Great quality materials and intuitive construction. Delivery was professional and easy. Customer service was able to discount adding a cabinet to an order to preserve the savings. I'll definitely recommend KCK to my friends.
Vague Instructions; Zero Customer Support; Basically a Scam
Instructions on how to build cabinets are very vague and I've only opened 1/3 (the simplest one that I thought would help increase my confidence, it shot it instead). Told I need a stapler, not where to use it. Given 3 different sized screws, not told where to use them. When called for help, was given same vague instructions and, despite their claim on being super DIY friendly, the best advice they had for me when I informed them these were the same vague instructions was, "people without experience usually hire professionals". So I asked if they had companies they usually contracted with who would know their products, they did not. They also provide zero guides on installation. When I asked how I was to know how to install them properly, the comment about hiring professionals was made yet again. Surprise, surprise, most professionals won't build/install RTAs they don't provide especially when they come without instructions and guides. I've now spent over 1.5k on cabinets I have no idea how to properly build or install nor can I get any help in learning how to do this. Pay the extra money and get cabinets you can actually use. This is no better than a scam in my opinion.

The Kitchen Cabinet Kings website is easy to use, selecting the cabinets I wanted was a cinch. When I called and asked questions I got answers from the helpful staff, which is a rare thing these days! My order arrived on time and the product quality is very good. I selected the Versa Shaker unfinished series and painted all the individual pieces before assembling each unit. My wife and I are delighted with the results.
Have installed five kitchens now sourced through Kitchen Cabinet Kings. We selected them several years ago for their all-plywood construction installing their RTA (ready to assemble) cabinets in several colors. We have never been disappointed with delivery times, condition upon arrival of all the packages or assembly of any cabinets. The fit and alignment of the joints and cams are excellent. We go the quick extra step of using wood glue on all joints as we assemble them making these all-plywood cabinets virtually indestructible. You can't beat the price point for these quality cabinets and assembly is quick and easy. We will continue to purchase these cabinets, and I recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings if you have not tried them.
We are beyond impressed with our Kitchen Cabinet Kings cabinets! Ordering was easy, and the cabinets arrived fully assembled, which was a huge plus and all we had to do was install them. The packaging was outstanding and clearly designed to protect the cabinets during shipping, because everything arrived in perfect condition. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and they completely transformed our kitchen. I have used Kitchen Cabinet Kings for five projects. Always a good experience. Good communication and help. Had one item arrive damaged, and it was promptly replaced. Product is good quality.
First time purchasing cabs on line. Bought 6 cabs total that needed to be assembled. One cabinet was backordered however they shipped the 5 in stock units at my request. Last cabinet arrived one week later. Cabinets came in flat box packs and were very well packed to prevent damage. Quality was better than expected with cabinet grade plywood used for all panels; no cheap 1/4 pressboard for the drawer or cabinet bottoms. First cabinet took about 45 min to assemble using glue and a screw gun. I also used a used a brad nail gun in some areas. Once I had one assembled and got the hang of the assembly the others took about 30 min each. Will buy again without question when I update my laundry room. Great product and great customer service!
The worst quality I have ever seen! I spent over $8,000 on cabinets from this company and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. We ended up having over 6 deliveries because every time there was something damaged. It caused our kitchen renovation to be so delayed and also had to pay our contractor extra because what we originally purchased as ready to assemble was not assembled after any reorders. They only offered a $300 refund after all is said and done. They refused to do anything because apparently this is "uncommon". I don't understand how it is uncommon if it happened to us over 6 times. Awful!!!
Arrived well packaged and on time. The videos that were sent were okay, but not for the type of drawers and cabinets that we ordered. They go together well. Easy to install. But you get what you pay for. Light weight wood and easily dented exteriors.
We purchased the Patton/white pre assembled kitchen cabinets. They are so nice and we are extremely pleased! Great product at a great price!
My husband and I ordered the Versa Shaker RTA cabinets from Kitchen Cabinets Kings after buying a house and realizing we had to completely renovate the kitchen on a really tight budget. Kitchen Cabinet Kings was recommended by a friend so I was very hopeful they would be great quality and very inexpensive. After we placed our order during a sale, we were thrilled with the overall price of our cabinets. We were able to get everything we needed for about $4,500. Getting solid wood cabinets anywhere else would have likely cost 2 to 4 times as much. However, we were notified several of the cabinets were out of stock after placing our order so we had to wait about 3 months for everything to arrive. We also had issues with receiving damaged products so it took even longer to get everything we needed after items needed to be shipped multiple times. That being said, Kitchen Cabinet Kings really does have good customer service and will send you what you need if there is anything damaged or missing with little questions asked. The reason we might choose a different route in the future is the huge amount of time and work it took to prime, paint, and then assemble our cabinets. Also, the quality isn't quite what we expected. Some of our doors are warped even though they were stored flat, and overall the soft close hinges aren't top quality. I would say you definitely get what you pay for but it is pretty darn good for the price. On another note, if you are not handy, GET THE PRE ASSEMBLED CABINETS! My husband is very handy and was able to paint, prime, and assemble everything but it was A TON of work and the instructions were not great. He said he would never do that agin and we still have a lot of work to do to finish them. If you go that route, make sure you know what you are doing or at least know what you are getting in to. At the very least, I recommend buying the pre-painted RTA cabinets.
I am a builder and have been buying my cabinets from KCK for years . Their customer services is excellent and design team is top notch. I mainly use Shaker style and buy both RTA and fully assembled .
We purchased Xterra Blue Shaker cabinets for our kitchen remodel, and we are very pleased with the end result. While there were some challenges, KCK support helped us to resolve them promptly and successfully: damaged parts on arrival, KCK sent replacement components quickly for us to continue installation; written instructions were not very clear, but KCK directed us to video directions that showed in more detail how to complete the assembly and installation. It seems that some of the designs have been modernized from the original patterns that the video directions follow, and addressing the differences was not always intuitive, but we were ultimately able to complete our DIY cabinet installation and are very happy with how it turned out.
The cabinets were delivered very timely. The skid that they were on were placed on top of another skid, unknow if from source or along the truck path, and the main skid shifted off of the bottom skid, Made driveway delivery difficult, driver had to square up load to enable load to tailgate. As I started the cabinet install project and removing the cardboard, there was slight damage, mostly on the accessories. the areas of damage would not been seen in my application. Long story made short: I saw one cabinet bracket screw not fully seated into the cabinet, I secured the screw and then as I unpacked each cabinet I checked all of the cabinet bracket screws. I found a few loose and a few stripped out. After finding these screws loose/stripped I checked the door hinge screws to find the majority of the screws on the MDF cabinet door frame stripped out, few were loose, I assumed that these screws were installed with a power screwdriver and over torqued. The screws on the anchored end of the hinge on the cabinet frame were OK since these were into wood. My process of repair to the hinge screws and the cabinet frame screws (previously mentioned) was taking wood glue and mix with a MDF sawdust, fill the screw hole and then drops onto the screw. Slightly tighten and then let it dry overnight and then secure. This process worked well. I had a corner cabinet that the door assembly was mounted notably too low that the multiple hinge adjustment would not overcome the improper hinge location on the cabinet frame to align the doors with the adjoining doors of the butted cabinets. I had to raise the cabinet anchored end of the hinge 1/4-5/16 of an inch on the frame. Found one dead cockroach in a drawer of a base cabinet. The installation went well and the cabinets look very good. Cabinet door style is Gramercy White. Customer service was very responsive. Website navigation was good, even though I did not see any info that said the base cabinets had half shelves. Price and quality beats the local box store cabinets. I would use KCK again and would recommend them. All of the issues that I had were resolved by KCK
Everything came out beautiful. Limited selection of cabinet sizes required customization, I would have liked a wider selection of wall cabinets but that was a known factor when making the purchase. The directions for assembly were pretty bad and I would add a few hours onto the estimated cabinet assembly time for the first couple of cabinets. Overall, I would recommend.
Great quality all wood cabinets. None of this particle board mess that falls apart if it gets a tiny bit wet. Ordered entire kitchen and was expecting 2 weeks delivers and was actually 3 days ahead of schedule to South Georgia. Price compared to custom cabinet makers is not even close. Give me the ability to have a larger contingency if need be. Bought the Shaker white for outside and the Espresso for the center island. Ordering on website too easy. Did have a cracked cabinet or two but customer service was right on top and shipped new replacement cabinet overnight with no extra cost.
Ordering was easy and reliable. The cabinets look great! Customer service was helpful as well when I needed a replacement cabinet door. Only downside is these cabinets scratch very easily. We've only had them for a month or so and noticed several small scratches throughout which I needed to buy the repair kit for.

I purchased cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings for our laundry and could not be more pleased. They represent many manufactures so the selection is huge. I chose RTA cabinets but I could have gotten them already assembled. The design service was excellent and fast. The cabinets arrived quickly and on time at a great price. The assembly was quick and easy for a DYIer. Quality was top notch being all plywood with soft close hardware and full extension drawer glides. Doors were beautiful and aligned perfectly. One drawer front arrived damaged but was replaced within a few days no questions asked. Nice professional people to deal with I would recommend to anyone and would use them again myself.
I had never heard of Kitchen Cabinet Kings but found them online. Wanted to up date our kitchen the most inexpensive way since we don't expect to stay much longer. I found their prices were the best and they also had available a walll cabinet 42"H X 33"W that other manufacturers didn't have. When they arrived I frankly was surprised at the quality. Solid wood, very easy to assemble. Very easy. No complaints from me!!

I needed 10 kitchen cabinets in a new garage grooming room area for my golden retrievers. I saved a lot of money by purchasing "ready to assemble" cabinets and building them myself. Ordering process was easy from the website. Staff were available to answer my questions via email. The cabinets arrived on time, packaging was sufficient so cabinets were not damaged and the quality was very good with a dovetail and plywood construction. Instructions beyond what was included in the box were needed since this was my first time ever assembling cabinets so staff provided links to YouTube videos, which was very helpful.
We have ordered two sets of kitchen cabinets from KcK. We chose the pearl cabinets for our first set and the town square gray for our second. Both were great quality, beautiful and look high end. The KcK cabinets are definitely better built than any ready-made cabinets you'd find at a big box store like LOWES or Home Depot, but the cost was actually comparable to those lesser quality cabinets. Customer service was great. On one of my orders a piece was missing from the truck and customer service made sure to locate and send it right away. My other order I needed delivered after a certain date, and KcK was very accommodating of that. When one of my cabinets came off the truck scratched, they offered to send a new one or send me touch up paint. I opted for the touch up paint and they sent it right away. I also highly recommend purchasing all the crown and rail moldings for above and below the cabinets; they really take the whole look of the kitchen up a notch. The website was easy to navigate, and they logged my order accurately. Just make sure you write down your list of what you need before ordering as the cart won't hold your items forever. All in all, purchasing from KcK was a great experience. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Not enough information on website about construction style of cabinets. Would not have ordered that style of construction if i had known. 3 cabinet packages arrived damaged...the inside pieces on one unit were slightly damaged but couldn't do anything about it because of short window given to report damage. The RTA packages were stacked poorly and plastic wrapped poorly on the pallets, causing the problems of 3 packages getting damaged in transit. Pegs provided for the assembly were not helpful enough to solidly build these units...reinforcement wit nail guns were necessary or else units could not be assembled properly. Hinges on the doors and drawers are low quality, about 4 to 6 of them don't work properly, no matter the amount of adjustments made.
I ordered the light gray shaker cabinets which were very good quality. They were delivered in under 10 days and were easy to put together. We had a few doors that were damaged, but customer service warranted them immediately. The only negative I would give is if you don't order enough of trim in the initial order or need an additional item, the shipping is on the ridiculously high side. Needed an extra cabinet and shipping was almost as much as the cabinet. Was able to get them to ship out one cabinet for $60 which is a bit expensive but less than the original quote.
I love my RTA cabinets. We were able to assemble them with no trouble. We watched the video and followed the instructions. They are hung and look great. I have to get the hardware put on and will be ready to enjoy them.
Quality ok for the price point. Finish is crazy thin, have already had some erosion of stain color on edges of cabinet but overall look is very nice. Assembly wasn't super easy as some of the thinner pieces weren't perfectly level but we managed. Biggest complaint is the shipping cost associated with an additional piece of crown I needed. Price for 96" piece is $87 (ridiculously high) then they charge $97 to ship (even more ridiculous). They cut the board to 90" and reduced shipping charge by $40. So I had to pay $155 for a cut down piece of crown molding to finish the project. Sales people helpful once you get used to their gruff New York manner.
Ordered my RTA cabinets on a sunday afternoon and they were here withing 7 days. I could not believe how fast it was. They are beautiful and great quality

I ordered the RTA cabinets and it couldn't have been made any easier. The lead time from purchase date to delivery was less than I had anticipated which I was happy about. No damage on arrival and these cabinets are made out of solid food frame. I bought two 27"x30" wall and base in white shaker for my kitchen coffee bar and 2 30"x 35" base cabinets in pepper shaker. Both excellent quality and durability. Would definitely buy again.
I shopped on several websites before settling on Kitchen Cabinet Kings, because they have a big selection of styles, and prices are reasonable if you are not too picky. I'll admit that I chose the styles on sale purely for economical reasons, but I was able to find styles that fit my taste. The ordering process was easy, and I received a tracking number within one week of placing the order. For some reason I wasn't able to reach the courier (infinite ring on the phone), but the courier called me the next day and set up the delivery. The cabinets seem to be of good quality, at least one step up IKEA, and are sturdy without any noticeable defects; I was pleasantly surprised that all drawers and cabinet doors come with soft/slow close. The dimensions on the website match the dimensions of the actual products, which is ultra important to me since I didn't have much wiggle room. The kitchen in the end was finished without any hiccups.
I ordered the Shaker gray and the shaker arctic cabinets for my pantry project. Kitchen Kabinet Kings came highly recommended by my contractor because of the ease of assembly, quality and price. I am very happy with my decision! Shopping on their website was easy to understand and pretty simple. Their customer service even called me to make sure my submission was correct because I chose to do two different colors and they wanted to make sure it wasn't an error. There were lots of colors and styles to choose from and they shipped in a few days! I would absolutely use them again.

This is the third project using Greystone Shaker cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings and will use them again if the opportunity presents itself. We couldn't be more pleased with how they look. Quality is top notch and we have always been so pleased with the finished look.

Kitchen Cabinet Kings are great to work with. The customer service is outstanding. The RTA Townsend Gray cabinets were stylish and sturdy. The website is so easy to use. Our cabinets were shipped promptly as they were in stock with the vendor, as confirmed by the helpful customer service rep. KCK notified us of the carrier for tracking purposes. With a missing item, KCK promptly had the vendor ship a replacement. The samples are made from the same materials as cabinet doors so you have a good idea of the quality of the product before purchasing. We will definitely consider KCK for future cabinet needs.
We already had our kitchen cabinets from KCK, but we wanted to add additional cabinets. the ordering process was quick and easy. The cabinets arrived earlier than what they said. I ordered pre-assembled, and when they arrived, we were able to install them quickly, same day.
My boyfriend and I just bought our first house and when we saw it we immediately knew we'd want to change the cabinets. They were old really dark oak cabinets and they were almost falling apart. I heard about kitchen cabinet kings through social media and I figured I'd check them out. Everything about the experience was terrific. They showed up in about 9 days, they were communicative and they answered the phone every time I called. Customer service was great and the cabinets look great too! Assembly was easy, I will say a couple of the boards were warped a little bit, but nothing too serious and you can't even tell now that they are hung up. I truly enjoyed my experience working with Kitchen Cabinet Kings and have already recommended them to friends!
I couldn't be more happy with Kitchen Cabinet Kings. Aside from paying $$$$$ for custom made cabinets, Kitchen Cabinet Kings is a great alternative. We remodeled our whole kitchen, breakfast island and bathroom storage with RTA cabinets. The quality and craftsmanship of Kitchen Cabinet Kings is well worth the money saved from going custom. We ordered Tahoe white for the kitchen and Ice White Shaker for the bathroom. All cabinets shipped with no issues and were easily put together in little to no time. I would definitely consider using the company again, based on cost savings, responsiveness of their customer service, and super fast shipping.
i bought rta framer y white cabinets to replace hurricane damaged original cabinets. The price was amazingly low for solidly constructed plywood cabinets. delivery was fast and they arrived i damaged and were easy to assemble. this made a stressful time much easier for us.
Horrible company
Horrible company. Cabinets are crap if you Ever receive them. Been waiting since 1/6/22 it's now 8/9/22 and still don't have a complete set of undamaged cabinets. They don't communicate what's so ever. Worst purchase I ever made. Wolf cabinets are crap. Doors fall off, cabinets crack, horrible finish. And kitchen cabinets kings calls them custom. Just horrible all around. And they don't care one bit if your satisfied. They only offer a $500 credit for the months of BS and aggravation they put you through. I can't say horrible enough. I wish I could speak to the owners on the crap they are selling and the poor service and customer service they deliver. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!! Go elsewhere. Save yourself a ton of aggravation. I hate this company!!!!!! No other way to say it.
We ordered four cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. When the arrived, my son put them together to surprise us. We noticed that Kitchen Cabinet Kings sent us a 42" cabinet instead of the 24". Originally, the company was not going to send us the correct cabinet at no cost to us. But after a long discussion, they agreed to send us the correct cabinet at no cost.
Great looking cabinets
Got the shaker ice white cabinets and I'm thrilled with how they make my kitchen brighter. Everything from ordering to receiving went smooth. All cabinets arrived within 2 weeks and in great shape. I would recommend to anyone looking for fair priced solid built cabinets.
Affordable, good quality and responsive
I found KCK's RTA cabinets to be the lowest-price for the model I wanted for the quality I was looking for. They shipped quickly, and though there were a few minor issues, KCK resolved them quickly. I would definitely order from them again.
I was in need of a replacement base...
I was in need of a replacement base cabinet originally made by Forevermore Cabinetry. The Sienna Rope style had been discontinued, so I knew it would be a challenge to find. I had the good fortune of reaching Rizzo Siciliano, in your Customer Service Associate. She immediately offered to make the necessary contact with the manufacturer to see what might be available. I was replacing a 30" base, but it was not available, but Rizzo was able to find me two 15" bases. She placed the order and had them shipped and I received last week. I assembled and installed them, and my problem was solved. Rizzo was very up-beat and a pleasure to work with and is a great representative for your company. (Order # 100046947) William J. The cabinets were nice, and good quality. The shipping was a nightmare even before covid. Took 4 months for local delivery. Many cabinets damaged. Assembled cabinets replaced with unassembled cabinets, some wood was warped and therefor hard to assemble. I was offered a $250 credit for all the trouble I experienced, however it was never received. Unless you have several months and lots of time to deal with problems try someone else.
Great customer service
I'd like to acknowledge Customer Service Associate Rizzo Siciliano for her friendly and very helpful assistance with my order. She helped me track my order and assisted me in a timely manner whenever I had questions. And when I had an issue, she went above and beyond to help find a resolution. She has been wonderful to deal with and has definitely made my experience with KCK a good one.

