sure to use drill bits first before screwing anything in, such as the fillers, or it will split the cabinet. I'm going to have to look into buying touch up paint. We have had them up for 2 weeks and have all kinds or chips already; with 4 kids, I suspect a lot more damage.

I have a couple more cabinets to buy for the kitchen and then I do plan on purchasing more for the dining room to create more storage in there. I am satisfied with these cabinets and will be buying more from here.

Just wanted to add, I added a "Verde Peacock" granite counter top with this color cabinet and it is STUNNING!

All I have to say is Happy Wife, Happy Life. I was originally hesitant to order kitchen cabinets via mail, yes, it was cheaper, but would my wife like it. I ordered the sample first, and it came fairly quickly, then showed to my wife, and she was happy with the quality, and look.

So, we went ahead and ordered the full kitchen.

We had a delay because one of the items was not available from the manufacturer, but KCK went ahead and sent out everything else, and then when the additional item became available, they shipped that as well, at no additional charge.

I had a few questions while installing and I was able to handle via phone and email.

We just got them installed, but they look sturdy and feel like cabinets should, and are not like the flimsy, pressed wood junk they sell at HD.

Would I buy them again, absolutely. I bought about $2000 worth of nice glazed Savannah cabinets, I'm sure I would have paid twice this at least going through other channels. Cabinets showed up on time, and in great condition. A couple boxes were dinged, but they were well packaged, and protected the doors and cabinets very well. Assembly was quick, and I did go ahead and glue all the milled joints (Personally I would recommend this). Even the more complex cabinets like a corner base with lazy susan went together quickly and intuitively. Once assembled they were very solid, square, and easy to install. Watch the youtube videos, and it goes quickly if your relatively handy. Mine came with soft close thrown in, and I could have done chin ups on the sliders, they were extremely heavy duty.

I was missing 1 metal bracket (robbed one from a toe kick and it was fine), and of course a couple screws here or there, but that was minimal, not even worth calling about. I have a handful of rental property's, and for sure I would buy them again next time.

I recently completed my kitchen remodel and I used Kitchen Cabinet Kings for my cabinets. I have to admit, I was very skeptical of using RTA cabinets for my remodel. I'm an engineer (and admittedly somewhat OCD) so it was critically important that my cabinets be top quality since I tend to notice even the most minor imperfections.

I contacted customer service at Kitchen Cabinet Kings with a series of questions and was pleased with the answers. I opted to order a "sample" base cabinet (not just a sample door) so that I could assess the quality of the entire component before committing to a full order for my kitchen. Their customer service department was fantastic and shipped the cabinet (Newport door style) which I received after only a few days. I assembled it and was very pleased with the quality and strength of the unit.

The cabinet construction is very solid, made of all plywood. All pieces included cam-locks and required no nailing, stapling or glue. You can glue if desired, which I debated, however after assembling the first cabinet, I was convinced they were quite solid. The pieces are all computer machined (regarding size, cam locations, etc.) Every cabinet piece lined up perfectly and went together with very few issues. One item to note is that the back panel is 1/4" plywood with a "frame" around it on the back for added strength. Due to this design, there were a few back panels that were slightly warped, however, these panels slide into a machined groove on both side panels which force the piece back straight.

In addition to Kitchen Cabinet Kings, I received quotes from 2 local big-box stores as well as a local high-end cabinet installer. At this point I made the decision to use Kitchen Cabinet Kings to supply the full order for my kitchen based on the quality of the sample unit I had received as well as the cost savings. Ordering from Kitchen Cabinet Kings saved me more than 50% of the LOWEST quote from my other sources.

Kitchen Cabinet Kings even worked with me to schedule the delivery during a specified week while I was off work so that I could assemble them. Assembly took only a few days (off and on) for a total of 8 wall cabinets and 7 base cabinets. I was able to assemble all upper cabinets and several of the base cabinets by myself, however some of the larger units (sink base and lazy susan) I opted to use some help.

I ran into one minor issue which was probably more a lack of understanding on my part than an issue with the cabinets, however I contacted Kitchen Cabinet Kings customer service and they helped me to resolve the issue with the manufacturer in a very timely manner.

In addition to ordering the cabinets, I opted to upgrade ALL doors and drawers to soft-close. I highly recommend this upgrade. The soft close drawers also include an upgrade to dove-tailed drawer boxes.

Overall, I'm exceptionally pleased with the entire experience. Customer service was fantastic and the cabinets make a welcome addition to our new kitchen.

I ordered the Newport RTA cabinets for the cost savings and because they were easier to store until we were ready to install them. The cabinets arrived in a timely manner, but one of the boxes was damaged in the shipping and after a call to report the damage, a new replacement cabinet arrived within ten days, all with no hassle from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. I would recommend these cabinets to anyone, the craftsmanship and quality of these cabinets is amazing and my customer was extremely pleased. I will order all my future projects from the Kitchen Cabinet Kings.

Got a great deal on my new Signature Pearl cabinets and everybody loves them! They are solid wood (except the face of the cabinet doors) and have a really nice Sherwin Williams painted finish.

I ordered the RTA version and they arrived well-packaged on a single pallet. The driver lowered the pallet to the ground with a lift gate and rolled the pallet right to my front door. After a careful inspection I signed off on the paperwork as there was no external damage.

The cabinets are easy to assemble but it takes a little time to get the panels, slots and brackets to line up. After assembling a few, I got a good routine going. I only had a problem on one of the cabinets - the back panel was about 1/4" too short. I installed it anyway, rather than wait for a replacement, and figure I'll just run a bead of caulk down the inside of the cabinet.