This is easily the worst company to order from. After waiting for the shipment to arrive, the order dame completely damaged. The large cabinets that I ordered were put in the middle of the order. They were stacked upon rotted out pallets that simply gave out under the weight of the cabinets. The middle bent causing damage to 2 very expensive cabinets. Every item, and I do mean every item had damage. Either to the frame, door, etc. Yes, they will send you the replacement part, but only if that shows up undamaged as well. Which it didn't. Due to the extensive damage to some of the items i was forced to wait another month and a half for the replacement parts, putting my kitchen remodel that far out. The sad part is I had a great experience the first time I used them. Too bad this was the worst experience in regards to such a large order.

WORST COMPANY EVER TO DEAL WITH
This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced in my lifetime. It has now been a week since I received the order that I ordered 3 months ago. I am still missing 6 cabinets and of the 14 I received 5 are damaged beyond repair. No communication from customer service except after my first review. I paid over $15,000 for these cabinets and it is a complete disaster and worst of all their customer service doesn't care at all. It's everyone else's mistakes and not theirs. I ORDERED FROM KITCHEN CABINET KINGS NOT THEM!!!!! no one answers emails or phone calls. They don't care about you or your kitchen or bath. All they care is they got paid and that's it. I will have no kitchen now for probably 3 months if ever. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY DELIVER WHAT IS EXPECTED AND CARE. THESE PEOPLE DONT!!!!!!

We had a great experience with KCK. We bought the shaker cabinets in ice white. Their support team was prompt and helpful helping us resolve an initial possible back order situation, and with subsequent requests for help as well. The cabinets look great and seem like they should last well. I'm very pleased with the value for the money. Delivery time was great, ordering from the website was a simple experience. I'm happy. Would recommend, and will use again for future remodels!
Day one after the disaster of a delivery
Day 1 after the disaster of a delivery where over half of what I ordered I didn't receive or was damaged. Spoke with a customer service person today and still no answer on when or if the issue will be resolved. Was basically told it wasn't there fault. If I order from a company it it their problem. I don't care about the shipping company or thw manufacturer. YOU sold me the cabinets, YOU accepted my money, therefore it IS YOUR responsibility to deliver what what purchased. All the apologies in the world don't make up for the fact that I don't have a kitchen at this point. I have had to cancel the installers and the counter tops at this point. After speaking with this company I have no idea when I will receive any of the missing cabinets or the damaged cabinets. Could be months. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. understand that they only post reviews of 4-5 on their website. Let's see what tomorrow brings. I will be reviewing daily on what progress I have. So far horrible.

This by far has been the worst experience I have ever had. Been waiting for 3 months for the custom color cabinets. After 3 months received the order, over half of the order is either missing or damaged on delivery. Horrible service since everyone just passed you onto the next person. No response all day as to when and if I will ever get what I actually ordered. Horrible communication. So basically I have a kitchen that I spent $15k on cabinets and can't even install because I have no idea how many more months I have to wait for cabinets. Worst experience ever. Go somewhere else and get cabinets. At least they want your business and take care of the customer. Not here. They could care less.

These are great quality cabinets at an affordable price. They are built well, look fantastic and are extremely functional. The ordering, customer service, delivery and follow up with the customer is excellent. I highly recommend kitchen cabinet kings for all of your cabinetry needs.
I ordered a bathroom vanity from this company. When it arrived, the front piece of the vanity included the doors and one of the three drawer fronts. This piece was broken. I inquired about replacing it, and the Community Service Director informed me that she requested a replacement and it would ship within a day or so. I then asked if I have to send back the broken one or if I can throw it away. She responded "No need to return you can toss it." When the replacement arrived, it did not have any of the doors or the drawer front that were included on the original one that arrived. I emailed informing them of this, and the Community Service Director called me, instantly starting yelling at me, lied saying that she told me to remove the doors and drawer fronts. She NEVER informed me that I was supposed to remove them. She never gave me any direction about what to do except for very vaguely answering the questions I asked. After yelling at me on the phone, she said she would reach out to the manufacturer. A few days later she told me I will have to pay $548 which is almost the price that I paid for the vanity itself. This issue was not caused by me, as a customer service provider she should not be assuming that all customers are experienced in home remodeling and would read her mind that the doors are supposed to be removed. As a 25 year old first time home owner, my experience with any other companies is that they replace the piece as it came, which included the doors and drawer front on it. It was her responsibility to inform me that I needed to remove these, which she failed to do. This issue was caused by her poor communication to me as the customer, and made much worse by yelling at me over the phone.

All the parts lined up nicely and using wood glue on all the joints made for a very solid construction along with the angle braces provided. The hardware provided for the hinges and drawer slides is very good as well. I did have a cabinet damaged in shipment and KCK was very easy to work with to get a replacement cabinet face and door shipped out to me. My wife liked the look so much that we subsequently ordered bathroom vanity cabinets as well.

Easy on-line purchase!!
We needed 33", which isn't easy to find on-line, but KCK has them. The quality is great, finish perfect, and shipping quick. We used three wall cabinets to create one large bathroom cabinet, floor to ceiling. Our contractor built a base for us. Filler and scribe molding, and voila! It's perfect and took care of filling an unused space and giving us lots of storage!
I couldn't be happier with the quality, and because I did shop around, KCK provided an extremely competitive price. What sets this company apart - customer service! It took over a month and a half to get the items delivered even though they said delivery would only be 2 to 3 weeks at the time of purchase. Once the items were delivered the pallet and majority of the boxes were damaged. Some boxes were damaged to the point that broken wood pieces were falling out. I went through the pallet of 17 boxes as best I could and noted the damaged items. 2 days later I went through the pallet completely and noticed that three items were missing. These items were the toe kicks and filler pieces, for a total of $310. They said that they would have to reach out to the shipping company so they could do a dock search. This process took 3 weeks and they came back and said because I didn't note it at the time of delivery they would not be covering it. So I spent $5,200 and the company won't acknowledge their mistake that they never shipped it and I will be forced to pay another $310. It's been 75 days since I placed my purchase and I still don't have all the pieces I need to complete my project. And the customer service during all of this has been atrocious. Third kitchen remodel with KCK
We have ordered twice from KCK and had a very good experience. The quality and pricing of the cabinets is fair and the delivery was quick and professional. In each of our kitchen orders we had one cabinet arrived damaged. The first time we needed a replacement the second time we modified the cabinet and used touch up paint as needed. We didn't have time to wait for a replacement. We had to make a few changes to our order and customer service was very responsive and helpful even when we were the ones in the wrong. Everything arrived as expected. The only surprise we had was some of the larger cabinets with adjustable side pegs didn't come with any shelving. Upon inquiry we thought the cost to add a shelf was very expensive so we made our own from painted wood for a fraction of the cost. We also found it hard to get some of the trim boards in various colors so we improvised and made our own and it turned out great. We are very happy with our design and cabinet purchases. We recently did a friend's kitchen and ordered from KCK for that project so in all we have done three kitchens with great success.
We have purchased cabinets from KCK twice now (and helped a friend do their kitchen too!) and have been very pleased. The ordering process was streamlined, the cabinet selection was plentiful and the customer service department was very helpful. We had to make a few changes to our order and the sales team went above and beyond to help us. At a time when deliveries were delayed nationwide and building materials were scarce, KCK delivered on time. We had used white shaker cabinets in a previous home and this time chose the white Madison line for the main cabinets and did a contrasting island in Madison Grey. Very pleased with the overall construction of the cabinets, shipping, and ease of installation.

BUYER BEWARE I started the order and purchase process back in February picked out the cabinets that I wanted was told that they were in stock and when it was time to actually order the cabinets half of the cabinets were not in stock and would not be in stock for a month. Picked another color stressed that I wanted RTA in every conversation and communication and I ended up with assembled cabinets. They have made the effort to work with me to get the delivery issues and the quality issues work out. However if you are on a tight schedule this company will not be able to provide the products in a timely manner. So if you have lots of time the price is pretty good quality is reasonably good. The shipping company that they use is horrible XPO. Receive the major part of the order at the end of April here in end of June I have still not received all of the items shipping company has lost some and my project is still on hold.

I have been building houses for over 35 years. I just started using KCK about a year ago. Boy am I sorry I waited so long. The quality is just as good if not better than any high end cabinet I have ever purchased. Assembly is a little bit of work but well worth the effort. I used the Pearl Cabinets and added granite counter tops. It took about 4 weeks to receive and the price was at least 30% cheaper than any other place I priced. Great customer support and communication, great product, great service!

We ordered the Newport cabinets for a renovation of our family room. Two base cabinets, one tall wall cabinet with glass doors, one 12 inch wall cabinet and two wine rack cabinets. The order process was easy, pricing was very good as these are RTA, saving over fully assembled. Delivery was very quick, only about 5-6 days. Two of the base cabinet panels did have some damage, and the company sent replacement pieces very quickly. Assembly was straightforward. Solidly made product. Very pleased with the end result and will be using Kitchen Cabinet Kings again when we tackle the Kitchen renovation. If you have basic DIY skills, this is a great way to refresh any space with new cabinets without breaking the bank.

Customer service is excellent. We received our order of cabinets in a timely manner however, due to shipping, some were damaged. We were in immediate contact with customer service, who told us how to proceed. After sending pictures of the damaged cabinets, replacements were sent and also received very quickly. I believe Kitchen Cabinet Kings is a reputable company who backs their products. Our cabinets have not been assembled yet but they look very nice!
This review is difficult for me to write. Overall the quality of the cabinets is good. They are sturdy and attractive. I'm not one to nick pick and complain because I want everyone to be successful. The issue we had was if it wasn't for my husband's patience we would have never been able to use these out of the box. Several of the side panels were slightly warped. So, he took them apart reglued them, and used pipe clamps in order to square them up properly. If he had not done this to each panel then the drawers would have never closed. And while he was at it he glued all the dove-tailed bottoms and sides. Without the added wood glue they would never have held any weight. But, after all, is said and done these are nice quality cabinets. Just expect to do some additional labor to make them work for you. The boxes did come damaged in shipping but the damage did not affect the cabinets. It was strictly the cardboard. Would I order these again? Yes, because the end product is good and my husband can fix the issues. Have I recommended these to friends? Yes. They were delivered VERY fast and the website was easy to use. We didn't contact support because we solved our own problems.

The cabinets are built very well and look amazing. A representative even called me to check on one of the cabinets I was ordering to make sure it was correct. I ordered ice white shaker but they were out of stock on couple cabinets so was told i could upgrade to a higher end cabinet at no extra charge. I went with shaker arctic. No complaints here. They arrived couple days later, well palletized and impressed with the packing they do. The customer service I received was excellent. The cost and quality of my cabinets was impressive as was the ordering website. Highly recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings! Would definitely use them again if the need arises.
I have been very happy with the high quality beautiful cabinets with the look of custom at half the price purchased from Kitchen Cabinet Kings on several occassions. They are extremely well made and easy to assemble. The real wood faces and quality plywood boxes coupled with sturdy metal brackcets make for a very strong cabinet. The soft close drawers are very impressive. I found no short cuts quality or hidden surprises. The one time I needed a replacement part it was overnighted without hassle.

My husband and I were looking to do a kitchen remodel but realizing the expense of ordering the cabinets already made wasn't in our budget. My husband offered to assembly the cabinets himself if I could find a company that do "ready to assemble - RTA". Found Kitchen Cabinet Kings online and have been very pleased with them since. I had a design in mind and in working with Nicole on the design team, we were able to create the design and execute it within our budget. The cabinets came in at half price and my husband spent almost 2 weeks putting them together. Yes he had some tough cabinet assembly especially on the corner cabinets and the wall oven cabinet but he is an engineer. We had no issues with the freight company and delivery was as expected. 4 of our items were on backorder and we knew this at the beginning of our project but believe me its very overwhelming to have all the cabinets delivered at once and trying to check to make sure everything had arrived. Time wise from design to finish will be almost 1 year, from ordering to finishing 5 months but well worth it. I was very particular and knew what I wanted and Nicole was always willing to work with me. Because I took my time and overthought it multiple times, it paid off in the end. My one complaint was with the upper wall cabinets. I ordered them 36" height and assumed they would come with 3 shelves, they did not. Also, these are not your high end cabinets but surely your the only one that knows that. Make sure you order a sample, they do refund you the price of the sample when you order the cabinets. Would definitely order from them again.

We purchased RTA cabinets from KCK and had a great experience. Their design team discussed issues to think about and I was also able to add extra shelves to the order with no issues. Assembly was easy. The overall look of the cabinets are great. I would definitely purchase from them again.
My wife and I spent a ton of time researching cabinets for a lakehouse. We were looking for good quality cabinets, not high-end because of the location and type of house this was. We looked all the big box stores, and a lot of online stores as well. We had settled on a big box store, but were not excited about our choice. Then we found Kitchen Cabinet Kings!!! Their pricing was AWESOME. I mean AWESOME compared to the crap you get other places. We finally settled on the Lexington white RTAs since I am a bit of a handyman if I don't say so myself lol. Anyhow, We put our plan together and worked with David to get our account setup, Dana to help with the design, Luisa who helped with the small damages we had from shipping, Miki who helped with the shipment. Everyone of them were responsive, polite and extremely knowledgeable. They were top notch. We gave Dana an idea of our layout and design we were looking for and within hours (literally only hours) we got our rendered design back. It looked virtually exactly like we wanted. Upon ordering we got email confirmations right away, and hooked up with the shipping company. Within 2 weeks all the product was at our door step. Another 10 days for the few damaged items and we were all set. I assembled a 10 by 12 foot kitchen in 1 day (I glued every joint just to add strength, even though there was no need) and after all the prep for the house, I installed the cabinets in 1 day as well. My wife was ecstatic and so I am happy as well. The Lexington painting was top quality, obviously from robot. The hinges were softclose and lined up great. I had very few tweaks to do on the doors, but when I did, it was simply a matter of turning on of the screws. The drawers were dovetailed and the the sides I believe are full wood. If we ever had to redo another kitchen we would definitely look at the using KitchenCabinetKings again.
We wanted a basement wet bar and shopped around for quite some time before settling on RTA cabinets from KCK. We chose Cherry Glaze and have been very happy with the results. We added in a couple of extra shelves for our design and everything was smooth from ordering to delivery. I put the cabinets together over two nights (wasn't in a rush) and everything went together nicely. I would definitely buy from them again and I would definitely recommend them to friends. Love this company-it came highly recommended by my brother-in-law who is a builder. I had some questions before ordering and Customer service was very helpful. I ordered the ready to assembly cabinets in shaker white- The arrived as agreed to by a 3rd party freight (be sure to spend the extra $ for the truck lift). While I did not put the cabinets together, the handyman who did said that it was pretty straightforward. I highly recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings and will order again when I start renovations on my 2nd home

I will definitely do business with Kitchen Cabinet Kings again. Their customer support was immediately responsive, answered all my questions, and were friendly. We had a mix up with delivery, incorrect cabinet was delivered. Within 30 min of this, customer support tracked down the correct cabinet, scheduled it for delivery the next day. The quality is great and the shipping packing maintained the integrity of the cabinets.
The cabinets are truly well made and solid. The support staff is extremely knowledgeable re. the products and shipping process. And helpful. My handles were lost in the mail and they were able to work with the shipper to fix the issue promptly. I highly recommend going with this company. I assembled the cabinets myself with which can be done with a clean and square result for a relatively handy person - but obviously does take a substantial amount of time to complete.

This was my third time remodeling a kitchen using cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. I made the mistake of purchasing a competitors cabinet on last kitchen project. No more, I am back. The quality and value are outstanding and service is superb. Thumps up for these guys.
I bought a 42" bath cabinet in Shaker light grey and a kitchen set in Pearl. Pros: - Overall quality is pretty good. Had some chipping of paint during installation so buy the touchup paint. -Price. I shopped around a lot and KCK's had some of the best value. - Shipping time was good, even around the Christmas holiday. -Selection was very good. Ordering online was nerve wracking because I couldn't see the cabinets in person. However, the cabinets were just as they are shown online. Cons: -Assembly instructions lack alot of information. You are given a single piece of paper as instructions. You get bags of screws without any additional information on which screws go where. This led to an issue where I used the wrong screw and it went through my cabinet door. Wasn't happy about that and the door cost $155 to replace. - Customer service/ design. My designer took 3 days to respond to any email. I had time frame I wanted to complete the project by and I was not able to meet it because of the back and forth with the designer. Additionally, I had to correct the design several times and then when I received my order the designer did not put the correct cabinets in the order. I had to return these items and was forced to pay a return fee to the manufacturer and pay for return shipping when it wasn't my fault. Additionally my designer gave me a cabinet that didn't fit my kitchen. I had soffitt above some of my cabinets and the design didn't take that into account. Finally, I returned the wrong cabinets in December and I still have yet to receive my refund and it is the end of March. Overall: Good cabinets but crappy experience overall. If you do use this company, pay the extra money to have them preassembled and save some headaches. Triple check your design.
Top notch Customer Service. Every question/concern immediately addressed. Constant follow up. I am currently experiencing some delivery issues but my rep checks in with me frequently to make sure I am informed on progress being made to resolve. Friendly, helpful and professional attention. I can't say enough. Quality of cabinets are worth money spent. I got RA and they were a snap to assemble.
A friend recommended Kitchen Cabinet Kings for our bathroom remodel. After looking over the numerous choices, we decided to order a few samples that arrived in a few days. Once we decided on a style and placed an order, the cabinets arrived quickly and the price was very reasonable. Disappointing
We purchased the shaker style white cabinets. Initially, we were delighted with our cabinets. But, after a few weeks we started to notice that there were small bubbles appearing in various areas. I contacted the company and was informed that their warranty didn't cover areas surrounding the sink due to water. However, I explained to them that they had just been installed. So, they quickly sent out replacement pieces. Great! It's been almost two years since they have been installed and they continue to bubble up and peel. It's very disappointing to see how quickly they have deteriorated. I would not recommend purchasing any cabinets that have been painted. I gave the company two stars instead of one due to them standing behind their products and replacing the damaged areas. But, I am still experiencing similar paint issues. As of Feb. 9 2021. My kitchen cabinets continue to disappoint. The paint continues to peel and large cracks have appeared on the interior back panels. The cabinet wood chips easily and is about as solid as a soft stick of butter. My advice is to invest more in your cabinets, purchase them elsewhere and remember, you get what you pay for. Good luck.

This was my second set of Kitchen Cabinet Kings so I can now offer a comparison review of the 2 cabinet manufacturers. The first set of cabinets were the Imperial Blue and the second set were Shaker Gray. The imperial Blue cabinet manufacturer were a far superior cabinet. They have nice finished bottoms on the uppers so they have a much more attractive custom look. Both had beautiful color and finishes. I especially love the drawer hardware on both sets of cabinets.

Ordered a full Ice white shaker kitchen from KCK. All cabinets were delivered on a freight pallet in approximately 2 weeks. Had 1 small issue that customer service handled by replacing the piece damaged in shipping immediately. website is easy to navigate and offers lots of different styles. RTA cabinets aren't for everyone, but if you don't mind the challenge and can take your time to assemble, you can get a great product at a great price. The cabinets are much better quality than comparable priced big box cabinets and KCK had higher end models than other vendors. My new kitchen completely transformed the look of the house. Kitchen Cabinet Crap.
After six phone calls and multiple failed delivery attempts, my cabinets finally arrived despite absolutely no help from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. Upon unboxing, I noticed minor damage to virtually every cabinet. Scratches, Knicks, misaligned joints with major gaps, cabinets of different heights, doors that were improperly installed and had damaged each other in packaging as they clashed together... the list goes on. Additionally, three pieces showed major cracks running into the visible portions of the cabinetry. One of these cracked pieces was a piece of lumber which never should have been used for finish cabinetry. It was cracked in multiple places, and clearly never straight or true. The lack of quality control in vetting the materials to be used for their cabinetry is astonishing. Furthermore, I spent hours properly aligning all of the doors I'd paid to have installed and hiding and dressing all the damage done to them by their poor installation. Customer service was even more problematic than the garbage they sent me. Luisa treated me with disrespect and condescension and ultimately hung up on me as I expressed my frustration with my $3k "investment." Eventually, I spoke with Miki whose customer service skills were 1000fold better, though she blamed KCK's shortcomings on COVID. While I understand that COVID has been a struggle for us all, it's no excuse to compel a customer to accept absolute trash in exchange for $3000k. If you can't make a quality product during these trying times, then don't sell anything. Save your money and your sanity. Stay away from this atrocious excuse for a company.

Very dissatisfied. I ordered cabinets and when I placed my order on October 29, it had an expected ship date of Novermber 21. I called on November 17 to check and see is it was too late to add 1 piece only to find out my order was never submitted and had been placed on hold because the style I ordered didn't come with toe kicks. They claim to have called but never spoke to me to let me know the order was held up and email was incorrect. I had tried to work previously with a designer and no one would help me out so I did not know this style did not come with toe kicks. I called in again on November 30 to find out when my cabinets would arrive and the person told me they would ship out on December 14 I asked why so long and was told because of the hold up in initial order. Was never told my order was not already being worked on. I then called in on December 14 to see what was going on and was told my order will not ship until January 14 and that the company found out on November 20 that this style was back ordered and that they thought my order shipped. But also told me that it takes a minimum of 21 days to ship and the order hadn't been submitted until November 18. Customer service is very poor. Communication after sale is lacking and they could care less if the customer gets their stuff

I will say that I paid more for the cabinets I ordered than the RTA store I have used previously because they had the finish I was looking for. That being said I am disappointed with the quality of the cabinets and the hardware. The drawer glides are not smooth and do not adjust easily. There were limited instructions included and no videos on the website like there are with other RTA dealers. I Will go back to my previous website I have ordered from for anything else in the future.

I ordered RTA Espresso cabinets and...
I ordered RTA Espresso cabinets and spent over $4,000. The cabinets are beautiful, however some of the pieces are bowed and had a hard time putting them together. Instructions are just pictures. We had a corner cabinet with a lazy susan and had no idea how to build. Went on YouTube for detailed instructions. Once you open them, they are not returnable and you are stuck trying to fit the pieces together. After building, some of the doors are bowed and do not close properly. I am very disappointed and would never buy cabinets again on line.

Kitchen Cabinet Kings really do treat their customers like royalty! The product and service are both excellent. I ordered 22 pieces total, wall and base cabinets, of the Sienna Rope style. The beautiful cabinets and sculptured doors and drawer fronts were made from very good quality wood. They had heavy-duty durable hardware attached, which included soft-close technology. Push the door or drawer and it finished closing, quietly, all by itself! My order came amid the Covid-19 pandemic, which caused some unforeseen problems. Luckily for me, the folks at KCK have real live, knowledgeable, patient Customer Service agents on staff. They worked quickly and consistently with me to adjust my order and ultimately create a second order so that I could get all my cabinets in time to finish building my new home on time. The price for these high-quality cabinets was the cheapest I could find, online or in-store. This was surprising because the cabinets were not "cheap" in design or construction. Plus, KCK gives new customers a 10% discount. The website is easy to navigate and handy to place items in your shopping cart, where they stay until you are ready to purchase. We were very pleased with our cabinets. We picked the signature pearl cabinets. My favorite part is the soft close of the drawers. I probably will always have to have soft close drawers in a kitchen now. I do recommend you measure & think out your cabinet design before ordering or use the website for a design. In order to return or exchange you will be responsible for shipping cost. My husband put all of the cabinets together himself. On the first one he damaged a front face of a lower cabinet. We were so upset so I contacted costumer service. They gladly sent a replacement free of cost. We were so happy with Kabinet King and will be recommending them to our friends and family.
They came out nice. We normally use a different brand and must admit we found the assembly and installation more difficult than what we are used to. Besides that customer service was great with getting us replacement products from damaged pieces we received and had good communication with doing so.

We love the new kitchen we got from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. It fits beautifully in this history Mt. Vernon apartment in Baltimore. The gray color is perfect and matches beautifully the granite countertop and stainless appliances. Since the area for the kitchen was very limited, we have used tall wall cabinets, which provides a much needed extra space (and provided a small step to reach the top). It is my 6th kitchen from KCK and I was never disappointed. Great quality, fast delivery, smooth communication - will keep buying for my next renovation projects.
We've been super happy with our cabinets, and this is our third kitchen ordered from Kings. Each time, the cabinets have been well packed, easy to assemble, and gorgeous once installed. We especially like the look of the shaker white cabinets, and we hope that they hold strong for decades to come. If I had one criticism, it should be that replacement parts are easier to buy and order. Our under-sink doors have dissolved a bit from droplets of water splashing out of the sink. A new pair of doors-only was $200 and not covered by warranty. Steeper than expected when less than a year old.
Wow, I could not be happier! We have a turn of the century (1907) house that we have done a top down and bottoms up renovation. The kitchen was very important to my wife an I. Starting in 2015 I began looking for kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I looked at 9 different suppliers/stores/makers before selecting Kitchen Cabinet Kings for my order in 2020. I knew from the description that these cabinets would have a great quality of materials compared to other vendors. We knew we didn't want any MDF or thin shelving that would cause problems later. The last component was to get the right color and look for the house. However I knew we had an uphill battle because my cabinet budget was only $5000. We came in under budget by almost 15%!!! We made the order and I was confident that we would be happy. Wow, was I happy, I could not believe how stunning these cabinets looked and how sturdy they were. With COVID there were some supply delays, but that was expected. What wasn't expected was all the communication that Kitchen Cabinet Kings kept sending me. I want to personally thank Dana D., Louisa R. and Miki S. for their communication and resolution of any and all concerns that I had. I have been in construction and engineering for over 30 years and I can honestly say I love these cabinets. As expected with a large order a few pieces did not travel as well as they could have but they were quickly and easily replaced. I have almost completed the installation myself, we are just waiting on countertops. Do not hesitate to order these cabinets. I will try to update photos when it is all done.

We were looking for a solid wood cabinet. We were not happy with the box store price and quality. We were very nervous about spending that sort of money on something sight unseen but decided to do it. We didn't have time to order a sample. The cabinets came in 9 days! The packaging was fantastic! I bought kitchen cabinets online for a cabin we are building in Colorado. I called to ask them to hold shipment until my contractor was ready. They were more than helpful. They arranged to release the cabinets to time out the shipment to arrive when we could be there and so we didn't have to store them. The cabinets arrived safely and are beautiful. We ordered the RTA Espresso Kitchen Cabinets and are pleased with how they turned out. Relatively easy to assemble, good quality, easy to install. Great value for the price. Website was easy to navigate and had no problem ordering everything we wanted (ie everything was in-stock). Delivery was fine, and the one piece that arrived damaged was easily/quickly replaced at no charge. The only negative was that some shelf 'hardware holes' were not level, but I remedied this with scraps of felt to level the shelf. We love our new cabinets, recommend KCK, and would order from them again.

KCK's online un-assembled cabinets were as reasonably priced as any I could find online and their online reviews were good, so I ordered them for my kitchen. They are easy-to-assemble** and well built and the soft close features make them top-of-the-line. As I assembled them, I noticed the shippers lost a set of drawer glides and I called KCK and they shipped me a replacement quickly and for no cost. I couldn't have asked for better service and price. I recommend them and will definitely buy my future cabinets from them! **Note, the assemble instructions that come with the cabinets at a tad vague, but you'll figure it out. You can also go online for instructions.

Not as Advertised
Disappointed with the cabinets I received. I ordered the Savannah wall cabinets that are advertised as cinnamon with chocolate glaze, but what I received were orange cabinets that look like their Riverside Honey cabinets with what looks like a dark brown or black marker around the edges. Very dissatisfied customer as I cannot return them. If you wish to purchase from this company, I highly suggest you order a door sample and then hope the final product matches, because if it doesn't, you will be stuck with what you get.

We could not be any happier and pleased with our cabinet project and Kitchen Cabinet Kings for making it possible. We recently bought a home built in 2005 with a partially finished basement kitchenette. Missing were the upper cabinets to store cups, dishes, and anything else that you would otherwise pile on a countertop or need a separate cupboard. We searched for months to find cabinets that matched (style, color, and finish) to the lower cabinets of 15+ years go. After a lengthy search and many conversations with custom cabinet companies in the local area, we found Kitchen Cabinet Kings and an almost exact match with the Riverside Honey cabinets. We couldn't believe that we found such a great match. Better yet, their price for our cabinet project was significantly lower than those local companies and well within our budget. The selection and online ordering process was straightforward and hassle free. Once we placed our order, the communications from Kitchen Cabinet Kings were timely and perfect. We were expecting the freight delivery process to be complicated given experiences with other companies in the past... not the case. Within less than a week from the point we placed our order, the shipping company lowered the palate of cabinets by our backdoor... to note, the shipping company had great communications with us also setting up the delivery time. Everything arrive in outstanding shape. The palate of cabinets were all undamaged and in nearly pristine condition. We even had several 8 foot lengths of prefinished crown modeling that were not dented or scratched in any way. Once unpacked and carted down to the basement, the installation process went very smoothly. We did take our time with the installation and measured 3 and 4 times before we started hanging the cabinets and cutting the crown modeling, but our slow process paid off with perfectly aligned and hung upper cabinets. All of the cabinets were square and joint lines smooth. Aside from a slight lighter stain tent (which should darken some with time and use), most will never notice that the upper cabinets are 15 years newer than the bottom. To say that we are satisfied with our experiences with Kitchen Cabinet Kings is an understatement. We are ecstatic with our basement kitchenette now. To our friends and anyone reading this review, we will definitely recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings and will look to them first for all of our future cabinet projects!

Our family recently built a new home and decided to go through KCKings for our new custom kitchen cabinets. We put in Madison White upper and lower with a Madison brown island. We were very pleased with the quality of the door faces and frames and the functionality of the self closing doors and drawers. It does seem like there is one drawer and two doors where they don't seem to operate correctly, but I'm not sure it's not an adjustment issue either. After I figured out my cabinet layout, I was able to go through and select cabinets and options fairly easily. Upon finalizing the order, I recieved it within 10 days. I was surprised. There was one box that had damage and the driver noted it on the invoice incase the cabinet needed to be replaced. I would recommend using KCKings especially if you're a do-it-your-self-er-er. We have purchased from Kitchen Cabinet Kings before. They offer very good quality cabinets for the price and really good service. I like working with their designers and the drawing quality they provide is excellent. We demoed the old kitchen and completed the installation ourselves, we are not pros, so the extra help they give us makes all the difference. This kitchen was a complete redesign. We created an open concept with an island from a dysfunctional galley style kitchen. Appliances were moved and we had room to add a pantry to this very small kitchen. It's gorgeous! I've priced out my projects with other vendors but Have continued to order from KCK due to the following reasons: Ease of using their web site. Number of Cabinet and door options. Option to buy assembled or RTA. The quality of their product. Their attention to your needs. Many follow up emails. Videos to help with assembly of all cabinet types. I have found quick delivery within 7 days which is a real plus. And last but not least great pricing. I will continue to use KCK, for my future projects.
I purchased the graystone shaker RTA cabinets for my island and wet bar. The color is just was I was going for and the quality of the cabinet is great! These were easy to put together though the directions are not very descriptive. I purchased the antique white shaker RTA cabinets for my wall side cabinets and they go so well with the graystone shakers. The customer service at Kitchen Cabinet Kings has been great. I had some issues and questions regarding my cabinets and they were answered very quickly. Customer service was there to answer any questions along the way and followed up with me once my cabinets were delivered. The cabinets were delivered quickly and in good condition. I had one piece that I needed replaced and customer service had it sent to me within 2 days. The website is easy to navigate and user friendly. This is the third time using KCK as a cabinet provider and Have always had great results. I tried other RTA providers but have found their websites to be less user friendly and more cumbersome. When ordering with KCK the process is effortless. After I put my order in I have a price immediately and normally they are having one of their sales and include free shipping for orders over $3000, that a few hundred dollar savings right there. From the time of ordering to the delivery date I have experienced a seven day turn around. Not bad when you're facing time constraints. I have built cabinets in the past so I was pleasantly surprised when the KCK product showed up. From the 3/4 maple dovetailed drawers, to the solid face frame, to the quality drawer glides and hinges, that are all soft closing. Just after ordering the product KCK followed up with an email with assembly videos which are helpful to get started and especially when you are assembling a lazy Susan. As a contractor I was very skeptical about the quality and timeliness of delivery on these cabinets. I was wrong. They came to delivered to my house in under two weeks, as compared to four to five weeks from any other distributor. Quality is high and assembling shaker style cabinets was not too cumbersome. We are very happy with our whole experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings, Ordering was fast and simple, we were told shipping would be within 21 days, it was less than that they arrived on time only 1 package had some damage that was caused by the trucking company. I notified Kitchen Cabinet Kings I had the replacement part the next week. The cabinets are a great quality and the price can't be beat. This project quickly evolved from a simple "paint the old cabinets and rotate the island" to a complete kitchen remodel. We did not have a lot of space, and placed a premium on counter space. We had looked at a number of cabinets from the big box stores to online options. We were dismayed at the prices and (lack of) quality of supposedly "premium" cabinets built of particle board. We live in a humid environment and particle board was a non-starter for us. I was tending toward RTA cabinets, hoping to get a better quality product that wouldn't break the bank. I happened upon Kitchen Cabinet Kings at the time they were offering sale prices and free shipping. The more I researched the more I became impressed with the quality and prices of their product. There was about a 15% difference in price so I ended up ordering the fully assembled Shaker White cabinets. From the moment the cabinets arrived I was impressed with the quality of both the materials and workmanship. Somewhere along the line of ordering I had missed that the cabinets came with full extension drawer slides and soft close hinges - another pleasant surprise. Their website was well organized and easy to navigate and order. The items arrived well packaged and with no damage. The only less than perfect comment is that there was one piece missing. When the order arrived I just had the driver unload the pallets without breaking them open and inventorying the pieces. It was several weeks before I started installing the cabinets and discovered the missing item. It was an easy fix to accommodate the missing piece and because it was well past the time to complain I didn't pursue it. That one was on me. All in all I am very impressed with the product and service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings to anyone needing quality cabinets at an affordable price.

I am completely thrilled with my purchase of 2 vanities and 2 cabinets in the Bowery model. Excellent craftsmanship and fair price. Everything else I looked at was less quality for the same price. These are made in the USA. the customer service was great. I ordered online and they called me to advise I should add toe kicks to my order as they were not included. This saved me money because my order had not shipped. I would definitely recommend Kabinet Kings again.

While planning the remodel of our kitchen we looked at several cabinet vendors and finally decided on Kitchen Cabinet Kings. Honestly, my wife thought the name was a little silly but the reviews were all good and so we went ahead and ordered our cabinets from KCK. We could not have been happier with our decision. From the ease of ordering to when we received them, we are so pleased with the service and quality of the cabinets. We made a mistake on one item, called them and a person actually answered and helped us through correcting the error. They then emailed us to make sure everything was good when they arrived. After recieving the cabinets remember to watch the videos that KCK provides online as they are excellent and were more helpful than the included instructions. I can see why they recieved the BBB A+ rating. I was beginning to think that service like this still existed. My wife and I highly recommend them and we are making sure all of our friends who are impressed with our new kitchen know where we purchsed the cabinets from.
Gorgeous quality for the price and incredibly easy and quick to put together! I ordered the light grey shaker and the color and style are gorgeous and timeless! I plan on using this style/color combo on every single renovation I do. Kitchen cabinet king's customer service was incredibly responsive and timely. Overall I love the cabinets! The color is great and the quality is great for the price. My only complaint is that a few of the cabinets had obvious chips. While KCK is sending me a paint sample to touch up, it was more so an annoyance that the cabinets had so many to begin with.

I really like my kitchen cabinets, which I ordered from Kitchen Cabinet Kings company. It was easy assemble and installation, they look great and top quality.
I went with the Ice white shaker style cabinets. They looked great and the finish seemed really durable. The only thing I didn't like about the quality was on some of my wider wall cabinets 36" the shelves seemed really thin and had no reinforcement. This is industry standard though so you probably wouldn't find anything better elsewhere. - I've used kitchen cabinet kings for other kitchens and they have been really helpful customer service wise. For one kitchen, a customer damaged two of their doors and a drawer with a water issue. KCK was about to pull up my order, tell me what style it was and order me the individual doors and drawer boxes to fit. Delivery time was reasonable. It took about three weeks to arrive at my door. Delivery guys were nice and even brought the whole pallet around to the back of my house. I find ordering on the website so much easier than dealing with other more inexpensive cabinet dealers because they let you pick what you want without having to deal with a kitchen designer or anything like that. The chat feature is also great because they can answer any questions QUICKLY if you're not sure what is what. The price is pretty reasonable and it seems like they always have different sales going on. My customers were also happy with the price for what they were receiving. I would use them again and have passed KCK along to many others who are in the market.
Never had cabinets so nice!! I got the RTA cabinets and I literally feel like royalty when I walk into my new kitchen. They are strong and sturdy and extremely resilient even to kids. Love these cabinets!
Good quality cabinets. I like how the boxes are rabited and bracketed. Very nice soft close hinges. Would have liked to have seen adjusters on the soft close drawer sliders, but still not bad. Delivery driver was excellent. Very professional, curious and helpful. If I were to be a bit picky, It would be nice to have had been kept updated on lead time/expected delivery a little more. Overall, good experience.

I ordered the Shaker style Ice White RTA cabinets recently. They arrived in one week (very fast!). The price was the best I have found. They are very nice and appear that they will hold up over time. My husband assembled them and it went very quickly. We had one cabinet that didn't come with shelf standards. I've contacted KCKs and they have said they are sending those, but I have not received them yet. My advice to others, if you are inexperienced in kitchens, is to carefully design it and don't forget to account for spacers. This is something I forgot about, but thankfully my husband was able to make some and I had paint color matched. I'm unsure if KCK offers spacers. We are really happy with our cabinets and have already recommended them to friends.
Well built kitchen cabinets I purchased the gray ones did notice the Paint is on very thin. They mark up very easily the $2000 I saved in the long run was probably not worth the troubles. Had a couple of damage doors but Miki in custom service was very nice and helpful getting the Replacements to me. Still have 2 cabinet doors I cant seem to balance after trying everything...