The door slides were a little confusing, so I had to resort to a video on the Kitchen Cabinet Kings website. The sliders are really heavy-duty and have that cool "soft close" feature. You just slide the drawer in and it closes the last few inches nice and softly.

The only other problem I had was some minor paint blemishes and Kitchen Cabinet Kings sent me a touch-up kit as well as a can of matching spray paint.

Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase. If you are handy with some basic tools you too can save thousands of dollars.

All you have to do is get prices from cabinet shops or the big box stores to verify. The web site is excellent and they had all the different size cabinets we needed. Other RTA websites were out of stock on some of our needs. Delivery was as promised and without damage. Ordered on Dec. 8th and received before Christmas. We did have to call in on one cabinet door that was a little warped, but customer service was prompt to order us a new one which as of this date is on order. We hope it matches the others. Even though these cabinets are not made in USA, we are pleased with the quality. They are made entirely with plywood (no particle board) and wood I beam construction as advertized. If you want to really dress up the cabinets, order the crown mold and bottom molding. It takes carpenter skill to install, but they really make the cabinets look great. For anyone willing to do it yourself and have the skills to put together and install I would definitely recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings to save a lot.

LOVE the kitchen cabinets! We ordered the Mocha Shaker for our 1957 home kitchen remodel. We purchased the house from my grandmother and it still had the original pink kitchen. The style is perfect and looks amazing with our new stainless steel appliances and terrazzo floors.

The delivery was quick and efficient and each time we called to see where the shipment was, we received prompt service. All of the cabinets arrived as expected without damage in cartons. You need to have a pretty good skill level to put the cabinets together since they do not arrive in one piece. All of the pieces fit together and all of the drawers work great.

I was remodeling my basement and I wanted to install a small wet bar area for when I entertain with friends. I was looking for a better alternative to the "big box" store near me and I happened to stumble across this website.

I researched the web for the best value RTA kitchen cabinets and found them at Kitchen Cabinet Kings. My son bought an older home that desperately need a kitchen remodel. I designed the new kitchen and my son and his wife chose the "Honey" model of cabinets.

The order was delivered on time (although it went through two sub-shippers) and in good condition. A touch-up kit was missing, but KCK's service responded and the item was quickly shipped.

The cabinets went together fairly easily and I found the quality to be very good. The Honey cabinets were some of the lower priced cabinets KCK offered and I was skeptical of the quality. However, these cabinets exceeded my expectations and resulted in a first rate kitchen. I would recommend to anyone looking for new kitchen cabinets that they should seriously consider Kitchen Cabinet Kings.

I purchased the RTA cabinets they were delivered to me within a week, had a few issues with the delivery method since they came by a 52' trailer in a residential area. The only problem I have with the RTA cabinets is that there aren't clear directions on how to assemble them so we had to make a few calls and send a few emails to get the information. We still had a problem putting them together but we saved a lot of money doing so. I love the cabinets they are very well made very sturdy. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to save money.

Here's the thing about Cabinet Kings that we didn't realize, they aren't the manufacturer so you're dealing with basically a middle man. They were very nice & helpful but we had some cabinets with minor damage & one with a big gash on the inside & one cabinet came in & was the wrong size. This was the corner wall cabinet so we couldn't do anything until it was replaced. When the replacement came, the door was completely different than the other doors, it actually looked as though it didn't get whatever the final coat of finish is & as far as we were concerned, it was defective. Cabinet Kings said that it wasn't but they would have another door sent to us anyway. Well, that door came in with long scrape marks on the whole door. It almost seemed as though the manufacturer was pissed because of the original mistake or something which would be pretty messed up since it was their mistake to start with. Cabinet Kings did also give us $100 credit & a pen to fix the nicks & scratches but the gash inside the cabinet is way to big to try to fix but it was nice of them anyway. Anyway, most of the cabinets are beautiful & we were on a tight budget & I figure you get what you pay for & I like the solid wood shelves instead of particle board some places use & the hardware for the shelves is awesome. Also, if you are wanting cabinets without knobs like we did, look closely at what you pick before you order. Some of ours are almost impossible to open because of the design. One last thing, be sure to order everything you want, I decided to get one more item after the fact & when I went to order, found that the shipping for the $150 item was going to be $450. Unless you can get your items with the free shipping, it probably won't be cost effective at all.

Cabinet was delivered later than anticipated but once received I was happy with the color and style. The website is very easy to navigate and to select what I needed the design team was very helpful in developing images of what my kitchen will look like before purchase which I love very much. I would definitely used Kitchen Cabinet King in the future, I have a minor issues with one cabinet door, but I believe they will help me with resolving.

I ordered the Shaker Style Ice White Cabinets. KCK was 10 grand lower than Lowes for identical cabinets. The shipment was speedy and the only issues I had were that Some cabinets were ordered as left and rights but when they arrived the item numbers on the boxes didntt specify the left or right so you dont know if the doors are hinged correctly until you open all the boxes. That's not happening while the delivery guys are waiting. I could have had new ones shipped but I opted to switch the doors myself. They sent me touch up paint which all in all worked out fine.

The other issue is the door hinges are not all the same. There are different hinges on some of the cabinets and they also (for the shaker style) allow the doors to swing too wide meaning they hit the cabinet door next to the one thats open. Huge issue for me since it will eventually mar the cabinet face. They should have the option for 90 degree hinges for things like corner cabinets. I called they do not. I will have to order these myself and replace myself. All in all its still a good deal.