I just love my Patton cabinets and love that they are American made. I ordered a sample which I wouldn't normally do because you have to wait but I'd highly recommend it. And I got a credit for it after my project which exceeded expectations. That cabinets are everything I hoped they would be. I kept some of my original cabinets and antiqued them and then added these more modern cabinets into the kitchen and I just love the contrast. Highly recommend.
We purchased Gramercy white RTA cabinets in November. Order and delivery went smooth and on time. The cabinets are very well made, I love the smooth drawers and lazy susan! We ordered kitchen cabinets for our home remodel from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. They were easy to order and arrived quickly. We were nervous about putting them together and what that would entail but once we got started they went together really well. There were some minor issues with chipping on the sides of the cabinets but Kitchen Cabinet Kings sent us a touch up kit. The cabinets look great, the doors are solid, easy to install. I would definitely consider this company again.

From the start of my design and ordering process KKC was great to deal with. The quality of the assembled Lenox cabinets was fantastic. delivery was smooth. One issue I had was one of the base cabinets took a shot at the back lower nail plate. I provided photos to KKC and they gave me no issues with arranging return. ultimately I repaired it while i customized it for a heat duct underneath. When I told them this they to let them know if I ran into further issues with the cabinet to let them know asap and they would take care of it. price wise I was able to have nicer cabinets for far below the cost offered at the big boxes(Lowes) for premium cabs. AND ALL THE BETTER THEY ARE MADE IN THE USofA!! The savings with KKC was substantial enough that it covered the cost of hardwood flooring and electrical and plumbing fixtures. literally thousands. Delivery was within 10 days of ordering so I would advise that unless you have a suitable storage(i garaged mine for a month) be mindful of the timing of your order. All in all I would highly(and have) recommend KKC

This was our second time ordering with Kitchen Cabinet Kings. Everything was great this time and last. We bought the RTA. No issues putting them together. The base corner cabinet did take three of us to put together, but that was the only difficult one. We bought the white shaker for the kitchen and the grey shaker for the bar. Love them both. From the time that we ordered until they were delivered was only about 9 days.

Pre assembled cabinets usually take a few weeks to come in, but when I have ordered RTA cabinets they have arrived in less than 2 weeks, depending on the size of the order. I ordered Kitchen Cabinet Kings to rehab a property central Ohio. I was extremely happy with their product. I ordered them completely online nervous they either wouldn't come in time or the order would not be correct. Not only did they come in time they were about a week early and the order was exactly what I wanted. Their dovetailed solid wood soft close drawers were great as well as the easily cleaned and beautiful white shaker finish. All of this for a very affordable price. I wish I would have used them for my own kitchen. I will use them for every kitchen rehab I complete from here on out.

After reading reviews of multiple RTA cabinet suppliers, I decided to go with Kitchen Cabinet Kings. The website was easy to navigate which made it easy to make sure that I ordered the correct cabinets and accessories. The order arrived complete, undamaged and as scheduled. When I did call in with questions I was always answered honestly and professionally. I did have to loosen a few of the brackets to get them together, but they went together fine after that. I also glued them during the assembly for added strength. I was very pleased with the final product and will use them again in the future. If I could upgrade one thing it would be a stronger door hinge.

Our kitchen cabinets are absolutely beautiful!! The cabinets are awesome quality. They came quick and customer service was friendly and fixed any problems right away. The only complaint we have is the design of the lower corner cabinets. The door design isn't the best. Our kitchen is only a couple weeks old and we have had to readjust and fix the hinges several times. They don't sit right and make the cabinets look uneven and they have spaces. (And we have large items in them that arent regularly used - so they are opened rarely) Other than that, we are very happy with our purchase.

We were very pleased with the cabinets we received. Due to the cost, we were a little nervous not knowing what we would actually receive. When the cabinets arrived, they were very well packed to prevent any damage. We assembled them ourselves and we were pleased with how easy it was to do so and how sturdy they were once assembled. The soft close drawers and hinges work great. We added our countertop and knobs and drawer pulls and the job was complete. We could have gone with a big box store where we could have picked them up ourselves and paid about the same or a little less, but the quality was no comparison. These are made of solid wood rather than particle board that will split and deteriorate after a little use. The finish (we went with a dark cherry) is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. We were also very happy with the turnaround time from order to delivery. We had a very short timeline for the completion of our project and we were able to meet that date. We received the cabinets 10 days after we ordered them.
We saved $1500 off of several bids we got to do a kitchenette in our basement by ordering and assembling our own cabinets through Kitchen Cabinet Kings. This is my 2nd order with KCK and I've recommended a friend for his cabinets, they are so great! The ice shaker cabinets are well built with good hardware and they look really sharp. They have adjustable hinges to line up the doors and that soft close action is really nice. Also the real plywood boxes make these easier to install. Other cheap mdf cabinets are heavy and can't be compared to how good these are! I will be getting another set for sure!

This is the second time we have used Kitchen Cabinet Kings. The first time was just to add an island to our kitchen. We were very impressed with the quality of the cabinets given the price. I was hesitant buying RTA cabinets but after build one or two it becomes a breeze. Our second experienced with KCK was when we decided to do a complete diy kitchen remodel of our current house. We purchased a total of 16 cabinets and assembly went well with exception of the lazy susan cabinet. That one took some time and patience. We ordered the pre-assembled cabinets and one of the cabinets did come damaged but Cabinet kings was quick to respond and reach out to figure out exactly what was damaged and they sent out the replacement within a day and it arrived within two days! The website was easy to navigate and the measurements were all able to be done by myself without assistance. Great selection of cabinets with reasonable prices. The customer service is awsome to respond to your questions and accommodate adhoc requests in case you have missed anything. I ordered Cherry Glazed pre-assembled cabinets, missed toe kicks which I realized a couple of days later. They added that to the existing order with same discount as original order was. The delivery was timely and the delivered items were in great condition. I would highly recommend everyone. If you know what cabinets you want, you would get great cabinets in reasonable price as compared to going to a distributor.
This is the second time I've purchased cabinets through Kitchen Cabinet Kings. The first time was for my kitchen remodel, which came out great. This time I purcahsed the Nova light grey cabinets for my bathroom remodel. They were delivered on time, and in good condition. They were easy to assemble, and look absolutlely beautiful! The only reason I didn't rate them 5 stars is that the Nova cabinets seem slightly less durable than the Thompson White cabinets I used for my kitchen. I've had the Thompson cabinets for a couple of years and they are still in great condition, but I already have a couple of dings in the Nova cabinets (but with a little touch up paint you don't notice anything). All in all, I'm very satisfied.

We flip houses and so it is incredibly helpful to work with Anna and get a design. We normally order the Shaker Antique White. I find it a softer color than the bright whites and we tend to go for a 'modern farmhouse' look. This particular kitchen had some issues like beams etc so good to have measurements. We had a slight issue to get a very deep 10 inch farmhouse sink in to a base unit, but we made it work. My only comment would be on their delivery, which sometimes is patchy and they are supposed to give you notice but they don't. I also wish they would do more add ons like drawer inserts. Good value for money and good quality cabinets saves the day.

I'm a contractor and usually use high end cabinets. But I have used mid to low grade sick as Ikea, home Depot, and some local stores as well. I had a rental to do that needed a new kitchen but the budget didn't allow for expensive cabinets but needed something that would hold up over time as well. I gave cabinet kings a shot and I was very impressed. Real half inch plywood all around, very nice finish. The system in the rta's was well thought out as well but the directions were poor lol. Luckily once you figure it out everything goes together very nicely and seems like it'll hold up over time!!

For the most part, I am happy with our new cabinets. Very happy with the price. We were able to get cabinets and vanities for our newly built home. I purchased the cabinets already assembled. Some arrived with damage. We didn't file a claim, as we were under time restraints and we were able to make repairs so they worked out. The slow and soft close hardware is nice. My bathroom cabinets came with the standard hardware and I don't like them. I will definitely be replacing the slides. The overall quality of the cabinets is pretty good. I'd say they are a good mid-range cabinet. Not as good as custom cabinetry, but definitely a decent cabinet. The customer service was very helpful with my design and layout. They helped me prepare my order and make any changes that came up.

My bathroom cabinets came with the standard hardware and I don't like them. I will definitely be replacing the slides. The overall quality of the cabinets are pretty good. I'd say they are a good mid-range cabinet. Not as good as custom cabinetry, but definitely a decent cabinet. The customer service was very helpful with my design and layout. They helped me prepare my order and make any changes that came up.
We chose white shaker cabinets. Got a great deal. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Cabinets are great quality. Fast free shipping. One door and some molding came damaged due to the shipper.. replacements were sent right away. The staff always responded promptly to any questions we had. Will definitely recommend. This is the third time I have used Kitchen Cabinet Kings and once again they did not dissapoint. I used the Ice White shaker this time and again it was a breeze to navigate the website and order everything I needed. The cabinets were delivered within 2 weeks and they even corrected an error I made in the order and saved me a bunch of money. We have ordered quite a few kitchens from this company in the past 3 years. We are based in Florida and remodel foreclosed houses. The quality of their cabinets is superb and is matched by their customer service. Sometimes we are in a hurry and cannot wait for delivery so we order locally and each time we are disappointed. Locally we suffer everything from parts missing, bad customer service, buck passing and numerous trips back to make it right. Kitchen cabinet kings get it right first time every time. We have now learned to order our kitchens a little earlier from these guys rather than be forced to shop locally and risk being let down yet again. Kitchen cabinets kings was recommended to us from Family. Sadly, I can say that our experience was NOT as positive as my families. Our cabinets were installed in early August and we are still waiting on backordered items. (Supposed to arrive in September but still it's unknown when they'll arrive) I've held off on submitting a review because quite frankly no project ever goes as planned and there's been lots of hiccups. (Damages - 4 wine racks had to be shipped out before we received one not damaged) but my final straw is in just 3 short months every single cabinet door has some sort of cracking on the seams. I'm told by kitchen cabinet kings that it's due to the painted wood and with the tempature changes and that it's in the fine print that it can occur. Ok fine but who in their right mind wants cracks in their cabinets. (Will try and attach photos) Our corner cabinet is a diff model (because that will be replaced with a backordered cabinet that is prepped for glass) that one has no cracks! Well I would have preferred that cabinet then. Since there's no seams that can crack like the ones we have had we known we would have went with that line. We ordered classic white ready to assemble cabinets. Don't do it!

LOVE my new cabinets! I was trying to match up cabinets that were already in my new home. I didn't need to do a full remodeling project. The selection of cabinets was better than any other site I researched. I am a single mom with two daughters - I was looking for nice but inexpensive. Not only did I find a great price with Cabinet Kings but have been wonderfully surprised by the high quality! Prior to this I had purchased a cabinet from a large home improvement store, took it home, tried to put it together with instructions that were confusing and some of the items were mislabeled. After several hours, I had (for the same price as one of the cabinets from Cabinet Kings) an "okay quality" cabinet with a drawer that wouldn't close. Fortunately I was able to return it and I found Cabinet Kings. I've had my cabinets for 4 years and they still look great and function without problems. The loss of a star is due to the assembly with a lack of any real directions. This issue may have been resolved since I ordered my cabinets, but regardless I would still recommend kitchen cabinet kings. The customer service was helpful and my cabinets are of good quality for an affordable price.

The quality of the cabinets are better than any non custom cabinets I have used in past remodel projects. I needed more doors but KCK said that they aren't available and to buy another whole cabinet for the doors I needed. I had to modify a cabinet to fit my farm sink because KCK didn't have a farm sink cabinet base. This required combining two cabinets to make one farm sink base. Otherwise the assembly was fairly easy even though there were no instructions. After guessing how a couple of them assembled, the rest were easy. KCK told me to watch their video and I did but it was not very helpful and was for a simple assembly. The quality is good and the paint is very durable.

My wife and I used Kitchen Cabinet Kings to remodel our kitchen with the Pacifica style cabinets. We had never made a purchase like this before, and were very nervous about spending that sum of money online. Many people advised us against this decision, but the savings potential was very great, so we went through with it. We have been so pleased with the result and the whole experience that we are already planning another remodel after we move. I had no issues with shipping and everything arrived intact. We did not use the kitchen design service, but the customer service was excellent whenever I interacted with them. The quality of the cabinets was superb. I absolutely love this company! I have bought the RTA cabinets twice now. The first time was about 5 years ago, I bought the dark brown Shaker style cabinets that went into our kitchen. I love these cabinets, so far with everyday use, no complaints! The second time we needed kitchen cabinets for a different house that were remodeling. I didn't want to spend a too much money and was shopping around. I was elated when I discovered that not only was I going to spend less money with Kitchen Cabinet Kings but the quality you get is so superior to the "afforable" versions available in your home remodeling stores. Also I got the cabinets that I really wanted the light gray shakers!!! I can't wait to receive these cabinets and install in this house it's going to look amazing! Oh and by the way the customer service is amazing they've helped me a couple times just on this order and every time it's been an amazing experience. And they have great deals!
I had the opportunity to work with Jessica at Kitchen Cabinet Kings and she designed the perfect kitchen for us. The cabinets arrived without and problems and we installed them in a short period of time. Solid wood and they look absolutely great. Damaged cabinets! Worst customer service! Cabinets were delivered in horrible condition, many boxes were damaged and retaped (looks like returns from other customers) and some missing parts! We took pictures inside delivery truck and called customer service ASAP. They asked us to accept all cabinets, assure us they will accept return or replace them if damaged. After we opened all boxes, we found out that oven cabinet (paid over $1,000) was completely broken with defects on face panel (see pictures). One cabinet came with no hardware. Another cabinet has doors with defects. Other couple of cabinets came with bended side panels and some minor damages we fixed. We sent an e-mail asking to replace damaged cabinets and they told us they can replace just damaged parts. They sent us face, side and back panel for oven cabinet, hardware and cabinet doors, but face panel came with more defects. After multiple calls and e-mails they sent us 3rd face panel that came with defect as well. Unfortunately we lost time and could not return oven cabinet anymore! We kept calling for replacement again. They sent us 4th face panel that came with visible defects as well. Unfortunately we been delaying on our project, so we needed cabinets to be installed! We called couple of local companies to refinish face panel and got pricing we could not afford! We have to trash $1k cabinet and replace with another one. We called them again since we did not know any other supplier and we needed Thompson White one more cabinet. We asked reduce delivery cost and ship ground, but they never contact us back! We found another RTA online supplier who sales same cabinets (just with different name), but 30% cheaper than Kitchen Cabinets King! We could order one more cabinet and finally finished our kitchen! Since we are doing multiple kitchens per year we are extremely happy to get new supplier, but DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED we lost money with Kitchen Cabinet Kings!!! Dear Kitchen Cabinets Kings Customer service, if you want we can send you back full oven cabinet with 4 defective face panels we got from you!

These cabinets, which are shaker style, birch wood, are beautiful! The cabinets came unassembled (rta) and we assembled them ourselves which was surprisingly easy. We even installed the cabinets ourselves which was not too bad. We are very inexperienced in this field yet we love how everything came out. We are still working on countertops, back splash, etc. but when all is said and done we will have spent about $3500, not bad! This company is fantastic, great prices and wonderful customer service!

RTA order damaged, replacement parts had flaws in quality. Worst part is that the sub-assemblies that were damaged originally were only replaced with the damaged component. had to take individual pictures, identify each part, and submit to Kitchen Cabinet kings. So, I paid for sub-assemblies, but now since they were damaged I have to disassemble the damaged assemblies and re-construct all of the attachment brackets and remount the pre-hung doors....and no pre-drillled holes to locate anything! I am trying to return the whole batch and stick with my local cabinet sources...its worth the cost for quality and service on your project to stay local for the cabinets!!
The finished project looks great and is virtually identical to the renderings they provided during the design process, which was fun and easy. However, they made a mistake and refused to accept responsibility until presented with a voice recording corroborating their error. From that point on, I was treated like a criminal. They have a customer service department without any integrity. They failed to follow up on calls and emails, made and retracted promises, and then some of my order arrived damaged. Again, I had to make multiple calls and send multiple emails just to get a resolution. One employee would contradict another, and back and forth. A maddening experience. With so many similar vendors, I recommend choosing someone else. Just google for options. There are plenty. I regret hiring Kitchen Cabinet Kings. It all traces back to an error they made.
Our friend recommended Kitchen Cabinet King to us and we couldn't have been more pleased with the result of our project. The cabinets arrived in perfect condition and (according to our installer) were easily assembled and installed. Full Kitchen Reno on a Tight Budget
My husband and I recently purchased our second home, our first fixer upper. We our young and our budget was tight but thankfully I come from a long line of general contractors. I called my dad and asked him where I should buy cabinets. While he looked, we got a quote from a local custom cabinet company run by a friend's family. Our quote came in at $26,000. I was speechless as that was more than our entire renovation budget. A few days later, my dad sent me a link to the Kitchen Cabinet Kings website. I quickly added "approximately" the cabinets we would need to complete the same design we had come up with with the custom company. My total was $5,000. SOLD. We chose the Thompson White cabinets and, 6 months later, I couldn't be happier. They are sturdy, real wood, easy to clean, and soft close which is great for our mischievous 1 year old. I've never bought cabinets before and I was honestly really stressed out about the idea of being in charge of ordering everything. I measured our space at least 50 times and carefully chose which cabinets would fit best and be most functional. The whole time I was choosing I was able to live chat with customer service who made it easy for me to find exactly what I needed and help me find dimensions I couldn't. She made the experience very simple and I felt confident when I placed my order. We were working in a huge time crunch because having no kitchen for over a month for a family of four was starting to wear on us so I was delighted when our shipment arrived in less than a week. My husband and his friend had all of our cabinets assembled in about 5 hours. They were ready to go as soon as we finished laying the tile. It took my husband and our friend 2 days to hang the cabinets but that was working around 5 children under 4 and for maybe 4 or 5 hours at a time. It looked very easy and they didn't seem to complain much. We chose to follow a custom design which included setting back our sink cabinet so my husband ended up making custom pieces to fit in the angled gaps, it took him a few minutes to cut and then a couple days to paint. They look seamless. I'm sure we could have ordered the filler pieces but it was quicker for us to just make them ourselves. I have several friends who are either buying new homes or thinking of remodeling their current kitchen and I recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings to all of them. You can't beat the price and quality, I think it would have cost just as much for the crappy MDF cabinets at Lowe's or Home Depot. Our master bathroom is on the to-do list and I already have our cabinets picked out!
We were very pleased with the service and items we received from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. From the very get-go, the entire team was responsive and friendly and executed the highest level of effort to make sure that our needs were met promptly and sufficiently. Even when items arrived damaged due to shipping, KCK took the hit and replaced any damaged piece that we requested, even going so far as to replace a piece that had been mistakenly damaged due to one of the contractors not following instructions correctly! The ordering process was good and the shipment came quickly. There was some damage in the shipment from the manufacturer, but Kitchen Cabinet Kings was very responsive in their support for getting replacement parts. Also, we ordered soft close drawers. However, we didn't know that we would also receive the original regular drawers too. So my installers spent a bunch of time assembling drawers that weren't needed, or used. In the end, we ended up with a very nice kitchen and we are happy with the savings.
Updating our previous review - and giving additional stars based on the excellent follow up from the Kitchen Cabinet Kings: based on a change to our kitchen layout, we needed to purchase an additional wall cabinet to supplement our initial full kitchen order. Shipping on the first order was free due to the amount purchased, however to add one additional cabinet, the shipping cost was almost as much as the unit itself. We inquired via chat on KCK if a concession could be made based on our previous order. We were also concerned given the lack of directions provided with the cabinets and challenges with installation. The initial response from the agent on KCK was that there was nothing that could be done. We expressed our disappointment and posted our review on Houzz. Three days later, we received a call directly from Dana at KCK to apologize for the initial agent response and to provide us with a deep discount on the shipping costs. Dana also provided clarity on installation and pointed us to youtube videos to help guide our efforts. We were really impressed with the commitment to post-sale follow up and to addressing the issues we had. I'd encourage anyone using KCK to check the cabinets when they arrive as they will honor any defects if noted promptly, but overall we're extremely impressed with their commitment and concern for their customers.

We ordered Coastal Cream RTA frameless cabinets. They were delivered way AHEAD of schedule! Before ordering, I 'chatted' with customer service about various things and they were always very helpful. It was great to have questions answered right on the spot. The cabinets look great and were priced way below anything we could get (of similar quality) at a big box store. The only reason for 4 stars was that (according to my husband) just assembling the cabinets without glueing/clamping them would not have been sufficient. I'm guessing not everyone has the tools for that, so they may not be so 'easy to assemble'...however...I LOVE the finished product and look! I would order again! Thank you!

Was skeptical about online cabinets. I ordered one to check it out before making the big order for my whole kitchen. I could have not been more pleased with the whole experience. These guys are helpful the whole way through... just call them! I priced a similar cabinet package at Lome's depot and it would have been $22,000 which included installation. I pulled it off for around $7,000 and installed them myself.
Great Value and Customer Service

Ordering process was easy with large selection and customer service responded quickly to a question about shipping status. Have ordered these on a couple of occasions from Kitchen Cabinet Kings for rental units and couldn't be more satisfied.
Look good for the price
The whole ordering process was relatively smooth (aside from a lack of communication with the company that delivered the cabinets, but that's not Kitchen Cabinet Kings' fault). The assembly process was fairly simple, although the directions were not very clear at times. There are no words, just pictures and it got a little confusing; nonetheless, once you figure out how to put one together, the rest are easy. We did have some issues with having to force pieces to fit at times. It seems like not all of the cabinets are built exactly the same. Some went together easily while others required some elbow grease. The quality also was also a little disappointing as they chip very easily so you have to be very careful when putting them together. The doors, however, seem to be fairly solid and we didn't have any issues with them so far. All in all, they're decent cabinets that look really nice, but I'm not sure I would repurchase for the price.
White Shaker RTA Cabinets
Love our new white shaker cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings! The RTA cabinets came in perfect shape, and I was able to mostly assemble all of them myself, as a not that handy DIY wannabe stay at home mom. Love the soft close feature.
Great affordable cabinets with excellent service
We had gone to some cabinet stores and were given prices that were well outside of our budget, then someone recommended Kitchen Cabinet Kings to us. We were able to get exactly the same pieces we were hoping for (with the exception that all of the cabinets through Kitchen Cabinet Kings are framed, not frameless) at 1/3 of the price that we had previously been quoted. We completely redid our kitchen and pantry with the Chestnut Pillow cabinets (approximately 20 separate cabinet pieces, plus trim pieces). The pieces all came in excellent shape and were delivered within a week, which was much faster than anyone else could offer us. Customer service was excellent when we had any questions about the products (including the online chat option) and they actually caught an error in our order that we had missed (we had ordered glass doors that were the wrong size for the piece they figured out we intended them for)! The website is pretty easy to navigate, although you need to have an idea of what you are looking for in order to get through the different options, and it is sometimes a little glitchy when you are using the search function to find a specific piece. I would definitely use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again and have already recommended them to several friends. I just had a housewarming party and everyone was commenting on how great our cabinets look!

I am so pleased with KCK. This is the second time that I have bought kitchen cabinets from them. The first time was a little over a year ago when I remodeled my mother-in-laws kitchen with the "Sienna Rope" style. It came out fantastic. We ordered 13 cinnamon glaze cabinets and had them delivered to our vacation home. They were easy to put together especially after viewing the YouTube video. The quality of the cabinet is very good and well constructed. We had small issue with one missing part and customer service handled it and replaced it quickly. I would definitely recommend them!

We ordered from KK after many weeks of shopping. We were a little leary as their pricing is amazing. We found cabinets that we loved for a quarter of the price of anywhere we had been shopping. The website was so used friendly and the sizing worked out perfectly. They arrived quickly and I was anxious to open the shipment. I was so excited to see that the cabinets and quality was even better than I had hoped. We had no problems assembling them and to be honest the entire cabinet process from ordering to installation was the easiest part of the entire kitchen remodel. Dream Kitchen is Now a Reality
We purchased an entire kitchen from KCK and for the price expected a good cabinet but nothing too amazing. To be honest, we were hopeful at best. We ordered the Ice White Shaker Cabinets for the main surrounding areas and Pepper Shaker for our Island. We figured the contrast would be perfect with our Bianco Antico Granite and it was! The cabinets were ordered and delivered in 10days!! You may think this isn't that amazing but once you see the size of our kitchen, you would understand an order that size may take a little time. At any rate, 10days is amazing. We called KCK a few times pre-order to ask a few questions and ordered samples. The staff was always a huge help and sent us samples quickly. The cabinets were delivered and we were taken back at the quality. We are very cautious when it comes to spending money on a 100k reno and thought we were going to "ok" cabinets that looked good. What we received was so much more. The cabinets are thick and of good quality and the soft close is, well...pretty awesome! Price: We priced out our kitchen going to local vendors and chain vendors such as Lowes and Home Depot and we saw numbers in the 15k-20k. FOR THE SAME THING! We paid roughly 9k for a large kitchen (18x15) and 2 master bathrooms. Uppers and lowers in the kitchen with Pantry's and Double vanity cabinets in the bathrooms. We had a 50/50 between Pre-Assembled and Self-Assembly. The Self-Assembled were so easily and you really didn't need any directions. My wife was throwing them together quickly and before we knew it, they were all installed. Needless to say, I would absolutely recommend KCK to Friends and Family...actually already have. Even shared them on my Facebook page which I rarely do because I hate to give a bad recommendation. Lets just say I don't typically leave reviews and this company and product deserves a Perfect 10!

We bought the Brownstone cabinets for our kitchen remodel. Total purchase price was just over $4200. I received a quote from Lowes for $8800 for the same type of cabinets. The cabinets from Kitchencinetkings were much better quality and arrived much sooner that the time frame quoted by Lowes. One of the cabinets I ordered was not the correct size. After a week of phone calls, they agreed to send me the correct cabinet at no charge. I feel the handling of this mistake could have been much better and accomplished much faster. I did not receive an apology for the mistake, only questions as to why I accepted delivery of the wrong item.

We ordered the Pearl RTA cabinets for our kitchen we remodeled. The quality of the cabinets was a great surprise! Shortly after ordering the cabinets they were shipped and we received them extremely fast! The cabinets came in flat boxes, they went together great and looked even better. We bought gramercy white rta cabinets for a 10x10 kitchen using a 20% off coupon. Price was much better than local big box atore as was the selection. My contractor was very impressed! All wood construction, easy assembly, and finishes were great. The corner cabinet had been open and repacked and was missing clips. Customer service sent new ones after we emailed photos and spoke with a rep about the problem. The assembly directions are extremely vague, and in some boxes missing. Being a visionary with a good sense of building is a must for assembly.

I found the website easy to navigate and the customer service to be friendly and knowledgeable. We ultimately bought the Thompson white kitchen cabinets. They arrived promptly, within a week and were packaged very well, so there was no damage. We struggled a little trying to assemble the drawer cabinet and the lazy susan, but the rest of the cabinets were relatively easy to assemble, with a little guidance from their online instructions. We did find that some of the brackets were not lined up quite right, so we found it helpful to loosen them slightly, attached the next panel and then tightened them back up. Overall I am happy with the look and quality of the cabinets. I would recommend this product.

RTA Kitchen mostly flawless
We purchased Gramercy White RTA cabinets for a small kitchen in our beach house. One sentence review would be "Excellent service, easy ordering, fun DIY project.". I would order again. Our cabinets were delivered on a pallet promptly and on-time. The delivery crew was great and put the products exactly where I wanted them. They took time to review each box for damage. Packing is dense and may be heavy to lift. It may be impractical to open each box at delivery time. Each package was sufficiently protected and no items were damaged. The first cabinet had me looking twice at the simplistic stick figure assembly directions. They are little help but thankfully not needed once a DIY person gets past the first cabinet. Always start with the cabinet front and the rest piece together easily. A few downsides. You want to make sure the boxes are stored in a dry place. Our beach home garage is damp from the high water table and the boxes got soft while waiting. The packing should still protect the actual wood but don't take a chance. The side panels are plywood with metal click together joints. Three brackets had one screw come loose in each bracket. I had to Gorilla glue the entire bracket and remaining screws in place. The screw would not grab the wood in these cases. Speaking of glue, I did Gorilla glue many of the panels in addition to using the screws and brackets. This may not be needed but seemed reasonable to me. Plus I want these to last and didn't want joint separating due to moisture. I'd recommend this step. We saved over $1700.00 on an L shaped 12x12 kitchen remodeling. The savings are worth the extra effort to assemble the cabinets yourself. We also ordered several glass door fronts which give an upscale look without the upscale price. All of our glass was less than one glass door at a Big Box store. Overall the experience was great. This is our first time purchasing RTA cabinets anywhere and I would ordered again. My friend who owns rental property uses KCK RTA products often and I can see why. We are a middle aged couple with professional office jobs. We are handy and can do most home improvement jobs ourselves. If you are considering these cabinets and are somewhat handy I'd say go for it. At most you'll probably need a drill with screw bit head, a coping saw, a box knife, a standard screw driver and some wood glue.
I purchased the Ice White Shaker cabinets and was able to complete all of the installation by myself (first time DIYer). The cabinets are beautiful, well built, nice quality, and were easy to assemble and install. The customer service was outstanding throughout the process when needed and the prices were not comparable with box stores. We decided to order RTA and as a family put ours together. FYI some directions are not as clear as others but there are some great Youtube videos that help fill in any gaps! I highly recommend looking at them before you start and you will quickly see how easy they are to put together - our 14 year old is a pro! We did have one cabinet on back order and realized right away that we had forgotten to order another cabinet. I ordered the Pearl RTA cabinets for my kitchen I remodeled. Cabinet Kings were great to deal will, shipping was quick and on time, and they were easy to assemble. After the first cabinet, a DIYer can assemble in 20-30 minutes with ease. I love the soft close drawers and doors - especially with kids!! I saved over $12,000 with these cabinets compared to a quote I received from a local big box store. I would highly recommend and will use Cabinet Kings again on my next project.
I choose the Newport Shaker style RTA cabinets and they seem to be very high quality. Very pleased with how the kitchen turned out and the design consultant Anna was very good. There was one mistake where 2 of the cabinets she ordered were 27's and supposed to be 24's. So I had to use extra fillers and my Island ended up 4 inches longer than we ha planned. when I asked for compensation they said they would give me a discount on an additional purchase, but it was insignificant so that part could have been better. All in all the kitchen does look great.

We have updated our kitchen with the Ice White Shaker line of kitchen cabinets. The cabinets has sturdy design, the RTA cabinets are easy to assemble. Mounting them was a breeze, all the cabinets line up perfectly. Some instructions for the sliding drawer mechanism required a bit of YouTube and Google searches to find out how to assemble those. I ordered my cabinets from KCK after a long time of research and ordering samples from several different companies. Unfortunately, when I started construction, I was conned out of 22,000 dollars. I had to recover the money and compromise every step of the way. The cabinets I ordered were not exactly what I wanted. I wanted expresso color on the base cabinets but I was told that there would be an extra shipping charge to get 2 colors of the same style. So, I went with all white. I received the cabinets quickly. But there were a few damages, and there were several on back order. This was very frustrating. When I got a new spice rack, it was damaged as well. They basically told me that I wasn't getting another one. I would just have to fix it myself. I sent pictures of the damages. Now I have another one that doesn't close or function properly. The screws and the holes were stripped. The metal was bent and closers broken. Couldn't be fixed even using parts from the first one. It had the same issues. Still not fixed
I ordered the Geneva RTA cabinets and they were of very high quality and went together easily. It took me about 20 min per cabinet to assemble and saved a ton of money doing that way. Customer service was great and answered all the questions I had.
We recently installed out Shaker White cabinets in the kitchen, really happy how they turned out. Construction seemed very good to me and assembly was easy enough. There was a small delay in the cabinets coming in (2 weeks), but that didn't hold my remodel up so I wasn't upset. Will definitely use KCK again! Have already recommended them to my brother-in-law for his remodel.
Not only did I save about $3000 on the cabinets compared to going with a custom cabinet company, but I got a far better product than what they had to offer. Dollar for dollar, I probably saved about $5000 total. I purchased the pearl cabinet lineup and my wife absolutely loves it. They installed great and the soft close feature was awesome which we did not even have to pay extra for, unlike other cabinet companies. I also ordered matching cabinets for the bathrooms and they look amazing as well! The cabinets came in very fast and although we did have one issue with damage from the shipper on one of the cabinets, kitchen cabinet Kings was able to resolve this very fast very efficient and very politely. This is my second order from kitchen cabinet kings and I am hooked. I will continue to order from them in the future because of the superior product I get from them in the thousands of dollars that I saved from them. There are local wholesale cabinet suppliers with a similiar product however cabinet kings were able to bet all prices with free delivery. I was concerned about purchasing cabinets over the internet and those manufactured in China. But everything worked out beautifully! The cabinets are beautiful, quality excellent and the assistance I received from my sales rep was great. She had good suggestions that i never would have thought of. I've just placed my 2nd order with them!! Price was good but i think they should have free shipping on all orders not their $3,000 minimum. Some items did arrive damaged. I called the number provided and replacements were sent the next week.
We purchased our RTA kitchen & bath cabinets thru kitchen cabinet kings after sitting down with home depot & lowe's. The price was half with kitchen cabinet kings without any of the special features like soft close doors & drawers or crown molding / light rail. We were very pleased with the quality of the cabinets & the simplicity of the assembly. The order was placed & delivered during the Christmas holidays as promised and without delay. I am a custom cabinet builder myself, so it was hard to think about using factory made cabinets for a current kitchen remodel project. We had a very tight budget so I researched three cabinet lines for this project. We chose Kitchen Cabinet Kings based on price. We selected the RTA Pepper Shaker for the bases and RTA Ice White Shaker for the uppers. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. I knew the cabinets would not be custom, handmade as we are used to but the quality is excellent for the price point. Nicely made door and drawer fronts, 5/8" thick drawer boxes, under mount full extension slides. All in all very nice. The components came very well packaged, no damage in shipping. My only real concern is the the bottom edge of the wall cabinet sides and backs are not finished. I may paint them myself after installation. Hope to supply before and after pictures when finished.
Having been a kitchen designer I had always wanted to have my own dream kitchen. I ordered Brownestone assembled cabinets from there easy to use web site. The customer service was very helpful and resolved the one problem with a cabinet very fast. The price for the assembled cabinets was better than other sites and the delivery was fast and on time. I would buy from Kitchen cabinet Kings again and would recommend to a friend. The cabinets are well made and strong. The web site said that the assembled cabinets would be glued but were not, however the cabinets are well built.

Kitchen Cabinet Kings is the real deal. We had a tight budget for our kitchen remodel, and were not going to be able to afford cabinets sold through a show room store, but also wanted high quality cabinets (plywood construction, soft close, solid wood frames and boxes, etc.). We were extremely impressed with the customer service at KCK, particularly the live chat feature. I had many questions that needed to be answered before I submitted an order, but was able to get immediate answers through the chat service. Staff at KCK are very helpful and patient. The website is easy to use - once you have your measurements down, and know exactly what you need to order, it's a breeze to put together your shopping list. We ended up ordering the Pearl preassembled cabinets. The cabinets arrived in about 2 weeks. We were very happy with the delivery, which was done through a third party freight company, who were very patient and let us look through to make sure we had received everything on the delivery day. We were very happy with the quality of the cabinets - they had everything we were looking for. We had received a number of quotes from contractors who were offering particleboard cabinets for a higher prices than our KCK cabinets. So we ended up saving about $500 over cabinets that were going to be of lower quality, and would easily have saved thousands if we had received any quotes for cabinets of similar quality to those we got from KCK. We will absolutely recommend KCK to anyone looking to order quality cabinets at an affordable price. And if we ever do another kitchen, KCK will be our first stop.
Ordered frameless RTA Coastal Cream cabinets from Kitchen cabinet Kings. The process was pretty easy. Once I placed my order for my entire kitchen it took Kitchen Cabinet Kings 7 days exactly to get me the cabinets. I was extremely pleased with the cabinets. I did not care for the instructions, they were confusing to understand and very broad. Would love if the instructions were more detailed and better to understand. After some you tube videos and my husband and I spending all night trying to figure it out we got it. I am super pleased with the outcome. These cabinets are definitely cream and very solid construction. I have received many compliments and definitely would refer them to friends and family. I will order from Kitchen Cabinet kings again!
We ordered cherry cabinets for a new kitchen. They arrived with one cabinet damaged, but there was no problem at all getting a replacement and it came quickly. I buy and renovate houses as investments to resell so getting things quickly matters. The quality and price can't be beat. I will for sure order your cabinets again.
We ordered Chestnut Pillow kitchen cabinets and Pearl cabinets for our bathroom and laundry rooms. The Chestnut Pillow cabinets were absolutely beautiful. They were high quality and a lovely color. Our kitchen receives so many compliments. I was worried that the cabinets would be too dark, but we do have a lot of light in our kitchen and it isn't a problem at all. The Pearl cabinets are nice, but not the color I thought. They are more yellowy than I had hoped (I didn't order the sample beforehand, so this was my mistake). I think they make my white clean bathroom seem a bit older, faded and not as clean/crisp. The pearl cabinets had some damage, but kitchen cabinet kings sent out replacements right away. The cabinets were all delivered quickly. We did use their design services, which I would highly recommend. The design they gave us was great, but we still made several changes. We also had to double check the order they created from the design services as there were a few errors. Also, after working with the design services for 1.5 months, when we finally placed the order, they told us that the cabinets we had been looking at were out of stock. This caused some problems with our time frames and we wished that this would have come up in the previous 1.5 months working with them on that specific style. In the end, we switched to the Chestnut Pillow style and are really happy we did. The customer service is hit or miss. It seems communication is not great in the office. Also, some people with the company were more helpful than others. When our order arrived, we signed for the items that we received, but there were other items that did not arrive. When we brought this up with the company, they said we should have put this in the paperwork we signed. In the end, kitchen cabinet kings did send the rest of our order, but it took a bit of complaining on the phone for this to happen. Despite any problems we had, in general they gave very high quality products, had fast lead time (the kitchen arrived within two weeks of ordering) and were willing to work with us to make us happy. They were also much cheaper than the other places we looked into (by 50 - 20%). We would highly recommend them.

Kitchen Cabinet Kings was great. This is more of a review against the Forevermark Gramercy White Cabinet. The cabinet looks great but in terms of durability not so much. I know they are advertised as Birch with solid wood drawers but please be careful about getting exited about that. The Birch is a low grade Birch that dents when you push your fingernail into it. The solid wood drawers dent even worsts when pushing your fingernail into it. Now I know we won't be hitting our cabinets but knowing they dent so easily I don't think they will last the normal wear and tear of kitchen life. Kitchen Cabinet Kings is great but I recommend getting a maple cabinet set or even mdf. To truly know what your getting order a sample door and take a look for yourself. I wish I didn't order the Gramercy White cabinets but I was blinded by how much I liked the style. I hope this helps others from making my same mistake.

When I decided to remodel my kitchen, I initially thought I'd choose the style and then have the cabinets included in the proposal from the contractor. I went to three recommended contractors and received bids that were so varied in cost it totally confused me. So, I decided to research cabinets, the quality and costs available using the internet, visiting stores, and taking advice from a custom cabinet maker I use to hunt with in Illinois.. I started with the big box hardware stores and found that their "affordable" cabinets were cheaply made and the "additional" "optional" items really raised the price quickly. Then I found articles about "ready to assemble" cabinets and the increased popularity of these and online ordering. I choose a contractor with the stipulation that I provide the cabinets and then began searching for RTA cabinet providers. I did a lot of screening cabinets by first cost and then more importantly customer reviews. I identified many online providers that will design the cabinet layout and provide cabinets but my research found quite a few had less than positive reviews in quality and service. However, one stood out from the crowd, Cabinet King. Their reviews were either very positive or the complaints were minor and the company posted a response with a solution that was very responsible that would have satisfied me. I selected the cabinets, White Shakers, and sent measurements to Cabinet Kings; their response was with floor plan drawings and 2D images of the kitchen when complete. I made a couple of changes, they responded quickly with new drawings and images. I'm feeling pretty good and asked for a price, they responded quickly with a price that shocked me, over $5,000 less than my best estimate from a contractor and more than $10,000 less than the worst. Still nervous about sending a lot of money to an online company for a very important purchase I held my breath and ordered five weeks before the construction was scheduled and I was again surprised with a delivery about two weeks later. The delivery had one piece on backorder but it was delivered shortly afterward and way ahead of the construction date. The interaction I had with Cabinet Kings was always positive and helpful before and after the sale. The cabinets are one of the best decisions I've made, good quality and they look terrific. My friends can't believe what difference to my house. I now am very proud of my kitchen and the cabinets are as perfect and any I could have bought anywhere for a lot more money. I recommend Cabinet Kings to others and I will use them again.
I absolutely love my new kitchen! There were so many choices to choose from. Cinnamon Glaze was the color that I chose and I was not disappointed. They look rich and beautiful. The customer service representative that worked with me was very knowledgeable, caring, and respectful. I bought Pepper Shaker style kitchen cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. They arrived in a week. The construction is full wood -- no MDA at all. My installers said the cabinets were excellent. Soft-close doors and drawers are included, not an option. I'm a Home Depot addict, but HD's bid did not include full wood cabinets, no soft close doors and drawers, and was double the price. I ordered the RTA (ready to assemble). If you don't want to assemble cabinets, hire someone, and you'll still save. You can see the cabinets assembled on Youtube. We worked on this project using cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings mainly because of the color and quality of the cabinets. The cabinets were delivered on time and in great shape and were easy to assemble. We had a staining mistake on one of the doors which was replaced by the company in a timely manner. We prefer to glue down/staple the cabinets during assembly in stead of using only the clips provided to quarantee a more sturdy performance.
I ordered my kitchen cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings in the Carolina Oak style already assembled. I was presently surprised by the quality and how fast the cabinets were shipped (they came so fast that I had to store them for about 2 weeks before I was ready to install them). I had ordered 1 cabinets from a different manufacturer and they called me because of the extra expense to ship the cabinet. I appreciate that they look out for what would have been a significant expense for the 1 cabinet. I also liked the website and how easy it was to see what my cabinets would look like and how easy it was to order the cabinets that we liked. I will definitely use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again and recommend them to others. The one issue that I would say is that they could have used extra glue when putting the cabinets together because one of the cabinets I had to re-glue. Overall, my experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings was excellent.
We ordered Ice White Shaker cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. The cabinets delivered were from Forevermark cabinets and were decent quality. The one gripe we had was the back of the cabinets not being full plywood. Seemed cheap to build the cabinet almost fully of plywood and use Hard Board with plywood strips for attachment. The cabinets, when delivered were partially damaged. There were drawers missing paint and one cabinet which was poorly assembled from the factory. It was lopsided and couldn't be properly attached and faced. The Customer Service at KCK was great. They got us a new cabinet almost immediately and replaced damaged drawer fronts without argument or hassle. The outward appearance of the cabinets is more than acceptable, the soft close hinges and drawers a really nice touch. We feel they are a nice value for the money and despite the minor inconvenience, we would purchase them again.
I ordered the Brownstone ready to assemble cabinets for a bar I am putting in my basement. I was very impressed with how quick the cabinets were delivered and the quality of the product. I was a little nervous at first about ordering ready to assemble cabinets, since I am not a very handy person, but the cabinets were very easy to put together and the videos online were very helpful. I looked around locally for quite some time before I stumbled upon Kitchen Cabinet Kings online. They consistently beat the prices of their competitors and the quality of the cabinets is superior to other comparable cabinets. The only "issue" I had, was the can of stain I ordered was not included in the order when it arrived. Kitchen Cabinet Kings website was easy to use in placing our order. Our cabinets came bubble-wrapped, which spoke to the care taken in shipping. Even so, the reason we did not give a 5-star rating was because the bottom shelf of the lazy susan had come off and was slightly damaged. We did not find the problem until after the allowed timeframe for complaints was past. That being said, we are very happy with our new cabinets. We love the soft-close doors/drawers. The look of the Pearl cabinets was exactly what we wanted with its classic, yet modern feel. We are very satisfied, have recommend the company to others and have received many compliments on the kitchen!

The cabinets arrived within the timeframe specified and there was no damage. The cabinets were very easy to put together. I had to contact customer support to obtain some screws that were missing and they were shipped immediately. The cabinets look amazing and I saved a lot of money. Would definitely use them again.

The staff was friendly and ready to help in getting your order started. I made the purchase, and I received the cabinets in a couple weeks. There were some minor scratches, and damage to a couple of the cabinets. The staff was very good at helping me out with a few small gifts because of this. Then after putting all my cabinets in, and finding that all the cabinets are not a consistent height and color, I called them again. At this point they wanted nothing to do with me. I had to buy a 30" upper cabinet to put up against the back of bottom cabinets for our island in the middle of the kitchen, and the stain was not even close. One was much darker than the other, and constructed a little different. The person that contacted me back from the company told me that it is only minor and that this can happen when staining cabinets. This is not minor, especially since it is the first thing you notice when walking thru the back sliding door. This is why I can not rate them better than 3 stars.
My fiance and I decided to save money while renovating our first home. We decided to measure and order our own cabinets. Our contractor told us about Kitchen Kings, but we already had another cabinet company in mind. We picked out all the cabinets and placed the order and it was going to take 10 WEEKS. We also had to pay extra if we wanted any of the cabinet sides finished. We could not wait that long so we decided to check out kitchen kings. Kitchen Kings had an easy to use website. We are not construction-savvy people and their website made it SO EASY for us to choose the style of cabinets and the correct sizes. We got the Pearl white cabinets, and we love them!! so many people come to our place and comments on the cabinets. They aren't white-white, but have an antiquey, classy look to them. They're perfect. All sides come finished so we did not have to give any extra thought or time into figuring out which ones to get finished like the other cabinets. The drawers are anti-slam and it did not cost extra. The prices were lower AND the cabinets come between 7-10 business days. The quality of the cabinets is breathtaking. We have had several contractors/electricians/plumbers and when they ask where we got the cabinets, they cannot believe it was from an online site. We honestly could not have been happier with this company and I tell anyone who is looking to remodel to go to kitchen kings, you won't be disappointed!!

We purchased a whole kitchen full of cabinets. We chose the Country Oak Classic RTA. We feel we got an excellent bargain. The designer I worked with was excellent and helped me design the kitchen and give us everything we wanted in the kitchen. Delivery time was excellent. Just a few days after ordering, they were sitting in our driveway. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the cabinets came with NO instructions at all. The website had videos we could watch, but if my husband didn't already have knowledge on how to put the together, it really would have been a struggle. There was also a small issue with one of the cabinets not having drawer glides. But once I contacted the company, those were shipped out immediately and received quickly.
We purchased our cherry glaze 3/4 half grade A kitchen cabinets this year. We had many questions as we have never purchased from this company before, nor have we ever put any cabinets together. The customer service we received was very good. We received the cabinets in 10 days from the day we ordered them. We were especially pleased with the money we saved, compared to other stores. We received one cabinet cracked on the side, during shipment - but fortunately it was on the side, and was fairly easy to repair. This is my fourth set of RTA cabinets that I have installed (I have rental property) and the first time I have used Kitchen Cabinet Kings. First the good things: 1. The designer was easy to work with-just make sure your measurements are spot on. Once you get your design check carefully to make sure everything is like you want it. Don't be afraid to ask for changes...CKK want you to be happy! 2.Shipping was excellent and free! This was the first time that my cabinets were delivered right to my door (other times/other companies I had to meet the big truck in a parking lot to tote home myself!). Some boxes looked mashed but nothing was damaged. 3.Assembly was the easiest I have ever used. These RTA cabinets are put together with clips. In the past I had to install the clips but with CKK the clips were already installed so they went together in half the time as other companies. Hint: It helps if you have an air stapler to secure the backs and sides. 4.The quality is excellent. I ordered the Classic Oak to update a rental unit and I am sure that I saved 40% over "big box" stores plus the solid wood quality is so much better! 5.Their videos on youtube are great for first time builders! Don't skip these (that Lazy Susan cabinet assembly was easy after watching the video). Now the bad: Nothing! I would use CKK again in a heartbeat! Hint: They run sales all the time. I was not in a big hurry so I waited for their Labor Day Sale and saved $500 on my order!
I was very pleased with the swift delivery of my cabinets. The website was fairly easy to navigate and use to order the cabinets. I ordered spice maple cabinets and was very impressed with the finish. One of my cabinets was scratched during delivery, however, it was on the side that was connected to another cabinet so it didn't show. Customer service was pleasant each time I called. The price was fair and a good option for me for my rental property as I probably saved 30% compared to other options.
I found Kitchen Cabinet Kings online while in the planning stages of remodeling one of my Apartments, I decided on the RTA base and wall cabinets to replace the old ones. They arrived within the 10 days they said it would take to build and ship. I work in Shipping and Receiving at a local company and was surprised at how well the cabinets where shipped, they arrived in perfect condition. I had a contractor put them together and the quality is just as they explained on their website. I still have a couple more apartments and a house to remodel and will be ordering again from Kitchen Cabinet Kings in the coming months.
I am in the process of purchasing kitchen cabinets from this company. we are having second thoughts. I have requested sales person to call me twice and yet to receive a call (almost a week since first request). called their board number and was told to email. if this is pre sale.. what should I expect post sale, is my biggest concern. reason for 3 star - sample ordered arrived on time and looks stunning.
I have had several issues with this company. First, I was charges for the wrong design, which messed the whole order up and I was missing several pieces. Second, many of my cabinets were on back order (which I was not told) and it took 3 separate shipments and I've a month and a half to receive my complete order. Third, one of the cabinet doors was 1/4 inch smaller than the others and they stated that they probably wouldn't replace the door. Last, the customer service department (Luisa) was extremely rude and made my experience more difficult than it already was! I was happy with the quality of the cabinets, other than the one door which is not the correct size. I will not be ordering from this company in the future!
Everything turned out so perfect! I couldn't be happier with the quality and with the service. Diana DiSanto was extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns (multiple emails where exchanged) and she was very prompt in responding. It was so nice that I had one contact person, instead of calling and getting an answering service. It definitely felt that this is a company that values their customers! I received the cabinets exactly when they said they would come, Even though one door was slightly damaged when I received it, I had no problem having a replacement one sent to me ASAP. The quality is so wonderful, I ordered a sample door from both Ikea and Kitchen Cabinet Kings and I must say the Kitchen Cabinet King ones look & feel so much more expensive, even though the cost would be almost identical in my case. I am so happy that my first little house now has an amazing brand new kitchen! I couldn't be happier!
I have installed kitchens for over 13 years for large retail stores and have used several brands and for price and Quality I have to say the cabinets they sell are as good as any brand I have installed. I made a mistake on my first order and had to get with customer service and order another cabinet and after explaining to them what I needed they helped me work with the manufacturer and got it shipped the next day with discounted shipping cost. I have just received my second kitchen order to install in another house. I also saved my first customer over $1500 in cabinets alone over H.D. , we had already ordered from H.D. and they got the whole order wrong and returned them after a long haul and ordered from K.C.K and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone remodeling their Kitchen or bathroom. After reading the reviews, we ordered cabinets from Kitchen cabinet kings in the pearl. I was apprehensive ordering online, but shipping was fast as described. The cabinets were easy to assemble though they did need a little tweaking. We are really happy with the overall look. However, customer service has not been as easy. We had a damaged drawer front and after making multiple requests for replacement, and being told we would receive one, I just had to send yet another picture and another formal request. I can't post pictures because I need that drawer front to complete the renovation.
Great company. You might be a bit hesitant to order cabinets online, dont be. We redid our kitchen and after shopping around locally, including a couple of national chain home improvement stores (im sure you know which ones) the price was about half of theirs and the quality was superior. We ordered the RTA cabinets and they were easy to assemble after you get the first one done you get the hang of it real quickly. The order arrived after about 2 weeks. Now there was some damage to some of the cabinets however this was not their fault and they took care of it very quickly by sending replacements. I would highly recommend them, we have absolutely no complaints they are beautiful cabinets, and high quality, no pressboard, plywood with solid wood fronts.
I ordered the Twilight RTA Frameless Cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. Delivery time was a week which I was impressed with. No damaged items. I really appreciated the help from Dana in customer Services. She was very helpful when i had a few assembly questions. I ordered off their website with no issue and have already recommend there cabinets to friends and family. I will be ordering more once I remodel our bathrooms. Our Kitchen is beautiful and at a fraction of the prices I was quoted from local cabinet companies.
Four stars because of the great quality of the cabinets and the affordable prices. I only take one star off because Kitchen Cabinet Kings could not meet the 7 to 14 days delivery promise. However, the customer service representatives were very helpful and kept me informed at all times. Once the cabinets arrived, all was well; they are beautiful. My wife chose the Pearl cabinet style; she wanted to mix these cabinets with the more modern gray cabinets but Kitchen Cabinet Kings did not offer this color option. She then found what she was looking for in Ikea. I had a carpenter modify the 36-inch sink base cabinet from Kitchen Cabinet Kings to accept a farmhouse sink and the results were incredible. Without hesitation, I recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings and I will use them for my next remodel.

The price was very good at $2400, delivery was quicker than we expected, assembly was easy after the first two (learning curve) and installation went quickly. i ordered the rta geneva collection. great cabinets. all wood. end cabinets stain was a little faded. make sure you order everything the first time because they charge a lot for shipping and handling. but over all the people were very friendly and helpful. and would buy through kitchen cabinet kings in the future.
My wife and I used kitchen cabinet kings for our basement bar. The website was easy to use and had all the sizes and items we needed. We purchased the Pacifica color cabinets and we're happy with the color when they arrived. After about 7 days from ordering we received a phone call to schedule shipment. The cabinets arrived a few days after that and were in great shape when they arrived. We had no issues, would use them again and would highly recommend kitchen cabinet kings to others. On top of the already discounted prices we made our purchase during the July 4th sale, saving us about $2000 from our next cheapest estimate. We absolutely love our new cabinets. They are the RTA Pearl & they are perfect in our kitchen. We ordered our cabinets on a Sunday evening & most of them arrive by that Thursday. So fast & efficient. All of the cabinets were in perfect condition. The costumer service was wonderful also & helped with a return with ease. We ordered the Shaker style cabinets in Mocha and we think they look great! They arrived in a timely manner even though some pieces were back ordered. The price was the best we found online and the process couldn't have been easier. The website is well laid out and east to navigate. Everyone we talked to when we had a minor issue was very helpful. Replacement pieces were shipped out ASAP and showed up very quickly. The quality of the cabinets is about what you'd expect. They look great but we'll see how long the finish holds up. It seems a little thin and scratches pretty easily. Good thing there are no kids in the house. ;-) All in all, we are quite pleased and would certainly shop there again.
When remodeling my kitchen I ordered RTA Cabinets on-line from www.KitchenCabinetKings.com . I was able to get all hardwood ( no press board) cabinets with dove tail drawers for a better price than the cheap big box store stock cabinets. They helped me out with the design and sent me a computerized diagram which helped greatly with the installation of the electrical, plumbing and the cabinets themselves. The cabinets were delivered within 2 weeks of placing the order and they were relatively easy to assemble, I recommend start with an upper cabinet and work up to the draw bases. I had one unit that seemed to have not been finished properly and when I contracted Kitchen Counter Kings that promptly sent out a replacement, at no cost or shipping fees. I purchased the MaiIntosh Frameless RTA cabinets. I assembled and installed the cabinets with only minor help with the uppers, and I'm a 54 year old woman. I would highly recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings, as their customer service and products are outstanding.

The only thing we were disappointed in was the color of the cabinetry. We felt that the pictures we had seen online were not very indicative of the products we received in that the "glaze" looked a little more like someone used a marker rather than a paintbrush to fill in the darker color around the edges. My first experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings was with my first house. We redid the kitchen with their Ice White Shaker cabinets. It was super easy and they were super flexible. Now - I have a new home and the kitchen wasn't what I wanted so I knew where to go. This time instead of doing the install myself I hired my contractor to take care of it for me before I moved into the house. We laid out the plan and I purchased the beautiful Pearl cabinets for this home. The website was easy to browse and when I needed help I used the chat feature to chat up the helpful customer service agents. I wanted to use an apron sink and install a double oven. They gave me all the info I needed to get that handled. Once we placed the order we got our cabinets in what felt like light speed. seriously, I wasn't expecting to get a call from the freight company so fast! I had all the ASSEMBLED cabinets delivered to my house. Some of the cabinets arrived with some wear from their journey but Kitchen Cabinet Kings fixed all the issues without fail. Their customer service is great! Now - to anyone on the fence there are some things you need to know. The big box stores aren't quoting you equal cabinets, not at all. They are quoting you cabinets made from particle board and MDF as STRUCTURAL parts. Kitchen Cabinet Kings is going to send you cabinets made from furniture grade plywood with quality hinges and drawer slides. To get cabinets of the same caliber from a box store you'll have to ASK them to do it, and they are going to upcharge you for it. Once it was all said and done the box stores were going to charge me TWICE what it was going to cost going through Kitchen Cabinet Kings. Let me explain this better - I got new cabinets installed with a new tile back-splash and new appliances for what it would have cost just to get new cabinets installed by the box store. Seriously - a whole new kitchen fit inside the quote for just cabinets from a box store....insane! These cabinets use insanely high quality wood, slides, and hinges. If you go to a woodworking store and try to buy these drawer slides you'd pay 70 dollars a pop. They are so awesome! My contractor is really impressed with Kitchen Cabinet Kings, too. When building The Ridge at Glacier we discovered kitchen cabinet kings and decided to purchase our cabinets through them for our resort. We have used cabinets from kitchen cabinet kings for all five of our luxury cabin located near Glacier National Park. The customer service was excellent. They were quick to replace a few cabinets that arrived damaged. The cabinets have held up very well and add a touch of elegance to our mountain decor.
We ordered a total of 14 cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings, plus crown moldings, fillers, etc. The order arrived yesterday, and 5 out of the 15 cabinets were damaged. I expected maybe one to be damaged -- not a THIRD of my order. This was not damage incurred in shipping -- they were damaged prior to shipment, and the company shipped them to us anyway. One of the cabinet doors had a large piece of wood flaked off, and had been finished over. The people constructing it obviously saw the damage, yet finished and used the door anyway. One of the cabinets had boot prints on the side of it, and was broken in several spots -- again, not areas that would have been broken during shipping. It was broken when it was walked on prior to packaging it. A drawer had a large gouge in the front, and the door of the sink base was severely discolored. The Lazy Susan doors had a gap nearly a half inch wide where the two doors meet -- you can see right into the cabinet with the door closed. To top it off, the filler pieces I ordered are MIA. When I contacted the company I was asked if I signed the bill of lading that included them -- the bill of lading I signed stated "Two Pallets and One Box." That was it. No listing of each item, no description of what was included in the shipment. The customer service rep says that there is a lead time of 7 to 14 business days to ship the replacements, so it will be at least another 2-3 weeks before I can finish my kitchen. This is very frustrating. I will not order from Kitchen Cabinet Kings again.
These are some high quality cabinets. The cabinets are made of real plywood and the fronts are solid wood and finished beautifully. This is a perfect option to full custom cabinets and at a fraction of the cost. Delivery times were quite reasonable and the cabinets were delivered at my door step carefully packaged and in perfect condition. All of the drawers had the soft close feature installed at no extra cost. The ordering process is easy just be sure you know exactly what you want and make sure all your dimensions are correct. There are lots of options and cabinet styles available so just about any kitchen style/feature is available. I highly recommend these guys. I will be using them again on my next project.
The cabinets are outstanding in terms of quality, soft close drawers and doors. The soft close doors are a bonus. We are developers working on our 11th project. Kitchen Cabinet Kings had a better selection of styles and colors than our previous supplier. I would highly recommend this company but if things are on back order, accept delivery of everything else immediately or else you will have more and different things on back order. I purchased a full set of kitchen cabinets, trim and crown molding. The cabinets are very pretty and are great for the price. The cabinets did come with quite a few cracks and scratches though. When I first called customer service, they seemed hesitant to correct the issue. Upon providing photos, they were able to replace 3 of my cabinet doors and provide a touch up kit. Ultimately, I would use the company again knowing that I am getting a mediocre product at a min of 50% discount from the hardware store (get what you pay for). I would not recommend for a million dollar house.

I ordered Ice White Shaker, the cabinets are high quality. Customer service was always quick to answer questions. I came up a bit short on filler and had to order a small piece after the first order, they are not flexible about shipping cost. The cost was $30 for shipping, as much as the cost of the filler.
After reviewing local and online kitchen cabinet stores and retailers I decided to purchased the American Heritage style frameless RTA (ready to assemble) cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. The full kitchen remodel arrived in about a week and a half with damage to one box. The staff at KCK were responsive and quickly processed replacement of the damaged items with the shipping company. I am pleased with the cabinet's design and their appearance matches the photos and online description. My only complaints are that the included assembly instructions are extremely poor, and I did not receive slow closing hinges on two of the cabinets. Overall the product received was of high quality for the price and the staff was very helpful and responsive to my questions.
Ordered the Ready to Assemble Espresso kitchen cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings and was overall satisfied with purchase experience. The quality of cabinets was above expectations and assembly was quick and easy for an experienced handyman. (The cabinet assembly videos are very helpful also.) The online ordering process was quick and easy. Questions were answered very promptly by costumer service. The only thing that wasn't exactly smooth in the ordering process was the soft close drawer upgrade. The upgrade price is separate from the cabinet purchase price and will not count towards free delivery discount amount. However, delivery costs seemed very reasonable and the pricing on the cabinets were a great savings in comparison to other sources. There were a few vendors that were comparable in price and quality but ratings of previous costumers and availability of cabinets were the deciding factors. Cabinets were delivered within stated estimate of delivery time and there was no damage to any of the boxes shipped. Had all of the boxes contained all of the pieces required for assembly this would have been a full five star rating. Two cabinets were missing side panels. After submitting photo documentation to customer service, new panels were shipped in a weeks time. Shipped replacement side panels were found to be missing all metal L brackets needed for assembly. Again, after photo documentation submitted to customer support, brackets were shipped within a weeks time. Needless to say, remodel project was significantly delayed. Despite the missing pieces problem, the rating is high for overall satisfaction in price, quality, ease of assembly, delivery, and costumer service support. Would recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings to family and friends with one caveat, allow extra time for unexpected errors that may delay project completion time.

Researched several wholesale cabinet companies after shopping the Big Box stores .. HD & L. Saw other reviews for Kitchen Cabinet Kings and decided to order a sample of their Pearl cabinets. When it arrived we were blown away at the quality, much better than Box store samples plus the cabinets are finished inside and out. You pay extra for that at HD and L. We ordered Ready to Assemble cabinets for the entire kitchen. Great quality but the instructions on how to assemble could have had more detail. Someone that is not handy may have trouble figuring out the assembly. Other than that, the quality and timelines to receive the order was great. We also received a panel that had a ding and they shipped a new one within a week and a half. Definitely will be purchasing more when we remodel the bathrooms.
We got off to a rocky start with Kitchen Cabinet Kings after we had a misunderstanding on lead times initially, but after that they communicated very promptly and effectively to get everything back on track. The RTA cabinets were very easy to assemble and the quality is great. The value for the price was outstanding! The cabinets are well constructed with solid doors, plywood sides, and a very nice factory finish. This is my fifth major kitchen renovation, and Kitchen Cabinet Kings gave me the best combination of quality and price that I've ever seen for cabinets. Would be a five star rating save for the misunderstanding at the start of the process, but I emphasize that they were very responsive and worked to accommodate our schedule from that point on.
We chose these cabinets as an alternative to IKEA, which we have always used in the past. We didn't feel like driving to go pick up the IKEA cabinets, so we ordered these cabinets online. The price was actually less than a comparable IKEA cabinet though IKEA cabinets are frameless. I would say the value of these cabinets is very good. We ordered the RTA bathroom cabinets in the Pepper Shaker door style. The cabinets are finished on all sides and inside so you don't need to worry about end panels unless you want a paneled effect. We went with the framed (vs. frameless) cabinets, and there is one issue with the cabinets that I didn't notice until after the install. The toe kicks do not meet up at the edges of the cabinets, so there is a gap. I had specifically asked if I needed to order an extra toe kick piece and was told that the toe kick was finished. It's not a big deal in our bathroom because you can't see the toe kick, but it would be in a room where you could step back from the cabinets. The construction of the cabinets is solid, and the drawer boxes are very nice. They come with soft close drawer glides but not soft-close doors. Delivery was very quick and efficient. My contractor did not have any issues assembling the cabinets.

I am in the process of installing 28 boxes of RTA shaker style pepper shaker color kitchen cabinets. The order came complete and in good condition. Assembly is straight forward and simple. I have installed about 1/4 the order and they are going up easily. I am very pleased with the overall quality especially the drawer assemble and glides. the price was fair too. I will order these next time for sure.
I ordered a complete kitchen in Ice White Shaker style. The design specialist was very helpful but I found that there was a 48 hour delay with getting questions answered. As soon as my customer was ready to pull the trigger, I ended up ordering everything online myself. This was very easy. Although the free shipping said 7-10 days, the cabinets arrived in just 2 days! We inspected all the boxes as suggested by KCKings and did discover one damaged box. The freight company took it back right away as well as took pictures. KCKings fedEx'd a replacement! Needless to say, my customer was impressed and I got the job done well within the estimated time. The cabinets are low cost but look great. The only issue I have is that the system that holds the cabinets together is "external" and doesn't look so great when you peer into the cabinet. A hidden system would be worth paying a little more $ for. That said, my customer didn't think too many folks would be peering in his cabinets to see how they were assembled. I would and will recommend KCKings to friends and clients.

I'm a general contractor and work with people with all different kind of budgets. One of my customers asked about cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet kings and I had never heard of them. After checking the website and having reservations i decided to pull the trigger anyways and give it a try. I have now done two kitchens using cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. Both times the cabinets arrived in one week (from our normal vendor a rush delivery is 3 weeks) On the second kitchen i completed using their cabinets i had a full size cabinet come in damaged. I emailed them the pics of the damaged cabinets and they sent me out replacement parts and i received them in about two weeks. (which is longer than the initial shipment but still much better than my normal vendor) The same kitchen cabs from another vendor would've cost over 8k and i would've had to wait over a month for them to arrive. I will definitely be using them again on future projects and gives me another option for my clients that are on a budget or on a tight timeline.
I just finished renovating my second kitchen within twelve months. I used Kitchen Cabinet Kings both times and was not disappointed. I selected the Cinnamon Glaze cabinet. The construction and finish quality are most like what you would find in moderately priced conventional cabinets, but the price is most like what you would find in the least expensive big box cabinets. In other words, you get a very good cabinet bang for the buck. Assembly is pretty straightforward, though I did get better and faster as I went along. I did the assembly by myself and found the use of a few clamps to be very helpful. I did make a layout mistake, but they were very helpful in a work-around. I also made an ordering error. They helped me correct that as well, though there is a 25% restocking fee. So, order carefully. I've received a lot of compliments on the kitchen, and yes, I would use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again. In fact, I'm looking for an investment property now, and when I find it, I'm sure I'll be renovating the kitchen, and will definitely use KCKs again. I've already sent a neighbor to them.

A pleasure to do business with some were back ordered which made me nervous as we had time issues but they came in as promised and we were kept abreast of the order. In addition I made 2 errors on my order which the office staff picked up and contacted us before shipping thus preventing a delay and the hassle of having to fix after the fact Did RTA which we assembled and had a. Abomey guy install. He was impressed with the quality and finish . Wish I had taken advantage of the sample door offer which I didn't do due to our time constraints. The cabinets I received were beyond awesome. High quality, and better than described. Shipment was fast on the cabinets that actually arrived. I was missing only one - vital cabinet. Kitchen Cabinet Kings would argue first that I had received them all, then figure out that I was missing one, blame the manufacturer and then blow smoke up my butt about when I would received it. I had to buy the same size from HD to get my countertop template made. When the granite came (I had to reschedule 3 times, I STILL did not have the cabinet. Otherwise, great kitchen cabinets.
I ordered the McIntosh Frameless cabinets, and have to say they look great. These cabinets are well built and sturdy. Only had a few damaged boards for the seven cabinets I ordered, and once I sent the pics in, they immediate sent me replacements that I had in just a few days. Only reason I did not give five stars, is I have a drawer slide I that is not working properly, and I haven't had much feedback on when I might receive a replacement for it after my initial request. Other than that, the product and customer service was great. The prices were great, considering the cabinets come with soft close hinges and drawers, and cost about half as much as cabinets I received a quote on from Lowe's.

We ordered the RTA cabinets online, and installed them ourself. My husband is very handy, so it was very easy for him. He was very impressed with the quality, and I love the color and the ease of cleaning it. We have a few children, so i was worried about them constantly being dirty. They wipe down very easily. We got tons of compliments on the color. Also the design is beautiful. And most importantly, they were cheaper than anything else we saw.
I purchased their Shakertown assembled cabinets with all the soft close features. first off, cabinets are well made, using 3/4 and 1/2 inch plywoods. They use Blum hinges and everything is done very well. Shipping was very quick, like 1 week. And when you pick assembled cabinets, i found their prices to be one of the best when u factor in delivery costs. Then u factor reviews, and selection or availability of the various sizes and options of the cabinet finish that you want, And I feel Kitchen cabinet kings was the easy choice for my purchase. If your thinking about doing this yourself, particularly after a presentation for cabinet refinishing for $20,000, then do it. I spent like $3,200 for a very large kitchen, assembled, with soft close features and delivered. My home was unbelievably uneven and walls out of alignment. Recommend the levelers that they have a link to as well. When my counter tops were installed, they didn't need 1 shim.
Greetings, I would rather rate Kitchen Cabinet Kings 4.5 rather than 4 but this site doesn't do half stars. I had a fantastic experience working with the company. My wife and I picked Pearl RTA cabinets and submitted the order. Our 10X10 kitchen with hardware came out to just over $3,000. I assembled the cabinets and we paid our general contractor friend Chris to install because I have lower back problems. We hired another company to install the granite countertops. I'm glad we paid for both installs because our house was built in 1940 and NOTHING is square. My wife and I did the backsplash, dry wall/electrical outlet work, and installed the microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. My only complaint is the assembly directions were not very detailed. I consider my self fairly intuitive and decent with tools but certainly not a master craftsman. The regular cabinets were pretty easy to figure out but the Lazy Susan was downright difficult. I had to take it apart a couple times and start over. If I was a novice with tools I probably would have given up. Here's what I loved about Kitchen Cabinet Kings. After my initial order which qualified me for free shipping, I found out after assembly that I measured incorrectly and ordered two cabinets that ultimately did not fit the scheme. I went on the website and started a chat session to explain the problem. Jessica waived the $175 shipping fee. My stupid tax for measuring poorly only came out to the $200 for the correct cabinets. I was very satisfied with the delivery of my original order. A couple days after we paid, I received a call from the trucking company and coordinated a delivery time. They were at the house exactly as discussed. The quality of the cabinets exceeded expectations. I was a bit concerned about ordering online but upon arrival, Chris was very impressed with the workmanship and quality of wood/materials used. Chris has done many high-end kitchen installs so my mind was put at ease. I highly recommend this company and am very satisfied. To assist others In their decision, I would not hesitate to use them again. If I had to do this all over again I would, however, do two things differently. 1: I would measure correctly. 2: I would have ordered the sample piece. My wife was expecting the Pearl RTA cabinets to be "cool" white, but they were, in fact, "warm" white with a yellowish tint. Ultimately the end result is the same; she LOVES her new kitchen but the subtle difference in tone changed her color scheme for walls, trim, subway tile backsplash, and granite countertops. The change did not cost us a dime since the cabinets were installed before anything else, but the $24.99 for a cabinet door sample would have saved me time and headaches.
We started with a vintage 1999 Formica and chipboard kitchen, with a fridge in an odd location, and many drawers that could only open halfway. Restricting the layout was a wall on two of the four sides, with a closet which housed a central A/C unit. What we did was blow out the entire wall, relocate the A/C to an area under the stairs and put a breakfast bar where the wall used to be. Since we live in The Bahamas, we had few options - so I opted to shop for cabinets online; something I never thought I would find myself doing! However, Kitchen Cabinet Kings made it easy. I sketched out my layout on graph paper, then determined what I would need based on my sketch. KCK had a cabinet for every spot on my sketch. I placed my order, and it was shipped to my freight forwarder in Miami very quickly. When I received the cabinets I was very pleased with the great workmanship. Drawer joints were all dovetail and the hardware was of high quality. Lazy Susans were all wood, not plastic or wire racks. We are very pleased with the cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings and I know we will enjoy them for many years!
Our experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings was fantastic! My husband and I were renovating a small kitchen in our beach condo and our daughter was renovating her big kitchen in the same area. We placed our order together to get KCK's free shipping offer. Anthony S. of KCK then contacted me to clarify that we indeed wanted to different cabinet styles and that one style was RTA and the other was not. I appreciated that he sought clarification as it demonstrated they wanted to ensure a good experience! Upon delivery, one door on an assembled cabinet was damaged and they replaced that within a week of notification so our project did not suffer any delays. The results for both kitchens are beautiful! Highly recommend KCK for value, quality, and service. I will definitely go back to them on future projects!
My recent experience with KCK was a One at best. I found the products (Quality and Craftsmanship) to be substandard, the simple laminating of the plywood substrate to the locking mechanisms poor at best. all pieces seemed misaligned or attached poorly. My biggest issue is that it took almost 6 weeks to receive all ordered cabinets, because of the poor workmanship and packaging of the product. Almost every cabinet arrived broken. Luckily I have the tools and knowledge to repair most of the flaws. The items I was not able to repair myself had to wait for replacement and then of course the replacement arrived broken. The most distressing issue is when I had asked "Pleaded" to expedite the replacement I was told they do not do that but would in my case. When the replacements arrived even later than normal I called the delivery company to find the all products were sent normal ground. In closing I can say one great highlight to this project is the fact that it is done. The best part is I will not have to deal with the poor workmanship and below standard customer service supplied by Kitchen Cabinet Kings AGAIN!! Do yourself a favor find another manufacturer spend a little more money. You will be way better off.
Our Master Bath Renovation Review: We really like our Pearl cabinets, especially with the drawers, instead of doors. We modified the one cabinet on the right to fit the sink. Best decision ever to only have one sink, because now I have "work space" on the left side. We rarely ever need the sink at the same time. Two sinks would have robbed me of the beautiful granite and given me very little surface. With a very small room we needed to add storage. For 18 years, we didn't have enough storage in our bathroom for towels and extra toilet paper! Now with the pantry cabinet and the 5 drawers, we have LOADS of storage. The cabinets are well made and look very nice. I am very pleased. See picture.

I ordered 23 cabinets for kitchen I layout myself. I never heard of KCK before. Was unsure if I wanted to place order. After getting price from big box store my mind was made up. I would take chance seeing cost was 2/3 less. Order arrived and was very surprise how well order was packed and organized. Next project was to put cabinet together everything I ordered was in boxes. Cabinet are very easy to put together just takes a little time you will save a lot. Quality of cabinet you cannot do better all plywood no cheap pressed wood like big box store unless you pay extra.

I purchased fully assembled kitchen cabinets and an island (Pacifica) from Kitchen Cabinet Kings (KCK). I worked exclusively with Jessica, whom was highly professional and very knowledgeable throughout the process. KCK did the designs for our kitchen and our contractor installed the cabinets and island. We are very happy with the quality of these cabinets and would highly recommend KCK (we actually already have to several of our friends). Jessica was an absolute joy to work with throughout this entire process. My contractor was also highly impressed with the quality of their cabinets.
Our mountain home, which is a 1968 trailer needed a complete renovation, including a new kitchen. Since budget was a factor, we bought ready to assemble cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. This was the right decision! They turned out beautifully! We actually gutted the whole kitchen area, cut out the original metal ceiling and raised it then reinforced the side walls and mounted the cabinets. With cork flooring to keep the tootsies warm and a brightly colored glass back splash, the place looks awesome. Thank you so much Kitchen Cabinet Kings. We are starting a guest house and will absolutely get our cabinets from you! Wish I had a finished picture to post but that will come later.
I worked with Jessica for a couple weeks designing my kitchen. I had to change a lazy susan to a easy reach corner cabinet do to a pipe chase that would ruin the functionality of the lazy susan. I shown the pipe chase from the beginning in the measurements i gave them but had to ask them to be completely sure that we were on the same page. Sure enough she came back and said they can not custom build to fit around the pipe chase and it may ruin functionality but could not give any definite yes or no. They should have addressed this in my original drawing so be sure to mention in words any odd detail such as a pipe chase. So we replace the lazy susan with and easy reach corner cabinet that will have to be fabricated to fit the corner where the pipe chase is. This easy reach cabinet is about $100 cheaper then the lazy susan. Jessica then forwards me my new quote and it is $260 more then the previous one with the more expensive cabinet. So I think they are just making up numbers and tell her how I am offended she would try and pull a move like this after working together for so long. To which she replies that she is offended that I think she would do something like that, and that she forgot to add the tax in the original quote. To which she carries on and says she thinks its best if we do not work together. After weeks of back and fourth. This was incredibly frustrating as it completely messes up my deadline plus all the work has already been done. I then go on to use another sales associate, (not wanting Jessica to get commission from me) I get a detailed quote from the other sales associate (Rebecca), showing tax's and discount applied. (something Jessica never included in her quotes) I proceed to give all my credit card info and shipping like Rebecca requested and then did not hear another word for 5 more days. On my third email asking what was going on she replied she could not fill the order because Jessica requested her not to. Once again incredibly frustrating because this put my project off another 5 days. My main reason for using cabinet kings over cliq cabinets (who custom build with higher quality to fit exact needs) was because of cabinet kings fast 2 week delivery promise.
Kitchen Cabinet Kings was referred to us by a neighbor who has used them on multiple occasions and now I will definitely suggest KCK to others taking on a renovation, as well. After getting several estimates from other cabinet companies, we decided to take on a little bit more of the legwork ourselves (doing our own measuring, ordering, being home when the shipment came, etc.) and it saved us THOUSANDS of dollars. I was a bit nervous doing this myself and emailed Andrew several times before placing my order. He was very helpful and always responded right away. Once the order was placed, it was shipped on schedule and I was able to track the shipment with the 3rd party trucking company. They were very nice, helpful and professional, as well.
Kick is the best place that we have found for my business. They have a large variety to choose from on different pricing. All my customers love the finished product. The customer service is great. Anytime you have a question or concern the response is quick. This product is much better then anything you would get from a box store. I have done base kitchens to top of the line kitchens and am very pleased with everything.
We love the cabinets!! They exceeded our expectations, we ordered Pearl Cabinets. Only issue was with delivery business, we know this is in our fault, but you have to inspect each cabinet before the business leaves to prove cracks, chips, etc. Because we ordered so many cabinets it took us about 40 minutes to take off double surrounding boxes anf bubbles. This is great btw that they are protected well. But thr delivery business was in a hurdy and after waiting 15 mins we let them leave, of course about 30 minutes later we found 2 cabinet cracks. This again is our fault, but we are kivking ourselves because these cabinets are gorgeous and we should have made the delivery team wait. All in all, we highly recommend this business, they are courteous, helpful and sell high quality products. You will in no way be dissappointed, but please remember to MAKE the delivery team Wait while you nwrap each cabinet or they are yours:)

Hello, We had our Kitchen re-done last week. It took a little longer then what we expected. What would have only taken a week at the most took 6 weeks. Our cabinets were supposed to be here in 7-10 days we received them 5 weeks later. It wasn't Cabinet Kings fault. From what the customer service rep Louisa explained to us. She found out the cabinet maker was over loaded with orders and everything was on back order. We had ordered the Savannah cabinets. So we just waited. My new kitchen floor looked fabulous. And my kids lived off the BBQ grill and microwave. But once the cabinets were shipped we received an email. The following day the shipping company contacted us. A delivery time was set, cabinets arrived unbroken and secure. My contractor "forgot" he was supposed to be at my house to help unload. I am a 5"7 135lb woman. I broke down 3 pallets 7 feet high by myself in my driveway. Took me an hour and a half. My husband got home from work and I had opened all the boxes and set each cabinet where they were to go in the kitchen. My contractor had my cabinets up the next day with no issues. My granite people arrived the next day and did the template had no issues putting the top on the cabinets. The cabinets look gorgeous and are high end solid wood quality. The exact same cabinets that are custom ordered through Home Depot we were quoted $15,000. We only paid $4300 for everything. We added cabinets to different areas in our kitchen. we added a side island/desk area. I call it a coffee and wine bar. We added cabinets to another wall making it a kitchen entertainment desk center. My kitchen looks bigger. My granite guys asked me where I got my cabinets they said they were gorgeous and had not seen beautiful cabinets like this. We went from orange formica countertops and orange walled backsplash to a gorgeous kitchen that everyone is asking us where we got it. I highly recommend Cabinet Kings for cabinets. But just be prepared that the cabinets can take a while to arrive. I believe it may vary depending on the popularity of the cabinet style. I have 1 small wall cabinet and 2 corbels on back order that are just now being shipped 3 weeks later. Just be prepared for a delay. I recommend ordering the cabinets 2-3 months before you do the construction because of this issue. So you have all the pieces you need to get your kitchen complete in one shot. About 18 months ago, we launched a small business buying and renovating small buildings for rentals. After doing 2 kitchens with a local vendor, I found Kitchen Cabinet Kings online. Their pricing is superb (frankly unbeatable), and the quality and service are top notch. We have been using their Newport line of RTA kitchen cabinets, and they feel well built and look great. The website is easy to navigate, and when I have needed expedited delivery, I can always talk to someone who can help me out. We have now used Kitchen Cabinet Kings for six kitchen redos, and I just ordered a new set of cabinets last night. I highly recommend them.
On 4/9/2014 I ordered the New Yorker kitchen cabinets online. The descriptions of the cabinets are very vague and it would be nice to see actual pictures of the product and how many shelves' you get. The shelf is only 12" deep, no much storage space. There were two cabinets back ordered so I didn't get my order until 5/5/2014. It took them 5 days after the back order came in to ship. The face frame, door, shelf and drawer are the best parts of the cabinet. The sides, back, top and bottom are made of cheep plywood from china. I had a lot of problems with the plywood delaminating and warp age that made it hard to put together. I had to use long clamps to put most of the cabinets together. There's little or no instructions on how to put it together. They do have videos you can watch that will help you most of the way. But there are no instructions or video on how to install the drawer slides. There is no hardware to connect 2 cabinets side by side. I had to pre drill holes in the side of the face frame and use 2 ½" flat head screws to connect them. Their pricing is lower than all the other cabinet places. So you will have to give up some quality for pricing. Don't get me wrong the cabinets look great and you can't see the warped plywood when it's all together. You will need to purchase something for the toe kick. I will continue to use Kitchen Cabinet Kings in the future for I still have 2 bathrooms to remodel yet. I did order 2 more cabinets for my laundry room and they came real fast in about 7 days.
I ordered the RTA Mocha Shaker Cabinets and they were delivered promptly as promised. Easy to assemble and quality was superb. Only one wall cabinet had minor damage but with a little glue was able to fix bracket that was pulled off. Love the solid birch front and soft close drawers.
I ordered Ice White Shaker cabinets for my kitchen remodel. I shopped around on-line and Kitchen Cabinet Kings seemed to have the best value/most reasonable price. The cabinets shipped quickly and were in good condition. There was damage to one cabinet and they were quick to send a new one. I also ordered one cabinet in the wrong size and they gave me a discount on the replacement. Overall, I am very happy with the cabinets. They are not super high end construction, but they are a good value. I would recommend to others.
Just completed two bathroom vanities. Great cabinet quality. Ordered RTA cabinets, very easy to assemble. Again fast delivery. Will definitely use again in the future.
I ordered the Shaker Ice Cabinets. They all arrived to Tennessee with out harm. The way these cabinets are packaged it is hard to damage them so don't be afraid of the shipping process. These cabinets can be assembled in less than 10 minutes per cabinet after you get the initial idea. I have used RTA in the past and these are some of the easiest I have put together.
Happy with the cabinets. Great value. The owners are pleased. There was minor damage on the original delivery and it took longer to get the replacement parts than the original full order, which affected our schedule. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. I would and have used them again.
I used Kitchen Cabinet Kings to order cabinets for my kitchen redo project. Customer service was fast responding to all my questions via email and the people were very friendly and helpful. The cabinets themselves are great quality and were delivered to my door just a little over a week after ordering them online. I have no complaints and will probably use them again for any future renovation projects because their prices are extremely competitive. My only complaint is that the website could be a little clearer about the differences between the cabinets, so that when you're ordering them, you know for sure you're getting the right one. I accidentally ordered a 27" sink base when I meant to order one with a drawer. It worked out fine because the contractor built a drawer. But the only difference I could see on the website when I went back to see was that one had an S in front of the label, which I now know stands for sink.
Cabinets were all delivered as ordered. Cabinets look beautiful installed in our new kitchen. Cabinet dimensions differ slightly than what are posted on the website so check with them if you have a tight fitting area.
I bought assembled cabinets from this company, based upon the reviews. This is one of those companies that provides great service up front, but the follow through is lacking. The cabinets I received had some very poor quality issues, (several missing screws and a some parts that were simply not assembled very well at all.) There was some damaged material, as well. Fortunately, my contractor was able to fix most of the bad assembly and damage. I did need to order two replacement doors. So, I contacted the company and made them aware of the quality issues with photos, and asked for replacement doors. I was somewhat surprised to find that the company representative did not seem surprised at the poor quality. They just wanted to give me my two doors and be done with me. I never received any kind of proactive communication regarding the replacement doors. I was the one who had to keep following up with them. When the replacement doors did arrive, one of them was the wrong door. (I wasn't surprised. Since the cabinet manufacturer shipped out such shoddy cabinets to begin with, why would their replacements be any better?) Lastly, in one of my emails to the company, I asked to receive a phone call back to discuss the situation. Did I get a phone call? No, I received another email. I had to ask a second time for a phone call. UPDATE - I am still having to push KCK to send me the proper sized replacement door. They assure me that they are 'working on it.' Meanwhile, I expect that I will have to have the missing door custom made locally because KCK can not maintain their obligation.
I replaced a kitchen in an efficiency apartment using Richmond style cabinets. The cabinets arrived as ordered in a very timely manner. They were easy to plan, procure, assemble and install. Customer service was great! They are a great value compared to cabinets you may find in the big-box stores. There were a few very minor condition issues that I was able to deal with on my own. I definitely recommend using Kitchen Cabinet Kings.
I am very pleased with my kitchen cabinets! I was skeptical about ordering online and not seeing something in front of me, but price and speed was appealing from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. I drew up my layout of cabinets myself, taking careful measurements and getting creative to use upper fridge cabinets as a base for bench seating in my dining. I'd place all measured cabinets in my "cart" and then remeasure. I started playing with different cabinet styles/finishes and ultimately went with the shaker style in Pepper for a modern look. I had different quotes from local cabinetry, but when they came in nearly $5k higher, I knew online was the way to go. I had Jessica draw up a layout for me as well, but I liked what I came up with better and ordered. They were shipped all the way from east coast to west coast in 2 weeks without a scratch, dent or missing piece! We had bubble wrap everywhere. The construction was solid, I was impressed, they are high quality, the dark stain was perfect, as expected from other's pictures. I love them, I could not be happier with the insides, outsides, sturdy expensive feel, but a fraction of the cost and waiting time, I am an impatient person and KCK was perfect! I would highly recommend them. If you are doing it yourself, measure- a lot, take into account blind corner pieces- they do not sit flush against the wall, so if it's a 39" piece, it's 3" out from the wall, making your measurement 42" total! And the inside of the cabinets have a half shelf, so even though they are adjustable, they are 12" wide in a 24" base cabinet, great for tall things, but definitely cuts down on storage when you come from a full shelf, just an fyi. And another great thing was the service- those pop up chat boxes... someone was really there at midnight, pacific time and although she couldn't directly answer my question she said she would have someone contact me in the morning, which Andrew did. I am so happy we chose this company and this style, I would not change a thing!
I ordered the shaker style cabinets from kitchen cabinet kings for both my kitchen and bath remodel. The quality of the cabinets is very high. No particle board. All plywood sides and backs. Very nice even finish on the doors and face. Good selection of accessories to create a custom look install. The website is easy to use and find what you are looking for. Delivery was a standard timeframe for such a large order. No problems and will use again if the opportunity arises.
I bought the Tribeca cabinets for my kitchen and laundry. The value of the cabinet set is very high, with all the soft close, adjustable hinges, solid wood, etc. Design services are very flexible and accommodating. Issues with shipping and delivery have been hassle free. I liked them so much I also did an apartment with Tribeca from Kitchen Cabinet Kings a year later. Highly recommended! Great value!
I renovated my entire kitchen, installing Tribeca bamboo RTA kitchen cabinets. I absolutely love these cabinets! The quality and craftsmanship is excellent. I replaced my old base cabinets with the 36 inch drawer banks. I love these! They are so much more functional--I now have easy access to everything. I even used these glasses and dishes. I used 30 inch drawer banks for my island. I really love the pull-out spice cabinent in my island below my cooktop. I replaced my upper cabinets with 36 inch and 42 inch horizontal cabinets. They look modern and provide easy access. I used frosted glass doors on them and added puck lights inside. The cabinets look great lit up and provide enough soft light to serve as night lights. I've received many compliments from friends and family--they can't believe my gorgeous cabinets were assembled by me. My cabinets arrived quickly without any undamage. The customer service was excellent. When I received the wrong frame finish on my glass doors, they promptly sent the replacements. My only complaint is concerning the assembly instructions that came with the cabinets. They consisted of a few basic pictures with no written intructions or parts list detailing which screws go where. Luckily, it wasn't too difficult to figure it out. The hardest part was figuring out the correct way to attach the soft-close drawer guides and pistons for the horizontal upper cabinets. I contacted customer service for help with the pistons. They contacted the manufacturer who emailed more detailed instructions, which solved the problem. When I contacted them to see if I could get a replacement side panel for a cabinet damaged during my renovation, they promptly took care of it for me at no charge, even though the damage was my fault. You can't ask for better customer service than that! I would definitely buy cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings again. I'll post photos as soon as my countertops are installed.

My experience with KCK was top notch, from the product to the customer service. I am redoing my kitchen and ordered cabinets from KCK and I couldn't be happier with the quality (under mount full extension dovetail drawers with soft closing feature) and look of the cabinets (pepper shaker style which is dark brown). It was reassuring to have a knowledgeable customer service representative that had an answer for all of my questions. I was very happy on how fast their shipping was, and the care they took wrapping the pallets to insure they made it to my house without damage. I was nervous about the quality of the cabinets since I could not see, or put my hands on them before I purchased. We are extremely happy with the quality and the look of their product. It well surpassed our expectations and we got exactly the look and quality we were going for. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new cabinets. I was so satisfied and over whelmed with how wonderful the product and service was delivered (special thanks to Anthony) I had to take the time to write this review. We selected the mocha shaker design to finish over kitchen renovations (see installation picture). I saved almost 50% of the cost of major cabinet retailers (Lowes, Home Depot, etc.) and had it delivered in half the time (1 week versus 2-3 weeks). The professionalism of the customer service which catered to my every question, need and multiple configuration alterations way exceeded my expectations. The product itself was of the finest quality and craftsmanship. They were recommended to me and will continue to recommend them to family and friends. Thank you KCK
Would not recommend. Very poor customer service, bad shipping, and damaged product. Plus, these guys are drop shippers have have no control over shipping or delivery. There was a substantial delay in the shipping (to GA) and our cabinets were "lost" according to the shipper. Cabinet Kings was unhelpful in assisting us in find the cabinets in getting them delivered. We ended up having to talk directly to the shippers ourselves to get the product delivered. When they finally showed up the cabinets were damaged (under the packaging). This put us way behind schedule in our remodel. Cabinet Kings would not expedite the replacement and they would not give us a refud. I ended up purchasing a replacement from another company because it was taking soo long to get a replacement cabinet from cabinet king. That showed up two days later...cabinet king still hasn't even shipped my replacement cabinet. They did offer to waive the shipping charges, but what I really wanted was a replacement shipped ASAP. The girl I dealt with was nice but has no real authority, ability, or control over the process. I would have been better off complaining to my cat for all the help I got :)
Although we had some initial problems with the design not being correct (thank you Kitchen Cabinet Kings for noticing that) and one of the appliances we wanted was not being available, our kitchen renewal was an absolute success. Kitchen Cabinet Kings were polite, the service was flawless the products were marvelous, and the price was within our budget. We are delighted with the kitchen and with the overall service, we received. Honestly what more could you ask of them.

I worked with Kitchen Cabinet Kings a while ago and I can honestly say that the cabinets they delivered were of unexpected quality. The whole process took about 2 weeks and the tidiness and care taken when the job was being done was awesome and they were able to incorporate our suggestions, this was in fact the main factor in choosing them. 100% recommended.
Ordered the white cabinets for a kitchen remodel after working with a "designer". They arrived on time as promised. However, along with a panel damaged in transit, many cabinets had dings and lumps (from the manufacture not the transit) and very poorly painted edges, and some did not even match. They were an obvious off white compared to the others. The other problem is their "designer" miscalculated the cabinet layout for function. Measurements given were correct,but in a corner, the cabinet doors would not open and dishwasher door could not open as well. There needed to be an extension piece for a corner. So things had to be redesigned and reconstructed to ensure cabinets and appliance doors could function. Jessica, after requiring photos to demonstrate the many defects (which in itself took a ton of time) ,was very good about ordering replacement doors and panels and touch up kits, only to have the same defects ( edges, dings and mismatched color) with the replacements again and again. When she finally asked me to mail back all the defective cabinets, I just gave up. There was no way I was going to waste even more time and money . My contractor and workers repeatedly told me time and again, "That's what you get when you order cheap cabinets". I ended using some of the dinged cabinets since they were better than the replacements, and I finally just spray painted with touch up paint some of the discolored doors to try and make them match. In the end , any money I may have "saved" by ordering these cabinets online, I lost 3 times over to my contractor with the extra wages I had to pay him to try to make the cabinets function and look ok . I now realize I could've had custom cabinets made to order WITHOUT touched up and spray painted doors for less money. Perhaps it is just the white cabinets, but the quality control is nonexistent as I think they are shipped directly from China. Therefore, I regret my purchase. The cabinets look ok now, but cost way more than they should of with all the labor and time involved, and I certainly did not get the"high quality" cabinets promised. Perhaps their non-painted cabinets are better than my white ones, and I do give credit to Jessica for really trying to help, but I would never consider ordering cabinets from KCK again as the quality is just not there and in the end, they are certainly not the quality promised nor any bargain.
I absolutely love Kitchen Cabinet Kings, not to mention the kitchen cabinets they've provided for us. The quality is good, the cabinets fitted perfectly with our kitchen and the rest of the decor, my kitchen now looks amazing, and the price we paid could not be better. Customer service was polite every time, I'm very happy with what I've got and have no complaints.
